1、IN T R O DU C T IO NThe building of a technologically advanced and environmentally friendly sports precinct will enhance its stature.This will form a nucleus for sport,leisure and entertainment in the university.It will also provide University with the opportunity to make itself known to the world t2、hrough a powerful,dynamic and vibrant architecture.Our proposal delivers an architecture that is technically advanced as well as in harmony with the environment.An architecture which locates Zhejiang at the cutting edge of the sports and leisure,while embracing the history and culture of the City.Br3、iefThe University proposes to build a major new international standard sports precinct in a site on the north-east sector of the University.This centre is to include:-6,000 seat multi-purpose indoor gymnasium for ceremony,graduation,large-scale meeting,basketball,volleyball,gymnastics and large scal4、e entertainment and performance.4,000 fixed seat and 2,000 retractable.-2 outdoor Football fields with seating for 3,000.-An aquatic centre which includes 3*50m pools and a leisure pool which can function as a training pool also.One 50m pool is internal and can accommodate competition swimming,water5、 polo,synchronised swimming and leisure.The Universitys objectives for this project are that it should:-Integrate and support in the University Master plan-Express local architecture-Emphasis the landscape and sports themes.-Establish a high standard in technical aspects-Incorporate sustainable deve6、lopment strategies-Emphasize multi functionality for the gymnasium-Be of reasonable cost and practical technology-Have entries and internal road systems that are efficient and organically knitted into the universitys pedestrian and traffic system.The University may propose to stage the development o7、f the sports precinct.Possibly commencing with the 6,000 seat multi-purpose indoor gymnasium.前言本次所提交的浙江大学紫金港校区文体中心总体大学校园内提供一个集中了高科技和环保理念的综合性体育场区,为在校师生和整个社区提供体育运动、休闲娱乐及展览、庆典等活动的多功能空间。新颖活泼、富于动感和力度的建筑将极大地丰富校区的形象提高其国际知名度。本次方案采用了体育和休闲设施的设计中最先进的科技和建筑手段,力求与所在环境完美结合,展示杭州地区悠久的人文和历史风貌。设计要求浙江大学拟在校区东北的地面上兴建一座附和8、国际标准的体育中心区。中心设施包括:6 G C A M P U S C U L T U R E&S P O R T S C O M P L E X 浙江大学紫金港校区文体中心MASTER PLANA north-south pedestrian spine links all of the facilities and organizes them on the site.At the south-e10、ast corner of the site is located the gymnasium acting as a node.At a formal level the gymnasium acts as gateway to the ceremonial entry to the university.The gymnasium will be a prominent feature.Built at a significant position on the site it will be at the intersection of two major axis and within11、 the major ceremonial space.The other facilities are then ordered around the Gymnasium.The Aquatic Centre is located at the end of the north-south spine,acting as a terminus.The football fields are located east of the pedestrian spine adjacent the main roadway.INTERNATIONAL STANDARDSEach sports faci12、lity incorporates the technical requirements of the governing sports bodies to suit the competition,officials and media.The arrangement of the facilities allows for segregated access through the site to meet the requirements of international level competitions.Access can be limited to a minimum numb13、er of locations.ICONThe design of the individual facilities as well as the total sports centre will be unique.They will provide a strong and clearly identifiable image for the University.The masts and cables of the structure supporting the roofs of the Gymnasium are a prominent feature of the Sports14、 Centre.Rising high above the roofs they act as an entry marker or gateway to the university.Significance to Zhejiang UniversitySports Centres are the modern town squares for cities.They are the place where students and people generally come to meet and share enjoyment,experiences and information.Sp15、orts events are the catalyst for other activities such as student meetings,community meetings,exhibitions,and festivals.This new facility for Zhejiang University will provide an excellent platform for such activities.The built facilities will be totally flexible to maximize the type events that can 16、be staged within them on a local,regional,national and international level.Open spaces between these facilities will allow for a similar wide range of events such as parades,concerts,entertainment,markets,exhibitions and displays,landscape and student relaxation.Part of the significance of sport is 17、to promote healthy and active life styles for students and the whole community.Apart from satisfying the requirements for student sport,these facilities will also satisfy community needs.Facilities are easily accessible including training and warm-up areas so that the community can enjoy and observe18、 all aspects of the sports.The Sport Centre provides the opportunity for maximum usage of the various T ER P L ANFU N C T IO N A L PL A N N IN GThe central spine provides an organizing device across the site to separate both indoor and o20、utdoor facilities,plus passive and active spaces.The Gymnasium and Aquatic Centre are nodes along this spine.The football fields and outdoor pools are located to one side.From the Indoor facilities and pedestrian spine spectators will be able to look out over the landscape to the Icon building beyon21、d which terminates the ceremonial space.SERVICINGThe centre will benefit from a common service route under the central spine that will link each of the facilities and avoid crossover of public areas.Access to this route will be at 2 points,adjacent the Gymnasium,under the Aquatic Centre.Each facilit22、y can then be serviced independently or together.TRANSPORTATIONTransportation facilities have been provided to suit the diverse opportunities available.Vehicular drop-off for cars and buses are provided to each facility.Parking for 220 cars is provided on grade centrally within the precinct.Bicycle 23、and pedestrian access is provided to each facility.ES DThe scheme for Zhejiang University Sports Precinct has been invested with key environmental initiatives that are integral to its design.It is essential that a building of such significance represents the future of environmental technologies.Pass24、ive and active systems have been considered throughout to integrate with the architecture.These include:-Orientation-Roof lights-Double Skin Facades-Geo Thermal Heat Exchangers-Micro-climatic Air Conditioning-Photo Voltaic Collectors-Thermal Mass-Operable Sun Screens-Recycled Water Infrastructure-Gr25、een Power-Renewable MaterialsThe facilities will be comfortable in winter with minimum input of energy to maintain comfort conditions.In summer the facilities will open up to allow for the moderate external conditions to natural condition spaces.Treatment of the waste water from the Aquatic Centre,a26、nd harvested rain from roofs and hard landscaping,will provide an important source of grey water for irrigation of the Football Fields and soft landscaping to meet the needs of active and passive areas.Soft landsca30、ping forms buffer zones between different areas within and beyond the site.As part of the vision of the park setting a garden zone is provided around the total site.The pedestrian areas are generous in width to accommodate a wide variety of activities and the flow of large crowds.These extend out to31、 mesh with the soft landscaped areas.VIEW CORRIDORSViews corridors are established within the site as well as views to the site and from the site.The sports centre has the opportunity to be central to the life of the University.It is important that it achieves visual connection to the Icon building 32、and to its surrounds.The location of buildings reinforces the view along the ceremonial space west towards the Icon building.The low level of the Aquatic centre allows some views from the adjacent major traffic intersection to the Icon building.FACILITIESMajor facilities on the site include:-6,000 f33、ixed seat multi-purpose indoor gymnasium for basketball,volleyball,gymnastics,ceremony,meeting and performance.-Indoor basketball and gymnastics training venue.-Aquatic centre for swimming,water polo,diving,synchronized swimming and leisure.Includes 3*50m pools one indoor.Outdoor leisure-pool.-2*foo34、tball centre of sporting excellence a new precinct-consisting of facilities servicing the student popu37、lation,corporate,government and general public users.The solution creates a physical setting that can compete with the worlds best where the infrastructure and quality of the Sports facilities is second to none.The plan delivers an environment for people to learn,to enjoy and to play where nature an38、d development are in harmony.Its success,the new Zhejiang University Sports Precinct will become the model for sports planning,environment and friendly gymnasium wit40、hin a well-planned sports park will enhance the stature of the university as a significant host for indoor sports.It will be able to provide a dynamic image for the rest of the university and demonstrate the ability to hold games of significance and at the same time providing for local requirements.41、The brief calls for the following:-Express local culture-Exploit the landscape opportunities of the site-Provide a sports focus for the university-Emphasize the multifunctional capacity of the gymnasium-Be of reasonable cost-Be of practical technology-Be integrated into the environment CONCEPTThe Gy42、mnasiums roof provides a dramatic feature that floats over the building suspended by cables from the four masts.Its shape is leaf like.The leaf is parabolic in shape and rises from low points along the major axis of the gymnasium.This gives the building a sense of grandeur at the foyers and the gath43、ering points of the building.Economy of structure has been foremost in the design.All aspects of the structure work to their maximum capacity.This creates a minimalist building and at the same time a light and aesthetically pleasing built form on the landscape.It is an elegant structural solution th44、at spans the length of the seating bowl and responds strongly to the gateway/environment theme.The structure of masts and cables gives scale and identity to the surrounding landscape while the roof itself with its parabolic form unites the loftiness of the masts with the landscape of the sports prec45、inct.Access is provided around the facilities at ground for the public.LANDSCAPEThe provision of a rich fabric of hard and soft landscaping will ensure the environment created maximizes the visitor experience as well as satisfying user requirements.These elements create a pedestrian network of varyi46、ng spaces and scale using different types of plant material and paving texture around the Y M N A S I U MINTERNATIONAL STANDARDSThe Gymnasium incorporates the requirement of the international sports governing bodies including:-International Amateur Athletic Federation-International Badminton Federation-International Basketball Federation-International Amateur Box49、ing Association-International Gymnastics Federation-International Weightlifting Federation-International Handball Federation-International Judo Federation-Federation Internationale dEscrime-International Federation of Associated Wrestling Styles-World Taekwondo Federation-International Tennis Federa50、tion-International Table Tennis Federation-International Volleyball Federation-International Ice Hockey Federation-International Skating UnionThe ice floor pad is based on a minimum of 60 x 30 metres to suit all ice sports including short course speed skating.The competition area will accommodate th51、e required Olympic minimum area of 78 x 38 metres including surrounds.Height to the underside of the ceiling of the main seating hall will accommodate the central hung scoreboard as well as the maximum required clearance of 12 metres.Spectator facilities have been provided in accordance with establi52、shed international criteria.These include ticket sales,turnstile/entries,toilets,food and beverage,egress and access.Sightlines are based on international criteria where the minimum sightline for fixed and retractable seating is C60 to the focal point.MULTI-USEThe Gymnasium will be provided with 6,053、00 fixed seats to suit the largest format competition sports,ie gymnastics and indoor 160 metre athletics.Retractable seats and loose seats on the floor are provided for smaller format sport competitions increasing the number of spectators.For an event such as boxing a maximum of 10,000 is achievabl54、e.For end stage concerts or convention plenary sessions a maximum of 7,000 seats is achieved.Positioning of the curtaining booms will then reduce this area and capacity for more intimate events.The Event Floor has a maximum size of 78 x 48 meters to suit a wide range of uses apart from sport such as55、 exhibition.It has a live axle loading of for the Gymnasium are:ENERGY MINIMIZATION The Gymnasium incorporates micro-climatic air conditioning to provide conditioning to spectator and c58、ompetitor areas only.Zoned computer controlled energy managed systems to maximise efficiency.Double glazing and insulated facade system minimise energy transfer.Mass of the floors and internal walls will store energy.RECYCLABLE AND RENEWABLE MATERIALSMaterials used have been selected for their abili59、ty to be recycled or that are come from renewable sources.The steel,glass and concrete are recyclable.Concrete can be crushed to form base course material.Plastic seats can be reused.Timber structure and fit out would be sourced from plantation forests.MINIMIZATION OF POLLUTIONThe use of green power60、 from photo voltaic cells and hydro electric generation.Geo thermal heat exchangers will be investigated to provide pre heating for the air conditioning and domestic hot water.SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGYThe Gymnasium utilizes the latest technological advances in structural and engineering systems.The fac61、ility will be a smart building,centrally controlled by a building management and maintenance system.Fibre optics and infra red will be transmit communication within and beyond the facility.Structural steels will utilise the highest performance grades.Life safety systems will ensure that the facility62、 is safe for all users using passive and active controls to contain emergencies and guide patrons to safe zones with in suitable times.Total Egress for the maximum number of spectators in the Gymnasium will be achieved in approximately 2 minutes.SCOREBOARDThe Gymnasium includes a 4 sided scoreboard 63、with the capability of displaying full colour video images as well as text.Each video panel is 3 metres high by 4 metres long.It is suspended from the centre of the main competition hall and can be raised or lowered to the desired height.For events such as basketball it will be positioned at 12 metr64、es above the floor.For events requiring higher clearances it will be positioned at 20 metres above the floor.ACOUSTICSThe facility is acoustically treated to reduce noise egress and control reverberation to acceptable times.The roof incorporates multiple layers with mass and insulation incorporated.65、Noise reduction of 60-70 dB will be achieved so that for events such as concerts the noise generated will be contained and not adversely impact on surrounding uses.This insulation will also prevent external noise sources such as rain or aircraft from adversely impacting on internal performances.The 66、surfaces of the walls,seating bowl and ceiling of the main competition hall are absorptive to achieve a reverberation time of 2 to 3 desired architectural form,and to reduce seismic mass.The conceptual design of the roof structure is split into two layers;(i)a cable net supported from four masts,and tied down through two curved quantity空调系统的划分与负荷估算冷、热源设置:空调系统总冷负荷为2450kW。冷源选用240RT水冷螺杆式冷水机组3台提供712热水作为空调冷媒。空调热负荷估算为1620kW,热源由区域管网提供蒸汽,经汽-水热交换器制取5060热水作为采暖热媒。空调方式:比赛场及观众席:观众席共6413座。采用全空气低风速送风系统,定风量运行。送风方式采用可调型旋流风口及喷口上送风。回风通过观众席台阶侧壁设置的回风口经土建回风道138、回至空调机房。门厅、走道、训练用房采用全空气系统,送风方式采用顶送侧回的气流组织方式,根据吊顶高度送风送风口采用下送型旋流风口或散流器送风。办公、会议用房、管理用房采用风机盘管加新风方式,送风方式未顶送顶回。运动员更衣室等设风机盘管系统,排风由其它区域渗透补充。全空气系统均采用中央控制或就地控制方式实现新风与回风比例根据室内外空气焓值调节及过渡季节全新风运行。水系统形式:系统为二管制机械循环系统,冷冻水系统夏季供水温度为7,回水温度12。冷冻机房冷冻水泵采用定流量泵,供回水总管设恒压差旁通阀,系统实现变流量运行。空调机组端设置电动二通阀,根据回风温度进行冷冻水流量调节。通风及消防系统
