II verification13、g instructions; Equipment list; System wiring diagram; System of examination and approval information; Design drawings; Room specifications; System code requirements; System functions; System operatin 施工地段属于丘陵剥蚀地貌,地形起伏较大,坡面植被多为灌木,植被发育,线路右侧为六州水库 3.4.2、工程地质及水文地质概况 dl+el)粉质粘土;呈黄褐色夹路堑段为第四系全新统坡坡残积层( Q4灰褐14、色,硬塑。 该段路堑地表水和地下水均不发育,主要由大气降水补给,水量较丰富,但随季节变化性大。 3.4.3、气象特征 本段路堑位于百色市属亚热带季风气候,光热充沛,雨热同季,夏长冬短。百色市年平均气温19.0?C 至22.1?C,现温度适宜,雨量偏少,是施工的黄金季节。 4、 施工总体方案 4.1.1、质量目标 符合国家和铁道部有关标准、规定及设计文件要求,检验批、分项、分部工程施工质量检验合格率100%,单位工程一次验收合格率100%,工程质量零缺陷。 4.1.2安全目标 无铁路行车险性以上事故,无人身死亡事故,无汽车行车重大责任事故,无等级火警事故和爆炸事故,无压力容器爆炸事故。 4.1.15、3工期目标 开工日期:2010年11月4日 3r ther aftein late 2012. A project on July 4, 2010 the project construction period 2 years, completed 复建设,确保各项设施的高效使用。 方便管理原则:便于施工管理,便于劳动力、机具设备和材料等调配,有利于减少施工干扰,有利于文明工地建设。 安全性原则:符合有关安全生产、劳动保护、防火等法律、法规和要求,必须制定切实、有效的安全措施,确保安全。 环保性原则:根据现场调查获得的当地有关施工环境的资料,结合当地环保部门要求,有利于环境保护和水土保持,尽可能减少施工对环境产生的不利32、影响。 4.3.2、场地平面布置图 。 施工总平面布置见后附表10.2 施工场地平面图4.3.3、施工便道 根据现场的实际情况,沿线路方向修筑施工便道,施工便道设计宽度5m,每隔200m设会车道一处, 填筑碎石面层,碾压密实,能够满足施工的需要。便道跨越沟溪设便桥和涵管并在挖方侧设排水沟,以保证排水畅通,其路面纵坡、平曲线等按不低于三级道路标准设计。 4.3.4、临时通信 沿线通讯比较发达,通讯网络已覆盖施工现场,临时通讯采用移动通讯。 4.4、施工用水及临时用电: 施工现场毗邻水库,水源丰富,水质可满足工程使用需求,采用水库存水作为工程用水,生活用水可以接入附近自来水管道。 施工用电可从邻近33、工点350kVA的变压器直接接入。 forming 14310 square, removed 13033 square meters. II verificationg instructions; Equipment list; System wiring diagram; System of exam37、ination and approval information; Design drawings; Room specifications; System code requirements; System functions; System operatin6 4.5、内业资料 施工队技术室在工区工程部的领导下开展工作,负责所施工路基相关内业资料填写、收集、整理工作,定期归档至工区工程部,并及时向工区上报检验批资料。 施工现场的测量、试验资料由负责该路堑的测量、试验人员进行收集、整理工作,并及时归档至工区工程部和试验室。 施工队技术室在施工过程中,根据工区下发的作业指导书、技术交底及时准确38、的编制相关技术交底并下发到作业层。 4.6、文明施工 做到现场布局合理,施工组织有序,材料堆码整齐,设备停放有序,标识标志醒目,环境整洁干净,实现施工现场标准化、规范化管理。 5、施工方案 总体思路:快速开工,全面推进路基工程施工。围绕安全、质量、工期、投资、环保、创新“六位一体”的目标要求,科学组织施工,运用网络计划技术,实行动态管理,想方设法、排除万难去实现既定的施工目标。 5.1、路堑开挖方案 路堑正式开挖前,及时完善排水系统,作好堑顶截、排水设施,堑顶为土质或有软弱夹层时,及时铺砌天沟并采取其它防渗措施。路堑施工前开挖区保持排水系统通畅,临时排水设施与永久性排水设施相结合,并与原有排水39、系统相适配。 深路堑施工做好土石方开挖与支挡加固工程的有机结合和进度协调,坚持 “分级开挖、分级支护”的原则,自上而下进行。开挖一级,加固防护一级,每层高度不超过3m。 development. Beijing rehabilitation cente 5.2、施工工艺流程 机械开挖路堑施工工艺流程图见图1。 5.3、施工方法 5.3.1、施工准备: 1)、施工准备工作已完成,机具设备、作业人员及修理保养环境条件,施工效率能满足施工要求,检测验证手段、施44、工组织能力能满足施工需要。 2)、路堑工地布置:尽可能增加开挖工作面和运输线,采用高挖高弃,低挖低弃;充分利用地势高差,加快装车速度;运输道路一般布置重车下坡,以利于车辆的运行和路堑开挖时渗水和雨水的排出。 3)、按施工图要求测量放线,设置护桩,测量工作贯彻复核制。 5.3.2、嵌顶截、排水: 1)应首先做好嵌顶截水沟、天沟,路堑开挖过程要自始至终保证排水畅通; 2)嵌顶为土质或含有软弱夹层时天沟应及时铺砌或采取其他防渗措施,其排水口应引入自然沟或排水构筑物; 3)在路堑施工期间注意检查维护;如发现路堑或边坡内发生地下水渗流时,应根据渗流的位置及流量的大小采取设置排水沟、水井、渗沟等设施,降低45、地下水位或将地下水引出,截排水设施要满足以下要求: a、沟基稳固,严禁将排水沟挖筑在未加处理的弃土上; b、边沟整齐,沟坡、沟底平顺,沟内无浮土杂物; c、沟水排泄不得对路基产生危害; d、截水沟的弃土应于路堑与截水沟间筑成土台,并分层压实,台顶设 8forming 14310 square, removed 13033 square meters. II verificationg instructions; Equipment list; System wiring diagram; System of60、 examination and approval information; Design drawings; Room specifications; System code requirements; System functions; System operatin 生产能力等于或略大于挖装能力。一般车辆容积应是挖掘机铲斗容积的3,5倍。一个班组的车辆的容积规格相同,以便现场控制铺土厚度时统一卸土间距。 4)路堑不论采取何种形式开挖都应随时做临时排水沟,并避免超挖和欠挖。 5)路堑开挖遇到下列情况时,应办理变更设计: a、边坡、基床的土石种类和构造与施工图明显不符时; b、因自然灾害危及61、嵌底或边坡稳定时; c、采用新的或特殊施工方法,需改变边坡坡度时; d、需增设或改变支档、防护结构及排水设施时。 5.3.4、路堑弃土: 路堑施工尽量考虑移挖做填,符合填料使用条件的土用作路堤填料,必须弃舍时应本着“高土高弃、低土低弃、劣土废弃、优土还田”的原则,合理规划弃土场,防止堆置不当影响路堑边坡的稳定或造成水土流失、淤塞排灌沟渠等病害。 5.3.5、边坡整修 1)、正确标出边桩连线。经常检查边坡开挖坡度,纠正偏差; 2)、坡面应平顺,无明显的局部高低差及浮石、渣堆、杂物等; 3)、边坡上出现的坑、凹槽应嵌补平整; 4)、平台应有向路基侧沟排水的坡度; 5)、需要防护的边坡,按施工图及时62、防护;当防护不能紧跟开挖进行, 应留一定厚度的保护层并放缓开挖面坡度,待做护坡时再刷够边坡。 r aftein late 2012.
