Bund老上海 虹口Old Shanghai Hongkou“虹口”得名于“虹口港”。虹口港原名“洪口港”,在今虹口区南部,分“北洪”、“中洪”、“南洪”三段,北接俞泾浦,东纳沙泾港,南入黄浦江。1945年建区时,取境内港名命名为“虹口区”。“Ho6、ngkou”takes its name from“Hongkou Port”.Hongkou port for-merly was known as“Hongkong Port”,which was located in the south of todays Hongkou district.In 1945,Hong Kong was named as“Hongkou center,intern8、ational cruise transportation center and service center,providing a high level of service for Shanghai modern logis-tics industry,shipping industry.In the future,the east bund,Shanghai DESIGN概念设计INTERNAL CONCEPT DESIGN 01 塔楼分17、割单栋塔楼体量过大,且造成标准层面积过大利用率不高,因此将塔楼切割后形成双塔,这样标准层的利用率更高,减轻体量对沿街面的压迫。Single tower would make pression to the main street,and the typical floor area is too large,so to make the twin tower can minimize the street pression and let the tower efficiency become higher.02 视野优化将一侧塔楼南移,使得视野优化。两栋塔楼都可以拥有江景视线。One tow18、er move south to make the vision become better,and both tower have good view of the south river.03 体量错位塔楼间距加大,中间形成市民可用的公共开放空间,以及中央商务广场。The gap between tower generates the public open space for citizen and the commercial plaza for the working peo-ple.04 屋顶花园塔楼顶部分割形成三个体量,中间是共享的空中花园。The roof of tower i19、s split into three volume,which can be used as the sky garden and leisure space for the office staff.概念生成Concept
