定义3.1职能职务绩效薪资制度:根据员工执行工作的能力程度,与职能等级基准进行对照,确立其所处职能等级和所能担当的职务等级,并据此制定工资基准.同时,根据不同部门/岗位实际达成的绩效水平,按照考核权数对其进行考核,以同步达成个人能力/团队绩效最大化改善之管理目标.3.2除个别聘用因特殊理由经总经理批准外,均应依照本制度2、执行.4. 权责4.1 本制度由人力资源部负责起草、颁布,修订,解释并监督施行。4.2 修订由人力资源部根据各部门意见和集团经营目标调整需要提报修改方案,经集团总经理核准后,方可修 订。4.3 此制度经集团总经理核准后,正式生效施行。5. 制度内容5. 1薪资构成实发工资 = 职能工资 + 岗位工资(绩效奖金基数)+加班工资 + 其它津贴扣减项薪5.1.1 职能工资:(建议占总工资比例的70%)5.1.1.1 基本定义-即基本工资,参照市最低工资标准所设定,按不同的岗位及入职者本身的素质条件所确定,为有加班资格者核算加班费的基数: 5.1.1.2 变化条件-为年度加薪的基数标准。亦即公司年度加3、薪时,只是职能工资发生变化: 5.1.1.3 发放方式-每月10号以月度的形式发放: 5.1.2 岗位工资:(建议占总工资比例的30%)5.1.2.1 基本定义-按岗位等级,工种所需技术,专业能力所设定。同时亦为绩效奖金核算的基数: 5.1.2.2 变化条件-为职务变化时加薪的基数标准。亦即职等变化或职等不变职等级发生变化时,才适用岗位工资的变化: 5.1.2.3发放方式-原则上以下考核周期的第一个20号发放,不同的岗位有不同的比率与岗位绩效达成相挂钩,实行浮动岗位工资制度。未参与考核部分,可于每月20号以月度的形式提前预付给被考核者:(考核详情见各级人员考核明细) 5.1.2.4 适用对象-4、本考核周期都在职人员:当发生下列情况时: 试用期人员-不参与本周期考核,岗位工资以全额形式月度发放: 新调入人员-按原部门考核方式考核: 岗位工资调整人员-调整生效日期以考核周期为准: 休假人员-按实际出勤日与应出勤日比率核算: 离职人员-原则上只发放当期考核周期都在职部分岗位工资:在周期未完之前离职者,不发放岗位工资考核部分,但可发放未考核部分: 5.1.3 加班工资: 按国家法律法规所规定,依据员工加班时间,职能工资所折算的工资: 5.1.4 其他津贴: 按公司薪资福利体系所规定的其他补助类别: 5.1.5 扣减项: 5.2.2.3 职务等级与职务名称之对应 根据电子()有限公司组织编制的现状,PM部,采购部,研发部,工程部,运作部,生产部,品保部,管理部,HR部,资讯部,财务部,总经理室等十二个部门;每个部门现有职务与职务职等的对照详情见(03-1职务职等对照表):5. 3 职能工资职能工资: 是以等级标准工资作为起点,每一职等内设99级,员工的学历/年资/工作能力/工作态度/对公司的贡献等在职级级数中均有充份体现.员工工资到达99级即终止,须争取升等,如从OA升SC.公司可根据需8、要,决定现阶段每一职务所采用多少级数。职能工资详见【表5】:【表5】职能等级工资明细等级ODOCOB 差额即每跳一级的差(RMB)职 能 等 级 工 资 标 准 表新进人员职级: 新进人员参照岗位任职资格体系的需求,参照人事部制定的岗位工资起薪顶薪范围,由其任职岗位部门的上级所确定。有资格确定工资的职务等级为经副理级以上人员:5. 3 岗位工资岗位工资: 加班时数原则上不超过36小时/每月;生产紧张时与协调方式填具自愿加班单经权责主管审批报人资部门备案.作业职能阶层间接人员(第十二等-第九等)加班费: 平 时:元/小时*1.5倍*加班时数; 周六日: 元/小时*2.0倍*加班时数; 节假日: 元/小时*3.0倍*加班时数;加班时数原则上不超过36小时/每月;超过该时数需由经营职能主管签核后才能生效.非作业职能阶层人员采用责任制无加班费,课级单位非作业职能阶层人员需安排值班;5.6 休假薪资按员工手册规定计算薪资.5.7 扣减薪资(扣除金):下列规定可从每月薪资中直接扣除:5.7.1 法令规定事项.如:暂住证费/养老保险费/个人所32、得税及其它.员工手册制度规定事项.如旷工/请假/迟到/早退及其它.5.8 升级、升等、加薪:5.8.1 升级即纵向职级的晋升如:OD-20升OD-30级,并根据【职能等级工资标准表】按号加薪; 升等即横向职等的晋升如: OD升OC等.升等后的薪资给予依据【职能等级工资标准表】按等加薪.5.8.2 升级升等必须依据【年度考核评核表】,每年一次经“人评会”考核,以考核的结果评订升级.5.8.3 评核时间表如下:升级考核在每年2月进行,升级加薪3月生效;升等考核在每年6月进行,升等加薪7月生效.5.8.4 “人评会”由各级主管组成,如“总级人评会”、“理级人评会”、“课级人评会”、“组级人评会”、“33、班级人评会”,人力资源部门负责评核计划制订、实施招集、结果统计、评核流程维护修订等.(附表各级人评会名单)。5.8.5 十二等协办级人员升级、升等由本课“班级人评会”+“组级人评会”考核评定,课长核准;十一等至九等副经办,经办,副主办级人员升级升等经本部“组级人评会”+“课级人评会”考核评定,经理核准;八等主办级人员升级、升等需经全厂“课级人评会”考核评定,部门副总核准;六等至七等副主任、主任级人员升级、升等需经全厂“理级人评会”考核评定,总经理核准;四等至五等专员、高级专员之升级、升等需经全厂“总级人评会”考核评定,董事长核准;一等至三等督办、督察、高级督察级人员升级、升等需经董事会考核评定34、,董事长核准。5.8.6 所有升级、升等的申报名额与该部门的年度目标达成挂钩,年度目标达成的部门其申报名额可以占部门总人数的30%,而年度目标未达成的部门其申报名额只能占到部门人数的5%。(所有指标在一年十二个月中至少九个月达成才视为部门目标达成)5.9岗位绩效考核 为年度基本工资加薪及职务职等升迁的途径,按公司现有方案执行:5.10绩效考核绩效考核基准工资 =岗位工资 * 考核权数;绩效考核权数:
