Architect153、ure绿色校园愿景绿色生态校园绿色校园要在校园的全寿命周期内，为师生提供健康、高效的工作、学习、生活环境，同时最大限度地节约资源、保护环境。它在重视绿色校园建设实施的同时，注重将绿色生态校园的理念以人文教育的形式向广大师生进行传播，以求利用这一信息平台，向广大的公众倡导建设绿色、生态、和谐新社会的新风尚。目标：绿色校园的永久研究平台绿色校园的教育平台绿色校园的展示平台绿色校园科学性布局规划1.建筑朝向上图为本项目设计方案在夏季、冬季建筑立面风压模拟计算结果。本项目绝大多数建筑朝向东南，与项目所在地夏季主导风向相一致，建筑迎背风面压差大，风压差超过4Pa，有很好的室内自然通风潜力。2.规划布局2154、.1风环境营造：通过错落式的布局，结合建筑架空设计，形成夏季通风廊道。南低北高的建筑高度分布能够阶梯式利用风环境资源；底层架空、空中花园的设计，在增加建筑形体多样性的基础上，有效提升了校园整体通风适宜性。从场地噪声模拟结果可以看出，本方案考虑到交通噪声影响，沿街部分采用联排裙房设计，可以有效阻挡交通噪声向校园主要人员活动空间传播，校园内部区域声环境质量较好，满足声环境质量标准（GB30962008）对2类标准区的要求。2.2声环境营造：本项目校园近邻主要市政道路，在规划设计时，沿龙翔大道一侧采用连排群房设计形式，有效缓解了交通噪声对校园环境的不利影响；此外，从布局上，沿街主要布置实验室等对噪声155、不太敏感的功能房间，而将宿舍、图书馆等空间布置在内部区域，做到功能布局合理。昼间夜间香港中文大学（深圳）整体一期规划及建筑设计Master Systems照明节能设计本项目照明光源均采用节能型产品。其中，荧光灯采用T5荧光灯，配以电子镇流器；筒灯采用节能筒灯；部分景观灯及地下空间照明采用LED光源灯具。楼梯间、前室等公共区域可采用声控灯光、光控、热辐射156、传感等节能控制方式。此外，标志性功能建筑（如图书馆等）采用智能照明控制系统，通过照度传感器监控各区域实时照度情况，根据设定场景控制照明系统进行跟踪调节，以保证照度满足功能使用需求。建筑智能化设计根据国家标准智能建筑设计标准GB50314和国家标准智能建筑工程质量验收规范，设置合理、完善的三大智能化子系统。并保证安防系统、设备监控系统及通讯信息系统的运行安全可靠。建筑能耗监测系统本项目参照民用建筑能耗数据采集标准JGJ/T154-2007与高等学校校园建筑节能监管系统建设技术导则的要求设置建筑能耗监测系统，实时监测各分项能耗（空调冷热源、空调末端、照明系统、办公系统、电梯系统、给水排水系统等），157、实时监测各分项水耗（总用水量，中水回用量）等太阳能光伏发电利用本项目将采用太阳能光伏与建筑一体化设计，太阳能光电板集中铺设于屋顶，所产生的电能经逆变器转变交流后直接并入建筑内部网络，主要用于公共区域的照明供电。在阴天，当光伏系统发电能力无法满足末端需求时，自动切换市政供电，保证建筑日常功能不受影响。太阳能光伏发电利用本项目将采用太阳能光伏与建筑一体化设计，太阳能光电板集中铺设于屋顶，所产生的电能经逆变器转变交流后直接并入建筑内部网络，主要用于公共区域的照明供电。在阴天，当光伏系统发电能力无法满足末端需求时，自动切换市政供电，保证建筑日常功能不受影响。此外，结合本项目方案中央景观轴设计，考虑在场158、地太阳辐射充足区域布置太阳能凉亭、太阳能走廊、太阳能地砖等小品，布置区域如下图黑圈所示。为师生提供舒适的室外通行休息区域。香港中文大学（深圳）整体一期规划及建筑设计Master Architecture暖通空调系统方案设计说明建筑综合节能设计利用计算机模拟技术，通过对建筑综合能效进行模拟分析，对空调制冷主机、空气处理设备、风机、水泵、冷却塔等设备系统提出节能设计指标要求，并灵活应用水系统变频、风机变频等技术手159、段，提升系统部分负荷工况运行性能。新风热回收与全新风运行通过在新风和排风之间设置全热回收器，可以在夏季有效回收排风中的冷量，降低新风冷负荷。此外，新风系统设计应保证过渡季节实现全新风运行，从而很好的利用深圳地区春秋季凉爽的室外新风为室内降温。室内空气质量监控系统在校园图书馆、大型阶梯教室等人员密集且人流变化较大的区域设置空气质量监控系统，通过监控回风中CO2、温度、湿度和VOC等参数，将实时数据传输到中央处理器。当室内空气质量无法满足舒适性需求，则由中央控制器发送指令，控制新风系统联动调节调节新风量，保证室内始终具有良好的舒适性。给排水设计说明 Water Systems1.给排水专业节水器具160、校园卫生器具优先选用中华人民共和国国家经济贸易委员会2001年第5号公告当前国家鼓励发展的节水设备（产品）目录中公布的设备、器材和器具。节水龙头选用符合标准的正规厂家的产品。公共区域采用感应式节水龙头。学生书院等居住空间采用加气节水式、陶瓷阀芯等节水龙头。节水便器采用节水型便器，包括3L/4.5L两档型高效节水坐便器。香港中文大学（深圳）整体一期规划及建筑设计Master Kong,Shenzhen(CUHK/SZ)133非传统水源利用为实现水资源的高效集约利用，161、本项目方案综合应用建筑中水、雨水。整体方案如下图所示。中水回用系统：本项目考虑自建中水处理站，通过收集建筑污废水，经处理后用于校园公共建筑室内冲厕、场地绿化浇洒及道路冲洗等，预计中水处理规模约1000吨/天，中水处理工艺如下图所示。太阳能热水系统校园学生书院、研究生公寓等具有稳定热水需求的建筑均设置太阳能热水系统，太阳能集热板集中布置在建筑屋面。拟采用太阳能+空气源热泵集中式供热水系统，设置集中水箱，采用空气源热泵集中辅助加热，为学生提供生活热水。VV雾森系统本方案中央景观轴为人员主要活动区域。该区域虽视野开阔，但同时也带来夏季室外出行热舒适性不高等问题。为提升该区域舒适性，本方案拟采用雾森降162、温系统。雾森系统设置区域如下图所示。通过沿绿化景观带设置雾森管路及喷头，在夏季午后，定时喷雾降温，一方面具有良好的景观氛围，另一方面又能实现降温加湿的作用。雨水回用系统：本方案主要通过收集场地北侧山体雨水，经管道集中输送到校区雨水中水处理站，经独立工艺处理后主要用于校园景观补水。雨水收集范围如下图所示。在雨季水量充足时，尽量利用雨水进行公建冲厕、绿化浇洒和道路冲洗，不足由中水系统补充。从而实现校园水资源的综合互补集约利用。香港中文大学（深圳）整体一期规划及建筑设计Master
