the central plaza are four large sculptural landforms h17、ousing kiosks for caf bars,refreshments and food.These provide seating terraces at plaza level and on top to maximize views over the plaza and 市民广场南侧的喷泉广场设计用于延长朝向北湖湾的正街景及街道。到达湖之前，采用高架反射水塘形成静水，以使能对湖进行无穷大摄影并进行大喷泉显示。广场两侧均为带绿墙的观景草坡以及象征至中央广场通道的小瀑布。在广场末端，大阶梯向下引至水边，形成至水的通道以19、及非正式的坐人处。Fountain Plaza to the south of the Civic Plaza is designed to extend the formal vista and avenue towards North Lake Bay.Before reaching the lake a raised reflective pool creates a calm water feature to enable infinity photography of the lake and grand fountain display.On either side of the 20、plaza are sculptural landforms with green walls and a water cascade symbolizing the gateway to the central plaza.At the end of the plaza grand stairs lead down to the shade is provided in summer months.This beca24、me a design driver for the type of space we created at North Lake Bay Park to ensure we provide a space that reflects local culture and provides comfort 市政广场既是广场又是公园，既是轴线又是中心，体现了转变的概念。设计通过一系列同心圆隐喻了人类的繁荣。同心圆从中心向外代表了自我、家庭、社区、社会、国家和世界。在每个“圆”中创造隐喻的景观。在“国家”这层圆中标示出沿大运河的城市的名字，济宁位于中间代表了它在大运河的中心位置。In conjunction with“The Turn”concept the main Civic Plaza is both Park and Plaza,axis and centre point.The design is a metaphor of human flouri26、shing with a series of concentric circles representing self(centre point),family,community,society,nation,world and cosmos(outer circle).Within each circle gardens and plazas create local,international and universal appeal.Within the National circle the names of all cities on the Grand Canal are cre27、ated with a north-south axis running through the centre(Jining).It is a rich and diverse Civic Plaza representing cultural background yet portraying the vision of a new waterfront city open to the world.个人 家庭 社会
