项目基地位于距离婺源县城4公里的秋口镇王村范围内。基地范围东至金盘村后山山脊，南至武口电站大坝，西至石门村，北至星河水弯道。全区规划总面积约为5.4平方公里。基地西面紧临景婺黄高速公路匝口，东南两侧与正在规划中的两条高铁线相邻，北靠婺源星江河。东南流向的星江河将全区一分为三，河东，河西和小岛，中间小岛面积约100亩，外形极像月亮，故得名月亮湾，河西有一石门自然生态保护区。基地现有土地以大面积的山地、农林地、村落、小河、部分闲置用地以及一条高速公路、省道为主。村落分布在基地三个不同区域，自南向北分别是源口村、金盘村、河41、村。农林地主要集中布置在金盘村周边以及几条山谷之间。现状小河主要分布在基地东南部，水质较好；基地西北部有大面积的闲置用地并有一两处工厂。基地内地形为中低山与丘陵区，平均海拔为100-150米之间。生态资源良好，野生动植物资源丰富。The planning high-speed railway,close to the Wuyuan Xingjiang River in the north.The sou43、th east Xingjiang River divides the whole area into 3:east river,west river and the small island which is about
