Once the surrounding sites have all been developed with mostly light industry and the existing forest has gone, the site still will have an appearance of a scenic park. The str49、eets, which will take on the shape of Parkways (lush green streets) will create a “Green Belt” surrounding the villa and tower Parcel and thereby screening those from future developments. One will always have the sense that one lives in a natural setting, or in short, in a Park. The Parkways will pr50、ovide a strong identity for the site and a unique experience for the people travelling through the different neighborhoods on foot, bicycles or motorized vehicles. 绿野雅居目的在于保留基地现存的自然条件,从长远角度着眼,当周边土地全部开发之后,现存的森林将消失殆尽。公园道路周边种植大型遮荫树木,蜿蜒的小道、水体和自然植栽,将成为围绕别墅和大厦区域的绿化带,形成上述建筑和周边开发的绿屏,居于其中将会永远有一种居于自然环境的感受,犹如住51、在公园之中.绿野雅居概念将为基地带来鲜明个性,人们无论行走、骑车或开机动车经过各个邻里区域,都将得到独特的体验。Boulevard Country LivingDifferent from the Park Living, the boulevard will have a more urban feeling to it which will be expressed by using a design vocabulary that is architectural and has a more rigorous geometry (i.e. Straight paths, simple 52、shapes, hard materials). The landscape, and to some degree the architecture, of each neighborhood have a presents at the boulevard. They are visible from the street and influence how it is designed. For example, a retail frontage will require that the boulevard (and not the adjacent open spaces) pro53、vides space for cafes, shops, bicycle parking, etc. And that they are exposed to the street.
