邳州新苏中心位于江苏省邳州市福州路以东，闽江路北侧，银杏大道南侧所围地块，占地面积70107，建筑面积498678.53，是集住宅、商业、办公于一体的综合体建筑。住宅地上32层，为剪力墙结构，办公楼地上20层，为钢筋混凝土框架核心筒结构，裙房36层为钢筋混凝土框架结构，结构使用年限为50年，建成后将成为邳州市地标3、性建筑。 银杏广场工程场地位于邳州市银杏大道与瑞星路交汇处。拟建场地地理位置优越，交通便利。银杏广场工程设计为一层大体量地下室，层高5.5m，框架结构，建筑面积约2.3万平方米。 为使本工程能顺利越冬，确保工程质量，全面完成施工任务，特制定2015年冬期施工方案。二、本工程冬期施工任务概况1、冬期施工时间：当室外日平均气温连续五天稳定低于5，则此5d的第一天为进入冬季施工的初日，即按冬期施工的规定进行。并且要求保证某一天气温低于0则需要按照冬期施工处理。当气温转暖时，最后一个5d的日平均气温稳定在5以上,则此5d的最后一天为冬期施工的终日（日平均气温是1d内2、8、14和20时4次室外气温观测4、结果的平均值,这是在地面以上1.5m处，并远离热源的地方测得的）。 2、冬期施工进度计划：3、根据本工程进度计划，2015年冬期施工（特指2015年11月下旬2016年3月中旬）主要涉及到土方、混凝土、钢筋、模板、保温、防水、砌筑、抹灰等分项工程。要求各部门和各施工队在施工中严格按施工方案实施，项目部相关部门随时监督、检查，以确保顺利完成各项冬施任务。三、编制依据1、主要法律法规及标准1.1中华人民共和国、行业和江苏省政府颁布的现行有效的各类规范、规程及验收评定标准1.2中华人民共和国、行业和江苏省政府颁布的有关法律、法规及规定1.3质量管理体系（GB/T19001-2000idt 本方案按常年冬季气温考虑，如发现冬季气温与常年存在较大差异，需要对本方案及时进行调整。冬季施工各阶段温度控制如下：1.1根据规定，当室外日平均气温连续五天稳定低于5，则此5d的第一天为进入冬季施工的初日，即按冬期施工的规定进行； 1.2当室外最低气温不低于-5时为初冬阶段；1.3当室外最低气温低于-5时为严冬阶段；1.4负责大气温度测温的人员每天记录大气的温度，并报告工地技术负责任人，工地技术负责人根据气温变化选择合理的技术措施。2、加强人员培训 对负责测温、保温、养护及消防的专12、业人员进行专业技术培训，考核及合格后方可上岗工作。同时对全体参加施工人员进行组织学习冬季施工基本知识和施工规范相关内容，提高全员的冬季施工意识，特别要对建筑工程冬季施工规程有了解。3、资源的准备3.1外加剂：本工程采用商品混凝土，外加剂由商品混凝土厂家直接配加。冬期施工混凝土需添加早强剂和防冻剂。混凝土外加剂应提供出厂合格证、性能检测报告、抽样复试报告，混凝土配合比除常规配置外，还需要提前按照-5、-10、-15、-20等条件配置各种配合比，每降5配置一种混凝土配合比。 3.2保温材料：主体施工宜采用阻燃型草帘，水管防冻宜采用阻燃型草帘保温；其它保温材料：塑料布、彩条布等。3.3防冻剂：根据具13、体要求准备适当的混凝土、砂浆防冻剂以及机械设备的防冻液等3.4燃料准备：生活区食堂烧水炉燃料应优先考虑用电或无污染的煤、柴油等；3.5冬施仪器准备：冬施用的各种资料表格、测温设施、百叶箱等；3.6劳保用品：棉大衣、手套、防滑鞋等； 防止寒流的突然来临，施工中的原材料、外加剂提前进场并有足够的存量防止雨雪天气运输中断。混凝土的浇筑采用商品混凝土，每次浇筑之前，提前与厂家联系，准时供应到场，确保浇筑期间混凝土供应不会中断。4、机具准备 准备好测温仪及表格。根据徐州地区的气象资料，确定冬季施工的日期后，在冬季施工前作好准备工作，避免因冻害造成工程质量事故。 测温百叶箱设置：距建筑物10m以外，距地面14、高度1.5m，通风条件较好的地方设一个测温百页箱，百页箱尺寸300300400距地1.5米，外表刷白色油漆。5、现场准备5.1现场搅拌棚应四周封闭，达到保温、防火、遮雨雪及环保的要求。5.2根据冬期施工措施做好冬施材料、工具储备。材料进场后注意妥善保管，严防变质。水泥要求专设水泥棚（要求同搅拌棚）。5.3指定专人负责计量，施工配合比挂牌，按罐标清材料用量，外加剂专设容器存放，计量措施合理。标养室按标准完善，做好冬施试块的留置工作。5.5对现场加工棚、消防设施、水管及其热源设施进行越冬维护，确保冬施正常使用。5.6为冬施用电所需的电源变压器要进行干燥和检修，临时管道作好越冬防冻保温。5.7对建（15、构）筑物的施工控制坐标点、水准点及轴线定位点的埋设应采取防止土壤冻胀，融沉变位和施工振动影响的措施，并应定期复制校正。5.8冬季施工人员保护用品按国家和有关部门的劳动保护条例规定持行，并及时发放。如：电工用工作服，绝缘手套，棉大衣，手套等。5.9提前对上水管，阀门井，消火栓以及运输泵管、消防管道做保温，防止受冻，明露的保温材料采用岩棉管外包白色不透明塑料布。5.10组织好污水排出，保持污水管道畅通，沉淀池封闭好防止结冰。5.11工地安排专人负责收集天气预报，天气预报包括当天和本周的天气情况，并作好表格记录。5.12提前培训管理人员和施工队班组长，了解冬季施工的技术要求，作好冬季施工的各项技术、16、安全交底。5.13施工现场内如有积雪应及时清扫，并且不得堆放在机电设备、物料堆场附近，运输机械行驶应采取防滑措施。5.14检查整个施工现场，对易燃区及时进行整改。5.15认真查看现场总平面布置图、临水临电布置图（临时管沟）及相关资料，了解各临时地上、地下管线、管沟平面位置及标高。检查生产生活用水管路、消防用水管路、排放污水管沟等是否通畅，对不用的管路在入冬前及时卡死、废除，避免常流水或常滴水现象，找出要加深的地下管线，要保温的地上管线及要保温的管沟，并按以下要求保温：非外露水管均埋入自然地面以下0.5m，外露用水口周围用砖砌500500（高度为水嘴以下20）围挡，内部填满锯末；所有外露水管均用17、保温材料包裹至主干管，所有临时管沟（包括临时排水沟等）均用盖板盖严，并经常检查保证排水通畅。6、技术准备6.1组织项目所有参加冬施的管理人员、操作人员，要在冬施前组织一次现行的建筑工程冬期施工规程中有关冬施理论、技术要点培训，为搞好冬施做好前期技术准备。6.2强化逐级冬施的技术交底工作，冬季施工技术质量要求，必须纳入作业设计及书面交底记录。6.4组织测温人员要进行上岗培训，测温数据真实可靠，由专人审核签认，施工完毕后作为技术资料归档。6.5施工现场试块标养室达到合格标准后方可使用。7、后勤保障7.1办公室采用空调取暖。7.2宿舍可采用空调、取暖器（加强用电安全管理），并增加被褥及衣物，严禁使用18、电热毯。7.3车辆及时添加防冻液。7.4检查房间门窗是否完整，及时修缮。六、主要分项工程冬期施工技术措施 春节停工期间，都必须停在合理部位，尽量避免来不及隐蔽的工程外露，并制定合理有效的维护措施，防止发生冻害。 凡混凝土工程于浇灌后停止施工时，受冻前的混凝土抗压强度必须满足现行建筑工程冬期施工规程JGJ1042011中临界强度的规定。 临时堆放的构件要求支点稳固，防止倾倒，防止冻融造成支墩变形而损坏构件。对外露钢铁应刷油保护，螺栓应涂黄油并包扎好，防止锈蚀损坏。1、土方工程1.1本工程的土方工程只涉及到室外回填土项目。1.2准备用于冬期回填的土方应大堆堆放，上覆盖二层草垫，以防冻结。回填土前应19、将基底的冰雪和保温材料打扫干净，回填后，土的上面应覆盖防冻。1.3冬期土方回填时，每层铺土厚度应比常温施工减少2025。预留沉陷量应比常温施工时增加。 对于大面积回填土和有路面的路基及其人行道范围内的平整场地填方，可采用含有冻土块的土回填，但冻土块的粒径不得大于15，其含量（按体积计）不得超过30。铺填时冻土块应分散开，并应逐层夯实。1.4冬期填方施工应在填方前清除基底上的冰雪和保温材料；填方边坡的表层100以内，不得采用含有冻土块的土填筑；整个填方上层部位应用未冻的或透水性好的土回填，其厚度应符合设计要求。冬期填方的高度不宜超过下表规定：冬期填方的高度室外平均气温（）填方高度（m）-5-1020、-11-15-16-204.53.52.5注：采用石块和不含冻块砂土（不包括粉砂）、碎石类回填时，填方的高度可不受上表限制。1.5 室外的基槽（坑）或管沟可采用含有冻土块的土回填。但冻土块粒径不得大于15，含量不得超过15，且应均匀分布，但管沟底以上50范围内不得用含冻土块的土回填。 在冻结期间暂时不使用的管道及其场地回填时，冻土块的含量和粒径不受限制，但融化后应作适当处理。1.6永久性的填方和排水沟的边坡加固修整，宜在解冻后进行。2、钢筋工程2.1钢筋的冷弯2.1.1负温条件下使用的钢筋，施工过程中应加强管理和检验，钢筋在运输和加工过程中应防止撞击和刻痕。2.1.3当环境温度低于-20时，不21、得对HRB400钢筋进行冷弯加工。2.2各机械操作要点2.2.1钢筋切断机操作要点用前检查刀片安装是否正确（固定刀片与冲切片的水平间隙以为0.51.0为宜）、牢固、润滑及空车试运转正常。断料时，必须握紧钢筋，应在活动刀片向后退时，将钢筋送入刀口，以防钢筋未端摆动或弹出伤人。切断短料时，须用钳子夹住送料，不得用手拨或嘴吹遗留于切断机上的铁屑、铁末。禁止切断机械性能规定范围外的钢材及超过刀片硬度或烧红的钢筋。2.2.2钢筋弯曲机操作要点操作前要对机械各部件进行全面检查，以及试运转，并查点齿轮、轴套等备件是否齐全。要熟悉倒顺开关的使用方法，以及所控制的工作旋转方向，使钢筋的放置能与成型轴、挡板轴的位22、置相应配合，变换工作盘旋转方向时，操作开关从倒至顺（或从顺至倒）必须由“停”档过渡，不得跨越停档。严禁在机械运转过程中更换中心轴、成型轴，挡铁轴或进行清扫、注油。2.2.3钢筋调直机的操作要点调直机内有五个调直块，它们不在一中心线上旋转，需根据钢筋性质和调直块的磨耗程度调整偏移值大小，以使钢筋得到最佳调直效果为目的；调直筒出入两个调直块必须调至位于调直前后导孔的轴心线上，并以这轴线为基准测量偏移值。偏移值一般为10以下，偏移值过大，会使钢筋表面被划出较深沟纹。每次工作前先空载试运转，观察机器运转情况，确定无异常现象后才开始工作；首先要将盘条的端头锤打平直，然后再将它从导向筒推进机器内。盘圆钢筋23、应平稳地安置在放盘架上，操作时应注意观察松盘过程，如发生乱丝或钢筋脱架，应立即停车处理。为保证断料长度可靠，应在机器开始后试断一两根检查，以便出现偏差能得到提前的及时纠正。在每盘调直至最后约余1米的长度时，要暂时停止机器运转，并用一段钢管套在钢筋尾部，顶紧导向筒，再开动机器让钢筋通过调直筒，以避免尾部甩弯伤人。3、混凝土工程3.1商品混凝土施工 冬施期间混凝土采用商品混凝土，施工前对商品混凝土供应商进行必要的考察，以满足冬施要求，并及时向混凝土供应商索要有关资料。商品混凝土供应单位应具有企业资质等级证书，并应符合其资质等级营业范围，混凝土运至浇筑地点及稠度（坍落度、扩展度）应符合施工和设计要求24、，不分层、不离析，冬期有保温、防风雪措施。 混凝土出罐温度不应低于10，入模温度不应低于5。做好混凝土各阶段温度测控记录，当不能满足要求时，将按照合同要求拒绝使用。 冬期施工混凝土需添加早强剂和防冻剂，混凝土配合比除常规配置外，还需要提前按照-5、-10、-15、-20等条件配置各种配合比，每降5配置一种混凝土配合比。3.2混凝土运输 混凝土在运输过程中，应对罐车的罐体用棉被包裹保温，所有泵管均用岩棉保温。3.3浇筑 混凝土浇筑前应清除模板和钢筋上的冰雪和污垢，浇筑时拌合物由拌板、料斗或运输工具卸出时，容易与容器冻结，故在浇筑前应采取防风防冻保温措施。3.4施工缝的留置 冬施混凝土不宜留施工缝25、，如需要留则应选择正确的位置。当浇筑露天挑台或考虑温度应力影响的长构件时，为避免裂缝亦应留置施工缝，位置应会同设计单位，按热工计算或根据需要留置。 在施工缝处继续浇筑时，应先除掉水泥薄膜和松动的石子，湿润冲洗干净，并使接缝处原混凝土温度高于2，然后铺抹水泥浆，待已浇筑的混凝土强度高于1.2MPa时才允许继续浇筑。3.5混凝土养护3.5.1水平结构混凝土浇筑完毕后，先覆盖一层塑料布，再覆盖双层阻燃草帘被。墙体插筋处用保温材料塞严。门窗洞口用彩条布封严。3.5.2竖向结构混凝土浇筑完毕后，覆盖双层阻燃草帘被。支撑间先竖向挂满阻燃草帘被，再在支撑处多铺一层。拆完模板以后，先于墙体表面覆盖一层塑料布，26、再加盖一层阻燃草帘被。3.6拆模 拆模时间应比常温时稍晚，拆模时如发现强度太低而造成粘膜等现象时应停止拆模，模板和保温层应在混凝土冷却到5后方可拆除。当混凝土与外界温差大于20时，拆模后的混凝土表面，应临时覆盖，使其缓慢冷却。对承受荷载的构件模板，应在构件达到设计及规范要求的条件下方可拆除。3.7混凝土试块的留设 按规范应较常温至少多留置2组同条件养护试件，一组用来测定混凝土受冻前的强度即临界强度，另一组用作检验28d的强度，混凝土试块应在浇筑现场用浇筑结构的拌合物制作，并放置在浇筑地点。试压前试件应在拥有正温条件的室内停放，解冻后再进行试压，停放时间需412h。混凝土试块制作：混凝土试块除按27、常规留置外，还应增设不少于两组与结构同条件养护的试块，分别用于检验受冻前的混凝土强度和转入常温养护28d的混凝土强度。与结构构件同条件养护的受冻混凝土试件，解冻后试压。3.8混凝土施工质量控制3.8.1混凝土施工时应及时填写混凝土工程施工记录及混凝土冬期施工日报；3.8.2温度测定：混凝土必须进行测温，入模温度、初凝前与终凝前阶段测量温度必须实测，保留测温记录； 气温测定：每昼夜测量四次； 对拌和材料和防冻温度测量，每工作班不少于3次； 对出搅拌机时混凝土拌和物温度，至少每2小时测一次； 对浇筑前和振捣完毕的温度至少应每2小时测定一次； 对养护期间的混凝土温度测定：在终凝前每4小时测一次； 超28、养护后，可在气温大变化时抽测； 为了测混凝土内部的温度，应在混凝土浇筑前按要求预埋测温管（一端封闭的白铁管，直径1），管口用保温材料塞住。测温时将温度计插入测温管中，立即加以覆盖，以免受外界气温影响。温度计在管中至少放5分钟，然后取出迅速记下温度； 混凝土冬期施工必须按有关规定的要求，进行混凝土的热工计算； 测温孔应设在混凝土温度较低和有代表性的地方。所有测温孔均应编号，并绘制测温孔布置图。 各项测量及检验结果，均应填写混凝土工程记录和混凝土冬期施工日报，其格式应符合有关工程技术资料管理规定。3.9混凝土质量通病及预防措施现象：在墙柱混凝土浇筑完毕拆模后，发现柱子、墙体烂根。原因：在独立柱及剪29、力墙混凝土浇筑前，没有浇筑同标号的砂浆50100，而直接浇筑混凝土所致。配合比不准，石子多而砂浆少。混凝土和易性差，振捣不密实。墙柱根部模板未封好，发生漏浆。防止措施：在独立柱及剪力墙浇筑混凝土时，应先投送同标号的砂浆50100，然后再浇混凝土。在混凝土浇筑高度超过2.5米时，应用溜槽进行浇筑混凝土，防止混凝土发生离析，且混凝土分层浇筑，每层混凝土浇筑高度不超过500mm，振捣密实后方可进行下步混凝土浇筑。混凝土配合比由混凝土厂家控制，对于运到现场的混凝土有离析或目测不合格的，直接退货。柱墙根部要用海绵条塞紧并在模板下口用砂浆进行封堵。现象：混凝土拆模后，发现混凝土表面有孔洞、蜂窝现象。原因：30、模板表面不干净或没有刷脱模剂。混凝土漏振，拼缝不严、漏浆。混凝土振捣不密实，气泡没有完全排除。防止措施：成立专业刷模小组，统筹管理全工地模板，在模板使用之前，要事先均匀涂刷脱模剂。模板拼缝要严密，不符合要求的要重新处理，否则不允许浇筑混凝土。墙柱混凝土每浇筑一层高度，振捣要密实，直至不再有气泡排出，表面均匀注浆为止。墙柱混凝土浇筑过程中要配备专人对模板外表面，特别是阴阳角部位进行敲击。现象：漏筋原因：保护层太小，垫块不足。漏振。振捣棒振捣时碰撞钢筋，使其发生移位。防止措施：浇筑混凝土前要检查垫块是否足够，钢筋要检查无误后方可支模。振捣棒的移位距离为200300，以免漏振，操作时要选择钢筋间距较31、大的地方振捣避免碰撞钢筋，钢筋密集部位用直径30的振捣棒进行振捣。4、模板工程4.1所有木方进入现场必须放置在木工房内，以免霜雪使木方变形，模板加工在木工房内进行，加工好的木板放置在木工棚内，并用彩条布盖好。4.2所有模板运到现场后及时用塑料布或彩条布盖好。防止霜雪与模板表面冻结。4.3支模板前必须将模板表面霜层清理干净，支模时将模板或钢筋上的霜雪杂物清理后，开始支模，支完后模板周围及时用阻燃草帘被作好保温，并且用铅丝绑扎牢固，草帘被之间不得留有空隙。4.4支模前将模板清理干净，刷好脱模剂，并将多佘的脱模剂用绵丝擦净，不平整皮楞的模板严禁使用，底板上铺设脚手板，防止钢筋污染等。等待钢筋验收合格32、后，方能合模，模板按边线就位，每道轴线必须拉通线，支撑松紧一致且对称，打混凝土线不撤掉，及时检查模板有无位移等情况，发现问题暂停打混凝土，修整好后再继续施工。4.5墙、柱模板采用挂干燥草帘被保温，顶板随混凝土浇筑随铺一层塑料薄膜，上加干燥草帘被覆盖保温。混凝土达到设计强度30后方可拆除保温，混凝土内部温度与表面温度、表面温度与外部温度养护温度之差在15以内为安全；如温差超过15时，加强保温措施，即加强塑料薄膜和草帘被的覆盖厚度，提高表面温度，直至混凝土在养护期内缓慢冷却，确保内外温差不会超过15时，即可拆除保温。柱、墙模板在混凝土温度降至5，强度达设计强度时即可拆除，梁、板模板待砼强度达10033、方可拆除模板及支撑，模板拆除后混凝土表面加临时覆盖，以保证混凝土缓慢冷却。5、砌筑工程5.1砌筑前应将蒸压加气混凝土砌块表面的污物、冰、雪、霜清除掉，遭水浸泡冻结后的砖或砌块不得使用。5.2石灰膏宜保温防冻,如遭冻结,应经融化后方可使用。5.3拌制砂浆所用的砂,不得含有直径大于1的冻结块和冰块。5.4冬季砌筑砂浆的稠度，宜比常温施工时适当增加。可通过增加石灰膏的办法来解决。5.5砌筑砂浆标号不应低于M7.5，宜采用普通硅酸盐水泥拌制，冬季砌筑不得使用无水泥拌制的砂浆。砂浆掺用的外加剂使用前必须了解其化学成份、性能，使用掺量必须准确。5.6现场使用P.C32.5水泥，按砂浆配合比要求施工。拌合砂34、浆时，水的温度不得超过80，砂子的温度不得超过40。现场当水温超过规定时，应将水、砂先行搅拌，再加水泥，以防出现假凝现象。使用时砂浆的温度在环境最低气温低于-10以内时,不应低于5。当环境气温在-10至-20时，则不应低于10。砌筑时砖表面与砂浆的温差不宜超过30。施工时砂浆的稠度一般控制在912。5.7本工程砌体工程的冬季施工，采用掺外加剂法。进行冬期砌筑时，砌块不得浇水，砌筑完毕立即用草帘进行覆盖。砌筑时砂浆温度不应低于5。当最低温度等于或低于-15时，砂浆强度等级应按常温施工提高一级，外加剂溶液设专人配置。 8.2.7施工前应按常温规定检查基层施工质量，并确保干燥、无结冰、霜冻； 8.3屋面保温工程施工 8.3.1屋面保温材料应符合设计要求，且不得含有冰雪、冻块和杂质。 8.3.2干铺的板状保温材料在负温施工时,板材应在基层表面铺平垫稳，分层铺设。板块上下层缝应相互错开，缝间隙应采用同类材料的碎屑填嵌密实。 8.4防水工程施工 8.4.4防水材料的物理性能应符合现行国家标准屋面工42、程质量验收规范GB50207的相关规定。 8.4.5胶粘剂应采用密封桶包装，储存在通风良好的室内，不得接近火源和热源。9、建筑装饰装修工程 9.1 一般规定 9.1.1室外建筑装饰装修工程施工不得在五级及以上大风或雨，雪天气下进行。施工前，应采取挡风措施。 9.1.2装饰装修施工前，应将墙体基层表面的冰、雪、霜等清理干净。 9.2抹灰工程 9.2.1室内抹灰的环境温度不应低于5。抹灰前，应将门口和窗口、外墙脚手眼或孔洞等封堵好，施工洞口、运料口及楼梯间等处应封闭保温。 9.2.2砂浆应在搅拌棚内集中搅伴，并应随用随拌，运输过程中应进行保温。 9.2.3室内抹灰工程结束后，在7d以内应保持室内温度不低于5。当采用热空气加温时，应注意通风，排除湿气。当抹灰砂浆中掺入防冻剂时，温度可相应降低。 9.2.4室外抹灰采用冷作法施工时，可使用掺防冻剂水泥砂浆或水泥混合砂浆。 9.2.5含氯盐的防冻剂不宜用于有高压电44、源部位和有油漆墙面的水泥砂浆基层内。 9.2.6砂浆防冻剂的掺量应按使用温度与产品说明书的规定经试验确定。本工程采用氯化钠作为砂浆防冻剂，其掺量可按表9.2.6选用。表9.2.6-1
