管道穿楼板防水处理穿过防水层的管道四周找平层应按规范要求施工，与基层交接处预留凹槽，填密封油膏，再将管道四周除锈、打光、然后在管口四周300mm范围内及管面100mm高范围内做聚氨脂防水附加层一道。八、成品保护措施成品保护是防水工程成败的关键，为确保防水工程达到理想的效果，对于成品保护必须特别注意：1、在防水层施工中或防水层已完成而保护层未完成时，是成品保护的最关键时期。在此其间，严禁任何无56、关人员进入现场，严禁穿带铁钉、铁掌的鞋进入现场，以免扎伤防水层。必须的人员、物料进入，必须遵守轻拿轻放的原则，严禁尖锐物体撞击扎伤防水层。2、在保护层完成之前，其它工序的工人未经允许，严禁进入防水施工现场。3、防水层施工完毕后，严禁在防水层上随意开洞或钻孔安装机器设备。如不得已必须在防水层上开洞、钻孔的，必须先征得防水公司同意，并安排妥善的修补工作。4、落水口处应经常清理，以免堵塞，造成排水不畅，以减少防水层的压力。5、在使用过程中，如发现防水层遭到破损，应尽快通知有关方面及时安排维修。6、穿过墙体的管根，施工中不得碰撞变位。7、防水层施工完成后，应及时做好保护层、保护墙。九、安全保证及文明施57、工措施1、“安全生产，预防为主”是施工现场的基本方针。严格执行国家有关安全生产的规定，按照“建设工程施工现场管理规定”实施细则执行。2、认真贯彻安全生产防火制度。防水材料是易燃品，要设防火标志，施工现场要建立用火申请制度。3、不得在雨天或三级以上大风条件下进行外墙防水施工。4、所有操作人员要穿统一服装，服装要有明显的标志。5、全体现场施工人员必须衣着整齐，不得赤膊、穿背心、穿拖鞋开工，不得抽烟、讲粗话、随地吐痰、随地大小便等。十、质量保证措施1、严格按照操作规程、技术方案施工，对施工过程中出现的技术问题及时处理，严格把好质量关。2、所有进场的防水材料，必须有检验合格证、产品检验证。3、大面积施58、工应先做样板，待建设单位认可后才能大面积施工。4、设专人负责技术工作，确保涂刮环节或喷洒环节操作质量，发现问题及时处理。5、施工完的防水层，表面不得脱落、开裂、起鼓等现象。6、节点密封严密，做法符合施工组织设计要求。7、防水工程验收，其中“保证项目，检查项目，实测项目”必须严格按照技术规程要求进行验收。8、防水工程完毕后，应将防水资料整理成册，装档移交建设单位存档。十一、工程维护及回访本公司承诺，讲信誉，信守合同，工程质量实行五年保证期制度。在保证期内每年雨季对工程进行回访。如有问题，及时处理，同时也要求建设单位建立制度，专人管理，合理使用，防止人为的造成破损和渗漏，减少不应有的经济损失。第
