ANALYSIS基础设施割裂城河失联City and the river are divided by infrastructure现状场地被深广铁路纵向切割,严重削弱布吉河水岸可达性和城市肌理间的联系。三级道路与南北向连接在地块36、内缺失,加剧城市肌理的割裂。布吉河与城市之间存在多种形式的隔离,从北到南大致可归纳为三种类型:北段,由于河道上盖造成的城河垂直隔离;中段,因笋岗站、广深铁路、城市道路与河道平行布设所导致的城河水平隔离;南段,城河关系紧密,但河道滨水空间品质较差。布吉河沿人行空间多次被深广铁路、城市道路打断,生态肌理破碎,重构城河关系需因地制宜。The present site is cut by Shenzhen-Guangzhou railway,which further weakens the accessibility of Buji riverbank and integation of urban37、 typology.The third level road network and the north-south connection are missing in the plot,which aggravates the spatial fragmentation of site.There are various forms of isolation between the buji river and the city,which can be roughly divided into three types from north to south.In the middle se38、ction,due to the parallel layout of sungang station,guangzhou-shenzhen railway,urban roads and river courses,chenghe horizontal isolation;In the southern ecological restoration in high-density urban ar40、ea罗湖区人口稠密,人均公共空间十分紧张。布吉河作为贯穿罗湖区南北的重要河道,本应借助自身的属性成为片区的核心生态走廊,但由于多年来对布吉河作为排洪渠的单一片面的功能定位,忽视了其生态涵养功能,导致河道沿线生态系统遭受严重破坏,与周边生态节点联系不足。布吉河面临城市空间和生态空间的抗争。再加上布吉河本身污染严重,75%的河段雨季污染严重,剩余25%的河段全年污染严重。如何实现高密空间下的生态修复成为难题。基于现状情况,若要破冰人河关系,需从河道生态修复着手。Luohu District is densely populated.As an important river which runs 41、through the north and south of Luohu District,the Buji River should be the core ecological corridor of the area with its own attributes.However,because of the single and one-sided function positioning of the Buji River as a drainage channel for many years,the ecological conservation function of the 42、river is ignored,which has caused serious damage to the ecosystem along the river,the lack of contact with the surrounding ecological nodes,and the difficulty of dialogue between the river and the urban 罗湖区作为深圳发展建设最早的城区,整体建成度较高,增量空间匮乏,只能从有限的存量空间中寻求发展。在已有的更新项目中,实施率达65%44、,占一半以上,推进力度较强,有利于城市空间的快速提升和发展。从已有更新项目的分布情况来看,可利用存量空间北部多余南部,但滨河区域较少。分析片区内可重建的、要提升的、需保留的、不可调的等多种因素,精明利用空间资源,转变城河发展困境。罗湖区大量的城市更新项目在不同的步伐和时段中同时发生。目前罗湖区有47个不同的更新项目,给协调一致的城市环境改善带来了挑战。除此之外,在深圳这个瞬息万变的地区,监测所有再生过程,为政府、利益相关者、土地所有者和公民创造一个双赢的框架,是关键挑战。Luohu distribution of existing renewal projects,the available space is more in the north than in the south,but less in the riverside area.This paper analyzes the factors that can be reconstructed,promoted,retained and unadjustable in the area,and makes use of space resources wisely to47、 change the development difficulties of urban river.2.1.3旧居住区、旧村居旧商业区旧工业区更新潜力巨大High strong“国际消费中心“的发展目标为罗湖布吉河区域城市发展带来新机遇,因而沿河岸公共空间设计也应为此助力。与此同时,布吉河不同河段已存在相对应的消费业,滨水空间设计如何体现和增强商业也将成为关键。规划区域内有工业、生态、文化、生活(商业、居住)等丰富多样的功能业态,但文化特征不明显,文化要素不突出,更难呼应罗湖区打造“国际消费中心”的发展目标。结合滨河空间点亮各区段文化主题,平衡拆除与修缮、城市与自然、新兴与传统之间的关系变城河发展困境。The development goal of“i54、nternational consumption center”brings new opportunities for the urban development of Luohu.At the same time,there are corresponding consumption industries in different reach of the buji river,and how to embody and enhance the commerce in waterfront space design will become the key.Planning area is 55、industrial,ecological,cultural,and life(commercial and residential)rich variety of functions such as forms,but no obvious cultural characteristics and cultural elements is not prominent,more difficult to echo the luohu district to build“international consumer center”development goals.Combining the r56、iverside space to light up the cultural theme of each section,the balance between demolition and repair,the relationship between city and nature,emerging and cope with transitions in weather or occupation is very limited.This can be seen when analysing the development o162、f impervious surface ratios over time for the upper,middle and lower part of the catchment.While the upper catchment maintains to be mostly occupied by natural vegetation(rural open land),the middle and lower parts are dominated by suburban(medium density)and urban(high density)areas.Especially in t163、he middle catchment the conversion of medium to high density areas is expected to increase in the coming decade while the remaining portion of rural areas contracts.The lower part of the catchment is completely urbanised;the only expected major changes are a further densification.Lower basin(0-25m):164、14.12 around level 5,which reduces the river to a drainage canal that the area would rather reject than embrace.Especially in the downstream area the Buji River the use of the Buji River is severely constrained;the water smells and can hardly be considered an asset to the area.The goal of reaching q178、uality level 4 and ultimately level 3 cannot be reached overnight.Currently,the majority of the rivers pollution is originating from domestic pollution and wastewater.That means that urban redevelopment and policy in which source control is enforced will gradually have a significant impact on the wa179、ter quality of the river.Also,removing the waste water connections that have appeared over time as well as upgrading the existing wastewater and drainage system(e.g.reduce leaking)will positively affect the future water quality of the river.Possibly within the next decade,a jump to quality level 4 c180、an be made while level 3 might be attainable in the longer system.The big advantage of this approach can be summarized in one word:control.By capturing,storing,delaying and conveying precipitation in a separate system that operates independent from the existing system,184、a fresh start can be made in which all the quality enhancing features of urban water can be exploited to the fullest.In the meantime,the existing system is given enough time to be optimized and regenerated until it is up to standard.Once this is the case,the two systems can be merged and a resilient185、 water system in which quality and quantity is guaranteed is established.This approach is unique in the world and is in our vision,the only possibility to ensure the short and long term objectives for the Buji
