1、一般长期蓬蓬江江区区翡翡翠翠观观澜澜商商住住项项目目岩岩土土工工程程勘勘察察报报告告(详细勘察阶段)勘勘察察设设计计院院有有限限公公司司二二二二三三年年八八月月1蓬江区蓬江区翡翠观澜商住项目翡翠观澜商住项目岩土工程勘察报告岩土工程勘察报告一、一、工程与勘察工作概况工程与勘察工作概况置业投资有限公司(发包人)需兴建蓬江区翡翠观澜商住项目-一期工程,委托勘察设计院有限公司(承包人)对拟兴建的蓬江区翡翠观澜商住项目进行岩土工程详细勘察,为地基基础设计提供岩土参数。(一)工程概况拟建工程位于江门市蓬江区猪乸环地段地块。一期拟建包括:17#高层住宅、1617#高层住宅楼、18#32#多层别墅、3438#2、商业楼、39#幼儿园、地下车库以及环周边配套道路等,基础允许变应符合规范要求,建筑物基本情况详见下表 1建筑物名称高度(m)数量层数地上/地下结构类型设计拟采用基础形式对差异沉降敏感程度1#7#高层住宅90.199.172932/1框架结构桩基础敏感16#17#高层住宅90.199.122932/1框架结构桩基础敏感18#32#低层住宅(别墅区)14.0154/0框架结构桩基础敏感34#38#商业部分6.110.3512/0框架结构桩基础敏感39#幼儿园11.813/0框架结构桩基础敏感地下车库-3.810/-1框架结构桩基础敏感(二)勘察目的与任务1勘察目的本3、次勘察为详细阶段勘察,目的为地基基础设计提供必要的岩土参数。(1)了解当地气象和水文情况;(2)调查区域地质构造情况;(3)查明场地的位置、地形、地貌;(4)查明不良地质作用及地质灾害的类型、成因、分布范围、发展趋势和其危害程度,提出整治方案的建议;(5)查明场地各岩土层的年代、类型、成因、深度、分布、工程特性、岩体结构和风化情况,分析评价地基的稳定性、均匀性和承载力;(6)查明可能埋藏的河道、沟浜、墓穴、防空洞、孤石等对工程不利的埋藏物;(7)查明场地地下水的类型、埋藏条件,提供地下水位及变化幅度,判定地下水和场地土对建筑材料的腐蚀性;(8)分析评价场地的地震效应和提供抗震设防参数;(9)分4、析、评价场地的稳定性和适宜性,对基坑支护设计、地基基础设计和施工提出相关建议。2勘察任务钻孔根据国家现行规范、规程布置,本次勘察为详细勘察阶段,本期共完成钻孔 143个(含利用初勘钻孔 11 个,钻孔编号为 CK),其中控制性钻孔 72 个,一般性钻孔 71 个。因钻探期间场地并未完成大规模平整,部分钻孔位置因场地钻探条件受限稍有调整,钻孔分布情况详情见勘探点平面位置图。(三)勘察依据1.工程勘察合同;2.岩土工程勘察规范(GB50021-2001)(2009 年版);3.工程勘察通用规范(GB 28 日(五)勘察工作和完成情况勘察方法以钻探取芯和现场标准贯入试验为主,辅以踏勘、取土样、岩样和水样分析测试。孔口测量由我院测绘工程师采用 RTK 卫星定位系统测得(控制点 T1:X=52492.842,Y=23558.189,Z=3.817)。场8、地勘察采用 XY-1A 型钻机 3 台机组进行钻探工作,钻孔直径一般为 91130m 硬质岩石中可为 76mm,但取岩芯样试段钻孔直径不得小于 91mm,以满足岩样试验要求。本次勘测使用的主要设备及相关人员配置情况见表二主要设备和人员配置情况表,本次勘察对基岩采用硬质合金钻头,为保证勘察质量,粘土层取芯率90%;砂层取芯率80%;强风化岩层取芯率宜65%,回次进尺一般为1.001.50m,最大不超过 2.00m。钻探采用返循环泥浆护壁钻进技术进行,标准贯入试验的锤重为 63.5kg,自由落距 76cm,试验前确保孔内干净,试验过程确保自由落锤,所有钻孔需做标准贯入试验。(1)样品采取土样在勘探9、孔中采取原状土样、砂土样。软黏土及淤泥用薄壁取土器采取,一般黏性土样品用常规取土器采取,均采用快速静力连续压入法。土试样质量等级为级,必须保证每一土层均有原状(黏性土、淤泥质土)或扰动(砂性土)的土样。取样间距:分层取样,必须保证每一土层均有代表性样品。水样:在不同地段单元,取水样作工程水简项分析。共取水样 2 件。(2)室内土工试验项目如下:常规物理性质试验:含水量、密度、孔隙比、颗粒分析、塑性指数和液性指数等。粘性土(含淤泥、淤泥质土)压缩系数(a0.1-0.2)、压缩模量(Es)、抗剪强度 C、值。水样作工程水简项分析。静止水位测量在终孔后 24h 以后用钢尺测量。本报告的图表制作采用理10、正工程地质勘察软件(8.5PB2)版。岩、土、水样的分析测试由广东省地质局第六地质大队实验室完成。其余各项工作均由我公司完成。勘察全过程的管理严格按本公司 ISO9001:2015质量管理体系进行。本次勘察共完成的主要野外工作量见表 年版)综合划分,此建筑工程为重要工程,故工程重要性为一级。地质环境受到一定破坏,属二级场地(中等复杂场地);地基岩土层种类稍多,性质变化较大,岩土层属特殊性岩土,属二级地基(中等复杂地基),结合高层建筑岩土工程勘察标准(JGJ/T 7212、-2017),本工程高层建筑高度局部为30 层,破坏后果很严重。因此划分本工程岩土工程勘察等级属甲级。因此划分本工程岩土工程勘察等级属甲级。(七)主要参考文献和其他说明1、主要参考文献有工程地质手册第五版、广东省地质勘查开发局编制的中华人民共和国地质图(1:50000 江门幅)及说明书。2、本报告的坐标系统为江门市独立坐标系,高程为 1985 国家高程基准。3、钻孔柱状图和工程地质剖面图的标准贯入试验锤击数为原始记录击数,不经钻杆长度修正。4、剖面图上地面线是孔口之间的连线,并非实际地面线。5、江门市蓬江区猪乸环地段地块岩土工程初步勘察报告JMKC-K-2022-61(江门市勘测院有限公司 213、022 年 12 月出具)。二、场地环境与工程地质条件二、场地环境与工程地质条件(一)气象和水文情况工程所在地江门市属亚热带季风性气候区,气候适宜,雨量充沛。夏季酷热,冬春不严寒。根据收集的气象统计资料,评估区的气象条件如下:气温:年平均气温 21.322.8,历年 1 月份平均气温最低,为 10.116.4,最低气温出现在 1963 年 1 月 16 日,为 0.1。7 月份最高,为 27.432.2,最高气温出现在 1980 年 7 月 19 日,达 38.2。降雨量:年平均降雨量 1789.1mm;年最大日降雨量为 743mm(2014 年 5 月 9 日),年最小降雨量 1161.2m14、m(2004 年),月最大降雨量 744.2mm(2008 年 6 月),日最大降雨量743.0mm(2014年5月9日),1小时最大降雨量78.3mm,一次连续性最大降雨量1104.0mm(2014 年 5 月 8 日-5 月 11 日)。年平均蒸发量 1496.2mm,年最大蒸发量 1656.2mm(2004年),年最小蒸发量 1268.5mm,每年 49 月是汛期,全年 80%以上的降水集中在这段时间,前汛期雨量与后汛期雨量大致持平,冬季会出现低温阴雨天气。风向及风速:夏季多为南风或东南风、冬季多为北风或东北风,年风向较多为东北风,出现频率为 28%。每年 510 月常受台风影响,出现狂15、风暴雨,甚至特大暴雨和 12级大风。日照:年平均太阳辐射总量在 110kcal/cm2以上,年日照射数在 17192430h 之间。日照百分率为 39%,全年无霜期长,年平均无霜期在 350d 以上。台风:受台风影响频繁,强热带气旋次数多年平均 14 次,风力一般 69 级,最大达 12 级,风速可达 34m/s。本区遭遇热带风暴或台风较频繁,主要集中在每年的 5-9 月,最大风力达 12 级。受 2015 年 22 号台风彩虹的影响,江门平均雨量达239.8mm,雨量最大的为新会区万亩水库 511.5mm。其中开平为 165.7mm,雨量最大的是赤水镇狮山水库 257mm。年平均风速为 2.16、6m/s 相比,主导风向为东北偏北风,风向频率为 13.4%,其次为偏北风,风向频率为 13.2%。其中 2017 年 8 月“天鸽”是 1965年以来登陆珠江三角洲的最强台风,内陆出现 10-12 级,沿海 12-15 级大风。(二)区域地质构造情况根据 1995 年版 1:200000 江门幅区域地质调查成果资料,江门区内地质构造以北东向断裂构造为主,北西向为次。距场地附近主要断裂有新昌断裂和西江断裂(距离新昌断裂越 1 公里,距离西江断裂约 2.5 公里)。地质构造图如下所示(红色五角星为项目位置,红色曲线为断裂):地质构造图图 141、新昌断裂:该断裂走向 3040,断面倾向、倾角为 17、120-130,5565,长约 2 公里,宽 14m,该断裂切错寒武纪与早白垩纪地层,构造岩为硅化、褐铁矿化碎裂岩,片理发育;见后期石英脉贯入。2、西江断裂:该断裂为北西向的代表断裂,属区域性大断裂,沿西江延伸,区内全长约 23 公里,走向 310330,内全被第纪地层覆盖,遥感图上线状信息明显,据区域资料,它北起四会,南至磨刀门,倾向北东,倾角 4570,它控制了珠江三角洲的西侧边缘,为正断层,生成于喜山期。(三)场地位置和地形地貌拟建场地位于江门市蓬江区猪乸环地段地块,具体地理位置详见勘探点平面位置图及图 2。场地为低丘陵地貌,场地原始地貌高差较大,现场局部进行简单平整。孔口最低高程+6.18、06m,最高+30.42m,孔口最大高差 24.36m。项目地理位置图图 2(四)不良地质作用及地质灾害情况在钻孔钻探深度范围内未发现岩溶和土洞,也无断裂等不良地质现象。场地及附近周围无滑坡、泥石流等不良地质作用和地质灾害。(五)岩土层分布及工程地质特征本次勘察查明,在钻探所达深度范围内,场地地层可分为 4 大层 5 亚层,基岩为泥质粉砂岩。现根据工程地质特征自上而下描述如下:素填土(Q4ml):褐黄色,松散,稍湿,主要由黏性土组成,部分钻孔局部夹杂碎石和垃圾,不均匀分布。此层大部分钻孔均有揭露,层厚 0.6019.90m,平均厚度 6.24m,层底高程为+0.03+21.66m。渗透系数建议19、值为 610-4cm/s。粉质黏土(Q4al):褐黄色,可塑-硬塑,主要由粉粒、黏粒组成,切面稍有光泽,干强度中等,韧性中等,摇震无反应,建议地基承载力特征值 fak取 130 kPa。此层仅在41 个钻孔处有揭露,层厚 1.5010.80m,平均厚度 5.62m。建议渗透系数为 110-6cm/s。粉质黏土(Q4el):为泥质粉砂岩残积土,褐黄色,硬塑,主要由粉粒、黏粒组成,含少量砂,切面稍有光泽,干强度中等,韧性中等,摇震无反应,建议地基承载力特征值 fak取 150 kPa。此层场地在大部分钻孔均有揭露,层厚 1.3017.80m,平均厚度 6.96m。建议渗透系数为 110-5cm/s20、。场地泥质粉砂岩地质时代为寒武纪(),主要为牛角河组,灰色变质泥质粉砂岩,属浅海-潮坪-滨海三角洲相沉积。由于本场地中风化岩石埋藏过深,与甲方及设计沟通,高层建筑物终孔深度控制在入强风化岩层 1215 米,且最小孔深不小于 25m。1全风化泥质粉砂岩():褐红-褐黄色,泥质填充,粉砂泥质结构,层状构造,主要矿物成分为石英、长石和云母碎片,岩石结构基本破坏,已风化成土状,干钻较易钻进,岩芯呈土柱状,岩体完整程度属于极破碎,岩体质量等级为级。建议地基承载力特征值 fak取 300 kPa。此层大部分钻孔均有揭露,层厚 1.2019.40m,平均厚度 8.82m。2强风化泥质粉砂岩():褐黄-青灰色21、,泥质填充,粉砂泥质结构,层状构造,主要矿物成分为石英、长石和云母碎片,岩石已风化成半岩半土状,干钻不易钻进,岩芯破碎,手折易断,局部夹中风化碎岩块。坚硬程度属于极软岩,岩体完整程度属于极破碎,岩体基本质量等级为 V 级。建议地基承载力特征值 fak取 500 kPa。此层场全场分布,揭露层顶标高-19.4522.65m,层顶深度 0.038.60m。(六)特殊性岩土岩土工程勘察规范(GB50021-2001)2009 年版划定,填土、残积土、风化岩均属特殊性岩土,故此次勘察所揭露的岩土层除粉质黏土(冲积)外,其余均属特殊性5岩土。(七)对工程不利的埋藏物在钻孔钻探深度范围内未发现河道、浜沟、22、墓穴、孤石等对工程不利的埋藏物,但填土层局部含碎石和建筑垃圾,强风化层夹中风化碎岩块。(八)水文地质简况1.地下水主要接受大气降水和侧向地下径流的补给,消耗于蒸发和向邻近低洼处径流,钻探过程中未见突然涌水或严重漏水现象。2.地下水位:初见水位埋藏深度为 1.015.8m,在钻探结束后的次日测量水位,稳定地下水位埋藏深度变化不大,埋深 0.515.2m(标高+6.06+30.42m),平均深度17.61m。地下水位随季节性变化,变化幅度 13m。3.地下水类型:初勘中地下水储存类型主要为孔隙、裂隙潜水,基岩裂隙水稍具承压性质;地下水化学类型为 Ca2+、Mg2+HCO3-、Cl-、SO42-型水23、。环境类型属类;属弱透水层。4.地下水水质及腐蚀性:在钻孔 ZK18、A5、B8 处取地下水样及地下水以上的土样试验结果(广东省地质局第六地质大队实验室分析测试),地下水水质及土的易溶盐试验详见附件 2水质检测报告和附件 3土的酸碱度易溶盐试验报告表,腐蚀性指标见表4地下水腐蚀性评价表和表 5地下水以上的土腐蚀性评价表。地下水腐蚀性评价表表 版)腐蚀性评价标准综合评价如下25、:(1)地下水及地下水以上的土对混凝土结构具微腐蚀;(2)地下水及地下水以上的土对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋均具微腐蚀。(3)地下水以上的土对钢结构具微腐蚀。(九)场地和地基地震效应1、抗震地段划分和设防参数:本区处于我国东南沿海地震带中段,历史地震活动微弱,频度不高,无大的地震灾害记录,地壳相对稳定。场地原地貌为低丘陵地貌,高差较大,且上覆松散填土层,属建筑抗震不利地段。根据 建筑与市政工程抗震通用规范 GB55002-2021、建筑抗震设计规范(GB500112010)2016 年版的规定,本场地抗震设防烈度为 7 度,设计基本地震加速度值和地震动峰值加速度值为 0.10g,(也可根据GB1826、306-2015 中国地震动参数区划图进行取值,类场地调整系数取 1.25),设计地震分组为第一组,抗震设防类别为丙类(标准设防)。2、场地类别和特征周期:根据蓬江区翡翠观澜商住项目-一期工程剪切波速测试报告,测算所有已完成钻孔的等效剪切波速值,一期区域的场地类别为1,(仅 B7、B8、B9、C3、CK13、A8、A9、A10 填土层过厚,对应 34#商业楼及 2#住宅,预估测算为类)考虑最不利工况影响,初步综合评定本场地除“34#商业楼及 2#住宅”场地类别按类考虑外,其余区域场地类别均为类,特征周期分别为 0.45s(对应类场地)和0.35s(对应类场地)。场地土属软弱土中硬土。3、液化判27、别:场地暂未揭露可能发生液化的土层。4、震陷判别6根据软土地区岩土工程勘察规程(JGJ 83-2011)6.3.4 条规定,7 度区软土层等效剪切波速se90m/s 可不考虑震陷问题,根据地区经验,本区域揭露的各层等效剪切波速se90m/s,遂不考虑震陷影响。三、岩土参数统计分析和选用三、岩土参数统计分析和选用(一)原位测试1、标准贯入试验成果:各层的标准贯入试验成果详见各钻孔柱状图、剖面图,剔除个别异常值后分层统计情况见附表 2物理力学指标统计表。2、标贯击数的修正:按岩土工程勘察规范(GB50021-2001)2009 年版第 10.5.5的条文说明规定,勘察报告应提供不作杆长修正的实测锤28、击数,应用时再根据情况考虑修正或不修正,用何种方法修正。广东省标准 建筑地基基础设计规范(DBJ 15-31-2016)规定,当确定地基承载力特征值的经验值时宜用经过修正的锤击数,当用于判别砂土液化和砂土密实度及计算风化岩的变形模量时宜用实测的锤击数。本报告图件上标贯击数不作修正,在附表 2物理力学指标统计表也提供了修正值。3、标贯击数的统计:剔除个别异常值后由理正的工程地质勘察 CAD 软件(8.5PB2)按规范公式分层统计,不足 6 次只统计出平均值,等于和多于 6 次的统计出平均值、标准差、变异系数和标准值。4、标贯击数的选用:试验次数不足 6 次的,慎重使用平均值,考虑最小值;试验次数29、等于和多于 6 次的建议使用标准值。(二)室内试验1、室内试验成果:各层物理力学性质见附件 1土工试验报告表和附件 2岩石物理力学性质检测报告,分层统计情况见附表 2物理力学指标统计表,地下水及地下水以上的土各项指标情况见附件 3水质检测报告和附件 4土的酸碱度易溶盐试验报告表。2、物理力学性质指标统计:剔除个别异常值后采用理正的工程地质勘察 CAD 软件(8.5PB2)按规范公式统计,不足 6 件只统计出平均值,等于和多于 6 件的统计出平均值、标准差、变异系数和标准值。岩土参数的标准值根据岩土工程勘察规范(GB50021-2001)2009 年版第 14.2.4 条规定,统计修正系数公式中30、的正负号按不利组合考虑。3、物理力学指标选用:在选用各物理力学指标时,建议密度、重度、压缩性指标取平均值,其他指标选取标准值。4、具体建议值:主要岩土参数建议值见表 7(六)地表水与地下水分析评价1、地表水:场地西侧距离天沙河约 700m。场地东侧约 200m 为一水塘。地下水主要受临近地表水和降雨入渗补给。2、地下水对桩基设计和施工的影响:(1)对于预制管桩,场地地下水类型属孔隙、裂隙型潜水。预应力管桩施工会使土的孔隙水压力增大,结构破坏,抗剪强度降低,桩侧摩阻力和贯入阻力下降,有利于35、预应力管桩的施工。另外,孔隙水压力的增大,可能引起临近地下水位上升,在桩基施工完成后,孔隙水压力会随时间逐渐消退,最终稳定到施工前的地下水状态。(2)对灌注桩施工,地下水可对成孔过程造成不利影响,如成孔困难、塌孔等等,还能对灌注过程的影响,如缩颈和混凝土不能将泥浆水挤出而影响强度等。在有水头压差的砂层或存在基岩裂隙水的情况下,对钻孔灌注桩成桩不利。(3)地下水对挤土桩的承载力有一定的影响,但影响的程度应该和土质、地下水的特征有关。对于非挤土桩的钻孔灌注桩而言,地下水对桩基承载力的影响主要表现为软化桩端持力层。(七)场地稳定性和适宜性分析评价根据行业标准城乡规划工程地质勘察规范(CJJ57-2036、12),本次勘察范围内场地稳定性从有无活动断裂、抗震地段划分、不良地质作用的发育程度三个方面进行判别。据区域地质资料和现场情况,地基上覆第四系土层未见断裂的切割和错动现象,表明自第四纪晚更新世晚期以来未有明显的断裂构造活动及邻近地区未有明显的断裂构造活动,工程场地不存在近期(全新世)以来的活动性断层,可不考虑活动断裂影响;但场地原始地貌为低丘陵,高差较大,拟建工程场地属“抗震不利地段”;拟建工程沿线非岩溶分布地段,未发现不良地质作用。据国家行业标准城乡规划工程地质勘察规范(GJJ57-2012)第 8.2.1 条判定:拟建场地为稳定性差场地,但采用合适基础选型可改善该情况,本项目基底为中硬土层37、,采用深基础进入稳定持力层后,地基稳定性可得到有效保证,本项目交通便利,场地开阔,各种施工设备可到位施工。工程建设适宜性综合综合评定为较适宜。(八)地基基础方案分析评价地基基础方案:分区域分单体对基础方案进行分析评价,得出下表表 剖面DZK1DZK15路基可采用换填分层压实,以第层粉质黏土(41、残积)为挡土墙和道路基础持力层。也可以采用复合地基(水泥搅拌桩)、预制桩加固等。注:同一栋建筑采用不同基础类型应考虑不均匀沉降影响。(1)天然地基浅基础:本次勘察部分区域区域第1层、第2层全风化、强风化泥质粉砂岩直接出露,承载力较大,可优先考虑采用天然地基浅基础(独立基础,筏板基础等),直接以第1层、第2层全风化、强风化泥质粉砂岩作为基础持力层。当地基土底经泡水软化或开挖产生较大扰动时,应采取晾晒、回填压实或换填等措施进行处理。当采用天然地基浅基础时,天然地基承载力应通过现场平板载荷试验确定。(2)桩基础:设计也可以采用桩基础(含预制桩及钻孔灌注桩),本场地随原始地貌高差较大,但场地完成全区域42、场平后,各种桩机可到位施工,采用预制桩时应进行试桩,该区域易出现短桩情况,宜加强桩尖或辅以引孔等措施。选择合适的桩型、科学的施工方法,成桩是可行的。桩基施工对周围环境的影响:静压或锤击法施工预制管桩对附近环境的影响,一是挤土效应,对附近的桩和已有建筑物产生不利影响,但只要施工方法和顺序得当,挤土效应可控,二是锤击法施工预制管桩还具震动性和噪声污染,对附近已有建筑和居民作息有一定影响;钻、冲(旋)孔灌注桩产生的泥浆会污染环境,只要处理得当,可以控制。单桩承载力:单桩竖向承载力特征值 Ra(kN)建议通过现场载荷试验确定,设计估算可按建筑地基基础设计规范(DBJ 15-31-2016)中的(10.43、2.3)公式计算:Ra=uqsiali+qpaAp式中:qsia第 i 土层桩侧摩阻力特征值(kPa);qpa持力层桩端阻力特征值(kPa);u 桩身截面周长(m);li第 i 土层的厚度(m);Ap桩身截面面积()。计算参数见表 9桩侧摩阻力特征值 qsa和桩端阻力特征值 qpa建议值表。试桩:桩基施工前应进行试桩,通过试桩以核实施工条件,核实桩尖穿过可能存在的硬夹层的可能性,核实相应的桩尖标高,核实桩端的稳定性,核实单桩承载力。桩径:建议预制管桩桩径取400 或更大;钻、冲(旋)孔灌注桩桩径取800 或更大。桩基检测:应按照国家现行建筑地基检测技术规范要求进行桩基检测,确定桩基承载力及成桩44、质量等。桩侧摩阻力特征值 qsa和桩端阻力特征值 qpa建议值表表 1 45、层,地下室高度为 3.8m,周边整平完成后地面标高约为+21.823.3m(0 绝对高程),预估地下室底板标高为18.0m19.5m,考虑垫层厚度,预估开挖最大深度为 4.3m。同时根据地下管线成果图:基坑东侧距离拟新建配套道路最近距离约为 10m;南侧距离拟新建配套道路最近距离约为 30m;西侧基坑边距离拟新建配套道路最近距离约为 10m;北侧基坑边距离拟新9建道路约 10m。故暂综合评价:a、基坑支护结构安全等级:基坑各侧的基坑支护结构的安全等级为三级。b、基坑环境等级:除基坑南侧环境等级为三级外,其余各侧的环境等级均为二级(3倍开挖深度范围内存在拟新建道路)。2、基坑开挖与支护:建议基坑46、各侧可采用排桩(钢板桩)加内撑或放坡加锚的支护形式,坡率可选用 1:1.5,或经设计计算满足稳定性要求的坡率,坡面用水泥砂浆或喷射混凝土护面,基坑支护设计参数可按表 6 选用。3、防渗与排水:场地勘察期间地下水埋深在 0.515.2m(标高+1.75+19.22m),平均埋深 7.61m,鉴于地下水受降雨补给影响较大,根据地区经验并结合本公司经验,建议地下室基坑周边设置止水防渗帷幕,基坑开挖至设计标高后,坑内外可采用明沟汇集抽排。4、地下室抗浮:设计抗浮水位标高(1985 国家高程基准 m)建议取室外地坪设计标高(或首层车道入口处标高,仅限于距离车道入口较近区域)。如遇暴雨或长时间持续降水,可47、导致地下水位升高,建议完善地下室周边排水系统,及时排除积水,确保地下水位在设定的抗浮水位标高以下。高层建筑物的塔楼投影面积内的地下室,应有可靠措施保证施工过程地下室的抗浮稳定性;高层建筑物的塔楼投影面积以外部分的地下室应考虑基桩的抗拔承载力进行抗浮,或增加结构自重、地下室顶板覆土绿化、设置抗拔桩或抗浮锚杆等措施进行抗浮。抗拔桩和抗拔锚杆(索)的抗拔极限承载力应通过荷载试验和抗拔试验确定,设计时可按下列方法估算:(1)抗拔桩(包括基础工程桩)的承载力特征值 RtaRta=upiqsiali+G0式中G0-桩自重,地下水位以下取有效重度计算;qsia-桩侧土摩阻力特征值;up-桩周长,up=d;i48、-抗拔摩阻力折减系数;黏性土i=0.60.7,全、强风化岩i=0.60.7(钻(冲、旋挖)孔桩建议取较小值,桩长与桩径之比小于 20 时建议取较小值);li-第 i 号)规定,本工程基坑预计最大开挖深度约 4.3m,其土方开挖、支护工程属危险性较大的分部分项工程。相关责任主体应做好危大工程的专项施工方案及其论证工作,做好施工、基坑监测、监理及验收工作,有效防范生产安全事故。根据勘察结果,结合本工程拟建物特点分析,场地地质条件可能造成的工程风险主要有:50、1、天然地基:表层软弱地基土导致天然地基可能产出较大沉降及不均匀沉降,采用天然地基浅基础应防止地基土底泡水软化、开挖扰动引发的地基土承载力下降。2、基坑(槽)及土方施工:本工程基坑预计开挖深度约 4.3m,基坑开挖施工必将引起周围地基中地下水位变化和应力场的改变,导致周围地基土体的变形,对相邻建筑物、构筑物产生影响。同时基坑开挖对桩基础可能造成偏移、断桩等影响。3、桩基础工程的主要工程风险为:若桩端无法进入稳定的持力层一定深度会影响桩ilqdRiskk,1.1kkNR10基础稳定性,同时局部地段强风化泥质粉砂岩层深度变化较大,采用预制管桩时,施工时桩身可能会出现倾斜、断桩。4、桩基施工:填土中51、夹杂的碎石可能导致沉桩困难。五、结论与建议五、结论与建议(一)、结论:1、通过勘察,本次查明了本项目一期区域内各岩土分布范围、埋藏深度、变化幅度、成因类型及其物理力学性质特征。基本查明了不稳定地质构造、对工程不利的埋藏物、特殊性岩土、地表水和地下水、不良地质现象和地质灾害的相关情况,较好地完成勘察任务和合同任务。2、本场地在静力条件下是稳定的,适合进行本工程建设。3、据建筑抗震设计规范(GB500112010)2016 年版,本场地抗震设防烈度为7 度,设计基本地震加速度值为 0.10g,初步综合评定本场地除“34#商业楼及 2#住宅”场地类别按类考虑外,其余区域场地类别均为类,特征周期分别为52、 0.45s(对应类场地)和 0.35s(对应类场地)。场地土属软弱土中硬土。设计地震分组为第一组,抗震设防类别为丙类(标准设防),本场地暂未揭露可液化土层。4、设计抗浮水位标高(1985 国家高程基准 m)建议取室外地坪设计标高(或首层车道入口处标高,仅限于距离车道入口较近区域)。5、根据本工程所取地下水以及地下水以上的土分析报告可知:(1)地下水及地下水以上的土对混凝土结构具微腐蚀;(2)地下水及地下水以上的土对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋均具微腐蚀。(3)地下水以上的土对钢结构具微腐蚀。(二)、建议1、土石方施工应尽量避开雨季,地基验收后,应及时进行垫层和基础施工,基面不得长期暴露和泡水。2、53、场地局部地段填土层局部含碎石块,强风化层中夹中风化碎岩块,应注意其对桩基施工的影响。3、当采用天然地基浅基础时,天然地基承载力应通过现场平板载荷试验确定。4、在基础施工时若遇不明地质情况或地质突变情况,建议进行施工勘察。5、基础施工,必须严格按设计图纸和国家有关规范进行施工、监理、验收,如遇特殊问题,应召集勘察、设计、施工、监理各方共同研究解决。6、基坑土方开挖必须分层、分段、对称、平衡、适时的原则,严禁超挖,对于基坑土方开挖和桩基施工的先后顺序,建议由设计和施工单位专项研究后,提出相应的施工方案。7、高层建筑物及裙楼的结构设计应在设计阶段充分考虑抗浮问题,由于风力作用或地震震动导致裙楼部分产54、生浮动或倾斜,可能会对建筑结构稳定性和人员安全产生风险,应采取相应的措施来增强结构的稳定性和抵抗风力或地震力的能力,其结构连接应采用合适的方式和强度,确保两者之间能良好地传递荷载和保持稳定。8、勘察报告须经专业审查机构审查通过后方可正式使用。9、本报告仅为一期区域的勘察初步资料,仅供初步参考,最终版本会在二期钻探完成后继续完善补齐,后期可能存在略微调调整,最终以审查通过版本为准。附表1勘探一览表(1/3)项目名称:蓬江区翡翠观澜商住项目项目编号:江门202301序号勘探点编
