preserved and accessible.Also the small village of San Cha is quite nice 5、and you get to meet people from all over the world even Chinese!The group tour by Beijing Hikers group takes care of transportation,accommodations and food and provides a guide.The trip is very strenuous so you should be in good shape.I could hardly walk for two days after the trip.But I am so much 6、older than all in Nanhai district of Foshan,is located in Pearl River Delta area,whose economy is the most developed in China.Shishan,as an i29、mportant gateway of industrial and economic development in Guang-Fo metropolitan area,is bordered by Guangzhou to the east and Sanshui District to the west.According to the latest district master planning of Shishan cluster approved in 2006,Shishan town is taken as a new sub-center owning physical e30、nvironment with ecological characteristics to maintain rich humanistic tradition in the region,to function as the service center of western channel,and to improve the coordinated development of urban leisure industry in Guang-Fo metropolitan core area.However,it is important to remember that,althoug31、h the regions economic market is currently active,but the embarrassing situation caused in history,for example,its building land is scattered,small-scale and also lacks of rational distribution,is far from the requirements of the overall plan.Therefore,the local government hopes to employ the urban 32、design and controlling plan of Shishan center city to reach the goal of bidding,collective wisdom and scientific decision-making.Through project respect,the focal considerations shall be taken into how to protect these ecological resources,and into conduction of urban layout based on the natural terrain in the process of urban developmen59、t.In order to achieve perfect combination of city with nature,and the dialogue between the nature and ecological urban layout shall be easily achieved by following ways:By the analytical method of appropriate development based on anti-planning theory,it is deter-mined that in the planning area ecolo60、gical sites should be preserved,including water body,and open space.The planning of urban construction sites should be made after identifying the re-tained ecological space pattern.It is through the analysis that the appropriate development draw-ing is achieved,and also based on the 文化水街与多功能康体公园为体现作为金三角文化街区与中心区之间的联系,在设计中创造以康体和文化休闲为主题的街区来作为之间的沟通,同时也是对石门中学的街区的回应,对本区的设计,考虑到三种因素:-图书馆等文化建筑对人流的辐射效应与吸引;-石门中学超大尺度的134、街区的不利影响以及如何释放学校老师与学生的城市需求;-场地本应具有的自然冲沟以及低洼地势等自然特征;综上,方案中以绿色康体公园和文化水街为核心,创造两条联系纽带,将图书馆街区至石门中学再到中心区联系起来;鉴于博爱路外向型及大量过境交通,故绿色康体公园成为该区域的活动场所,作为与石门中学的过渡,同时公园的一端朝向图书馆街区开口,将二者有机联系起来,公园南侧将是住宅与办公的混合开发,来适应该地块的交通特性和中学老师的居住需求,迎合图书馆街区的开口处的新华书店等商业建筑形成的广场将是活力的开始,公园内部布置市民康乐球场如羽毛球场、排球场等户外运动设施,这些设施向西延展,直到水街入口;水街创造了小尺度135、亲水体验空间,水街两侧分别是文化休闲商业,如特色书店、休闲咖啡店、茶座等,这些商业裙楼上面是公寓住宅开发,这种混合使用保证了水街活力;水街向北即为时尚购物中心,水街的另外一侧,同时作为文化岛公园入口,这一序列将最后引导进入港湾滨水广场;康体文化街区两端都是人流的聚集,而二者途径中却是不同的精彩空间;Multi-functional Fitness ParkIn order to reflect the connection between the golden triangle of cultural district and central area,the design creates t136、he block with the theme of fitness and cultural recreation,which also responds to the block of Shimen Middle School.In the design of this block,three aspects are considered:-the radiation effects and attraction of libraries and other cultural 建立半岛住宅之间的视觉中心,这一视觉中心将成为公共共享空间,也缓解外围半岛高密度开发带来的环境负面影响;这一半岛将容纳部分居住的公共职能,譬如会所,等休憩放松、到自然中运动等功能;Diversified Lake Shorelines There are varied terrains in some parts of t149、he south of the Universal Love Road in the base,and pond terrains interweave.All these are de-sired conditions for the construction of the high-end residences.These terrains extend to the center of the base like peninsula.Among the pen-insula,many valleys that are full of fun and have changing space150、s are formed at last,if we put the strategies list below into consideration in the design to get reasonable order for the construction and have full display of the charming characters of this area:A.Control the space distance reasonably between buildings,and that between peninsula and buildings,so t151、hat we can maintain the space experience of the original terrain;the principle of the design is to pro-tect the primitive ecology of the peninsula,and we put the construction on the mesa or flat terrain that are above the shoreline gradient to form an appropriate green belt between the peninsula and152、 water,it is full of ecological significance while offering commonality for activities.B.Set up the vision center among the peninsula residences,and this vision center will become the space for all the people,by doing this we can relieve the negative influences brought by the external peninsula high153、-density development;this peninsula shall hold parts of the public functions,such as clubs,open space to relax,exercise in nature and so forth.C.Nice accessibility of the lake called wetlands parks.Ponds in the base can be turned into the 168、nature wetlands through simple fix,the new wetlands will have the functions such as purification,protection,scientific 外部交通线源污染:北侧321国道与广三高速公路机动车尾气排放,主要包括一氧化碳、氮氧化物以及可吸入颗粒物等对人体有害的污染物。基地正好位于该主要区域道路的下方向,污染进一步加剧。初步应对策略:在基地北侧设置一定的生态廊道,利用植物吸收功能降低空气污染,主要作用于外部点源及交通线源污染的控300、制。此外,务必将现有基地内部的工厂搬迁,彻底根绝污染来源。环境基底分析环境质量现状评价-声环境现状主要噪声污染来自紧邻场地北侧边界的321国道,大量的重型运输车辆通过更加剧了噪声污染的程度;广三高速公路虽然距离规划区域较远,但由于车流量巨大,也会对场地北侧造成噪声影响。本报告利用美国环保署的道路交通噪声模拟软件TNM对这两条道路的噪声污染情况进行了模拟。在对道路车流量以及平均车速等关键参数进行设定后,对常规日噪声水平进行了预测模拟。模拟结果见左图,场地北侧部分区域超过70分贝,需要在道路和基地之间设置一定的声屏障设施,以削减此区域的超标噪声。对于其他区域,建议开放空间或商业用地等对噪声不敏感的301、土地利用类型可设置于邻近国道的噪声小于70分贝,但仍大于65分贝的区域内。居民区等噪声敏感的土地利用类型应尽量远离北侧道路,设置于中部及南侧噪声达标区域内。Evaluation of Environmental Quality the Sound EnvironmentAt present,most of the noises come from the National Highway 321 adjacent to the northern border of the region.The intensityof the noises is exacerbated by the heavy302、 transport vehicles that are passing by.Though the three-wide highway is a little away from the planning region,the transportation is huge,and it can do some harm to the northern side of the region.The report used the road traffic noise simulation software TNM of the U.S.Environmental Protection Age303、ncy to have the road noise pollution simulated.On the road,when the average traffic speed,and other key parameters were set,the conventional level of noise was simulated.The results of the simulation can be seen in the left picture,the region in the north of the site is over 70Db,and it is necessary304、 to set up the noise barrier to reduce the noise over the region.For other regions,suggestion is made to open space or commercial land to the business that is not sensitive to the noise,and they can be set in the region that with noise between 65db and 70db.Environmental Base Analysis Evaluation of 305、Environmental Quality-the Atmospheric EnvironmentAir quality of the region is good,the main pollution threat,including the following three aspects:The point source pollution of the external industrial park:a base is sur-rounded by several industrial parks such as Foshan and South China Sea,and it is306、 in the leeward position among the Shiwan,Nan Village,Luocunwu Village,and Guanyao industrial park.The emission of these industrial enter-prises will cause threat to the air quality in the base.The point source pollution of the internal factory:the emission of the chemical factory in the north-west 307、corner of the base has a more direct impact on the base.External source pollution of the traffic lines:the emission of vehicle on the north side of National Highway 321 and three-wide highway including carbon monoxide,nitrogen oxides,and particulate 米,本案取为70米220kV高压架空电力线路走廊宽度需为30-40 米,本案取为35米110kV高压架空电力线路走廊宽度需为15-25 米,本案取为20米适宜性分类标准坡度因子适宜性分类原则不同建设用地对坡度的要求不同,在坡度较大的地区,开发建设会造成水土流失、山地滑坡或泥石流等自然灾害,植被不容易恢复。因此,开发用地应尽量选择在坡度较缓的区域进行。同时,出于排水等要求,也有对最低坡度的限制。道路、居住用地以及其他用地类型对坡度都有不同的要求。根据国家建设用地竖向标准,坡度大于25318、%的地区不适宜进行开发。适宜性分类标准根据城市用地竖向规划规范(CJJ83-93)中对城市主要建设用地适宜规划坡度的要求,将坡度适宜性分为三个等级,分别是:道路用地适宜坡度为0.2%-8%建设用地适宜坡度应小于25%坡度大于25%不推荐开发 高程因子适宜性分类原则从防洪角度出发,建设用地应避免排涝较困难的低洼区域,以降低内涝风险以及相应的财产生命损失。开放空间则宜利用低洼区域,一方面这些低洼区域如果用于建设用地,则需要大规模的土地平整,填方较大,增加土地开发的成本;另一方面,开放空间有一定的洪水蓄滞作用,可作为蓄滞洪区。适宜性分类标准根据基地的高程分布情况,本案选择高程10米以下区域主要作为开319、放空间;高程10米以上区域主要作为建设用地开发。潜在水系因子适宜性分类原则水资源是规划区域内的特色资源之一。规划区域内拥有广阔的水面和诸多的水系,是构成整个区域景观的支撑。因此在开发过程中需要保证区域内水质不会受到严重影响,保持水体的景观效应和生态效应。为此,在潜在汇水廊道应该尽量保留下来,不被用做建设用地。通过对绿色廊道以及水体缓冲带的研究确定最终的适宜性分类区域。适宜性分类标准潜在水系两侧40米范围以内推荐保留为开放空间
