亩，地块西至东南面江安河畔置信香颐丽都三期地块；西南：临规划道路，对面为万春镇镇政府，目前在建；地块整体呈现不规则U字形。西面毗邻温郫路、北接万民路。东面、南面皆为市政规划道路。The project site situates at Wanchun town,Wenjiang district,where is next to Wenpi road(to the north of Jiangan river);net land use areas are about 3、56.66 mu(1mu=666.667 sq.m),to the southeast of the site is Jiangan river-side Zhixin XiangYiLiDu phase 3s plot;its southwest boundary will be adja-cent to the 本案住宅主要是多层洋房，共十栋单体拼合体。公建有临街商铺和独立商业。建筑风格为泛地中海，公建以南加州圣芭芭拉风格为5、原型,并融入地中海托斯卡纳风格的某些元素,住宅以托斯卡纳风格为蓝本。红瓦、白墙、木构架、毛石墙面等元素体现出朴实、自然的山野气息。The Residential including 10 multilayer buildings,and include commer-cial analysis本案南北入口为主要出入通道，南部会所入口广场定位为重要景观焦点。中心园林景观位于地下车库顶板之上，主要由中心活动空间及三个特色组团花园、半公共花园空间及三个入口构成。西北部为西班牙风情商业7、空间。西部与临时绿地相邻，建议采用多层次的绿化缓冲带进行屏蔽。Major accesses to the site will be respectively set at north and
