Bank招商银行的新全球总部大厦选址在深圳湾并不是一个巧合,而是经过深思熟虑后的结果。深圳湾滨海地区不但有着丰富的水源、绿地、湿地等自然景观,同时交通和基础设施成熟完善。新全球总部大厦不仅会为招商银行提供一个全新的办公环境,还将成为一个国际交流枢纽,举办国际型会议、展览和文化活动。It is not a coincidence that the Bank selected Shenzhen Super Bay as its new location for the global headquarter.Located4、 in the coastal area of Shenzhen,this new city district profits not only from diversified natural landscape of water,green Concept因此,这座新全球总部大厦的建设不仅局限于一座企业办公塔楼,而旨在创建一座城市建筑综合体,包含不同高度、不同功能的单体建筑,如办公、酒店,配以商业文化功能及公共广场、绿地共享空间等。设计还力图6、采用垂直花园将地块与周围环境融为一体,在展示企业力量的同时,实现社会资源共享,充分体现招商银行的企业社会责任感,在整个新区起到了良好的示范作用。如何将这一理念融入个性鲜明的建筑设计中?一座由各种单体建筑构成的城市综合体是设计的首选,这些单体建筑特征鲜明统一,犹如一个大家庭,各个家庭成员都有着相似的外貌特征。但这些建筑单体在高度和体量上又各具变化。就整个体块来说,滨海的第一排建筑、综合体的外轮廓及屋顶空间的设置是体现整体特征的重要手段。对于一个飞速发展的企业来讲,还有什么能比不断升起的天际线更能代表企业蓬勃旺盛的生命力呢?这一天际线不断伸展,象征企业的发展空间如星辰大海,永无止境。Therefo7、re,China Merchants Bank does not intend to build a single-functioning corporate highrise building.On the contrary,the ambition of this new settlement is to establish an urban complex with buildings of different heights and functions,such as office and hotel,linked by commercial and cultural venues a8、s well as public plazas and green areas.Moreover,the design aims at connecting the site of China Merchants Bank with its neighboring plots via hanging gardens in order to demonstrate power and strength of China Merchants Bank on the one hand and express its sharing attitude and its social responsibi9、lity for the entire new district on the other hand.How can such an ambitious approach be implemented into a significant and unmistakable design?First of all,the design suggests to generate a family of different highrise buildings.Just like a family whose members share similar appearance,this buildin10、g group also has unmistakable and predominant architectural features.However,different building heights and dimensions make this building complex more vivid and diversified.It is very obvious that in the first row along the sea,the building silhouette and the roof tops contribute much to the forming11、 of architectural identity.What could be more representative for a prosperous,rapidly developing company than a rising roofline towards the sky and the sea both symbolizing infinite buildings are characterized by vertical lines.Sky gardens with lush greenery are embedded into the rising skyline and provide great views to the seascape and cityscape.Those sky lounges will be partly used by China Merchants Bank13、,others will be open for public,like the observation deck of sky lounge on top of the highest tower in Northeast of the complex.设计概念Design Concept招商银行全球总部大厦Global Design设计的重点之一是裙房的阶梯露台,阶梯从南部沿深圳湾公园的低处渐渐升起,连接较高的北部空间,形成郁郁葱葱、比例宜人的广场。不同层次的台阶保证了眺望香港的无阻视野。垂直花园里遍植乔木,洒下清凉的绿荫,使人们在炎热的夏季也能享受户外生活。露台上的下沉式广场连接F2和F1层,F1层为大面积商业区,一直延伸至其它地块。露台也同时连接南、北侧地块,形成统一的建筑综合体,东北侧设有320米高的最高塔楼,西侧设有一座150米17、高的办公建筑,而西南侧则为60米高的酒店塔楼和一座紧凑的文化建筑,内设剧院、图书馆、拍卖行和展厅。One of the most characteristic features of the design is its stepped podium terrace,which rises from a lower level along Shenzhen Bay Park in the South,and gradually arrives at a higher level in the North.Squares with lush green trees and human-scaled18、 urban spaces are thereby generated.Different levels of terraces guarantee an unblocked view to the bay of Hongkong.Hanging gardens covered with trees and bushes remain cool and pleasant,so that even in hot summer time outdoor activities like gathering and dining are still possible.Sunken yards with19、in the platform provide access to F2 and F1 level where continuous commercial areas stretch from the site to the other plots.The platform also links those plots in the North and in the South,creating an urban complex with the highest headquarter tower of 320m in the Northeast,a 150m high office buil20、ding to the West,a highrise building of 60m hosting hotel as well as a compact building volume to the Southwest,where cultural a total height of 320m the main Tower of the China Merchants Headquarter project will be a characteristic member of the impressive skyline of Shenzhen Bay Cloud City.In spite of its remarkable height the neighborhood of future mega-tall towers up to 600m implies to give th28、e tower a very strong an recognizable appearance.Based on the image of a steadily rising company an inclined geometry is installed,which becomes the design base for the main tower and thus for the whole project.Next to this metaphoric dynamism the strong vertical direction,which is strengthened by s29、everal setbacks in F1,where two large entrance zones in the north and in the south provide an efficient and convenient access to the impressive lift lobby.Both sides are equipped with large drop-off areas,while the Shenzhen:unobstruc33、ted view towards the sea and even Hong Kong is unique.The smartly staggered arrangement of the towers provides these views even to the lower levels.With a floor to floor height of 4,50m,state of the art ventilation equipment,an installed raised floor and high-speed vertical transportation top condit34、ions are offered.An average floor area of 2,200sqm with an efficiency of 70%generates a pleasant depth of the offices with excellent daylight supply.The top floors of the tower are occupied by the high management of the bank.The unobstructed views and a private green club in the roof terrace in Fxx 35、will be unique space mirrors the impressive scale of the tower and offers a representative entrance to this elegant building.Also the main tower is connected to the public park on the podium g37、enerating an interesting cascade of floors leading up to the green public F3 level.At the same time the lobby is directly connected to the B1,where people have immediate access to the metro station in front of the tower.The lobby is kept free of any other functions or obstacles in order to allow fre38、e movement around the core and to allow a smooth traffic of people reaching the relevant lift groups.The lift groups are organized in four groups of high-speed lifts serving the lower and middle zone of the tower.A double deck shuttle with 4 cabins each serves the high level.The upper level of the s39、huttle F56,where also the upper transaction halls are located.From here two groups of each 6 cabins connect the upper floors,which are occupied by the high management of China Merchants Bank.These levels are also served by a VIP lift,of course.Finally t41、he top floor is dedicated to the public again as a breath-taking viewing platform overseeing the whole bay up to Hong Kong.In order not to interfere with the office occupants the entrance to this attraction is located in the B1 level accessible from the shopping street and close to the entrance of t42、he metro.地标办公塔楼The Landmark Office Day对招商银行的尊贵客户提供了三个过渡层,其中两个位于塔楼内低、高层部分的办公区,另一个位于则位于地块西北侧的街道层。客户沿北立面进入宽敞的商务大厅。私人电梯连通F2层更为私密的个人财产管理区。金库与客户区直接相连,运钞车从地下车库进入,抵达金库。与其它功能相同,这一商务大厅也连通公共绿色露台。As a special feature to privileged customers of the China Merchants Bank there are three Transaction floors within the complex.While two of them are c44、lose within the tower directly to the office areas used by China Merchants bank in the lower and the higher level,there is a very representative transaction hall directly on street level in the north-west of the site.Accessed via a representative portal along the northern faade of the project custom45、ers reach a generous business hall.The more private wealth management area is in F2 accessed via a private elevator.In direct connection to the customer area there is the treasury,which can directly be supplied by armoured cash vehicles via the basement.Like all functions also this customer hall can46、 be reached via the elevated public green terrace.地标办公塔楼The Landmark Office tower标这座长方形的办公楼通过错落的布置,不会被地标塔楼遮挡视线,因此办公环境与超高层塔楼同样优越。办公楼虽然高度稍低,但同样面向海湾,视野开阔。沿白石支一街 设有大型下客区,从F2和F47、3的公共花园层可直接抵达。楼层面积可达3000m2,可以灵活设置工作单元,满足各种办公要求。宽敞的大厅设有若干入口。北侧的大堂前直接设有下客区,沿西侧红树湾二街而设的辅助入口可以舒缓交通压力,另外,东部商业区也设有直接出入口。三组电梯通达建筑的低、中、高层。另外还设有地下停车层与大堂间的直接穿梭电梯。这座150米高的办公楼也为斜屋顶,不仅使建筑的轮廓生动独特,还形成荫凉的露台,大大优化了办公条件,并使面向海湾的视野最大化!The smaller office tower,whose shifted position and oblong proportion avoid any obstruc48、tion of the views of the super-tall landmark tower,offers the same high-quality office spaces like its taller neighbor.In spite of his smaller height this tower offers the same views towards the bay,a generous dop-off along xxx Road and a direct access from the public F2 and F3 garden level.In contr49、ast to the very slender main tower this tower offers a larger floor area,which ranges around 3,000sqm.This sizes allows a very flexible division of the working units and a very communicative horizontal organization.The generous lobby offers several entrances!First there is the drop-off area in the n50、orth directly in front of the lobby.A secondary entrance along xxx Road in the west allows to spread the traffic load in a better way.Finally there is a direct entrance towards or from the spacious retail area in the east.Three groups of elevators provide direct and convenient access to the lower,mi51、ddle and high levels of the tower.Same as in the tall tower also here a basement shuttle connects the lobby to the basement parking levels and thus allows controlling the direct access to the office levels.Also the 150m tower is shaped with the characteristic tilted roof,which not only provides a un52、ique silhouette,but at the same time shaded terraces,which are a special feature to Hotel这种错落交叉的布置使这座只有60米高的酒店建筑也能充分享受面海的景观,屋顶向海岸方向倾斜,明确了建筑的朝向。同时,酒店灵活地融入了深圳湾云城市的多层次城市方案:不仅在街道层设置入口,同时从公共的F2层也可以进入酒店,交通便捷,结构紧凑。下客区位于地块东部沿深湾二路的电梯厅前。客人可以从这里进入大堂,进入西侧的高端购物区,或通过电梯或扶梯来到F2层酒店大堂。这种安排有很多优点,首先F2层的视野更加开阔,可以远55、眺海景和公园。其次,这一层没有机动车交通,属于抬高式花园步行区的一部分。另外,F2层也是周围所有项目相互连接的楼层,创造出便捷灵活的交流空间。这里设有大堂吧台和餐饮区,西餐和中餐馆位于F3层。Especially the luxury hotel benefits from the staggered position within the China Merchants Headquarter cluster.As the lowest tower with only 60m it nevertheless has an unobstructed view towards the south56、,where the Shenzhen Bay with views towards the generous Bay Park and furthermore to Hong Kong is located.The expressive tilted roof shape is a direct expression of the orientation towards the Bay.At the same time the hotel is intelligently incorporated into the multi-level concept of the Shenzhen Ba57、y Cloud City:access is provided not only on street level,but especially on the elevated public F2 level,which benefits from the views,the pedestrian traffic and the tight connection to the amenities of this unique project.The drop-off is located directly in front of the lift lobby in the east of the58、 complex along xxx Road.Here guests enter a generous lobby,which is already part of a modern commercial boutique concept offering a direct connection to the high-quality commercial offers of the adjacent shopping area in the west.Via escalators or the lift guests reach the F2 level,where the recepti59、on area is located.The lifting of this area shows many benefits.First this level already offers direct views towards the Bay and its large park.Second,this level leaves the vehicular traffic behind and is part of the pedestrian level of the elevated green park of this project.Finally this is the lev60、el,where all projects of this most important development area of Shenzhen are connected with each other generating a very vivid and communicative space.In this urban environment also the lobby bar and all day dining are located.The prestigious western and chines restaurant is located on F3 level.招商银61、行全球总部大厦Global Headquarter Building of China Merchants Day由于精品酒店的设计更强调生活品质,会议区设在顶层,会议室、小型宴会厅和大堂面向南部海湾,倾斜的屋顶构成荫凉的露台,深圳云城市的天际线可尽收眼底。酒店房间宽敞明亮,具备现代精品酒店的所有高端品质。每个房间的面积为45m2,每层为24个区间,平面布局灵活高效。酒店的后勤功能位于地下层。员工区和相关管理区位于B1,货运区、储藏区、洗衣房等位于B2,货运卡车可直接抵达酒店卸货区。As the boutique hotel concept focuses mor62、e on the life style and leisure concept the meeting area is lifted to the top floors of the tower in order to fully benefit from the unique features of the China Merchant Headquarter Project.The meeting rooms,a small ballroom and the relevant lobbies are facing the bay in the south,while the tilted 63、roof offers unique shaded terraces towards the unique skyline of the Shenzhen Bay Cloud City.The spacious hotel rooms offer all qualities of a modern boutique hotel.Each room offers xxsqm area.The number of 24 bays per floor allows a very feasible and efficient service.The BOH functions of the hotel64、 are located in the basements.While the staff area and relevant administration is in B1,the loading bay and relevant storages,the laundry,etc.are in Meeting rooms舞厅 会议室商业Hotel酒店大堂Lobby白金五星级精品酒店The Platinum 5 Star Hotel一层F1二层F2招商银行全球总部大厦Global Headquarter Building of China Merchants Bank文化枢纽The Culture Hub建筑并非占领城市,而是在使用公共领域后对公众有所回报。抬高的绿色裙房、面海的公共舞台都是这一理念的表现。位于西南侧的文化枢纽建筑由此成为本地块的功能亮点。斜屋顶形成的露台和大型通透的入口区热情迎客,欢66、迎市民来此参观、参加各种文化活动。首层设有公共大堂,通过电梯和扶梯连接上层,这里同时也是大剧院的大堂。观众席抬高,保证了良好的视觉和声学效果,观众入口位于F1层,而舞台则位于B1,将公共区和后台区分开。其他访客则可以直接到达公共的 F3层。北区设有信息厅,提供各种信息和问询服务。由于楼层中间位置天然光照不足,所以设置成服务功能、竖向交通和管理空间。整个公共区形成环形布局,设有艺术画廊、图书馆和拍卖厅。这三个区域均在南立面设有双层高的大堂面向深圳湾。更高楼层连接北部的小型露台。The basic of idea of this project is not only to occupy part67、s of the city,but to give it back to the public.The elevated green podium,an urban stage facing the sea is the backbone of this approach.As a functional highlight there is a large Culture Hub located in a separate building in the south-west of the plot.The inviting gesture of the tilted roof and the68、 large transparent entrance shows unmistakably the public offer this project intends to give to its visitors!The ground floor is at the one hand a public lobby allowing to access the upper floors via escalators or elevators,but also the lobby of a large theatre.The auditorium is raised in order to o69、ffer excellent viewing and acoustic conditions and thus allowing to position the visitors entrance in F1,while the stage is in B1 offering a very functional division of public and backstage TrafficAs the surrounding streets are well connected to the main traffic axes of the city the general conditions can be considered as very good.The traffic scheme fully obeys the urban planning conditions.While the southern and western borders are not allowed for vehicular entrances the 86、traffic is handled via Bai Shi Zhi Yi Jie and Second Shen Wan Road.In front of each tower there is a drop off and taxi stop.From the street Second Shen Wan Road at the east side of the site cars can enter a side road which leads to the ramps to the parking area in B2 to B4.There are 1300 parking overall design idea is to present the whole China Merchants Bank Hea102、dquarter as one entity underlining the strong position with the skyline along the Shenzhen Bay.This approach demands a very flexible and versatile technical approach to define a feasible faade for different functions and different orientation.All facades follow the same vertical faade grid of 3,00 m103、 showing a regular switch between large glazed panels and opaque ones.In the facades in the north and south the glass panels are protruding setting the opaque parts in the back.This gesture underlines the idea of unobstructed views.The facades in the west and east are treated in an opposite way:here104、 the glass is set back and the opaque metal panels are put to the front.This at the one hand strengthens the contrast between these facades and the north and south side,but at the same time also offers shading as the solar impact in the morning and evening is very strong.Both faade types allow natur105、al ventilation even up to the very top floors of the 320m landmark tower!The possibility of natural ventilation is a key feature of modern sustainable design and at the same time allows all inhabitants to control the ventilation on their own!The north-south faade is a single layer faade with interio106、r solar shading.As the sun is very high in Shenzhen around noon,the solar impact is not as strong,so it can be handled by low-e coated double-glazed units.Along the inner soffits hidden by a perforated metal panel there are operable sashes in all units.By the hidden location of the sashes the faade 107、appearance is not influenced by the use of these sashes,the towers always keep their calm and serene appearance.At the same time the covering perforated panel and the labyrinth-like mentioned the east and west facades are an inverted version of the south faade.Similar to the other faade also here a hidden sash is planned to provide natural ventilatio110、n to all areas.The setback already offer an addition shading effect by the protruding columns,but the low and very strong morning and evening sun demands additional means to provide a sustainable faade,which offers perfect working and living conditions.For this reason the east and west faade are equ111、ipped with a double lay faade.The chosen type is a climate active faade,which offers full benefit of a double layer faade with minimized operation and maintenance cost.Following the idea of an unified exterior appearance the faade scheme also covers the podium parts.Here the proportion of glazed and112、 opaque new buildings for the Global Headquarters Building of China Merchants Bank are arranged in a group of four buildings on top of an elevated plaza or podium which is interconnecting the different buildings.These buildin125、gs are varying in height.There are two lower buildings serving as cultural facility with large public spaces for theatre and concerts and a hotel building which do not exceed a height of 60m,one mid-rise building of 150m serving as a office tower and a high-rise of 320m which is as well used for off126、ices amended by a high class viewing platform at the very top.The main visible image which is common for all buildings are a dense vertical lining which is broken by diagonally inclined setbacks in the building volumes.These setbacks are arranged at the buildings East and West elevations.On the poin127、ts were the setbacks meet the North and South facades generously spaced full building wide loggias,creating dramatic windows into the surrounding cityscape and landscape.These central features:loggia and diagonally arranged setbacks are the structural challenge to be solved in all buildings.Since al128、l buildings follow the same principle it deformation and the torsion of the buildings should be controlled.This resulted in a compartmentalized approach to the computer design and analysis and allowed the structural engineer to maintain full 无障碍设计根据无障碍设计规范GB50763-2012,本项目对公共开放区域如建筑基地、建筑入口、门厅、公共交流区、水平与垂直交通、公共厕所及为公众的服务设施等部位设有无障碍设施,以人性化的设计尽可能满足残疾和行动不便人士的需要。1.室内停车库中无障碍停车位为8个(2%总停车数),并设置轮椅通道,宽度1.2m。2.建筑主入口均为无障碍入口,入口室外地面坡度为1:50;室内地面与室外平台高差不大于15mm,并以斜面过渡。建筑客205、梯中均设无障碍电梯,其候梯厅、电梯轿厢设相应配置。3.公共区域的通道、走道宽度1.8m,通道、走道及地面构造满足无障碍的使用要求和规范。4.各层公共区域均设有无障碍专用厕所兼第三卫生间,面积2.5m2.6m,门净宽0.8m,通向厕所的通道宽1.5m,厕所与通道间地面高差不大于15mm,并以斜面过渡。5.涉及无障碍设施中的坡道,台阶及楼梯两侧设置两层扶手,上层高度为0.91.1m,下层高度为0.65m,扶手截面直径为38mm。6.其它:以上涉及部位及设施,均设国际通用的无障碍标志牌;无障碍设施涉及的入口、坡道、台阶、楼梯、电梯、厕所均设置提示盲道;涉及无障碍的电梯厅设置电梯运行显示和抵达音响装置206、;疏散通道及主要公共区域设置残疾人紧急疏散的火灾指示标志和具有闪光报警功能的可视火灾报警装置。第二章 Bank(3)憎水岩棉保温防火隔离带系统A憎水岩棉用于外墙外保温防火隔离带时,应选用憎水岩棉带243、(纤维垂直于墙面),其宽度不应小于300mm,并应符合下列要求:1)选用憎水岩棉带(纤维垂直于墙面)应满粘。2)防火隔离带应设一排锚固件,且每块板上至少一个锚固件,间距600mm。(4)建筑楼板保温楼板板底采用憎水岩棉板保温,应采用满粘,每平方米应至少设置4个锚栓,护面层中应设置一层耐碱涂覆网布,或外表层设有装饰吊顶保护。锚栓安装应不损坏楼板中的钢筋和管线。(5)建筑屋面保温屋面保温采用泡沫玻璃正置式屋面保温系统,其保护层采用50mm厚C20细石混凝土。内配4200双向钢筋网片整浇层。二、暖通节能设计本工程节能设计按公共建筑节能设计标准执行:1空调系统的合理设置及分区根据使用功能等因素,合理划244、分空调分区,采用全空气、空气-水系统、变制冷剂流量多联机空调系统,以方便运行管理。2冷热源系统选择选用高效率的水冷离心式、螺杆式冷水机组、热水锅炉、变制冷剂流量多联式空调机组,机组的能效均高于公共建筑节能设计标准GB 50189-2015的限值要求。3风系统节能措施(1)空调机组、新风机组采用变频风机,根据室内负荷的变化调节系统送风量,达到节能的目的。(2)采用风机盘管加新风系统时,新风直接送入各空调区域。(3)地下车库设置CO浓度探测器控制排风机的台数和启停。(4)合理选择空调冷热水系统时的循环水泵时,耗电输冷(热)比EC(H)R-a满足相关规范要求。(5)采用的空气过滤器,其初效过滤器初阻245、力50Pa,终阻力100Pa;中效过滤器初阻力80Pa,终阻力160Pa;全空气空调系统的过滤器,可以满足全新风运行的需要;空调机组过滤器设有压差信号报警,当压差超过设顶值时机组自动报警。(6)选择空调、通风系统的风机时,计算其单位风量耗功率(Ws),所选空调机组风机的单位风量耗功率不高于0.27W(m3/h),新空调机组风机的单位风量耗功率不高于0.24W(m3/h),通风风机的单位风量耗功率不高于0.27W(m3/h)。4保温节能措施(1)加强空调风管、供回水管的保温,以减少能量损失。(2)镀锌钢板制作的空调送、回风管采用不燃抗氧化防潮防火铝箔贴面的离心玻璃棉板材保温,密度48kg/m3,246、20时,材料导热系数为0.036W/(mK),保温层热阻0.83m2K/W;冷凝水管、阀门采用难燃B1级橡塑保温材料保温,20时,材料导热系数为0.036W/(mK)。5采用楼宇设备自动控制系统对空调和通风系统进行集中监控,通过能量统计、台数控制、自动调节等手段实现节能。(3)Fire-proof 收集部分雨水及部分生活废水,并经水处理后回用于部分办公冲厕用水、水景、绿化、车库冲洗及道路冲洗。6 增加雨水入渗,绿化设置雨水花园,重复利用雨水,降低因本工程修建对原地块生态系统的破坏。7 绿化用水采用微灌、滴灌、喷灌等节水方式。8 热水生活热水采用太阳能为热源的集中供热系统,设置热水循环泵。9 给水、热水采用相同供水分区,保证冷、热水供水压力的平衡。10 热水系统设干管循环系统,不循环配水支管长度均小于或等于9m。11 热水管网采用严格保温措施,尽量避免热损失。12 所有水泵等设备采用低噪音高效率环保型产品。变频泵组根据设计要297、求并按照供货产品的性能选用稳压罐。消防泵应选用水泵特性曲线较平缓的专用水泵。生活水泵根据设计参数选择在最不利工况下(此时流量和压力仍满足使用要求)水泵仍在高效区内运行。所有水泵均设隔振装置。13 500982009(5)现行的国家及地方颁布的其它建筑设计规范2项目概述本工程为招商银行全球总部大厦,坐落在深圳市交南山区沙河街道深圳湾超级总部基地。总建筑面积为443000平方米,其中地上总建筑面积为约309000平方米,地下总建筑面积为134000平方米。地上地下耐火等级均为一级。3总平面防火设计(1)消防车道:消防车道净宽度及净高度均不小于4m,消防车道转弯半径大299、于12m,地面承载大于30吨。4地下室防火设计(1)地下室防火分区1)地下室设备用房:防火分区内设置自动灭火系统时,建筑面积不大于1000。2)地下汽车库的耐火等级为一级。地下汽车库的防火分区间采用不低于3h的防火墙分隔。其防火分区内设置自动灭火系统时,建筑面积不大于4000。(2)消防楼梯间、前室的门采用耐火极限为0.9h并设置能自行关闭装置的乙级防火门。1)设备管井壁上的检修门采用0.6h的丙级防火门。2)设备竖向管井每隔2层在楼板处用不小于1.5h的不燃烧体作防火分隔。用100厚C20细石混凝土内配18200双向钢筋封堵。3)管道穿过隔墙、楼板时,应采用防火岩棉将其周围的缝隙填塞密实。4300、)管道与房间、走道等相连通的孔洞,其空隙应采用防火岩棉将其周围的缝隙填塞密实。5)一般嵌墙消防栓(750 x1800h)距地150,采用背衬墙保护。衬墙厚度与做法同消防箱所在墙体。6)隔墙应砌至梁、板底部,且不宜留有缝隙。7)幕墙与楼层间、隔墙处的缝隙防火采用阴影盒加1.5厚镀锌钢板内衬100厚防火岩棉严密填实处理。防火岩棉耐火极限不少于1.5h。上下楼层间层间防火窗槛墙的高度不小于800。5安全疏散(1)每个防火分区有不少于二个安全疏散出口。Chapter III Special Article Base,Shahe Sub-district,Nanshan District,Shenzhen.Total floor area is 443,303、000m2,including 309,000 m2 aboveground floor area in total and 134,000 m2 underground floor area in total.Fire resistance rating of aboveground and underground buildings is Grade I.3.General layout fire design (1)Fire lane:Clear width and height of fire lane are not less than 4m,the turning radius i304、s more than 12m and ground bearing is more than 30t.4.Fireproof design of basement(1)Fire partition of basement 1)Equipment room of basement:When automatic fire extinguishing system is set within fire partition,the staircase,set antechamber and smoke control facility according to the requirements of smoke control staircase.6.Fire components (1)Firewall and fire partition wall:Indoor compartment wall in315、 fire partition is constructed with 200-thick A5.0/B0.7 autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and DM5.0 masonry mortar and belongs to the firewall with fire endurance not lower than 3h.The structure and technical requirements are shown in Structure of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block Buildings 03J104 316、in details.Indoor equipment room,staircase,antechamber,fire elevator well partition and servery are constructed with 200-thick A5.0/B0.7 autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and DM5.0 masonry mortar and belong to the firewall with fire endurance not lower than 2h.The structure and technical requiremen317、ts are shown in Structure of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block Buildings 03J104 in details.(2)Fire doors and windows and fire resisting shutter:Side-hung door is adopted for fire door.The door is opened toward to evacuation direction,has self-close function and can be opened manually from any side a318、fter closing.Fixed fire glass window is adopted for fire window.Single fire door is installed with door closer;Double or multiple fire doors shall be equipped with door closer and sequencer,and cover plate shall be installed between double doors.Normally-open fire door is adopted for the fire door s319、et on channel.It has self-close function and signal feedback function to ensure that it is controlled by fire control center and can close automatically in case of fire disaster.Internal and external sides of fire door should be set with lever handles through which the door can be opened manually.Fi320、re resistance rating of fire door hardware must meet fireproof requirement of door&window.Fire endurance of fire resisting shutter should be not less than 3.0h.Fire resisting shutter is installed on bearing member of building.If shutter cannot reach the roof,the top space should be sealed with fire-321、proof material with same fire endurance with wall body and structure practice should be designed deeply by professional manufacturer and confirmed.Fire endurance of fire resisting shutter is shown in door&window table in details.(3)Fire measures of curtain wall:Design of curtain wall and lighting ce322、iling for the building should comply with the provisions of related national building fireproof specification at present.The materials used for curtain wall and lighting ceiling of building should also comply with the provisions of related national building fireproof specification at present and ens323、ure no release of poisonous gas endangering personal safety in case of fire disaster.Cracks between curtain wall and floor and at partition should be densely filled with shadow box and 1.5 thick galvanized steel sheet lining and fire rock wool.Height of fire isolation strip for lower floor interlaye324、rs should be not less than 0.8m.Fire endurance of fireproof rock wool is not less than 1.5h.When building staircase is set adjacently to exterior wall,the horizontal distance from civil window openings on exterior wall of staircase and antechamber to nearest edge of civil door&window openings at bot325、h sides should be not less than 1m.II.Fire-fighting System of Heating and Ventilation 1.Fire protection(1)Division of ventilation and air conditioning systems is subject to fire partition of building and smoke partition is divided based on fire partition of building.Area of smoke partition is not mo326、re than 500m and that for garage is not more than 2000m.(2)In case of any one circumstance below,ventilation and air conditioning systems should be set with fire valves(operating temperature 70):(2)每个防火分区内疏散走道的净宽不小于2.0m。(3)房间疏散门数量经计算确定,且不应小于2个。当位于两个安全出口间的房间,当其建筑面积不大于120时,可设置一个门且净宽不小于0.9m;当位于走道净端的房间,327、由房间内任一点到疏散门的直线距离小于等于15m,可设置一个门且净宽不小于1.4米。(4)大空间房间内任意一点至房间门的距离均不大于30m,当设置喷淋系统时,其安全距离可增加25%。且按100人/m计设门,其净宽不小于1.40m。(5)疏散楼梯的梯段净宽不小于1.2m。(6)疏散楼梯间的门净宽不小于1.1m。(7)疏散楼梯间采用室内封闭楼梯间。当楼梯间不能天然采光和自然通风时,按照防烟楼梯间的要求设置前室及防烟设施。6防火构件(1)防火墙及防火分隔墙:室内防火分区分隔墙采用200厚A5.0/B0.7蒸压加气混凝土砌块,并用DM5.0砌筑砂浆砌筑,其耐火极限为不低于3h的防火墙。其构造和技术要求详328、见蒸压加气混凝土砌块建筑构造03J104。室内设备用房、楼梯间及前室、消防电梯井隔墙、备餐间采用200厚A5.0/B0.7蒸压加气混凝土砌块,并用DM5.0砌筑砂浆砌筑,其耐火极限为不低于2h的防火分隔墙。其构造和技术要求详见蒸压加气混凝土砌块建筑构造03J104。(2)防火门窗及防火卷帘:防火门采用平开门,均向疏散方向开启,且具自闭功能,并在关闭后应能从任一侧手动开启。防火窗采用固定防火玻璃窗。单扇防火门安装闭门器;双扇或多扇防火门安装闭门器、顺序器,双扇门之间应设盖缝板。设于通道上的防火门采用常开防火门。且具自闭功能、信号反馈功能,以确保火灾发生时,由消控中心控制,门能自动关闭。防火门内外329、两侧应设有能手动开启执手。防火门的五金件耐火等级必须达到门窗本体防火要求。防火卷帘的耐火极限不小于3.0h。防火卷帘安装在建筑的承重构件上,卷帘若不到顶,上部空间应用与墙体耐火极限相同的防火材料封闭,构造做法由专业厂家进行深化设计并经确认。防火卷帘的耐火极限详见门窗表。(3)建筑幕墙防火措施:建筑幕墙、采光顶的设计应符合现行国家有关建筑防火规范的规定建筑幕墙、采光顶中所用的材料均应符合现行国家有关建筑防火规规定,并应保证在发生火灾时不释放危及人身安全的有毒气体。幕墙与楼层间、隔墙处的缝隙防火采用阴影盒加1.5厚镀锌钢板内衬防火棉岩棉严密填实处理。下楼层间层间防火隔离带高度不小于0.8m。防火岩330、棉耐火极限不少于1.5h。建筑楼梯间靠外墙设置时,楼梯间及前室的外墙上的土建窗洞口水平距离两侧门、窗土建洞口的最近边缘不小于1m。二、暖通消防系统1防火(1)通风空调系统的划分服从于建筑的防火分区,防烟分区在建筑防火分区的基础上划分。防烟分区面积不超过500m2、汽车库防烟分区面积不超过2000m2(2)下列情况之一的通风、空调系统风管应设置防火阀(动作温度70):招商银行全球总部大厦 Banka风管穿越防火分区处;b风管穿越通风、空调机房及重要的或火灾危险性大的房间隔墙和楼板处(重要的或火灾危险大的331、房间是指性质比较特殊的房间,如储存量较大的可燃物品库房、贵重物品间、贵宾室等);c竖井内垂直风管与每层水平风管交接处的水平管段上;d垂直风管穿越楼板处;e风管穿越变形缝处的两侧;f风管穿越楼梯间、前室、避难间、疏散通道的隔墙和楼板处。风管的耐火极限不应低于该防火分隔体的耐火极限。(3)下列情况之一的排烟管道应设置排烟防火阀(动作温度280):a排烟风机入口处;b排烟管道穿越防火分区处;c排烟管道穿越通风机房、空调机房及重要的或火灾危险性大的房间隔墙和楼板处;d竖井内排烟管道或排烟竖井与每层水平排烟管道交接处的水平管段上;e垂直排烟管道穿越楼板处;f排烟管道穿越变形缝处的两侧(若变形缝处的两侧无332、隔墙可以不设);g排烟管道穿越楼梯间、前室、避难间、疏散通道的隔墙和楼板处。排烟管道的耐火极限不应低于该防火分隔体的耐火极限。(4)防火阀安装位置距墙不大于200mm。排风与排烟系统兼用时,风机出入口处所设软接头应保证在280的环境条件下连续工作不少于30min。(5)空调、通风及防排烟系统风管均采用不燃材料制作。风管采用不燃A级的离心玻璃棉保温,水管用难燃B1级橡塑材料保温。(6)消防控制中心可在火警发生时向大楼内所有空调通风系统发出指令,并在规定时间内停止其运行,开启防排烟系统。2防烟(1)本项目的防烟系统包括楼梯间、前室、合用前室、封闭避难层的加压送风系统。火灾时满足前室有25Pa、楼梯333、间有50Pa正压值。(2)正压送风机设置在屋顶层。前室每层设常闭风口,火灾时打开着火层及相邻层风口,楼梯间每隔23层设常开风口。当发生火灾时,需要开启相关区域楼梯间、合用前室、消防电梯前室的加压送风机,以保证人员疏散的安全性。该系统由消防中心集中控制。(3)加压送风系统送风机的出风管上设置电动旁通泄压阀以保证系统不超压。在楼梯间的1/3高度处、合用前室及消防电梯前室设置压差传感器,测量加压部位空气压力值与正常大气压的差值。3排烟(1)本项目的排烟系统主要针对走道、汽车库、办公区、中庭等功能用房。各排烟系统的排烟量及补风量按以下原则计算确定:a地下汽车库单个防烟分区的排烟风机排烟量按不小于下表数值确定。对地下一层有直接出地面汽车坡道的防火分区,利用车道自然补风;其他防火分区汽车库设置机械补风,补风量不小于排烟量的50%。汽车库的排烟与补风系统与平时通风系统合用。a.Where
