analysis本项目位于溧水无想山景区，为“无想十景”之中的第九景湖山烟雨。“雨细山光好，烟轻湖色新”。场地临湖靠山，视野开阔，自然条件优越，利于景观打造。The project is located in Wuxiang mountain scenic spot in Lishui,wh2、ich is the ninth of the Wuxiang ten scenic spots-misty rain in the lake and mountain.Fine rain,good mountain light,light smoke and new lake color.The site is close to the lake and the mountain,with wide vision and superior natural DESIGN1.租赁帐篷、吊床、彩灯帐篷营地的类型分为睡觉休憩帐篷配套装备与野餐天幕帐篷配套装备，休闲吊床，均为租赁类型。帐篷营地主要以帐篷、彩灯、旗帜、标语牌等营造舒适氛围。2.租赁烧烤架烧烤营地可利用租赁的可移动烤架，进行自主租赁。3.租赁垂钓位在现状的水塘上设置木平台，做垂钓平台，养殖鱼苗，游客可租赁位置享受野趣垂钓。4.活动小卖部活动摊位可售卖咖啡等饮品、合作商的啤酒、烧烤食材、烧烤酱、面包等野餐所需品。5.仓库管理用房可将现状的房屋修缮作为租赁帐篷、烧烤架等野营器械；可将现9、状的房屋做淋雨房，租赁给需要的客户。盈利点分析Profit
