该项目用地位于重庆巴南花溪工业园区，用地编号为标准厂房S17/01 地块，用地性质为二类工业用地。总用地面积为：131939 平米，约 197.81 亩。如左图所示，基地西北角道路交叉处标高为 304.49、西南角道路交叉处标高为 303.04、东南角道路交叉处标高为 313.77、东北角道路标高为 310。地块西面主干道道路临街长约 405 米，道路路宽约 44 米，坡度0.3%；地块南面支路临街长约 281 米，道路路宽 16 米，坡度 3.5%；地块东面支路临街长约 38010、 米，道路路宽 16 米，坡度 1.0%；地块北面道路临街长约 337 米，道路最宽路面约 16 米，坡度 1.7%。基地北侧和东侧为二类工业用地，基地南侧为公共交通场站用地，东侧为居住用地。故在规划设计上应该充分考虑周边用地对基地功能布局的影响，同时也应注意基地自身形象展示界面的营造。the project site is located in chongqing huaxi industrial Park,Banan,land numbered standard factory s17/01
