ANALYSIS总体设计背景及基地分析深圳 40 年填海造陆的历程 5、丨The process of land reclamation by sea in the past 40 years in Shenzhen根据 2004 年深圳市政府常务会议通过的深圳市海洋功能区划规定,2005 年至 2010 年围海造地区包括沙井、宝安、机场、前海等填海区,用海面积 34.65 平方公里。截止到 2013 年,深圳建市以来填海造地至少达到 69 平方公里。从 2016 年至2025 年填海造陆面积共计 50 平方公里。According to the Regulations on marine functional zoning of Shenzhen adopted6、 by the executive meeting of Shenzhen Municipal Government in 2004,the reclamation areas from 2005 to 2010 include Shajing,Baoan,airport,Qianhai and other reclamation areas,with a sea area of 34.65 square kilometers.By 2013,Shenzhen has reclaimed at least 69 square kilometers since its establishment7、.From 2016 to 2025,the total area of reclamation is 50 square kilometers.沧海幻化桑田变,山海红树似当年The Sea Changes And The Mulberry Fields Change,And The Mountains,Sea And Mangrove Look Like Those Of The Past Years深圳湾共经历了三次大规模的填海,保税区的填海近2平方公里,不少都是红线保护范围内的海域;第二次是科技园包括滨海大道的填海,大约 10 平方公里;第三次是西部通道填海,约 5 平方公里。三次填海已8、经填了深圳湾的四分之一。Shenzhen Bay has experienced three times of large-scale reclamation.The reclamation of the bonded area is nearly 2 square kilometers,many of which are within the scope of the red line protection;the second is the reclamation of science and Technology Park,including Binhai Avenue,about 109、 square kilometers;the third is the reclamation of the Western Corridor,about 5 square kilometers.Three times of reclamation has already filled a 年来,深圳向大海要空间、要发展,今天,我们致敬历史,致敬峥嵘岁月。40 years ago,Shenzhen just started the reform and opening up and set up a special economic zone.Of the 254 km coastline of Shenzhen,only 40 km of coastline remain undeveloped.The planned reclamation area is still increasing in the future.Over t11、he past 40 years,Shenzhen has asked for space and development from the sea.Today,we pay tribute to history and Museum福田红树林自然保护区正式成立红树林海12、滨生态公园筹建。华侨城湿地开始展开综合治理,先后修筑了 1.45 公里的生态围堰,清淤还湖面积 20.6 万平方米福田红树林自然保护区定为国家级自然保护区。红树林海滨生态公园正式向公众开放国家海洋局授予华侨城湿地“国家级滨海湿地修复示范项目”Futian Mangrove Nature Reserve was officially government decided to build mangrove ecological park in the east of Futian Mangrove Nature ReserveThe mangrove ecological park is open to the public and officially managed by the mangrove of south red and North willow.28Shenzhen Mangrove Museum深圳福田国家级红树林鸟类自然保护区。自 1988 年以来,深圳城市建设就有 8 项工程占用福田红树林鸟类保护区红线范围内土地面积达 147 公顷(2200 亩),占原整个保护区面积的 48.8%,共毁掉茂密红树林 35公顷(526 亩),占原红树面积的 31.6%。Shenzhen Futian National Mangrove Bird 18、Nature Reserve.Since 1988,eight urban construction projects in Shenzhen have occupied 147 hectares(2200 mu)of land within the red line of Futian Mangrove bird reserve,accounting for 48.8%of the original area.A total of 35 hectares(526 mu)of dense mangroves have been destroyed,accounting for 31.6%of 19、the original mangrove Analysis山海连廊补上生态、质朴的一抹蓝和绿。在深圳大规模填海造陆之前,山海连廊的构成是山-村落-鱼塘-红树林湿地-滩涂-大海,城市化之后,基围鱼塘已经完全消失,红树林也消失殆尽,保护区只保留了 60%的红树面积。方案为现代的人民提供了历史的视角,恢复了填海造陆之前场地的本来面貌。致敬历史-寻找那个纯真、质朴、生态的深圳Salute to the history,looking for the pure,simple and ecological ShenzhenIn the history25、 of Neilingding village in Futian,Shenzhen,the villagers made a living by fishing.Shenzhen,as the forefront of Chinas reform and opening up,is interwoven with the newly emerged urban texture of the special economic zone and the Jiwei fish pond.This is a period with the most characteristics in the hi26、story of Shenzhen,China and even the and green.Before the large-scale land reclamation in Shenzhen,the27、 mountain sea corridor was composed of mountain village fish pond mangrove wetland beach sea.After urbanization,Jiwei fish pond has completely disappeared,and mangroves have also disappeared.Only 60%of the mangrove area has been reserved in the reserve.The design provides a historical perspective fo28、r modern people and restores Space红树林Mangrove红树生境-还原自然生态,漂浮而非覆盖博物馆选址于地铁车辆段的上盖。在这样一个典型的大尺度人造工程之上,如何还原自然生态的意向与体验,如何创造一处全天候的公共空间,是设计面临的首要挑战。红树林给予了我们最直接的37、设计灵感,采取一种漂浮而非覆盖的方式成为我们实现上述目标的选择。Mangrove HabitatRestore Natural EcologyFloating Instead Of CoveringThe museum is located on the upper cover of the subway depot.On such a typical large-scale man-made project,how to restore the intention and experience of natural ecology and how to create an all-weath38、er public space is the primary challenge facing the design.The mangrove forest gave us the most direct design inspiration,and a way of floating instead of 设计总说明 1.工程概况:规划设计范围约 12.9 公顷,其中配套景观约 9.2 公顷,总建筑面积约 3.95 万(其中博物馆主体建筑 3 万,配套停车场(库)、小型生态园林展示建筑及小型商业建筑等合计约 0.95 万)。博物馆主体建筑的建设场地位于侨城东车辆段上盖东侧(含东南角的未利用地),上盖以下的物业已经建成,博物馆主体建筑的设计范围不涉及、影响该上盖以下空间。2.工程规模及主要技术经济指标:二 建筑设计 1.方案概念 红树林湿地博物馆,它不仅仅作137、为一座建筑而存在,更代表深圳这座城市在历经四十年高速发展之后,对于自然、城市与人三者之间关系的重新审视与思考。深圳经过多年的填海造陆工程之后,原来的基围鱼塘作为传统的渔业养殖形式已经完全消失,城市建筑覆盖了原有的自然通廊。而如今红树林博物馆的诞生,自然的生命力将会重新从城市中萌发,它会成为连接深圳湾滨海岸线及山海连廊的重要节点,也使整个片区形成更完整的绿色生态及公共文化系统。博物馆选址于地铁车辆段的上盖。在这样一个典型的大尺度人造工程之上,如何还原自然生态的意向与体验,如何创造一处全天候的公共空间,是设计面临的首要挑战。红树林给予了我们最直接的设计灵感,采取一种漂浮而非覆盖的方式成为我们实现上138、述目标的选择。2.功能空间 我们将基地内 1.5m 厚的覆土进行荷载等代,将经过过滤泥沙后的红树林海水与水质净化厂的再生水进行混合后引入场地,再将红树与湿地景观系统同时引入,从而创造一个可以自由进入的开放湿地,再现自然的同时形成独特的体验性场所。浅浅的水面和圆形的小岛形成了公共空间的基底,水面可以如同潮汐的海面一般呈现不同的高度变化,结合丰富植被和景观元素创造出多样化的场所。不同的岛屿之上组织不同的建筑功能:涵盖教育、培训、餐饮、会议交流以及服务配套等等,不同主题特色的小岛之间有环形的栈道相连,漫游期间也成为一种别样的体验。这种底层全部开放成为公园的设计形成了属于市民的全天候的公共空间,同时建139、立起城市与自然的积极连接。采用原车辆段柱网条件,形成两种尺寸的柱网空间,粗细不一的柱子如同红树林的枝干一般,塑造出多种尺度的室外空间感受。博物馆二层“漂浮“形成连绵的“树冠“形态,并通过对边界进行切割,使之呈现对城市与自然的退让姿态。而连续的二层体量也为底部的公共空间提供了更高的舒适性,是对亚热带季风气候和环境友好策略的积极回应。二层共分布着九个展厅,每个展厅均可自由塑造红树林展陈主题。主要的室内公共空间均面向红树林与深圳湾设置。具有最佳的景观视野。无论在首层还是二层,人们都可以通过坡道到达屋面,在海天一色之间远眺红树林湿地。屋顶采用了曲面复合钢框架,保持了连续起伏的形态,同时营造出轻盈而多孔140、的可“呼吸”的效果。屋顶分为上人与不上人区域,不上人区域设计了便于鸟类停留的装置,构成人类与鸟类和谐“共栖”的场所。在三角地区域,我们设计了一处在各个标高均可到达的室内瞭望空间,在“看“与”被看”之间,诠释着功能性和标志性的统一。3.流线设计 博物馆入口始于东南部三角地块,接纳来自多方向的人流,通过公共交通到达的人流抵达入口广场后,可通过室内垂直交通或台阶坡道抬升至平台上的景观广场进入博物馆。停车场与植物园相结合,通过空中环道将游客引入基地,塑造绿色生态的到达体验。货运流线沿用地块原坡道位置,隐匿于北侧,货车、内部后勤车辆和消防车环道与岛屿景观有机结合 4.建筑节能 呈现树形的空间形态,地面层141、是一个架空 9 米的的灰空间,荫蔽凉爽,能适应南方的湿热气候。公共部分采用玻璃幕墙形式,可获得很好的自然光线。屋顶为多孔的构造,形成会呼吸的第五立面。三 结构专业 1.结构体系 该建筑结构体系组成有三部分:基座为混凝土框架,清除原有覆土后上盖钢结构、柱位对齐,不加固原基座混凝土结构。二层为平面钢框架,二层楼面:800mm 高钢梁+120mm 厚混凝土组合楼盖,D400 钢管柱与工字钢梁组成钢框架。屋面为曲面钢框架,屋面区分上人与不伤人区域,屋面上人区域梁高变化为 800mm,轻质屋面区域梁高 400,区格内次梁体系。由这三部分形成整体。2.结构复核 通过屋面位移云图与钢构件利用率计算结果(1.142、0,ok)可知,上盖结构本身强度及变形满足要求。通过基座混凝土柱,清除覆土+上盖后利用率计算结果(1.0,ok),基座混凝土柱,原始覆土状态下利用率计算结果(1.0,ok)可知,原基座混凝土结构强度满足要求,无需加固。3.结构重要技术措施-隔震 通过地震计算,可知,原基座结构缝与上盖结构无法协调,必须将基座与上盖结构脱开处理(隔震技术)。原基座结构缝与上盖结构(不设缝)可相互独立,大幅提高抗震性能,通过隔震措施同步解决跨缝问题 4.结构重要技术措施-减重 普通砼容重:25kN/m3,轻质砼容重:50mm 且效果好的地漏,以降低水面蒸发对水封的不利影响,保证其功能与防污染效果;采用具有尾流冲水功143、能的座便器,以保证每次冲洗 完毕后水封被充满;5.降噪措施:地下室水泵房水泵均设隔振基础减振;水泵进出水管上设柔性减振接头;泵房内管道采用弹性减振支架。五 采暖通风空气调节系统 1.设计依据 采暖通风与空气调节设计规范(GB50736-2012)建筑设计防火规范(GB50016-2014)公共建筑节能设计标准(GB50189-2015)建设单位设计委托任务书 建筑及其他专业提供有关的设计文件 2.系统设计参数 2.1 1)与建筑专业进行有机的协调配合,使本项目的空调通风系统设计的设置起到完145、善建筑使用功能的作用,力求不影响建筑室内、外的设计风格。2)根据本项目建筑内的使用功能的特点,设置不同的暖通空调系统,使系统使用灵活、运行管理方便。3)充分考虑能源的合理利用,技术经济的合理性,在保证使用功能的情况下,最大限度的减少运行费用,提高经济效益,实 现可持续发展的要求。4)满足甲方对本项目的相关要求,并遵守国家相应的设计规范、规定等。5)消防部分严格遵守按照国家规范规定及当地消防部门的管理条例。3.2 空调估算负荷 本项目空调面积约为 9550m2,空调负荷约为 2387Kw(679RT)。3.3 空调冷源 本项目冷源根据房间使用功能及布局划分,并结合管理使用情况,采用模块式风冷冷水146、机组 350RTx2 台,机组置于 3 层屋面。冷冻水供回水温度为 7/12。3.4 空调水系统 1)采用一次泵系统。配置 3 台冷水泵(两用一备),系统流量随冷水机组的运行台数调节。2)水系统采用两管制。并根据不同区域水系统作用半径及阻力损失情况,设置同程式或异程式系统,以平衡各系统之间的压 力,使系统运行稳定合理。3.5 空调风系统 1)公共大空间房间如门厅、多功能厅、展厅等采用全空气系统,使对应空间的温度、湿度等参数得到统一控制,同时有利于 过渡季节全新风节能运行。2)办公室、贵宾厅、会议室等小型房间,采用风机盘管+新风系统。以使各空间温度能够独立控制并节省能源。4.通风系统设计 4.1147、 各层卫生间、茶水间按换气次数的要求设机械通风系统。4.2 文印室、库房等设置机械通风系统。5.防排烟系统设计 5.1 所有无可开外窗的疏散楼梯、消防前室及合用前室等,均设置机械加压送风。5.2 除利用开窗进行自然排烟的房间外,下列场所均设置机械排烟系统:1)面积超过 100m2,且经常有人停留或可燃物较多的地上无窗房间或设固定窗的房间。2)无直接自然通风,且长度超过 20m 的内走道或虽有直接自然通风,但长度超过 60m 的内走道。5.3 消防控制原则 1)当某层发生火灾时,该层烟(温)感器向消防控制系统输出报警信号,不需确认,由该中心自动或手动开启相应的排烟口、送风口或加压送风口,并联动排148、烟风机、送风机或加压送风机。排烟风机入口管道上装有熔点为 280的防火阀,并与排烟风机联 锁。2)加压送风机、加压送风口(多叶送风口)、排烟风机除可在消防控制中心操控外,也可就地操作。并且加压送风口联动加压 送风机,并开启着火层及其上下各一层送风口,并在消防控制中心有声光报警信号。3)加压送风机、加压送风口、排烟风机、排烟风口、280防火阀的开闭状态,在消防控制中心均要有灯光信号显示。4)发生火灾时,由消防控制系统切断除消防用风机外的所有空调通风设备电源。6.隔振 1)所选风机及空调机组均为高效节能低噪音设备。2)所有柜式风机箱、空调机等设备下均设橡胶减振,水泵基础均为减振基础。3)风管系统上149、相应设消声装置。4)空调机房、冷冻机房等设备房由建筑专业做噪音、消声处理。7.环保 1)本项目优先选用耗能低、效率高的冷水机组。所选用的冷水机组的性能系数(COP),按其类型及额定制冷量,不低于公 共建筑节能设计标准的规定。并采用不破坏臭氧层的环保冷媒。2)全空气系统最大总新风比不低于 50%,以满足过度季节全新风运行,空调机组采用双速风机,空调季节风机高速运行,过渡 季节风机低速运行,过渡季节风机风量不小于空调季节最大风量的 50。3)本项目各风机均选用节能低噪声设备,平时机械通风系统风机的单位风量耗功率不大于 0.27W/(m3/h);有粗效过滤段的全 空气处理机组风机的单位风量耗功率不大150、于 0.27。六 电气设计 1.设计依据 根据方案设计文件、建设单位提供的建筑场地周围市政地下管线数据、建筑师提供的设计图纸、其它相关专业提供的数据、和 IEC 相关规范和标准而进行设计。2.供配电系统 2.1 负荷分级 一级负荷:消防系统(消防泵、消防电梯、防火巻帘、防排烟风机等)、消防控制室电源、应急照明、值班照明、安防系 es st ti im ma at te e设计说明DESIGN NARRATIVES投资估算COST ESTIMATE谐波治理措施。2.3.5 对高压配电系统,低压配电系统,应急备用电源的配电系统配置多功能数字仪表,设置电力监控系统,实时远程监控其 运行状态。3.照明系统 3.1 室内照明分为一般照明和应急疏散照明。根据场所不同,选取不同的照明形式、光源及灯具,各功能房的照度标准均符176、合 现行国家标准。3.2 大堂、电梯厅、停车库、会议室、重要设备房、疏散楼梯及前室、疏散走道等均设疏散照明,地面最低照度不小于 0.5lx;疏散走道及公共出口设疏散指示标志。变电所、消防水泵房、排烟机房、通讯机房、监控中心、消防控制中心等重要机房设备用照 明,照度为正常照明的 100%。3.3 采用高效灯具和节能光源,如采用 T5 或 T8 型荧光灯管、节能灯、电子镇流器等。3.4 在大堂和会议室等公共场所,结合装修进行照明设计,照明控制采用智能照明控制系统。3.5 除展品的局部照明外,其他类型照明的照度值(E)、统一眩光值(UGR)和一般显色指数(Ra),应符合 IEC60364/60598177、 等标 准的有关规定。4.动力系统 4.1 在变压器房内安装两组 10kV 环网柜,馈电单元分别用 10kV 高压电缆接至每一台变压器。高压系统以放射式向各台变压 器供电。4.2 变压器低压侧采用单母线分段结线型式,两台变压器平时分列运行,当一台变压器发生故障时,应切除部份二三级负荷,由另一台负担全部一级及部份二级负荷供电,以保证重要负荷供电,故障排除后恢复常态。应急母线段由低压母线和应急发电电源 自动切换供电,切换装置设电气及机械联锁。正常供电进线开关与低压配电柜联络开关设电气及机械联锁,任何情况下只能接通其 中的一个开关。切除非重要负荷及母联切换采用手动操作。4.3 本工程建议采用三相环氧178、树脂絶缘 Dyn11 接线方式的干式变压器,变压器防护外壳为不低于 IP20。4.4 从 10/0.4kV 变压器低压侧,采用密集型密封式母线槽引低压电源至低压配电屏。所有配电屏将采用组合抽屉式低压配电屏,每一组低压配电屏都设有自动电容补偿装置,以保证低压侧功率因数在 0.9 或以上。4.5 本工程内之低压配电系统为 TN-S 380/220V,从主配电屏采用密集型密封式母线排或电缆经电缆桥架或托盘架布线至各分 配电房及机电房,消防负荷例如消防电梯,消防水泵等,采用双回路供电,末端切换,其中一路电源取自应急母线段。供电方式为 树干与放射式相结合。4.6 线路及敷设方式 消防设备供电干线及分支干179、线,全部采用矿物绝缘电缆,分支末端线路采用耐火电缆。非消防负荷,采用阻燃电缆,这些电缆 4.7 在发电机房内设置一个储油间,储备不超过 1 m燃油,足够发电机组全载下运行 38 小时之用。发电机烟囱经过烟处理 后于环评报告建议位置排放。4.8 本工程设置漏电火灾报警系统,在所有的二级配电箱进线处设剩余电流监测,当剩余电流大于设定值时(300mA,具体数 值可以调整),发出报警信号同时向主机报警(主机设于消防控制室),报警主机显示报警位置。5.防雷接地系统 5.1 本工程按二级防雷建筑进行设计。接闪带应装设在建筑物易受雷击的屋角、屋脊、女儿墙及屋檐等部位,并应在整个屋面 上装设不大于 10ml0180、m 或 12m8m 的网格。接引至建筑钢材,天面上所有金属对象均应与接闪带焊接。5.2 利用柱内两根大于 16)主钢筋作为引下线。5.3 本建筑物做总等电位联结,进入建筑物的各种线路及管道采用埋地引入。幷在入口端将电缆的金属外皮,钢管与接地装置 连接。在室外地坪-0.8 米处表面预埋 100X100X10 钢板和引下线相连。所有进出管线应与该钢板连接。5.4 从首层起,每隔三层利用每层圈梁内两根钢筋(不小于全长通焊。做均压环,并与引下线可靠连接。30m 及以上部 份外墙上的金属栏杆、金属门窗或金属幕墙等较大的金属构件与防雷装置联结。5.5 引下线在距室外地坪 0.3 米处,柱表面,预埋 100181、X100X10 钢板,柱中引下线可利用预埋钢板和人工接地体相连。人工垂直接地体顶端距地 0.8 米,间距不小于 5 米。水平连接线连接在垂直接地体顶端。5.6 建筑物内高压系统、低压系统、计算机系统、电话系统及弱电系统采用联合接地系统,接地电阻不大于 1 欧姆。5.7 其他防雷措施:防直击雷措施、防感应雷措施、防雷电波侵入措施、防雷电电磁脉冲措施。6.火灾自动报警及消防联动系统 6.1 设计依据 根据方案设计文件、建设单位提供的建筑场地周围市政地下管线数据、建筑师提供的设计图纸、其它相关专业提供的数据、和 IEC62599 等相关规范和标准而进行设计。6.2 消防电源和配电(1)本项目消防电源182、负荷等级为 一 级,消防控制室、消防水泵、消防电梯、防排烟风机等消防设备用电由两个电源供电,且在最末端一级配电箱自动切换。(2)备用消防电源采用柴油发电机,供电时间和容量应满足本项目火灾延续时间内各消防用电设备的要求。(3)消防设备的供电配电箱独立设置,消防用电设备采用专用的供电回路,其配电设备设明显标志。(4)消防配电线路按满足火灾时连续供电的需要进行敷设。消防配电线路与其他配电线路分别布置在同一电缆井、沟内的两 侧,且消防配电线路采用矿物绝缘类不燃电缆电缆,控制电缆采用低烟无卤阻燃耐火电缆(电线)。(5)系统雷电防护等级按 B 级进行设计。在线路穿越不同防雷保护区处装设电涌保护器。6.3 183、火灾自动报警和消防联动系统(1)系统形式暂定为集中报警系统,消防控制室与值班室共用,设于二层。消防控制室内设火灾报警控制器、消防联动控制 器、消防控制室图形显示装置、消防专用电话总机、消防应急广播控制装置、消防电源监控器等设备或具有相应功能的组合设备。消防控制室应能接受火灾报警、发出火灾信号和安全疏散指令,联动消防水泵、灭火装置、非消防电源断电、防火卷帘、防排烟装 置、电梯等设施。并显示、记录各种报警及联动状态。消防泵、防排烟风机除自动控制外,尚可在综合手动控制台上手动控制(通 过硬线控制电缆)。(2)按火灾自动报警规范在不同场所设置感烟、感温探测器或它们的组合;高度超过 12m 的中庭设置红184、外对射感烟探测器和 水炮灭火控制系统。(3)在散发可燃气体的场所设可燃气体探测器。当天然气泄漏浓度达到爆炸下限 1/4 时,报警器报警,持续报警 1 分钟后,紧急切断阀自动关闭气源。紧急切断阀采用自动关闭、现场人工开启方式。紧急切断阀应有两路控制,一路由燃气报警器控制,另 一路由排风机控制。同时,紧急切断阀与火灾自动报警系统联动,火警时自动切断燃气供应。在外电源发生故障时,紧急切断阀的 控制系统应有可靠电源供电。(4)燃气管道井每隔二三层应用不燃材料楼板作防火分隔,并在管道周围留有适当的空隙,每 45 层设一可燃气体探测器,上下两只报警探测器的高度不应超过 20 米;每层设防火门,底层防火门、185、进风百页窗处应设防火阀,防火阀为 24V,DC 控制,当 有火警时由消防控制中心联动控制防火阀的关闭。燃气体报警系统由燃气公司负责完成设计,不在本次设计范围之内。(5)在变配电房、智能化机房设置气体灭火控制系统。(6)每个报警二总线回路冗余率按不低于 15进行系统设计。(7)每台控制器直接控制的火灾探测器、手动报警按钮和模块等设备按不跨越避难层进行设计。(8)系统通过通讯接口向上集成到智能化系统,智能化系统对消防系统仅监视,不控制;同时系统预留与城市消防联网接口 的物理通道,适应将来发展需要。7.智能化系统 本工程须结合昂船洲营区智能化系统整体规划与新建工程的平面布局和立面造型进行智能化系统设186、计。不但要营造与维多利亚 港和谐共生的建筑人文环境,而且要充分体现中国梦、强国梦的时代要求,充分反映驻军地位作用和使命任务的丰富内涵。初步建 议设置以下智能化系统(具体有待进一步与业主沟通确定):7.1 建筑设备管理系统(BMS)(1)各 BMS 与集成的各弱电系统采用统一的通信协议与接口标准,通过综合布线的网络平台从各系统(BAS、FAS、SPS 等)获取信息,使各自独立分离的弱电系统信息得以在统一平台上互联、共享、合理分配。并为公共安全提供应急联动系统平台。(2)主要监控设备:送排风机、空调机组、冷热源、风机盘管或 VAV、水泵(潜污泵、生活泵,中水泵等)、照明(主要是没 有场景控制、又没187、有设置节能自熄开关的公共场所照明)、以及机房精密空调(或机房专用空调)、和 UPS 的可提供通讯接口的监控 设备(3)现场网络层按集散式控制系统(Distributed Control System,简称 DCS)进行建设,应采用 Bacnet、LONWORKS、RS-485 等成熟的网络技术。(4)管理网络层和控制网络层采用测控管理网络平台,为基于 TCP/IP 的以太网。7.2 信息设施系统(ITSI)为确保本项目与外部信息通信网的互联及信息畅通,对语音、数据、图像和多媒体等各类信息予以接收、交换、传输、存储、检索和显示等进行综合处理的需求,本项目的信息设施系统设计了以下十个子系统,各子系188、统形式和具体建设界面划分有待下一步 落实。(1)通信接入系统(2)电话交换系统(3)信息网络系统(4)综合布线系统(5)室内移动通信覆盖系统(6)有线电视系统(7)音视频系统(含远程视频会议、同声传译)(9)信息导引及发布系统(10)有线电视接收系统。7.3 安全防范系统(SPS)本项目 SPS 采用先进型安防设计标准,SPS 由以下几个子系统构成:(1)视频安防监控系统(2)入侵报警系统(3)出入口控制系统(4)周界防范系统(5)电子巡查系统(6)停车场管理系统(7)紧急求助系统 7.4 信息化应用系统(ITAS)本系统主要是软件应用,建议在测控管理网基础上建设一卡通系统,实现物业分级管理、189、访客登记管理、会议签到等各系
