island,which suggests this citys beautiful surroundings of picturesque mountains and parks.Seaside references and natural beauty are fitting themes for the Qingdao Haitian Center.As such,the architecture fo3、r this prominent waterfront site calls for the kind of curvilinear forms that allude to seafaring vessels,wind and water swept landscapes,sea life,and moving water itself.Our proposal reflects these influences in both planning and formal by the se18、a surrounded by dramatic mountains and landscape.The advantages of its setting have imbued this city with a unique combination of commercial success and natural beauty.This proposal reflects the nautical and landscape themes that are the defining characteristics of this growing metropolis.Seashell f19、orms serve as the inspiration for the towers.The buildings soft and gracefully curving forms reflect the delicate proportions of seashells organic shapes.The smooth shapes allow the towers to gracefully transition between floor plates best suited for luxury apartments to floors plates optimized for 20、5-star and super 5-star hotels.Architecturally,the curved faade is an important design component that allows for maximizing interior views to the waterfront.Seaside rock formations unique to Qingdaos coastline have similarly inspired the podium design.The podium is defined by a series of solid but s21、ensuous masses that intermingle with the towers at ground level contained within these masses are a world-class retail mall,elite hotel amenities,and a grand new conference center for the greater city.The podium forms spaced along the waterfront like the Qingdao seaside rock formations create dynami22、c voids between them;these become soaring atriums that allow porosity through the project,reinforcing the special connection between Qingdao city and its world famous waterfront.青岛是一座与山海相依的繁荣城市。其得天独厚的临海位置造就了这座城市自然美与人文美交相辉映的独特魅力。我们的设计恰恰反映了青岛这座发展中的国际都市的标志性主题:海洋。塔楼设计的灵感源于海贝。海贝精巧的造型和流畅的曲线运用于塔楼设计中,赋予了塔楼别23、样的柔和与优雅。塔楼流畅的造型完成了尊贵公寓与奢华酒店之间的优美过渡,流线型的立面不但标志着建筑的独特性格,更使得塔楼内部瞭望水岸的视线得到最大化,天光水色,尽收眼底。裙房的设计灵感则来自于散落在青岛海岸线上浑圆大气的岩礁。由一系列坚实简洁而富于张力的体量构成的裙房,与塔楼底部自然衔接,将容纳世界级的购物商场,尊贵豪华的酒店设施,以及为青岛市打造的全新的会议中心。裙房犹如海岸礁石一般富有韵律地沿水分布,坚实体块之间形成的虚空构成高耸的中庭,创造出虚实相生的丰富城市空间,从而强化了建筑与建成环境间的渗透性,紧密了青岛城市与其闻名世界的美丽海滨之间的联系。1920塔楼及裙房体量策略图TOWER 核心筒“脊椎“不同于大多数中国现有的高层住宅建筑设计,该项目方案采用的是一种突破传统的建筑设计理念。在传统的高层住宅结构设计中,为了达到规范设计要求,设计师往往会在电梯井周围布置巨大的钢结构或混凝土核心筒,或是一些影响建筑美观的87、外围支撑结构。但是,为了能够充分体现海天中心纤长的建筑美感,我们需要尽可能的减小内部核心筒的尺寸。同时,为了实现建筑功能的最大可观景度,设计上也需要尽可能的避免或减少在建筑外围布置大型的结构构件。这两点建筑功能的要求,加之海天中心所处的地理位置所决定的强大的风荷载作用,是这栋纤细高挑建筑结构设计中所面对的主要挑战。为了达到如上要求,本结构方案采用只环绕现有楼梯和电梯井的狭长型混凝土核心筒,以及位于住宅隔墙位置的两组翼墙。宽柱网分布的外围柱支撑的大跨度楼板系统构成基本的结构要素,这样就大大地减少了大型结构构件对建筑使用面积以及可观景度的影响。结构的楼板系统是由柱间预应力钢筋混凝土梁支撑的预应力钢88、筋混凝土楼板。采用该结构系统可以使楼板净跨度达到12米,由此为住宅单元分布和观景布置提供极大的自由度。为了增强结构的有效性,我们将大厦的避难层作为腰带结构加强层,通过它来将竖向荷载更均匀的分布到结构各处。将布置在建筑外围的腰带墙与内部核心筒相连,更进一步有效的增加结构的抗水平荷载能力。对于主体结构的材料,我们选用的是现浇钢筋混凝土。之所以没有选用钢结构,主要有以下几点原因:首先,采用混凝土材料,楼板总体厚度较之钢结构要小。这样一来,不但尽可能减少了梁底面高度,建筑设计自由度也得到了提高。其次,对于不规则的弧线型楼面来说,使用混凝土将降低施工复杂程度。最后,钢筋混凝土自重大的特点在控制细长结构的89、抵抗风荷载动力响应方面非常有利。为了能用最小化的尺寸使外围结构柱达到所需要的强度和刚度,在建筑的一定高度区域中的一部分结构柱将采用组合钢结构。此外,在避难层的腰带加强桁架和外伸梁处也将使用一部分钢结构。鉴于本建筑有住宅和酒店两个独立功能区域,大部分电梯和楼梯不同时贯穿两个区域,因此建筑方案上采用了“空中大堂”来实现这一转换。但由于大部分电梯筒是承重结构构件,所以在转换层也将包含一部分的结构转换。这部分结构转换将连接现有的腰带加强结构和外伸梁以尽可能的发挥已有结构构件的作用。结构设计概述 the customary systems for tall residential buildings in China.Unlike most buildings of this height,which contain very large steel or concrete core structures a91、round the buildings service cores,or very obtrusive external bracing systems,the slender nature of this building necessitated minimizing the size of any interior structural cores.At the same time,the architecture seeks to maximize the exterior view potential,thus restricting the amount of structure 92、allowed at the building perimeter.These two mandates,coupled with the significant wind loading demands in the region,represented the primary structural challenge for such tall and slender towers.In order to meet these challenges,the proposed structural concept utilizes a nar-row concrete core,encomp93、assing only the existing stair and elevator shafts,and two sets of concrete“Wing-Walls”located at dedicated residential demising walls.Widely spaced exterior columns supporting a long span floor framing system com-prise the balance of the structural elements.In this way,the structural impact on the 94、usable floor area and exterior viewable area is greatly minimized.The floor framing system comprises post-tensioned concrete slabs spanning to post-tensioned concrete beams located at the columns.This system allowed for clear spans on the order of 12 meters,thus offering significant Architectural fl95、exibility for the residential unit layouts,as well as unparalleled window views.In order to increase structural efficiency even more,the buildings refuge floors serve as belt collectors to distribute the vertical forces more evenly around the building.By further connecting the central core to these 96、perimeter“belts”,the full building envelope utilized for lateral force resistance.For the main structure,cast-in-place concrete construction was chosen over struc-tural steel for several reasons.First,concrete slabs result in minimal structural floor depth.This allows for more flexibility in the Arc97、hitectural design,and minimizes the necessity for soffits and coordination with the building services.In addition,con-crete allows for a less complicated construction for the irregular,curved tower floor plans.Finally,the additional mass provided by a concrete structure is beneficial in controlling 98、the dynamic response of slender building to wind loading.Due to the significant strength and stiffness demands on the exterior columns,and in order to minimize their size,composite steel elements are anticipated at some locations over a portion of the building height.Additionally,steel sections will99、 be used for the belt trusses and outriggers at the refuge floors.Due to the change in use in the building from residential to hotel,most of the eleva-tor and stair shafts do not continue from one zone to the next.The Architectural design includes a Skylobby to accommodate this transition.Since most100、 of the core shafts are used as load resisting elements,a partial structural transfer will take place at this transition zone.The transfer will be incorporated into the existing belt and outrigger system in order to utilize existing structural
