工程概况2.1工程概况XX路位于XX示范区东部，南起于XX路，北至XX，全长约10.12km，本标段起点为K6+520K7+500段，项目全长980m,由地面辅道和跨越铁路桥梁组成，桥梁南起于K6+680.95，桥梁部分依次跨越XX路、武九铁路以及武九小路之后10、落地，桩号K7+276.05，桥梁全长595.10m，红线规划宽60m；主要工程内容包括地面辅路道路及排水工程（K6+520K7+500）段，跨铁路桥梁（L1L6段）（其中L3联为跨铁路预制箱梁，全长111m）,路面沥青铺装工程及交安工程等。2.2工程自然及地质条件XX市属于我国东南季风气候区，具有夏季炎热、冬季寒冷、降水充沛等主要气候特点，年平均气温15.9，极端最高气温41.3，极端最低气温-18。多年平均降水量1261.2mm，降水多集中在68月，占全年的41%；最大年降水量2107.1mm，最大日降水量332.6mm，年平均蒸发量为1447.9mm，绝对湿度年平均16.4mb，湿度系数11、为0.90。区内47月盛行东南信风，其余多为北风或东北风，最大风力为八级，风速27.9m/s。公路自然区分3类。2.3地形地貌本项目场地位于XX镇，其中场地中间大部分地段为现状XX路，两侧主要为荒地、农田，局部分布少量居民住房，地势相对低洼处分布有鱼、藕塘和沟渠，整个地形起伏较大，地面标高为26.5637.80m。2.4工程地质、场区岩土工程条件 2.4.1项目沿线主要属全新统冲湖、冲洪积相淤泥、淤泥质土，粘性土，中更新统冲洪积相粘性土构成，下伏基岩揭露出志留系系（S2F）粉砂质泥岩。第四系覆盖厚度为1020m左右，层厚度较大，地基较不均匀。 2.4.2根据钻探结果，在勘探深度范围内，场区地层12、共分6大层：（1）-1杂填土（Qml）；(1)-2素填土（Qml）；（2）淤泥（Q41）；（3）粉质粘土（Q4al+Pl）；（4）粘土（Q4al+pl）；（5）残坡积粘性土(Qdl+el)；（6）-1强风化泥岩（S2f)；（6）-2-1中风化泥岩（S2f）；（6）-2-2中风化泥岩（S2f）；（6a）泥岩破碎带；各土层层序、层名、岩土特征及空间等详见工程地质分层表。工程地质分层表 2.5.1沿线地下水主要分：上16、层滞水、基岩裂隙水。地表水局部发育，零星分布在场地低洼处鱼塘中，主要受人工抽排影响，其次受大气降水影响，水量有限，水位变化频繁。路线沿途地下水对砼结构及砼结构钢筋具有微腐蚀性。 2.5.2路线所经区域地震地震动峰值加速度区为0.05g，抗震设防烈度（地震基本烈度）为度。2.6施工用水、施工用电、交通条件、材料供应 2.6.1路线所经地区水资源丰富，道路范围外分布水塘多，且储水量充足，同时沿线有自来水管网；地表水经检测满足要求后，可用于施工用水；项目经理部生活用水采用管网自来水。 2.6.2区内电网密集，项目部与XX市供电部门联系拟定建设一座500KW变电设施以满足项目的施工用电，另外备用一台117、20KW发电机组，用于电力出现故障时保障正常施工用电。2.6.3本工程地处XX高新区XX镇，为城乡接合处，路网较为完善，环保严格，项目桩基施工所产生的渣土、泥浆统一安排到项目指定弃土场丢弃。2.6.4本项目部地处XX市郊，各种物资较为丰富，施工所需各种材料均可从XX市采购。2.6.5本项目驻地设有工地中心试验室，负责本项目常规试验工作，中心试验室按规范要求设有：中心办公室、力学操作间、混凝土室、水泥试验室、土工试验室、标准养护室及储物室；部分不能完成的试验委托给XX市有资质的单位进行。工程所用砼均采用商品砼，主要试验工作在供应商的中心试验室进行。2.7工期条件按业主要求施工工期为2012年1118、月2013年6月共8个月，工期十分紧张。2.8路线设计 2.8.1桥梁工程结构 2.8.2路面工程设计1）标准横断面具体布置形式为60米（由东至西）=3.25米人行道+7.5米地面辅道+13.25米高架桥+12米规划预留有轨电车空间+13.25米高架桥+7.5米地面辅道+3.25米人行道。 2）路面结构 主线地面机动车道及引道路面结构采用4cm厚细粒式改性沥青混凝土AC-13C（掺0.3%聚酯纤维）+粘层油（PC-3型乳化沥青）+6cm厚中粒式改性沥青混凝土AC-20C+粘层油（PC-3乳化沥青）20、+ 8cm粗粒式沥青混凝土AC-25C+0.6cm稀浆封层ES-2型+透层油（PC-2型乳化沥青）+15cm水泥稳定碎石（5：95）+15cm水泥稳定碎石（5：95）+15cm水泥稳定碎石（4：96）。地面辅路采用4cm细粒式改性沥青混凝土AC-13C（掺0.3%聚酯纤维）+粘层油（PC-3型乳化沥青）+8cm中粒式改性沥青混凝土AC-20C+0.6cm稀浆封层ES-2型+透层油（PC-2型乳沥青）+15cm水泥稳定碎石（5：95）+15cm水泥稳定碎石（5：95）+15cm水泥稳定碎石（4：96）。 人行道铺装结构采用6cm厚预制仿石砖+2cm厚M10水泥砂浆+15cm厚水泥稳定碎石（5：921、5）。 3、桥梁施工布置如下，据现场地质情况，以武九铁路划界，我部计划从项目起点（桩号K6+683）L1联1#桥台花坛中开始铺设20cm厚塘渣作为施工临时便道，施工便道向大里程桩号前推进，34、南侧止点武九铁路跟前（桩号K6+893）；北便道施工起点为L6联（桩号K7+274）20#桥台花坛中开始铺20cm厚塘渣作为施工临时便道，施工便道向小里程桩号前推进，止于L4联铁路跟前（桩号K7+004处）；钻机进场施工，桩基施工从1#桥台L2联施工，由小桩号向大桩号进行推进；施工车辆由XX路进入施工现场临时便道，在施工左、右两幅桥梁桩基时，中央花坛主施工便道从桥梁间修筑（沿纵向布置），按设计图纸桩位、承台处、以主施工便道为基础修筑横向施工便道，以满足桩、承台、墩身施工，临时便道施工宽6m，桩基平台处的基础应进行整平压实。待L1、L6联桩基施工完毕，沿总体施工布局，向剩余联箱梁推进施工。 4、35、桥台、承台施工，根据原状地面标高的比较，基坑深度最大不超过6m，计划采用放坡开挖，施工承台与墩身，墩身成型后，回填桥、承台土方，压路机压实，墩柱周围用夯实机夯实。墩柱完成后，进行上部结构施工，结合地质状态，项目现浇箱梁支架形式采用碗扣式满堂脚手架施工，支架持力层垫层标号为C15砼，硬化厚度为10cm。 5、项目辅道和排水布置于桥梁两侧，道路工程实施围绕桥梁施工进行，由项目沿线范围地势起伏较大（地势高差达11.24米），沿线有较多鱼塘、砖厂、菜地，为了桥梁施工要求，我部拟定道路施工从起点桩号K6+520处项目起点展开施工，对沿线的塘进行抽水、清淤、换填等处理，塘具体处理形式参照规范和设计要求进行36、，逐步向大里程桩号方向推进。 第四章 主要施工方法及技术措施4.1 主要施工工艺流程 预应钢筋混凝土箱梁工艺流程钻孔灌注桩承台墩柱基础处理及支架搭设箱梁底模铺设支架模板预压底板、腹板钢筋施工、波纹管安装芯模安装及顶板钢筋施工、波纹管安装钢绞线穿束砼浇筑预应力施工（张拉、压浆、封锚）桥面防撞护栏施工桥面沥青砼铺装桥梁附属设施。4.2 钻孔灌注桩施工 4.2.1工程概况1）本工程桥梁Z01#桥台Z20#桥台，1.2m桩基24根528m，1.5m桩基56根1788m，桩基C30水下混凝土合计为：3756.9M3，施工机械使用CZ30冲击钻机6台，施工周期为每台每月5根，桩基施工日期为90天。桩基的地37、质情况依次穿越杂填土、素填土、淤泥、粘土、粉质粘、残坡积粘性土、强风泥岩、中风化泥岩等。根据地质资料提供的每个桩位的地质情况，以武九铁路为界，划分桥梁为南侧和北侧，每侧分布CZ30冲击钻机3台，以L1联和L6联对应的1#、20#桥台桩基施工为起点，展开对称施工工艺，其工艺流程如下表：施工准备导管拼装、水密性试验施工准备测量放线钢护筒制作埋设护筒钻机就位调试制备泥浆钻头钻进终孔验收泥浆循环清孔换浆废浆处理钻机移位孔壁检测钢筋笼制作、运输下放钢筋笼下放导管砼搅拌二次清孔灌注水下砼钻孔成桩质量检测测量放线钢护筒制作埋设护筒钻机就位调试制备泥浆钻头钻进终孔验收清孔换浆钻机移位孔壁检测钢筋笼制作、运输下38、放钢筋笼导管拼装、水密性试验下放导管泥浆循环二次清孔砼搅拌灌注水下砼废浆处理钻孔成桩质量检测 4.2.2施工准备1）施工用电：在桩号K6+780处中央花坛施工便道位置设置300kvA变压器一台，为预制箱梁和桥梁下、上构提供施工用电；在K7+120处中央花坛施工便道位置设置200kvA变压器一台为北侧桥梁结构提供施工用电；面积为1500m2和1000m2；保证整个桥梁的钢筋加工能满足施工进度要求。同时在施工现场设置120kw发电机一台，以供应前期在缺少大电的情况下桩基的正常施工和今后停电的应急施工用电。2)施工便道：项目主施工便道设置在桥梁中央花坛，作为临时施工车辆进出便道。 4.2.3桩基放样39、桩位测量：用全站仪进行放线定位，并用护桩标定桩位，然后用水准仪测量桩位孔口标高，以便推算出桩身成孔深度，孔深不小于设计孔深。 4.2.4钢护筒制作及埋设钢护筒厚度为5mm的A3钢板卷制，为加强钢护筒的整体刚度，在焊接接缝处设12mm厚、15cm宽的钢带，护筒底加设14mm厚、50cm宽的钢带作为刃脚。焊接采用坡口双面焊，所有接缝处满焊联结，保证不漏水。护筒埋设施工时，满足高出地面0.3m（0.5m)，其底端埋置深度不小于2m的要求。钢护筒的埋设必须认真进行，项目表层土为杂填土和素填土，先对桩位处土方进行分层夯实处理。在护筒的顶部焊加强筋和吊耳，开出水口。钻进过程中要经常检查护筒是否发生偏移和下40、沉，并及时处理出现的偏移和下沉。 测量定位示意图 护筒埋设示意图 4.2.5泥浆制作冲击钻机采用自制泥浆，地质剖面，项目粘性土丰富，开孔后运用冲击钻钻头高频短距进行冲击造浆，用于桩孔的泥浆护壁；对护筒底部，应高频慢速冲击钻进，使底脚处有坚固的泥皮护壁。桩孔冲击至设计标高后，对成孔的孔径、孔深和倾斜度等进行检查. 泥浆应符合下列技术指标：胶体率不低于96%、含砂率不大于4%、泥浆相对密度1.051.20、粘度1622s、含砂率4%、胶体率96%、失水率25mL/30min。4.2.6清孔1）目的是抽、换孔内的泥浆，清除钻渣和沉淀层，尽量减少孔底沉淀厚度，防止桩底存留过厚沉淀土而降低桩基的承载力；41、还能为灌注水下混凝土创造良好条件。2）终孔并经检查合格后，及时进行清孔。清孔时将钻具提离孔底约10cm，缓慢回转钻具，调整泥浆性能，同时保持孔内水头，防止塌孔，当经检测孔底沉渣全部清除干净后，及时停机拆除钻杆、移走钻机，尽快进行成桩施工。清孔后孔内泥浆主要性能指标控制为：粘度2224s、相对密度1.051.10、含砂量2%。3）清孔完毕以后，要测量孔底标高，发现沉渣厚度过大，还要进行第二次清孔，要确保灌砼前孔底沉渣不超过50mm。 4.2.7钢筋骨架制作与吊装1)钢筋制作采用R235、HRB335级钢筋在现场制作。钢筋的加工遵照JTG/T F50-2011公路桥涵施工技术规范及设计要求进行。本42、工程最大桩长为39米左右，根据吊车起吊高度，采取分段制作，各段钢筋骨架之间钢筋接头采用单面焊接的方式连接，骨架内侧避免形成错台，距每个接头50cm范围内的箍筋，可待两端钢筋骨架焊接后再做，为增强钢筋骨架吊装时的刚度，在每隔2米增设直径16mm加劲筋一道。保护层采用焊接钢筋定位筋，焊在主筋上。检测管制作及安装：每根桩设3根检测管，检测管选用573mm钢管，每8m一节；三等分绑扎在钢筋笼的内侧，边下钢筋笼边接检测管；检测管下端用钢板7610mm焊牢，接头处用703mm钢管焊接。2）每下完一节钢筋笼后，通常在检测管内注水检查其密封性，当检测管内注满清水后，水面能保持稳定，不下降，证明检测管密封可靠；43、否则，应提起钢筋笼检查漏水原因，待查明原因，作出处理，满足要求后，方可下另一节钢筋笼。下笼时应徐徐放入孔内严禁用力下冲、来回转动，下笼结束后，检测管顶应高出桩基顶面20cm，将检测管注满清水，并采用堵头堵死以免在进行其他工序作业时，杂物掉入检测管内。3）钢筋骨架起吊采用缆绳起吊。在起吊前先用预制好的桩基检测器检验钢筋笼是否能够顺利吊放。为保证骨架在起吊过程中不弯曲、变形，采用两点吊。下放钢筋笼时严禁猛冲猛放，安装到位后应及时复核其笼顶安标高。钢筋笼下放到位以后，采用16钢筋作为吊筋定位。钢筋骨架如孔过程中，设专人加水保持孔内水位不落。 4.2.8灌注水下混凝土导管内壁要求光滑，做漏水实验，观察44、无漏水现象方可使用。管内止水球应安装在导管内水面以上约20cm处。导管下口应与钻孔底留有3040cm的距离。导管上的漏斗应有一定的高度，保证漏斗内的混凝土顶面高出孔中水位以上的距离。漏斗箱内储足首批灌注的混凝土，首斗砼管埋深至少1m。C30水下砼必须保证坍落度18cm22cm，粗骨料的粒径范围为531.5mm；混凝土初凝时间不小于10小时；掺加适量的粉煤灰及外加剂，改善混凝土的和易性、流动性。1） 混凝土的灌注连续进行，时间停歇应小于15分钟，经常上下活动导管，使混凝土保持足够的流动性。灌注过程中边灌注混凝土边提升导管和边拆除上一节导管，使混凝土经常处于流动状态，尽可能缩短拆除导管的间隔时间。45、导管提升速度不能过快，提升后导管的埋深不小于2m且不大于6m。2）首批混凝土灌注成功后，针对项目施工条件，混凝土经自卸，不断地通过浇筑料斗及导管灌注至水下，直至完成整根桩的浇筑。为防止钢筋骨架上浮，当灌注的混凝土底面距钢筋骨架底部1 m左右时，降低混凝土的灌注速度，当混凝土拌和物上升到骨架底口4 m以上时，提升导管，使其底口高于骨架底部2m以上恢复正常速度。在混凝土浇注时保持护筒内泥浆面高于水位12m。混凝土灌注过程中，随时测量混凝土面的高度，正确计算导管埋入混凝土深度，导管埋深严格控制在26m范围内，当导管埋深超过此范围时，及时拆卸导管。为确保桩顶混凝土强度，混凝土灌注时，其顶面要超浇一定高46、度，即比设计标高高出0.50.8m以上，多余部分在承台施工前凿除。混凝土灌注过程中按要求认真做好记录。 3）在灌注砼过程中，应设专人经常测量导管埋入深度，并作好记录。杜绝导管漏水、机械事故、操作失误或其他原因，造成断桩事故。 4）为检测成桩质量，在钢筋笼内侧四周均匀设置三根通长超声波检测管。检测管制安顺直、接头可靠，并与钢筋笼的主筋焊接固定。检测管上下端口用10mm钢板焊接密封，确保了混凝土灌注后管道的畅通。4.3 承台桥台施工 4.3.1承台施工工艺流程图测量放线基坑开挖并整平基底模板安装、加固模板加工混凝土生产施工准备垫层混凝土施工绑扎承台钢筋钢筋加工浇筑承台混凝土拆模养护检验合格不合格不47、合格品处理移交下道工序 1）桩头处理承台基坑开挖完毕后，将桩头高于设计标高的砼用风镐凿除，凿除的砼残渣转运至指定弃渣地点。桩头处理好后，将桩头钢筋除锈，调理顺直并弯至设计角度，然后准备绑扎承台钢筋。计划投入班组数量不少予4个，每个班组不少于4 个人，每个班组配备一支风镐。每个班组分两班，每班两人连续不断的作业。桩头在处理的过程中,应保证桩头嵌入承台的深度不小于15cm（图纸要求） 2）基底处理及测量放样在桩基施工完成后，清理基底，施工找平基坑垫层混凝土，垫层混凝土平整度应控制5以内，高差不大于10。最后在垫层混凝土上测量放出承台四个角点，并复测出四角点标高，便于调平模板下口，根据测量放出的四角48、点，用墨斗弹出承台轮廓线。3）承台开挖在承台施工中，原状地面标高的比较，基坑深度均不大于6m，针对大于5米以上承台开挖，结合地质情况尽量放坡开挖，地质条件差部位，采用采用25槽钢支护。支护形式如下图：(单位：cm)，基坑开挖应按要在坑底四周做25cm宽的排水明沟，并在边上挖一个50cm50cm的集水坑，然后用水泵把集水抽走，以保证承台施工范围没有积水，处于干燥的施工环境；桥梁工程地下管线较复杂，在承台开挖前先要探清地下情况，然后在管线光缆处使用人工开挖。4.3.2承台钢筋施工1）承台钢筋采取后场下料、现场绑扎的方式施工，在钢筋构造、运输及起重条件许可的情况下，也可在后场制作钢筋网、现场组拼的方49、式施工，以加快施工进度。2）钢筋严格控制进场检验关，接头按照有关检验频率试验检验，所有原材料等检验合格后方可投入使用。3）钢筋加工偏差不得超过以下规定：受力钢筋顺长度方向加工后的全长：10；13886161150箍筋各部分的尺寸：5。4）钢筋安装时，检查钢筋的级别、直径、根数和间距均符合设计要求。绑扎或焊接的钢筋网和钢筋骨架不得有变形、松脱和开焊。钢筋保护层垫块根据保护层厚度提前预制(与承台砼同标号)，现场梅花形布置在钢筋骨架上,并根据实际需要尽量减少垫块的数量。5）按照设计位置埋设墩身预留钢筋，采用钢筋进行定位,固定稳妥，同一截面接头数量不超过50%。6）钢筋位置偏差不得超过以下规定：序号检50、验项目偏差（）1受力钢筋间距（两排以上排距）52受力钢筋间距（同排）53箍筋、横向水平钢筋间距 105钢筋骨架尺寸（宽、高）56保护层厚度107）钢筋加工及绑扎：（1）钢筋的加工钢筋在进场后由试验人员对其进行抽检，抽检频率为60T/批次。钢筋的抽检按钢筋的种类、等级、牌号、规格及厂家分批抽检验收。验收合格后应进入仓库（棚）内堆放，如为露天堆放时应该用枕木垫高并加盖塑料布。钢筋在钢筋加工场地加工成半成品，钢筋的加工严格按照施工图纸和施工规范进行下料加工。根据图纸的要求，承台的主筋接头可以采用焊接或机械接头，我部将采用焊接的接头形式。为加快施工进度,应将钢筋在加工场51、地加工成片状之后，用汽车运输到施工现场进行绑扎。 8）钢筋的绑扎钢筋绑扎按设计图纸和规范进行，承台钢筋用量较大，钢筋网格、层次较多，为保证设计钢筋能正确放置和砼浇筑质量，钢筋制作时增加架立钢筋，架立顶层钢筋网片,做到上下层网格对齐，层间距正确，并应确保顶层钢筋的保护层厚度。承台钢筋绑扎时，应保证桩内钢筋及受力钢筋位置的准确性；应预埋墩柱钢筋，保证钢筋数量及位置准确。全桥承台的钢筋在施工现场绑扎， 4.3.3模板工程1）模板设计承台模板采用4套组合模板施工，吊车安装，钢拉杆加固。2）模板加工模板现场加工，在钢筋加工厂进行模板加工，各项技术指标应该满足设计规范要求。3）模板运输、安装模板堆放、运输52、及安装过程中，应正确设置吊点，缓慢起吊，模板与模板间垫枕木或脚手板等，防止变形。模板安装前应清理桩头杂物，冲洗桩头及垫层。清理模板面板，并均匀刷模板脱模剂。模板间接缝贴=2mm的双面胶带，要求胶带边缘与面板齐平。模板用人工就位，再用撬棍进行微调。安装时连接螺栓先不拧紧，用垂球检测模板垂直度，钢卷尺检测模板内空对角线，满足要求后拧紧连接螺栓。模板安装完成后，测量检测模板的标高、平面位置是否满足要求，不能满足要求则进行调整。模板底口与垫层空隙调制水泥砂浆堵塞。拉杆穿出位置，用胶皮封堵严密，防止漏浆。承台混凝土强度达到2.5MPa以上时，拆除承台模板，清理模板，规则码放。模板安装允许偏差为：序号检验53、项目偏差（）1模板标高102模板内部尺寸203轴线偏位104模板相邻两块表面高低差25模板表面平整54.3.4混凝土工程1）浇筑前准备承台混凝土浇筑前，检查模板内积水情况、垫层及桩顶面清理情况、模板加固情况、墩身钢筋预埋情况等，还应检查混凝土浇筑材料、机械设备准备情况，满足要求后准备浇筑混凝土。夏天施工时，还应作好砂、石料的降温工作（搭棚遮阴等），控制搅拌温度和入模温度，一般不宜超过28。2）混凝土浇筑承台所使用的混凝土施工配合比在满足设计强度要求的前提下，选用低水化热水泥。坍落度按照泵送的要求进行配合比的设计，砼初凝时间应不小于8小时，为施工过程中处理事故留有足够时间处理，粗骨料应使用级配好54、的碎石。承台混凝土的浇筑时使用50插入式振捣棒，插入间距为振捣棒作用半径的1.5倍，采用“快插慢拔”原则。振捣时振捣棒插入下层510cm振捣，以消除两层之间的接缝，使得两层之间衔接更好。振捣器在振捣时要与模板保持510cm的距式振捣器振捣，分层进行浇注，每层厚度不超过30cm，插振时应梅花型插振，插点间离，避免碰撞模板。浇注完毕之后人工用木抹收面。对于混凝土的输送用罐车将混凝土运送到现场后浇筑入模。 4.3.5承台施工中可能出现的问题及采取的措施：1）冷缝。为避免冷缝的出现，施工时不能按水平方向分层，应按斜向分层，而且层与层的施工间隔时间不应超过混凝土初凝的时间；2）机械故障。为避免该情况的出55、现，在平时应加强对机械的检查和维修。如果出现时，立即组织修理人员进行抢修，如果不行将使用备用机械继续施工。3）道路问题。施工过程中尽量保证施工现场道路畅通,不致于影响砼运输和浇筑。承台混凝土的质量标准及检查方法项次检查项目规定值或允许偏差检查方法和频率1砼强度（Mpa）在合格标准内按JTG/TF50-2011附录B2检查2尺寸（mm）+30，-30用尺量长、宽、高各2点3顶面高程（mm）+20，-20用水准仪测量4轴线偏位（mm）10用全站仪测量纵横各2点混凝土浇筑后进行抹面（三次）并用塑料薄膜保湿养护，初凝后，对承台混凝土进行洒水养护，养护应安排专职人员进行。天气炎热时，承台混凝土应及时进行56、覆盖洒水养护；低温天气时，应按冬季施工要求进行覆盖蓄温养护。 4）基坑回填承台施工结束检验合格后，基坑进行分层回填，并夯实。4.4墩柱施工 4.4.3墩柱施工方法1）墩柱采用汽车吊作垂直运输工具，搭设脚手架作为操作平台。墩柱模板为精加工的定型钢模板。墩身浇筑根据高度不一样，采取分段浇筑成型，确保58、墩身质量。墩身高度低于8m的采用一次性浇筑成型，墩身高于8m的分两次浇筑，第一次进行两直线段浇筑，第二次完成墩身上部曲线段和横梁部分。2）支架搭设在墩柱四周搭设脚手架，以方便墩柱钢筋的绑扎施工和砼浇筑施工。3）钢筋工程钢筋在钢筋加工厂加工成型，人工运到现场，以墩柱中心为准点依次绑扎钢筋，绑扎时应注意钢筋笼的垂直度，要使钢筋笼的中心与桩中心偏差符合规范要求。钢筋在钢筋加工场加工成半成品，用汽车运输到施工现场，钢筋在加工过程中应该严格按照施工图纸和施工规范的要求进行加工。然后运送至施工现场，采用吊车配合安装就位。检验标准项次检查项目规定值或允许偏差检查方法1主筋间距(mm)20检查2个断面2箍筋间59、距(mm)+0，一20检查510个间距3骨架长(mm)1 5）模板安装时，为确保进度及质量，采取如下具体措施： （1）模板接缝处，内缘须粘贴胶带，以防渗漏。 （2）脱模采用脱模剂，严禁使用废机油。 （3）按设计和规范要求，在钢筋上设置砼保护层60、垫块，作为模板固定位置及保护层之用，但钢筋笼必须严格对中。 （4）钢模板分节安装，严格对中。并做好临时固定措施，顶节模板的顶端要加缆风绳，确保模板稳定。 （5）模板拆除后，及时清理模板表面污物，以利于下次使用。拆除时应缓慢进行，不得强行拖拉，以防变形及破坏砼表面。 6）砼工程 （1）砼浇筑项目砼采用商品砼，混凝土输送车运输，罐车配合汽车泵泵送入仓。砼通过模内串筒下料。串筒每节长O.6m卷成圆台型，上口直径3Ocm，下口直径25 cm，两节之间焊吊耳，用U型卡环连接。初浇砼时，串筒底口离柱底1Om左右，随着砼面的升高，分节拆卸串筒。砼振捣采用插入式振捣棒，分层浇注，振捣密实。人工操作振捣棒时须进61、入模板内，快插慢拔，离钢筋和模板10cm，并将振捣棒插入下层砼面下510cm。 （2）砼养护、拆模砼浇筑终凝后，强度达2.5Mpa后拆除立柱侧、边模，系梁底端承重模板因跨度只有2.5米，按规范待强度达到设计强度60%时，拆除系梁底端模板，塑料薄膜缠绕覆盖，专人洒水养护。 L1、L2、L4、L5、L6箱梁总宽度13.25米，箱梁底板宽7.25米，梁高1.8米，采用预应力结构，单箱双室，顶板厚0.22m，底板厚0.20m，挑梁2.5m，厚0.16m0.485m，腹板厚0.5m。中横梁宽1.5m，端横梁宽1.0m。2）L3联为跨武九铁路预制箱梁，三跨，每跨跨度为38+38+35（米）总长度111米；本阶段施工图未出，暂无详细工程量，待施工图出后，再行详细统计工程量和相关参数。63、宽箱梁采用单箱3室截面，箱梁顶板宽25.8m，底板宽15.8m。（英文版
