6合肥苏宁广场项目位于蒙城路区域商圈核心位置。西临J地块住宅部分,南至北二环路,东至蒙城北路,北侧临凤城路。地块三公里范围内人口约49万人,紧邻轨道交通五号线砀山路站(预计2020年开通)。总用地面积49683.51平方米,其中L地块38944.37平米,K地块10739.14平米。可建计入容积率建筑面积12、54333.11平方米,其中商业面积为地上154333.11平方米,地下商业2万平方米。商业规划多种商业业态共存,以家庭消费购物为主,满足购物、休闲、娱乐、餐饮等一体式消费需求。各业态之间相互促进,带动商业人流,形成热闹的商业气氛。主要商业形态包括:苏宁云店、精品高档商品主力店和配套娱乐、餐饮等。设计注重购物中心与商业主力店的平面布局及商业动线,营造精品店的购物环境和休闲空间。建筑向内围合,形成空间丰富的内广场。面向街角城市广场的方向相对开敞,以连接城市人流。项目简介
