区位分析 本项目由重庆北部新区管委会批准2、建设。项目在原北部新区核心位置，项目总面积680亩（约45 万平方米），总投资 2 亿元，建设资金来自财政，出资比例为全额。项目位于重庆市北部新区人和街道 G2-3/04 与 G2-4/04 地块，重光立交西北侧。1.2 周边资源分析项目周边拥有大大小小已建成公园数十个。面积在 50hm2以上的大型公园:照母山森林公园、九曲河湿地公园、重庆园博园、重庆中央公园以及保利高尔夫公园共五个。体育公园:江与城体育公园、青羽体育、石子山体育、蓝湖郡体育公园和步动公园共五个。1.3 交通分析 金州公园项目在原北部新区核心位置，可在 6km 以内辐射全区主要商业购物、居住生活、公园休闲。公园向北到礼嘉商务区3、，向南到星系列楼宇，向西到嘉陵江滨江社区及轻轨 6 号线环绕、向东到园博园、两江新区管委会，均十分便捷。交通十分便捷，人流到达性强。1.4 控制性详规 项目周边规划用地主要为二类居住用地，楼盘定位也较为高端。项目与九曲河湿地公园仅有一路之隔，与照母山也隔路相望。项目西面是格力厂房区域。该公园项目在渝北区有着相当重要的位置，它将区别于森林公园和湿地公园，承载周围居民大量的户外活动需求，同时也将成为渝北区，甚至重庆市的新名片。1.5 周边楼盘分析 周边居住为高端楼盘、联排别墅区。入住人群文化层次较高，有着较高收入和较高的消费水平。这类人群将成为项目公园的主要使用人群，所以公园在定位、活动项目的设置4、上面将会考虑这类人群的品味和活动需求。1.6 安全隐患分析 项目现状为重庆土石方消纳场，南部已经回填土填完，北部有 500 万平方米需要回填。北部回填场属丘陵斜坡地貌，场地总体呈南东高北西低的地势，场地地形起伏较大，中部由于弃土堆填形成负地形，场地最高点位于南东侧人工填土边坡坡顶，最低点位于场地中部堆填区坡脚处；场地内大部分为人工填土堆填而成，场区内形成多处高度不等的填方边坡，边坡高235m，堆填区坡顶地形较平坦。现状地形分析：1.场区现在正在回填，仍然存在不均匀沉降2.场地内未设置暗涵排水管道3.场地回填年限较短，边坡未做稳固处理，会存在失稳等安全隐患。为人工填土层，土质较为密实，由粉质粘土5、砂泥岩碎块等组成，局部表层存在少量建筑垃圾，不等，堆填年限0.5-5年。场地北侧道路外侧边坡大量出露红褐色泥岩，主要矿物成分为粘土，岩体较完整，与砂岩互层，为场地主要地层。1.7 现状分析 内部整体土石方回填，形成高差较为明显局部较平整，场地内部由于回填方形成较大缓坡。内部有一条施工主路，顺着内部台地贯通南北。内部有局部苗木场，大部分区域只有草本植物生长。1.8 高程分析较缓的高程变化，适宜开展丘陵体验活动。1.9 坡度分析坡度变化较小，适宜建设空间大，重视生态保护与发展与利用。基地中部的腹部区域相对平坦，可利用土地相对较多；南北两端坡度在 整体地形为东高南高，西北底，在视线设计上依据，高差制高点设计观景长廊，以及观景视线开场场地。公园考虑到安全性到达与周边场地的连接，一、在西北区域连接九曲河湿地公园处，建议架道路天桥，以便连接湿地公园人群，二、考虑周边人群进入公园安全性，在道路人行道处，考虑汽车减速带设计，以便周边市民可以安全性通过到达，公园在路网设计上，由一条结合自行车，跑步道为主的一级道路串联整个公园道路网络，然后结合公园各区场地设计二级步道道路、游步道观景道路等，形成整个公园交通网络系统。在公园构思时，在满足基本通21、行道路的同时，结合康体运动等功能，设计不同运动功能为主的运动步道，包括自行车道、跑步环道、康体漫步道、儿童跑步道等以健身为主的交通设施，整体地形为东高南高，西北底，故水流方向上依据地形设计自然排水，达到雨水花园过滤系统，在最地处形成汇水区，依据公园设计规范，合理布置服务设施布点，和停车位等设施，本次规划公园综合服务中心一处，位于公园南侧主入口；停车场为机动车停车场，位于公园主入口附近区域；服务站布置于公园各主要位置，公共卫生间沿着主要环线布置，饮水点、游憩点等基础服务设施结合公共卫生间进行设置，沿着道路每 250m 服务半径设置公厕，沿着公园环线道路设置废物箱，沿 50m 布置一个，废物箱分为22、可回收和不可回收。景观照明灯具布置在各个景区域，并沿着道路每 30m 设置 1 个。休息座椅沿着公路布置，每两个座椅服务半径不得大于 16m。人行入口活动区，该区域与金州大道相临，沿公园外围有现建成公交车站，该区域是整个城市的主要形象界面，也是公园人行主入口位置，故在设计上采用镂空锈斑材料，设计以体育运动为主的入口形象展示景观墙，突出公园形象的同时，增加运动氛围，提升该公园在城市中形象。魅力青春活动区 设计上主要以魅力青春为主题，大多是以青少年活动设施为主，主要以五人足球场、多彩篮球场、羽毛球、轮滑场地、青春舞台等为主来设计，体现青春活力，展现年轻运动健康。多彩儿童活动区域，该区域主要以多彩儿23、童活动为主题，针对不同年龄段儿童设计不同活动场地，康体休闲体验区，该区域在设计上主要考虑中老年人康体活动为主，主要设计阳光大草坪、观景长廊茶亭，户外戏水池，攀岩，人工山丘，太极运动场，等中老年人活动设施为主，体现出康体休闲氛围 雨水花园体验区，该区域为整个场地的最低点，同时也是雨水汇集点，本区现也正在做土石方回填，故而该区域结合场地功能设计以雨水过滤，水体净化，科普教育，生态运动体验为主要功能，使人在生态环境中感受到运动活力。专项设计策略：西部边坡处理 现状：西面边坡坡度较陡，泥土裸露，植物杂乱。目前未做加固处理，存在一定的安全隐患。处理方法：挂网客土喷播草籽东部边坡处理 现状：东面边坡现已经24、做过处理，其处理方式是用水泥方格进行边坡加固。边坡上的植物长势杂乱。处理方法：对边坡植物进行整理，可以喷播一些草花植物。生态策略 公园将和城市整个生态系统进行有效的连接，北边将和九曲河湿地公园在生态系统上相连接，延伸至嘉陵江，南面与照母山森林公园相连接，构建整个城市生态系统连接，激活地块生态区域改善局部区域微气候。提升城市周边地块生态价值。环境敏感度分析；高敏感区生态功能生态保育核心斑块，高级别生态栖息水土保护区域策略
