注浆材料：内圈采用42.5早强型普通硅酸盐水泥。外圈、中圈采用水玻璃水泥灌注浆。3、本工程所用木桩、尼龙袋、拉结筋、粘土、彩条布提前采购到位，施工现场备足用料。材料用量计划表序号材料名称单位数量备注115-20cm木桩根70长度5m2尼龙袋片15000规格50cm*100cm3彩条布m2320250g/m24马钉只50058拉结筋t0.56粘土m31280（六）、施工场地布置本围堰施工特点是本工程地形情况较复杂，8、施工作业面较小。需要拆除岸边花岗岩栏杆及桥下道路混凝土面层等。围堰所用土等材料均通过施工现场进行运输，可以满足要求。本工程材料主要为外进花管、水泥、粘土，进场材料不能随到随卸，需要材料堆放场地，由4t自卸汽车或者装载车转运到现场，粘土及时装袋。三、施工方法及工艺流程（一）、施工区域平面图先从上游距离9#墩15.5米处由河堤往河中心方向开始打木桩加砂土袋围堰15米，再转向往下游方向打木桩加砂土袋围堰50米，再转向往河堤方向打木桩加砂土袋围堰15米，围堰平面区域完成，围堰长度为80米。设置夜间警示灯10盏（二）、施工工艺流程（三）、施工围堰围堰工程的主要作用是截流、挡水，为9#墩基础加固工程创造施9、工条件。严防涌水，避免堰堤坍塌是围堰成败的关键，为此，特作如下要求：1、为保证施工防洪安全，原河堤不拆除，只拆除河堤上的栏杆，施工完后恢复原状。如下图：2、施工准备。组织工程施工人员详细进行现场实地考察，详细了解工程地质状况和水文气象资料，积极配合水务部门做好开工前报批手续。3、围堰的施工流程：打木桩用编织袋装土垒堰堤码筑堰体铺迎水面彩条布往彩条布上铺一层编织袋装砂土。4、为保证围堰的质量和稳定性、有效抵抗河水的压力，堰堤应筑成向迎水面拱的弧形，拱起高度为堰宽的10，并不小于2 米，在堰堤背水一侧边坡中打两排木桩加固。木桩的稍径不小于 10 厘米、长为46 米，排距2.0 米，桩距1.0 米交10、错排列；桩与桩之间用8拉结筋拉接，先在木桩的内侧用装满粘土的编织袋筑堰体，后码筑木桩外侧堰体。堰体顶至少3.0 米宽。在堰体迎水面满铺一层彩条布,并铺往河床一侧不少于2 米，上下层彩条搭接长度为1 米，其余接头搭接为 0.5 米，最后在彩条上覆盖一层编制袋装土。5、码筑堰堤的材料应以砂土料各一半为宜。当堰堤码到一定宽度后，应在迎水面一侧码筑厚度为0.51 米的一层编织袋装粘土层，以利阻水、减少渗水、漏水。码筑可从两边向中间进行。6、堰堤的断面及其构造详见附图。7、围堰主体完成后, 进行抽水试验, 在试验中分段检查, 发现有渗漏现象立即停止抽水, 待处理好渗漏后再接着进行下一段的试验。围堰内积水11、抽排到库区, 抽排过程中为了保证围堰安全,加强围堰观测, 根据观测情况, 控制抽排降水速度。为了防止围堰底部泥沙流失, 在围堰背水面挖一截水沟, 上面铺设针刺无纺布反滤。截水沟内设置4 个集水井, 每个集水井中安设潜水泵1 台, 抽排渗漏水、施工弃水和雨水。8、围堰拆除和河道恢复9#墩基础加固施工结束后，从下游堰体开始拆除围堰，首先对外侧土袋进行清理，撤除彩条布，用机械挖除堰体及平台，减少对水体的污染，同时对河道进行疏通。（四）、花管注浆1、钻孔直径：采用直径为91mm的孔径开孔。花管直径：花管直径51mm，壁厚2.5mm。2、灌浆材料：采用42.5早强型普通硅酸盐水泥。水灰比为0.71.1.12、每米灌浆水泥用量为270-300千克。3、灌浆压力：注浆压力采用初始压力范围为0.20.5MPa，注浆终止压力范围为0.30.8MPa，稳压时间为10分钟。4、施工步骤：（1）灌浆钻孔定位：按设计图纸上的灌浆孔位结合现场施工场地将灌浆钻孔孔位作好标记；（2）钻孔：采用钻机直径为91mm的钻头开孔，孔深为0.8米。（3）打入灌浆花管：将花管下入已钻好的钻孔中，采用钻机或吊锤将花管继续往下打入至设计深度。（4）灌浆：灌浆开始时将灌浆管下至孔底，按要求水灰比搅拌好水泥浆液，开动高压泵，将水泥浆液压至孔底，至孔口返出水泥浆液为止。然后将高压管一头与高压灌浆泵相连，另一头与灌浆花管孔口相连，开动高压泵，13、向孔内压入水泥浆液，灌水泥浆液按先稀后浓、先快后慢的原则。水灰比由1.00.7调节。灌浆至地表有冒浆或灌浆压力大于0.8MPa，停止送浆，稳压1020分钟。（5）封孔冲洗：每孔灌浆结束后，若卸管后孔内仍冒浆，需将孔口封住。然后迅速将高压管以及灌浆泵仔细清洗好，防止水泥浆固结堵塞。（五）、注浆效果检测1、试验孔灌浆结七日后，可进行注浆效果检测。2、由质量监督站指定的桩位。3、施工单位安排机械设备进行抽芯取样。4、经监理确认并送质量监督站检测试验5、通过钻孔，从注浆体内取出原状样品，送质量监督站进行必要的试验研究。通过检测可得出下述几项重要的物理力学性能指标：(1)结石的性质;(2)样品的密度;(14、3)浆液充填率及剩余孔隙率;(4)渗透性及长期渗流稳定性;(5)无侧限抗压强度及抗剪强度。据此能对注浆效果作出比较确切的评价。四、墩身变形监控措施1、为了随时掌握9#墩基础在施工加固过程中墩身水平位移情况，特制定本监控措施。2、变形监测控制依据及参考标准：(1)水运工程水工结构物原型观测技术规范（JTJ 2182005）；(2)水运工程测量规范（JTJ 203-2001）；(3)工程测量规范（GB 50026-93）；(4)工程设计文件和技术资料；(5)招投标文件和合同文件；(6)现行的有关法律、法规和规章，业主制定的相关制度。（一）、水平位移的布设及观测方法1、水平位移采用测两个角和测一条边15、的水平位移监测测量方法，简称“两角一边法。2、在距离9#墩100米左右的上下游及墩身的前方各设置一基点，作为墩身水平位移监控的基点（如图1中的A、B、C点）。3、在9#墩身设置固定标志，作为墩身水平位移监控的变形观测点（如图1中D点）。4、由图1所示，A,B、C是固定工作基点，D是变形观测点（9#墩），用精密全站仪准确测定B和a角值及AD边长的水平距离值S。5、计算水平位移公式。 （1）由图2所示，D点水平位移值:L=AD/p(2-1)=S/p() (1)上式中1是第一期观测角值，2是第二期观测角值。S= AD，用精密全站仪测定水平距离值。p =206265。（2）由图3所示，D点水平位移值:16、L=AD/p(2-1)=S/p() （2）（3）故D点水平平均位移值为：L=（L+L）/2= S/p()+ () (3)上式中，1、1 是第一期观测角值2，2是第2期观测角值。6、用全站仪每天对9#墩变形观测点进行一次测量，记录并与上次测量数据对比分析墩身位移情况。计算结果详见下表格式：7、9#墩基础加固施工完工后，再继续监控二个月。8、如有变形值达到2mmjf 马上停止灌浆施工并向设计及监理单位汇报。（二）、沉降位移的布设及观测方法1、在距离9#墩100米左右的上下游及墩身的前方各设置一基点，作为墩身沉降、位移监控的控制点。2、在9#墩四角点设置固定标志，通过控制点测量出该四点的高程。3、用17、精密水准仪（观测精度须使用DS1级精密水准仪及铟钢带精密水准尺，沉降数据报至1mm0.1mm）。4、每天对9#墩四角点进行一次往返闭合高程测量，记录并与上次测量数据对比分析墩身沉降情况。记录结果详见下表格式：观测日期年月日观测点1234高程（m)本次下沉(mm)累计下沉(mm)高程（m)本次下沉(mm)累计下沉(mm)高程（m)本次下沉(mm)累计下沉(mm)高程（m)本次下沉(mm)累计下沉(mm)5、采用二等水准测量的观测方法就能满足沉降观测的要求。各项观测指标要求如下：第一，往返较差、附和或环线闭合差：ha-b1.0，n表示测站数；第二，前后视距30m；第三，前后视距差1.0m；第四，前18、后视距累积差3.0m；第五，沉降观测点相对于后视点的高差容差：1.0mm。第六、水准仪的精度不低于N2级别。6、9#墩基础加固施工完工后，再继续监控二个月。7、如有变形值达到2mmjf 认真作好安全生产目标管理，坚持“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，贯彻谁施工谁负责的原则，结合本工程的特点，特制订安全目标。 2、坚持管生产必须管安全的原则。 根据“国务院关于加强企业生产中安全工作的几项规定”结合我施工单位特点，建立现场以项目经理为组长，项目部管理人员和各班组长为组员的施工现场安全生产管理机构和网络，层层落实执行安全生产责任制和各项规章制度，明确各级人员的责任，明确各项操作规程29、和坚持特种作业人员持证上岗，抓好安全生产工作。 3、落实以企业安全生产责任制为主体的安全生产管理措施。 4、加强现场管理 （1）在施工现场入口处设五牌一图。 （2）进入施工现场的人员必须带好安全帽。现场门卫处配备安全帽，由专人保管，供办事人员使用。 （3）所有施工人员必须统一佩戴安全帽。 （4）进入施工现场施工必须选穿合身的工作服，并做到“三紧”：领紧、袖紧、下摆紧才起到保护工作的作用，穿合适软底的鞋并系紧鞋带。 （5）
