PROJECT DATA The design here proposed for Suning Retail Plaza has been developed accoridng to the Business Plan Layout and Data Requirements provided by Client.The aim of the concept is to develop an elegant and green new generation Retail building.The main goal of28、 the proposed design is to create visual connection and style relationship with the Suning existing buildings located on the North side of the Project Plot Area.The shape of the building in order emphasize the idea of“Open Arms”on North side for visually gives the continuity with the Sunings area an29、d to create a charming the outdoor landscape and a saken plaza which is connecting the outdoor first level with the underground level(B1)of the Suning Retail Plaza.The main above ground entrance to the building is located on the north and there are two secondary entrances one on the East site which 30、connecting whit the existing residual complex and the second on the south side.At the underground(B1)there are the subway connections on the west side,meanwhile the underground exit/entrance on the north side is located at level one.The B1 level is characterized by a central winter garden on which t31、he upper floors overlook through seats area,F&B,relax area and indoor landscape.Furthermore the B1 is directly connected with the above levels by two escalators,lifts and a saken plaza which is connecting the underground with the outdoor upper level and the entrance/exit of the underground on the no32、rth side.The interior design shape and materials are defining a pleasant,elegant and“fresh/green”feeling and the circular gallery have the width in order to set the weekly events.The facades is made of:transparent facades:a standard curtain wall or a pre-cast cellular facade(higher costs,but higher 33、quality and reduced on site installation time);opaque walls:these may be heavyweight(brickwall or pre-cast concrete panels)or lightweight(dry construction multi-layer system composed of cement boards and insulation).The external surface may be finished with concrete or plaster;cladding and decorativ34、e elements:-option 1:along the building perimeter a series of vertical stainless steel pipes with a variable step define a strong architectural image and stiffen the building structure.-option 2:two panels with a different metal finish define a sawtooth profile.on both options,close to the main entr35、ances,media faades are fixed on the building envelope.The proposed system,made of LED strips integrated on a metal mesh,is already available on the market and widely used for 本项目的主要设计依据为甲方提供的业态面积,比例和分布要求,规划设计要点等。概念设计致力于构建典雅大方,充满绿色生态景观的下一代的商业综合体。同时还要达到与场地北侧苏宁集团建筑的视觉和风格相融合的主要目标。建筑北侧的形态强化了张开的双臂意向,在视觉上自然而然地与苏宁园区其他建筑产生视觉的联系。同时,也有助于安排地上和地41、下的顾客集散广场,形成繁华热闹的室外都市空间。建筑主入口设在北侧,东侧设一个次入口,吸引街道对面居住区的居民。南侧设一个次入口。在地下一层设计了多条通道与西侧的管委会商业接驳。北侧布置了下沉广场,可直接将人员导入地下一层商业。地下一层最吸引人的地方是中央区域布置了四季花园,上层的顾客能够休闲地坐在茶座,咖啡区和餐饮店内向下俯视。同时在垂直联系方面,地下一层设置了两个扶梯和多部观景电梯与上部各层连通。北侧的下沉广场除了将地面上的人员吸引下来,另外设有通道与地铁4号线站厅层连通。室内设计和装修材料的选择致力于打造愉悦,优雅以及新鲜自然的感受。中庭周边的通道宽度适应于各种“无商铺零售业态”以及促销活42、动的布置。立面构成元素包括:通透感强的部分:常规的幕墙或预制构件单元(造价较高但质量可靠,安装时间短)实体感强的部分:视觉感受较重的构件(砖墙或预制混凝土板件)或者轻型板材(多层保温水泥板)外饰面可采用清水混凝土或抹灰。玻璃幕墙和装饰性元素.立面方案一:沿着建筑物外墙,采用一系列具有不同长度的垂直不锈钢管,创造出极具吸引力的建筑立面形象
