Surroundings基地周边1.4为达成中心之“新都心”定位,重点建设太湖新城商业中心、市民中心及各类居住社区,市政规划包括连接太湖与金匮公园(位于基地西侧)的尚贤河湿地以及沿线的市政,教育,文化等设施。现已规划数条地铁路线,其中两线路交汇于SPG地块西南方,另一线路位于22、东北方可步行距离之内。The Central District contains the CBD,civic center and a variety of residential neighborhoods,aiming to create ecological living neighborhoods and business center to become the new city center of Wuxi.The current planning includes various civic,educational and cultual amenities,many of wh23、ich located adjacent Shangxiang River Wetland Park connecting Taihu Lake and Jingkui Park,which is directly west of the site.There is also Project无锡市太湖新城项目太湖新城规划包含数个景观公园和景观带。其中,基地正西面的金匮公园占地65万平方米,中央景观丘高达55米,大面积植树造林,使之成为太湖新城的区的“绿肺”。公园内还适当配建体育、人文、历史、商务休闲等公共设施,以满足市民的休闲需求。金匮公园建成后将成为无锡南部地区最大的免费主题公园,也是太湖新城中心的标志性景观公共绿地。金匮公园南面连接尚贤河湿地与吴越路景观相联接,并通往太湖边的贡湖湾湿地,亦是本案重要的景观资源。如何善加利用景观资源并在可持续性方面提出相应的设计,将是本案设计重要的课题之一。Various26、 Condition基地现状1.6040m80m1:4000A3高浪路(高架)观山路贡湖大道周锡路唐铁桥路本项目基地位于无锡城市南部,距离市中心车程10-15分钟。西面的贡湖大道位于基地与金匮公园之间,为50米宽的主干路;基地北面紧邻高浪路高架,桥面为8.5米高,连接基地与市中心及机场,但同时也在景观与噪音方面对北面住宅产生影响。目前贡湖大道与观山路口已建设完毕,唯唐铁桥路,周锡路,高浪路高架50m绿化带与观山路口地铁站待建。The SPG parcels are located35、 in Taihu New Town in South Wuxi,10-15 minutes away from Wuxi city center by car.The 50-meter-wide Gonghu Avenue,a major city road,bounds the site to the west directly adjacent to Jingkui Park.Gaolang Road Elevated Way directly to the north has a 8.5-meter elevation;while providing expedient access 36、to the city center and connection to Airport Expressway,it also extent due to a high relative humidity.夏季最有效的被动式策略是自然通风,在高温高湿的环境下发挥作用。冬季,蓄热和被48、动式太阳能采暖能够在一定程度上降低供暖负荷。DESIGN IMPLICATION 设计提示Natural ventilation should be considered primary strategy since it deals with tem-perature and high humidity level.But when the temperatures exceed 30 C,natu-ral ventilation will be not useful-need active cooling winter,south-facing fa-cade maximize the collection of solar radiation.To balance heat gain and loss for both seasons,buildings should be oriented towards north sou52、th
