任务来源:受太仓邻里中心城镇开发有限公司委托,我公司对拟建“太仓港城邻里中心”场地进行详勘阶段的岩土工程勘察工作。工程地点及周边环境:拟建场地位于太仓港区龙江路与映雪路交叉口东北角。工程规模:拟建地块呈3、矩形,拟建建筑物为 13 层、5 层及 8 层,框架结构,柱网8.1m8.1m。统设地下一层车库,埋深约 5.0m。占地面积约为 本次勘察的目的是为本工程拟建建筑物的地基基础设计、施工提供场地岩土工程勘察资料,主要提供如下内容:1)、查明拟建场地在勘探深度范围内各土层的土性特征、分布规律及岩土工程特性,对场地的稳定性和适宜性进行评价;2)、提供各土层物理力学性质指标、地基承载力特征值等岩土参数;3)、查明拟建场地内有无明、暗浜等不良地质现象,确定其走向分布范围、深度和走向;4)、查明场地浅部地下水类型、埋藏特征及水位变化幅度,并判定地下水和土对建筑材料有无腐蚀性;5)、根据抗震设计的有关要求,提供拟建场地抗震基本条件,划分建筑抗震地段;判定拟建场地地基土的类型及建筑场地类别;67、)、结合建筑物性质,对场地工程地质条件作出分析与评价,建议适宜的天然地基持力层,估算地基承载力特征值;建议适宜的桩基持力层,选择桩型、估算单桩承载力和基础沉降量;7)、分析沉桩可行性及桩基施工对周围环境的影响,对地基与基础设计方案及施工注意事项提出建议;8)、提供基坑开挖、围护设计及施工所需岩土参数,建议基坑开挖围护方案,对基坑施工监测提出建议。1.2.3 勘察工作量布置和工作方法 1.2.3.1 勘察工作量布置 本次勘察工作量按国家标准 岩土工程勘察规范(GB 50021-2001)(2009 年修改版),工程编号:2010-G-506 太仓港城邻里中心岩土工程勘察报告 第 2 页 共 108、 页 并充分考虑了拟建建筑物性质及拟建场地地层分布特点布置。主要勘探孔按方网格布置,横向间距为 12m29m,纵向间距为 15m28m,沿地下室一周布置小螺纹钻孔;根据桩基设计的不同要求,分别确定一般性孔和控制性孔深度:12 层建筑控制性勘探孔孔深为40.0m,一般性勘探孔孔深为 35.0m;3 层建筑控制性勘探孔孔深为 45.0m,一般性勘探孔孔深为 35.0m;5 层建筑控制性勘探孔孔深为 50.0m,一般性勘探孔孔深为 40.0m;8 层酒店控制性勘探孔孔深为 55.0m,一般性勘探孔孔深为 45.0m。小螺纹钻孔钻至第层一定深度。为摸清场地内明浜的边界,沿明浜共布设 28 个小螺纹孔钻9、。勘探孔位置及孔深详见“建筑物及勘探点平面布置图(图 1)”。1.2.3.2 勘察工作方法 本次勘察综合采用钻探取土、标准贯入试验、静力触探、小螺纹钻孔、波速试验以及室内土工试验等勘察技术手段,有关情况说明如下:1)、钻探:本次钻探设备采用 SH-30 型钻机,分回次自由钻进,开孔直径 146mm,终孔直径 110mm。回次进尺控制在 1.02.0m,分段进行土层鉴别描述;在预定深度采用自由活塞敞口取土器,根据土层特性分别采用静压法和孔底锤击法取土;2)、标准贯入试验:锤重、落距及贯入器规格均符合国家标准。自动落锤装置,锤重63.50.5kg,落距 762cm,对贯入器开管外径 511mm,内10、径 351mm,长度457mm,下接长度 761mm、刃角 1820、刃口端部后 1.6mm 的管靴,上端接一内外径与对开管相同的钻杆接头,长 152mm;3)、静力触探试验:采用15cm2 单桥探头,数据采集自动记录,记录仪型号为LMC-D310,采样间距为10cm;4)、波速测试:采用单孔检层法,试验设备包括振源、井下检波器、触发器、记录仪。采用地面激振,用铁锤敲击上部压有重物的木板,木板上安装 SJ-5 触发器,井下检波器采用三分量检波器接受地震波,记录仪器采用 SWS 型检测仪。采样点数为 2k 点,采样间隔为 0.1ms,测点的垂直间距采用 1m,自下而上测试,且按规范要求进行部分复11、测,以确定不同深度土层的剪切波速;5)、为满足基坑围护设计的需要,室内土工试验除了常规物理力学性试验外,还进行渗透试验,三轴试验;对浅部潜水采取地下水样,进行水质分析,分析评价地下水对建筑材料的腐蚀性。1.3 勘察工作时间和完成工作量 K1(H=2.815m,属黄海高程系统,下同)和 K2(H=3.100m),均为道钉标志,该两个水准点分别位于拟建场地映雪路,详见建筑物及勘探点平面布置图(图 1)。本次勘探点的放样是根据由业主提供的坐标点:13、K1(X=3499510.879,Y=519653.888)及 K2(X=3499418.962,Y=519570.134),详见建筑物及勘探点平面布置图(图 1)。采用GPS 2.1 地形地貌 太仓市位于长江三角洲东南前缘,属三角洲滨海平原,地貌形态单一,地势平坦。场地原为耕地,场地内分布有河塘。目前拟建场地周边空旷,属开发区用地。勘探孔标高在 2.48m2.94m 之间,标高平均为 2.71m 左右。2.2 地基土的构成与特征 根据本次勘19、探揭露的地层资料分析,拟建场地 55.45m 深度范围内的地基土属第四纪全新世(Q4)、上更新世(Q3)河口、滨海相沉积层,主要由淤泥质土、粘性土、粉土及砂土组成。按其沉积年代、成因类型及其物理力学性质的差异,可划分为、及等 7 个主要层次,其中第、层根据土性差异可分为两个亚层。场地地层分布主要特点简述如下:第1层灰黄色填土,以粘性土为主,含少量碎砖、石子等建筑垃圾以及少量植物根茎与腐植物,土质松散,高等压缩性,场地内遍布,一般厚度约为 0.30m1.10m,平均厚度约 0.54m;第2层为浜底部沉积的淤泥,含有机质,土质灰黑,流塑状态,高等压缩性,一般层厚约为 0.30.5m,平均厚度约 020、.36m。第层灰黄色粉质粘土,含氧化物,土质较均匀,切面稍有光滑,韧性中等,干强度中等,可塑软塑状态,中等压缩性,场地内整体遍布,一般厚度约为 0.20m1.70m,平均厚度约 1.11m;第层灰色淤泥质粉质粘土,含云母及有机质,夹少量薄层粉性土,切面稍光滑,干强度中等,韧性中等,流塑状态,高等压缩性,一般厚度约为 7.20m7.90m,平均厚度约7.50m;第夹层灰色粉质粘土夹粉土,含云母,有机质等,夹粉土,干强度中低等,韧性中低等,软塑可塑状态,中等压缩性,一般厚度约为 0.80m1.40m,平均厚度约 1.19m;第层灰色淤泥质粉质粘土,含云母及有机质,夹少量薄层粉性土,切面光滑,干强度21、中等,韧性中等,流塑状态,高等压缩性,一般厚度约为 6.60m8.50m,平均厚度约7.29m;第1层灰色淤泥质粉质粘土,含云母及有机质,夹少量薄层粉性土,切面稍光滑,干强度中等,韧性中等,流塑状态,高等压缩性,一般厚度约为 12.00m13.70m,平均厚度约 12.74m;2层灰色粉质粘土,含云母及有机质,局部夹粉土薄层,切面稍光滑,干工程编号:2010-G-506 太仓港城邻里中心岩土工程勘察报告 第 4 页 共 10 页 强度中等,韧性中等,软塑可塑状态,压缩性中等,一般厚度约为 7.60m9.40m,平均厚度约 8.32m;第层灰色粉砂与粉质粘土互层,干强度中低等,韧性中低等,中密(22、可塑)状态,中等压缩性,一般厚度约为 8.20m10.20m,平均厚度约 9.29m;第层灰色粉质粘土,含云母,有机质等,硬塑状态,中等压缩性,局部含有少量粉砂层,本次勘探在 55.45m 深度未揭穿本层。地基土土层特性详见地层特性表(表 4),其分布规律详见工程地质剖面图及静力触探测试成果图表。2.3 地基土的物理力学性质 地基土的物理力学性指标分层统计结果详见“土层物理力学性质参数表”(表 5-1表5-2),并说明如下:2.3.1 表中给出的各项土试指标(除静探 Ps 值外)平均值均为算术平均值,设计时可根据安全使用情况,结合统计参数酌情采用最大、最小平均值或其它统计值。2.3.2 表中固23、结快剪试验提供的土的内摩擦角和粘聚力 C 是抗剪强度峰值指标。2.3.3 静力触探比贯入阻力平均值为最小平均值,即取全部样本的平均值再与最小值之间取算术平均值。标贯试验 N 值为实测值。2.3.4 由于受采取土样的局限性、试样尺寸以及室内试验边界条件的限制,室内渗透试验取得的渗透系数往往比土层的原位渗透试验指标小,有时差 12 个数量级,在选取其作为设计参数时,应结合经验慎重确定。2.3.5 地基承载力特征值 fak 是根据有关规范、标准及原位试验成果结合地区工程经验综合确定。各土层地基承载力特征值 fak(建议值)见表 6。地基承载力特征值 fak一览表 表 6 方法 1 方法 2 方法 来源:根据岩土工程手册(1994)确定相应指标确定地基承载力基本值,并参考上海市工程建设规范岩土工程勘察规范(DGJ08-37-2002)第 13.3.4 条,fak=0.9f0得出;2、表中 fak 仅供评价土性之用,设计时应根据实际基础的形状、尺寸、埋深并考虑下卧层强度和变形验算后确定。2.4 场地地震效应 27、2.4.1 区域地质构造 太仓市隶属苏州市,本区新生代以来新构造活动反映不强烈,主要表现为垂直升降运动。西部丘陵山区处于缓慢抬升,东部平原区轻微下降。据中国岩石圈新构造时期升降幅度图,19561977 年地形形变测量结果,平原区 20 年间垂直形变速率不到-0.1mm/a,属地壳活动稳定区。2.4.2 场地等效剪切波速估算 本次勘察在 3#、6#钻孔中各进行了 20 米的单孔剪切波速测试,编号为 V1 和 根据场地波29、速试验估算结果,各单孔地面以下 20.0m 深度内土层等效剪切波速为121.5123.0m/s,场地平均等效剪切波速为 Vse=122.25m/s。根据区域地质资料,本场地覆盖层厚度大于 80m,根据国家标准建筑抗震设计规范(DG 50011-2001)(2008 年版)有关规定判定,拟建场地地基土类型属软弱土,建筑场地类别为类。根据本次勘察成果资料,按国家标准建筑抗震设计规范(GB50011-2001)(2008年版)的有关条文判别:拟建场地抗震设防烈度为 7 度,设计基本地震加速度值为 0.10g,所属的设计地震分组为第一组,设计特征周期 Tg0.65s。2.4.4 液化判别 本场地所在地30、区抗震设防烈度为 7 度,拟建场地在深度 20.0m 以上无饱和粉土和粉砂层分布,根据国家标准建筑抗震设计规范(GB 50011-2001)(2008 年版)第 4.3.3 第 2条规定,可不考虑液化的影响。2.4.5 抗震地段划分 经勘察,拟建场地浅部 20.0m 以上以软弱的淤泥质土为主,根据国家标准建筑抗震设计规范(GB 50011-2001)(2008 年版)有关条文,本场地属抗震不利地段。2.5 水文地质条件 2.5.1 区域水文地质资料 太仓境内长江南支河段是一个中等强度的潮汐河口,每天两涨两落,一般涨潮历时 4小时左右,落潮历时 8 小时左右。据长江水利委员会长江口水文水资源勘测31、局杨林水文站1985 年建站以来实测最高潮位为 1997 年 8 月 19 日的 4.82m(黄海标高,下同),最低潮位为 1990 年 12 月 1 日的-1.15m;多年平均高潮位为 2.03m,多年平均低潮位为-0.08m,多年平均潮位为 0.95m。太仓内河常水位在 1.371.67m 之间,有记载以来的最高水位为 1999 年 6 月太仓市水利局南郊站测得浏河最高水位 2.65m。江苏省苏州水文水资源勘测局直塘水位站 1976年以来实测盐铁塘最高水位 2.53m(1999 年 6 月),最低水位 0.66m(1979 年)。根据苏州地区区域水文资料,潜水最高水位为 1.332.63m32、,最低水位为-0.211.35m,年变化幅度为 1.02.0m。通常枯水位出现在 13 月份,水位可降至标高-0.50m 左右;高水位出现在 79 月份,水位可接近地表,其余为平水期。拟建场地浅部地下水属潜水类型,主要赋存于填土底部及上部粘性土中,富水性一般,主要受大气降水和地表径流补给,属典型的蒸发入渗型动态特征类型。本次勘察期间所测得的潜水位稳定水位埋深一般在 0.28m0.42m 之间,相应标高在 2.312.56m 之间。由于施工期间,钻孔初见水位略高,一般在 0.060.15m 之间。2.5.2 水质分析 本次勘察在 1#和 11#勘探孔旁采取地下水样进行水质分析,根据水质分析报告(33、见附表 11),拟建场地地下水 PH 值分别为 7.19、7.34,侵蚀性 CO2分别为 0.00mg/L、5.54mg/L,SO42-分别为 169mg/L、103mg/L,Ca2+分别为 123mg/L、108mg/L,Mg2+分别为 78.3mg/L、54.1mg/L,Cl-分别为 97.3mg/L、64.9mg/L。现综合判别如下:(1)据国标岩土工程勘察规范(GB 50021-2001,2009 局部修订)表 12.2.1 按环境类型、腐蚀介质 SO42-和 Mg2+含量判定,场地地下水对混凝土结构微腐蚀性。(2)据表 12.2.2 按土层渗透性和水中 PH 值、侵蚀性 CO2含量判34、定,场地地下水对混凝土结构微腐蚀性。(3)据表 12.2.4 按水中 Cl-含量判定,在干湿交替作用情况下,地下水对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋具微腐蚀性;在长期浸水状态下,地下水对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋具微腐蚀性。(4)太仓地区浅部地下水位埋深较高,水质分析的结果可用于判别土对建筑材料的腐蚀性。2.6.不良地质作用 根据区域地质资料,拟建场地及邻近地带无全新活动断裂、岩溶、滑坡、崩塌及采空工程编号:2010-G-506 太仓港城邻里中心岩土工程勘察报告 第 6 页 共 10 页 区等不良地质作用。本次勘察成果分析,场地内浅部以软弱的淤泥质土为主,土质软弱,在地基基础设计和施工时应予以注意。勘察期间35、对场地内明浜进行了探摸,明浜深度约为1.50m。浜底有淤泥分布,平均厚度约0.36m,土质极为软弱。场地内分布之明浜为本场地的主要不良地质作用,将对本工程地基基础设计和施工(特别是浅基础和基坑围护)带来不利影响。明浜的分布范围详见平面图,切割深度详见工程地质剖面图。3、地基土的分析与评价、地基土的分析与评价 3.1 场地稳定性和适宜性 苏州及邻近地区地震不强烈,据近二千多年的历史记载共发生大于 4 级的地震 49 次,大于 5 级的地震 9 次,其中较大的地震有 1974 年 4 月 22 日溧阳市上沛 5.5 级地震和 1990年 2 月 10 日常熟太仓沙溪 5.1 级地震。地震活动水平中36、等偏下,属基本稳定地区。拟建场地属三角洲滨海平原地貌,地势平缓,无滑坡、危岩、地面塌陷、泥石流等不良地质作用。根据本次勘察,地层分布较稳定,场地浅部以软弱淤泥质土为主,在做相应的地基处理或采用适当的基础形式后,仍适宜建造本工程各类建筑物。3.2 地基均匀性评价 根据勘察结果,拟建场地预选桩基持力层即第2层粉质粘土、层粉砂与粉质粘土互层分布稳定,较均匀,层面坡度均小于 10%,且处于同一地貌单元,综合判断,可视为较均匀地基。3.3 天然地基分析和评价 根据本工程拟建建筑物性质及场地工程地质条件,天然地基分析评价如下:第1层灰黄色填土,该土层主要以粘性土为主,含植物根茎、腐植物等。土质松散软弱、高37、压缩性、埋藏较浅,故不宜作为建筑物的天然地基持力层。第层灰黄色粉质粘土,平均厚度约1.11m,土质可塑软塑状,除明浜区外,场地内遍布,静探比贯入阻力Ps平均值为0.68Mpa,推荐地基承载力特征值为80kPa,在满足下卧软弱土层验算和沉降控制的前提下,可作为本工程辅助建筑物的天然地基持力层。第层土厚度较薄,其下即为流塑状的第层淤泥质粉质粘土,故基础宜浅埋于第层顶部。遇浜和填土较厚的区域应作换填处理。3.4、桩基评价 根据勘察任务委托书,本工程 1、2、3、5 及 8 层建筑均采用框架结构,柱网为 8.1m8.1m,具有较大的单柱集中荷载(5 层建筑最大单柱荷重标准值 6000kN、8 层建筑最38、大单柱荷重标准值 10000kN),均拟采用桩基础。3.4.1 桩基持力层选择 桩基持力层的选择应同时满足下列条件:1)、单桩竖向承载力应满足设计布桩的要求;2)、基础沉降量及差异沉降应满足规范及设计要求;3)、需考虑预制桩的沉桩可能性;从本场地地基土的构成与特征考虑,拟建场地第2层以上各土层由于埋藏较浅或土质较软弱,均不宜作为本工程拟建建筑物的桩基持力层。第2层灰色粉质粘土,层顶埋深一般在自然地面下 30.0m31.0m 之间,平均厚度约为 8.32m,含水量 33.5%,孔隙比 0.95,静探 Ps 平均值为 1.44MPa,软塑可塑状态,中等压缩性,层位分布稳定,故可选择该层作为本工程 39、13 层及 5 层建筑的桩端持力层。建议 13 层建筑桩端入土深度可在自然地面以下 32.0m 左右,相应标高在-29.3m 左右;建议 5 层建筑桩端入土深度可在自然地面以下 37.0m 左右,相应标高在-34.3m 左右。第层灰色粉砂与粉质粘土互层,层顶埋深一般在自然地面下 37.7m39.5 m 之间,含水量 31.9%,孔隙比 0.91,静探 Ps 平均值为 4.26MPa,中密(可塑)状态,中等压缩性,层位分布稳定,可选择该层作为本工程 8 层建筑的桩端持力层,建议桩端入土深度可在自然地面以下 42.0m 左右,相应标高在-39.3m 左右。本工程纯地下室基础埋深约 5.0m,根据工40、程经验,一般 20m 长的抗拔桩能满足设计要求,故纯地下室可将抗拔桩的桩端置于第1 层中,桩端入土约 25m 左右。3.4.2、桩型的选择 预制桩具有桩身质量高,桩身质量易控制,造价相对钻孔灌注桩经济的特点,当环境条件许可时,应优先考虑采用预制桩(静压)方案。本次拟建建筑物与道路最近距离约为 15.6m,拟建场地周边环境对采用预制桩限制相对较小,根据本区域工程经验,只要措施得当,采用预制桩是合理可行的基础方案。根据拟建场地工程地质情况,本工程可优先选用 PHC400、500 管桩或 350mm350mm、400mm400mm 的方桩。3.4.3、单桩竖向承载力特征值估算 根据场地地基土的物理力41、学性参数,按建筑桩基技术规范(JGJ 为主,沉桩时无困难。采用第层粉砂与粉质粘土互层为桩基持力层,预制桩穿越软弱淤泥质土后,穿过软塑可塑状态的2层粉质粘土层,土体总体贯入阻力一般不大,配以适宜的沉桩设备,沉桩一般没有困难。预制桩在软粘性土层沉桩时,如速度过快,对桩周土体的扰动大,土体恢复需要的时间长,会造成桩载荷试验达不到预计承载力的情况发生。鉴于本场地淤泥质土层厚度大,故应控制沉桩速率,必要时可在桩端配钢桩靴,以减少对土体的扰动。预制桩沉桩时,如地基承载力不足会造成沉桩设备倾斜或下陷,影响安全施工,并使桩的垂直度达不到要求。本场地分布有较大面积的明浜,施工前48、应清除浜底淤泥,分层回填并碾压,必要时对浜区进行地基处理,以满足沉桩设备对施工场地地基承载力的要求。3.4.6 桩基施工对周围环境的影响及防范措施 本场地西侧龙江路和南侧映雪路均为主要道路。沉桩时由于挤土效应,会引起超孔隙水压力,导致土体隆起和水平位移,并且波及到一定的范围,故应采取有效措施减轻沉桩挤土影响,如:控制沉桩速率,沉桩相对集中区域的日沉桩数量一般 8 至 9 根为宜;应合理安排沉桩流程,行进方向应背离保护对象;为减少对周边环境的影响,必要时可设置防挤沟,降低沉桩产生挤土压力。同时加强沉桩施工监测,以合理调整沉桩速率,做到信息化施工。在软土地区进行桩基施工,还应注意避免施工中浮桩、偏49、桩等工程事故。4 基坑围护方案设计参数基坑围护方案设计参数 4.1 基坑围护方案 本工程统设一层地下室,埋深约 5.0m,根据建筑基坑支护技术规程(JGJ 120-99),基坑侧壁安全等级为三级,在 2.5 倍基坑开挖深度范围主要涉及松散的第1层素填土、可塑软塑状态的第层粉质粘土、流塑状态的第层淤泥质粉质粘土、软塑可塑状态的第夹层粉质粘土夹粉土、流塑状态的第层淤泥质粉质粘土。结合本工程基坑自身和周边环境特点及本地区已有的类似施工经验,建议基坑围护结构主要采用如下方案思路:建议采用水泥土搅拌桩组成的重力式挡墙的围护方案,因本场地浅部土质软弱,且明浜分布较多,故不建议土钉墙围护方案。由于拟建场地地50、下水位较高,该基坑建议采用轻型井点降水。本工程基坑范围较大,故基坑施工前,应由专业单位进行基坑围护设计,针对周围环境、地质条件和各工况,经抗滑移、抗隆起及边坡围护结构稳定性验算后,确定围护结构的具体参数。4.2 本工程开挖面积较大,开挖深度范围主要为第1层素填土、第层粉质粘土、第层淤泥质粉质粘土、第夹层粉质粘土夹粉土以及第层淤泥质粉质粘土,工程性质较差,易造成坑壁坍塌,故应做好基坑的围护方案;另应防止对坑底土的扰动,尽量减少基坑暴露52、时间,避免坑内积水,及时浇筑垫层。基坑开挖范围内以软弱淤泥质土为主,故基坑开挖时应均衡挖土,土方高差不宜大于1m,否则易造成土方局部滑塌、桩身偏斜等情况发生。基础施工期间,应委托有监测资质的第三方进行相关的监测工作,对围护结构体系,对地下水、坑壁稳定性和周边环境等加强变形监测,做到信息化施工。监测的内容应包括但不限于以下几个方面:a、对基坑周边环境的监测 应对基坑周边地下管线、道路等进行必要的调查和监测,并埋设沉降监测点,以便进行施工监测。b、对基坑围护体系的监测 基坑开挖时应对基坑围护墙体、坑内外土体及地下水位等进行监测,随时掌握围护结构及基坑周围土体的位移变化情况,做到信息化施工,确保施工53、质量与施工安全。工程编号:2010-G-506 太仓港城邻里中心岩土工程勘察报告 第 9 页 共 10 页 上述对基坑周围环境的监测,应在工程桩及围护桩施工之前就开始进行,并将测得的原始数据及周围的现状记录在案,在基坑开挖期间,监测密度应增加到每天1次,如遇位移、沉降及其变化速率较大时,应增加观测次数,必要时进行连续监测。5、结论与建议、结论与建议 5.1 根据拟建场地的工程地质条件,本场地属稳定场地,适宜建造本工程各类建筑物。5.2 第层灰黄色粉质粘土,推荐地基承载力特征值为80kPa,在下卧软土层验算和沉降满足的前提下,可作为本工程辅助建筑物的天然地基持力层。5.3 拟建 13 层建筑建议54、采用第2层粉质粘土作为桩基持力层,桩端入土深度在自然地面以下 32.0m 左右,相应标高约为-29.3m;拟建 5 层建筑建议采用第2层粉质粘土作为桩基持力层,桩端入土深度在自然地面以下 37.0m 左右,相应标高约为-34.3m;拟建 8 层建筑建议选择第层灰色粉砂与粉质粘土互层作为桩端持力层,桩端入土深度在自然地面以下 42.0m 左右,相应标高约为-39.3m。纯地下室设置抗拔桩,桩端可设置于第1 层中,建议深度 25m 左右,相应标高约为-22.3m。5.4 根据本场地的工程地质条件结合拟建建筑物的性质,本工程桩型宜采用预应力管桩(PHC 管桩)或预制方桩。5.5 鉴于拟建场地的地层条55、件,建议采用静压方式沉桩。建议进行试沉桩以确定合理的施工参数,同时加强桩身结构强度,施工中应控制接桩质量,加强桩身质量检测。5.6 为有效减轻沉桩挤土对周边环境、地下管线造成不利影响,同时避免工程桩侧移和上浮等工程事故,应控制日沉桩速率,确定合理的沉桩流程,同时加强沉桩施工监测,做到信息化施工。5.7 建议进行单桩竖向抗压静载荷试验,并选择代表性地段按不同持力层、不同桩长进行;试桩数量不少于相关规范规定。由于拟建场地 30m 以浅以饱和淤泥质软土为主,沉桩后桩周土体强度的恢复历时较长,根据经验,建议沉桩至静载荷试验的间隙期宜延长至45 天以上。5.8 本工程统设一层地下室,挖深约为5.0m,结56、合本工程基坑自身和周边环境特点及本地区已有的类似施工经验,基坑围护建议采用水泥土搅拌桩组成的重力式挡墙的围护方案,进行基坑围护的专项设计,并对围护结构本身以及周边环境进行监测。5.9 拟建场地地基土类型属软弱土,建筑场地类别为类,位于抗震设防烈度 7 度区,设计基本地震加速度值为 0.10g,设计地震分组为第一组,特征周期为 0.65s。拟建场地在深度 20.0m 无饱和粉土和粉砂层分布,根据国家标准 建筑抗震设计规范(GB 50011-2001)(2008 年版)在 7 度抗震烈度下,可不考虑地基土的液化影响。5.10 根据地下水对建筑材料的腐蚀性分析报告书,拟建场地浅部地下水与土对混凝土结57、构微腐蚀性;在干湿交替作用情况下,地下水对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋具微腐蚀性;在长期浸水状态下,地下水对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋微腐蚀性。根据苏州地区区域水文资料,潜水最高水位为 1.332.63m,最低水位为-0.211.35m,年变化幅度为 1.02.0m。通常枯水位出现在 13 月份,水位可降至标高-0.50m 左右;高水位出现在 79 月份,水位可接近地表,其余为平水期。太仓内河常水位在 1.371.67m 之间,有记载以来的最高水位为 1999 年 6 月太仓市水利局南郊站测得浏河最高水位 2.65m。江苏省苏州水文水资源勘测局直塘水位站 1976年以来实测盐铁塘最高水位 2.53m(158、999 年 6 月),最低水位 0.66m(1979
