交通策略可持续的交通既可以最大化交通能力,同时也为提供最多的出行模式。可持续交通应注重以下三个要点:可持续性便捷易达高覆盖率本方案的交通系统由以下几个系统构成步行系统非机动车系统公共交通系统车行系统37停车|Parking Parking Car Parking is provided underground in levels B2-B4 primarily.Cycle parking and VIP 22、parking are provided at B1.Four separate entry/exit points ensure that parking is easily accessed from all directions,no matter what your direction of approach or exit maybe.An internal service loop at B2 allows access to all car parks from all entry/exit ramps,providing safe and efficient dispersio23、n of traffic,A comprehensive external car park signage strategy intercepting traffic from all directions will ensure efficient movement across the site.停车提供的停车场主要是地下B2到B4层为主。周期停车场和贵宾停车场设于B1层4个独立的出入境点确保四面八方的访客能够方便停车在B2的内部为所有出入境停车场坡道提供安全,全面有效的交通疏导及服务。外部停车场标志将确保来自四面八方的车辆在整个网络中有效地行驶。38自行车流线|Bicycle Move24、ment Cycle Network Demarcated cycle provision is proposed via:Segregated routes adjacent to the primary highway network;and On road cycle routes along the secondary highway network.A cycle network will maximise the permeability of the development without compromising highway safety,Cycling routes mi25、nimise conflict between vehicular traffic flow,Cycle parking is proposed adjacent to and under the key development parcels at minimise disruption from vehicular traffic Maximise permeability of the District A lower-level retail street network provides active linkages between each development parcels in a vehicle-free
