XIQING DISTRICT IN TIANJIN 7 植物资源:天津是华北平原滨海地区的一个城市,海退的时间较晚,地势较低,一般地方为海拔三米左右,西北部略高平均海拔是六米左右。因而土壤和水内的含盐量较高,近海地方为23,一般地方在0.41以上,就是已种植的农田也含有0.20.6的盐。Flora resources:Tianjin locates on north costal region of China.Low-lying and late regression.The lowes7、t area is about 3 meters elevation and 6 meters above as average elevation on north-west.With high soil salinity,2%-3%near the sea,generally 0.4-1%and 0.2%-0.6%in farm lands.动物资源:据调查统计，目前全市有记录的野生动物有850多种（不包括昆虫类），其中鸟类有360种，兽类动物有40种，两栖类动物有7种，爬行类动物有18种，鱼类有127种，大型无脊椎动物14种，底栖动物230余种，浮游动物55种。现有国家重点保护野生动物48、8种，其中国家一级保护动物10种，二级重点保护野生动物38种。国家保护的有益的或者有重要经济、科学研究价值的陆生野生动物即“三有”保护动物300多种。Fauna resources:There are approximately 850 wild animal species have been recorded.360 birds species,40 animals species,7 amphibian species,127 fish species.48 species key state protective animals.水资源:天津是资源型缺水城市，人均水资源占有量仅160m9、，为全国人均占有量的十六分之一，世界人均占有量的五十分之一，远远低于世界公认的人均占有量1000m的缺水警戒线，属缺水地区。而且现在天津自身的人口已经偏多，超出了环境的承载能力。Water resources:Water resource has been in deficient in Tianjin.Water 场地周边自然历史景观资源丰富。张家窝镇作为天津市卫星城镇，交通便利周边遍布历史文化遗址，具有深厚的历史文化内涵。随着城镇化的发展，张家窝顺应这一大潮，现代产业迅速兴起，创意产业园、农业示范园、庄园、观光园、俱乐部等现代产业园区环绕张家窝镇。张家窝周边拥有大量农田、枣园等农业资源。面对这样一种历史文化传12、统景观资源和现代产业新型景观资源的并存局面，我们该如何对待城市与乡村、历史与传承、新与旧相结合的问题。从这一基点出发，我们面临巨大挑战。There are plenty of historical sites and natural resources around the site.Zhangjiawo is the satellite city of Tianjin which has convenience transport system and rich local culture.Along with the development of urbanization,modern i13、ndustries,demonstration parks,manors,clubs in Zhangjiawo develop rapidly.Zhangjiawo is surrounded by large area of farmland,jujube yards and other agricultural DESIGN OF XIQING DISTRICT IN TIANJIN 10 张家窝镇域内的南站科技商务区15、正在规划建设，发展态势良好。本项目位于镇区中心偏南，北侧紧邻镇政府，距天津南站1.5公里。基地呈三角形，规划总面积约10.37公顷，包含公园用地面积和道路退绿面积。The South station business district of Zhangjiawo is constructing in a good condition.This project sits on the south of town center,north of the town government.1.5km from Tianjin South station.With a total area of 10.16、37 hectare which comprise of park land and path green belt.张家窝镇位于天津市西南部，西青区中部，距外环线6公里，紧邻天津市高新技术产业园区和天津市第三高教区，区位优势明显。京沪高铁枢纽站天津南站和地铁3号线始发站坐落于此，多条高速公路穿境而过，交通条件便利。Zhangjiawo town locates in the southwest of Tianjin Xiqing _场地条件决定了场地内将会分为面对居住区的相对静谧自然的区域，和面向商业和城市主干道的相对活跃城市的区域。_未来规划用地，西侧将建湿地与社区公园，中心公园中将设一条链接湿地和城市绿色斑块的蓝绿水轴，引导城市生态绿31、带。_在面向市区和镇政府的景观界面，将布置展览馆和体育馆两大功能性建筑，成为场地内两个重要的景观节点。同时，根据公园的建设分期，将先期建设的展览馆布置在公园的东南角，后期建设的体育中心布置在公园的北角处。_场地南侧的污水泵站和东侧的加油站影响到两栋建筑的位置。总结一：场地现状构建公园基本骨架 system In order to increase the convenience for nearby residents,the park comprise of 3 main entrance and sever65、al secondary entrance.More transport sites are needed on the south of the park which is in order to encourage the visitors to take public transport and meanwhile increase service area.There are plenty of car parks and bike racks on the north of sports stadium and south of exhibition
