1、员工转正、调职、晋身管理办法员工转正、调职、离职管理办法Procedure of confirming, transferring and resignation一 目的:严格把好员工入厂关,提高员工的整体素质;公平公正的考核员工从事本职工作的能力;规范离职程序以利工作的交接及更好的开展;为员工个人拓展及公司的稳定发展创造良好的人文环境。Objective: Strictly employ and improve the whole quality of staff. Fairly assess the ability and efficiency of staff. Standardize 2、the resignation progress. Provide a better environment for staff and company further development.二适用范围:公司所有员工Scope of application: All employees三新进员工录用Confirm new employee3.1 生产部产线员工:The operator of production1)所有入厂员工的学历需在初中以上,视力在0.8以上,员工来面试时需带身份证及学历证明(未毕业者出具学校的推荐书原表),人事负责核对上述证件,辨别真伪,如发现使用假身份证或假学历者,3、一律不予录用。All production workers shall have degree above middle school, eyesight is above 0.8. Staff have to bring ID card and certificate during the interview (un-graduated student has to provide the original recommendation form of the school). HR will refuse to hire one who brings a fake certificate.4、2) 对生产线员工进行考核,初步了解员工的文化素养,考核以考试形式- -IQ测试为主,人事负责准备多份试题以供随机使用。考试卷面分以60分为合格,60分以下为不合格,不合格者不予任用。附件一,新进人员考试试题Examination will be prepared to identify new employees capability. IQ examination is the main test. HR has been prepared various questions for random using. It will be unemployed when examinants r5、ecord below 60 points.3) 考试合格及视力合格的人员填写人事资料表并通知其相关的入厂报到手续(安排体检等)。HR will notify the person, who pass the examination with qualified eyesight, fill and register relevant form (arrange the physical examination etc.).4) 新进员工进厂一周内必须安排公司规章制度的培训,由人事负责安排具体时间及培训讲师,并安排考试,卷面分为60分合格,60以下为不合格,不合格或者第一次未参加培训的人员可以6、再行安排培训及考试,不合格者将直接予以辞退。New employees will get training in the first week. HR arrange the time, tutor and test. Getting or over 60 points are qualified. New employees have twice chance to pass the test. Otherwise, he will be fired.5) 新进员工入厂两周内必须安排对部门产品的原理及运用知识的讲解并安排考试,不合格者可以再给一次机会,再不合格者则予以辞退。Arrange a7、nd study the basic principle and knowledge of the production for new employees in two weeks. After test, unqualified staff, who out of twice chance, will be fired.6) 新进员工每星期必须交一份心得报告,由当班的线长给予评分并交于部门主管评分及归档,试用期必须满10篇心得报告,试用期满后由各部门整理后统一交于人事归档。员工所交的心得报告的数量及质量将作为员工晋身的重要依据。New staff should hand in a repo8、rt with personal gain every week, which will be graded and filed by team leader and supervisor. New staff has to write 10 piece reports during the probation period. After probation, it will be gathered and submitted to HR department. Quantity and quality of the report will become the important infor9、mation for staff promotion.3.2 办公室人员入厂流程及考核要求:The procedure and demand of office staff:1)应聘人员到厂后填写人事资料表,人事初步面试了解其学历及综合文化素质,再由部门主管进行专业能力的面试,面试合格后人事发放录用通知单及入厂相关手续(安排体检)。Applicant fills the information form fist when he comes in the company. HR will give the basic interview with degree and comprehensiv10、e quality. Then the department supervisor will interview the professional skills. HR will offer the employ notice and relevant formalities (arrange the physical examination) to qualified applicant.2)员工递交身份证(复印件),学历证书(复印件)及体检单交于人事归档。New staff has to submit the ID card (the copy), certificate (the cop11、y) and the physical examination form to HR department.3)新进员工入厂一周内安排公司规章制度的培训,由人事负责安排具体时间及培训讲师,并安排考试,卷面分为60分合格,60以下为不合格,不合格或者第一次未参加培训的人员可以再行安排培训及考试,不合格者将直接予以辞退。New employees will get training with regulation of the company in the first week. Quantity and quality of the report will become the important information for staff promotion.四转正Positive staff4.1新进员工试用期满后及各职位人员转正,本部14、门根据员工试用期合格的评定标准及考核办法,安排考核,如考核是以考试为主,必须半年更换一次试题,人事负责督导各部门的执行情况,考核合格后将交于人事编号归档。New staff becomes a full member after probation. According to the evaluation and identification for a new staff within probationary, a test will be arranged. The questions are changed with a half-year. HR monitors the imple15、mentation of the departments. Qualified test will be filed by HR department.4.2 所有人员的试用期均为6个月,如表现欠佳者,可适当延长其试用期,试用期不合格者将直接予以斥退;表现优异者可适当缩短试用期,由部门主管提出申请填写异动单并写明理由。New staffs probationary period is 6 months. It probably be extended if the person who shows poorly. During the probation period, unqualified16、 employees will be fired, efficient worker will get a short probation time. The department supervisor provides and fills the extraordinary form with clear reason.五晋升Promotion晋升人员填写晋升人员推荐表及填写异动单,部门主管及经理核准后交由人事编号归档,薪资异动将由人事与总经理一起判定。Promoted person fill the promoted forms of recommending and relevant f17、orms. HR files it after checking and approve by department supervisor and GM. Salary changing will be judged by HR and GM.六调职Transfer6.1 因工作需要将对部分员工进行职位的调整,相应薪资也将产生变化,所有调至新职位的员工必须经过试用期,合格后将调整新任职位之薪资等级。Part of the staff probably is transferred to meet different demand. Salary will also be change with18、 new position after probation period. 6.2 所有新进人员的试用期为6个月,期满合格后可予以转正。The probationary term of new staff is 6 months. Qualified staff will be confirmed after probation.七降职Demote7.1 部分员工因在工作中产生较大的误失将予以降职或调至其他职位职等也将降低。在提报异动单时一定要注明原因,人事在判定前先了解情况,情况特殊的向上级主管汇报后再予以判定。Because of the serious mistake, some emp19、loyee will be demoted or transferred into a low-position. Clarify the reason in the extraordinary form. HR will investigate the truth and report special case to superior to judge.八离职Terminate contract8.1 所有离职员工的离职申请日期为每月的5号20号,在次期间填写离职申请单并在次期间的周五下午13:00后至人事办理离职手续。所有人员离职单必须经部门主管核准后人事方可办理离职手续。The appl20、ication dates of departure are from 5th to 20th for all former employees with every month. The leave application form has to be filled and handed to HR department after 13:00PM on Friday. It must be approved by the department supervisor, and then HR will handle formalities of leaving.8.2 所有正式员工离职必须提21、前一个月,各部门主管协助把关,如有未到期即离职的员工将以自动离职计,人事在计算工资时将扣除其工资的20%作违款。The employee may also upon prior 30 days write notice and hand over his resignation. Department supervisor assist HR to monitor it.
