center of Zhuhai is limited by natural landscape and mountains.Recent urban developments are concentrated on the east with n15、ew civic,cultural and recreational destinations on the waterfront.In addition,new expansion on the north connecting to inland areas that is mainly for future hi-tech industrial uses and supporting communities.The future CBD gateway,with its commercial uses is sited on open space spreads value across the whole site and allows a landmark to contribute to the entire into the smaller scale of neighborhood.This hierarchy of the road network is defined not only by just simply widening or narrowing the road,but care41、fully looking into a landscape quality,also by positioning important land use on the right hierarchy of the road.Major pedestrian orientated road are designed towards the
