按生产工艺确定，每立方米高密度纤维板需胶粘剂（尿醛树脂）和防水剂170kg，年耗胶量1.7万吨，日平均耗胶量57吨，配置8立方米反应釜，设置甲醛贮罐，石蜡、尿素等化工原料仓库。7.1.2机修车间 本项目设机修车间为日常小修小配服务，机修车间与检测、车间办公室设在同一楼内。7.1.3供热工程 本项目选用8吨快装锅炉和400万大卡油锅炉各壹台。7.1.4供电工程 本项目装机容量约为5000KW。其中热磨机装机容量3000KW直接由宁国市电力公司用10KV提供。 计量方式：高供低计。 进线方式：用高压电缆从架空线上引进箱式变。 低压配电柜采用目前较新式的箱式变。7.172、.5给排水工程1用水A消防用水本项目属二级防火，主车间用水量最大，其次是原料场，室内外消防用水量为200立方米/小时。 B生产用水：包括锅炉房、制胶车间、主车间，总用水量60立方米/小时。 C生活用水：包括厂区绿化，冲洗汽车等用水，总用水量10立方米/小时。 用水全部由百亩冲水库抽提，设蓄水池，泵站各一座。 2排水 本项目制胶车间和生产车间有少量的废水、污水，经简单处理后，由排水沟与生活废水、雨水一起由厂区排水系统排出。7.1.6中心实验室 中心实验室负责全厂产品、胶料及化工原料的检测工作，为保证产品质量及开发新产品。下设检验室、实验室。7.2公用工程 厂区内设车间办公室、浴室、厕所。第八章安73、全、工业卫生及环境保护本项目用干法生产中纤板，污水等的排放量很小， BoD5低于60mg/l，CoDcr低于100mg/l,悬浮物低于500mg/l，利用现有的三废处理系统完全可以解决；噪音符合国家标准，日工作接触噪声8小时低于85分贝；粉尘处理系统采用国家定点环保设备生产厂家设备，空气中最大粉尘含量（在车间外旋风分离器出口处）低于150mg/m3空气；综上分析，“三废”排放符合国家相关标准。8.1废水 生产过程中有热磨机挤出的废水约300kg/d，先采取固液分离，固体（木片等）回收，液体经过沉淀后，清浊分离，污水用苯输送至煤场，作为煤的加湿软化水使用，最后进锅炉焚烧。8.2粉尘 干法生产高密74、度纤维板会产生少量的飞散粉尘，主要产生部位在各风送系统的旋风分离器，为减少粉尘对环境的影响，可采取对管道加强密封，控制进出口风量等措施，同时，在粉尘发生处采取负压式除尘。8.3锅炉烟气 新增的锅炉配有烟气除尘设备，除尘率达95。8.4防火 高密度纤维板车间类别为二类。耐火等级按一、二类考虑，各建筑物及厂区按建筑设计规范要求，并按消防部门要求建设消防系统，纤维干燥和干燥后的管道系统，电子计量秤、干纤维料仓，上海人造板机器厂采用了德国火花探测系统和自动灭火系统，防止火灾发生。8.5防雷及接地系统 厂区内按规定安装防雷接地装置，电力变压器低压侧中性点接地，保安接地等用接零系统。本项目防雷接地装置、工75、作接地装置及保护接零装置共用接地装置，要求接地电阻小于4欧姆。 要求所有电气设备的金属外壳，生产设备的金属外壳、机架、穿线铁管、电缆桥架、地下金属管道等，均应接零。第九章投资估算、资金筹措及项目进度9.1投资估算 本项目总投资为5000万元，其中固定资产5000万元，流动资金1000万元。 They were all hungry and the food smelt good. After a wonderful meal, they told stories and sang songs by the camp fire. But some time later it began to rain. The boys felt tired so they pet out the fire and crept into their tent. Their sleeping-bags were warm and106、 comfortable, so they all slept soundly. In the middle of the night, two boys woke up and began shouting. The tent was full of water! They all leapt out of their sleeping-bags and hurried outside. It was raining heavily and they found that a stream had formed in the field. The stream wound its way a107、cross the field and then flowed right under their tent!Lesson28 No parking 禁止停车Jasper White is one of those rare people who believes in ancient myths. He has just bought a new house in the city, but ever since he moved in, he has had trouble with motorists. when he returns home at night, he always f108、inds that someone has parked a car outside his gate. Because of this, he has not been able to get his own car into his garage even once. Jasper has put up No Parking signs outside his gate, but these have not had any effect. Now he has put an ugly stone head over the gate. It is one of the ugliest f109、aces I have ever seen. I asked him what it was and he told me that it was Medusa, the Gorgon. Jasper hopes that she will turn motorists to stone. But none of them has been turned to stone yet!Lesson29 Taxi! 出租汽车！Captain Ben Fawcett has bought an unusual taxi and has begun a new service. The taxi is 110、a small Swiss aeroplane called a Pilatus Porter. This wonderful plane can carry seven passengers. The most surprising thing about it, however, is that it can land anywhere: on snow, water, or even on a ploughed field. Captain Fawcetts first passenger was a doctor who flew from Birmingham to a lonely111、 village in the Welsh mountains. Since then, Captain Fawcett has flown passengers to many unusual places. Once he landed on the roof of a block of flats and on another occasion, he landed in a deserted car park. Captain Fawcett has just refused a strange request from a businessman. The man wanted to112、 fly to Rockall, a lonely island in the Atlantic Ocean, but Captain Fawcett did not take him because the trip was too dangerous.Lesson30 Football or polo? 足球还是水球？The Wayle is a small river that cuts across the park near my home. I like sitting by the Wayle on fine afternoons. It was warm last Sunday113、, so I went and sat on the river bank as usual. Some children were playing games on the bank and there were some people rowing on the river. Suddenly, one of the children kicked a ball very hard and it went towards a passing boat. Some people on the bank called out to the man in the boat, but he did114、 not hear them. The ball struck him so hard that he nearly fell into the water. I turned to look at the children, but there werent any in sight: they had all run away! The man laughed when he realized what had happened. He called out to the children and threw the ball back to the bank. Lesson31 Succ115、ess story 成功者的故事Yesterday afternoon Frank Hawkins was telling me about his experiences as a young man. Frank is now the head of a very large business company, but as a boy he used to work in a small shop. It was his job to repair bicycles and at that time he used to work fourteen hours a day. After a little time, she chose one of the most expensive dresses in the shop and handed it to an assistant who wrapped it up for her as quickly as possible. Then the woman simply took the parcel and walked out of the shop without paying. When she was arrested, the detective fou120、nd out that the shop-assistant was her daughter. The girl gave her mother a free dress once a week !lesson33 Out of the darkness 冲出黑暗Nearly a week passed before the girl was able to explain what had happened to her. One afternoon she set out from the coast in a small boat and was caught in a storm. 121、Towards evening, the boat struck a rock and the girl jumped into the sea. Then she swam to the shore after spending the whole night in the water. During that time she covered a distance of eight miles. Early next morning, she saw a light ahead. She knew she was near the shore because the light was h122、igh up on the cliffs. On arriving at the shore, the girl struggled up the cliff towards the light she had seen. That was all she remembered. When she woke up a day later, she found herself in hospital.Lesson34 Quick work 破案“神速”Ted Robinson has been worried all the week. Last Tuesday he received a le123、tter from the local police. In the letter he was asked to call at the station. Ted wondered why he was wanted by the police, but he went to the station yesterday and now he is not worried any more. At the station, he was told by a smiling policeman that his bicycle had been found. Five days ago, the124、 policeman told him, the bicycle was picked up in a small village four hundred miles away. It is now being sent to his home by train. Ted was most surprised when he heard the news. He was amused too, because he never expected the bicycle to be found. It was stolen twenty years ago when Ted was a boy125、 of fifteen !Lesson35 Stop thief! 捉贼！Rov Trenton used to drive a taxi. A short while ago, however, he became a bus-driver and he was not regretted it. He is finding his new work far more exciting. When he was driving along Catford Street recently, he saw two thieves rush out of a shop and run toward126、s a waiting car. One of them was carrying a bag full of money. Roy acted quickly and drove the bus straight at the thieves. The one with the money got such a fright that he dropped the bag. As the thieves were trying to get away in their car, Roy drove his bus into the back of it. While the battered127、 car was moving away, Roy stopped his bus and telephoned the police. The thieves car was badly damaged and easy to recognize. Shortly afterwards, the police stopped the car and both men were arrested. Lesson36 Across the Channel 横渡海峡Erna Hart is going to swim across the English Channel tomorrow. She128、 is going to set out from the French coast at five oclock in the morning. Erna is only fourteen years old and she hopes lo set up a new world record. She is a strong swimmer and many people feel that she is sure to succeed. Ernas father will set out with her in a small boat. Mr Hart has trained his daughter for years. Tomorrow he will be watching her anxiously as she swims the long distance to England. Erna
