场地南侧主要为居住用地，东侧和北侧都属工业用地，西侧则是商业用地和教育科研用地。地块主要服务于附近的办公人群和周围居民。故人群13、主要来向为西南侧和西北侧，以及东侧部分。场地周边公共绿地较少，多为附属绿地，城市开放空间主要集中在生态城中心和威新一、二期产业园里。该地块建筑为该区域最高层，有将近 300 米，形成地标性建筑。生态城建筑底层为架空层商业购物形式，与之相比威新三期的建筑商业界面主要集中在地面层和地下下沉广场部分，因此街道形式更加符和人的尺度，更加舒适有活力。Going south of the mainly residential land,east and north are industrial land,commercial land,and the west side is 地块最高层位于场地东侧中间，与西侧建筑形成东西向的轴线，南北向与上下地块相连形成视线通廊，建筑之间形成东西走向的两条交通通道。建筑布置在场地四周，从而让出地块中心形成主要广场与下沉空间。建筑单体之间有连廊相连形成建筑体块，从而将内部交通游线分为穿越建筑的路线、地上路线和地下路线，中心主体广场和南侧的空地形成停留空间。根据建筑围合的现状空间为，中心及南侧的开敞空间，靠北侧的下沉空间，剩下的是由建筑和建筑连廊之间所形成的如同城市街巷的垂直空间。由于建筑“占边把角让心”的布局，所以在场地中心形成开场空间，视线较为开阔，易形成良好的景观。East
