拟建项目位于xx,香雪城及飞晟文汇广场北侧。场地与附近城市路相通,交通及施工条件较好。本期项目总占地面积约 31000m2,共规划建设 9 栋 820 层办公楼,框剪结构,拟采用桩基础。室外设计地坪标高为 23.0m。场地设 2 层地下室,地下室底板标高 12.5m。建筑物的地基变形允许值为:相邻柱基的沉降差为 0.002L(L 为柱距),整体倾斜允许值为4、 本次勘察为详细勘察阶段,主要目的和任务是:(1)详细查明地质构造,地层结构,岩土工程特性,地下水埋藏条件;(2)详细查明拟建场地内岩土体类别、厚度分布特征及物理力学性质,计算和评价地基的稳定性和承载力,提供准确可靠的岩土工程参数;2 (3)详细查明场地内有无不良地质作用及提出防治意见;(4)划分场地土类型和场地类别,对场地地震效应进行评价;(5)详细查明地下水的埋藏条件及对建筑材料的腐蚀性;(6)对基础设计方案6、进行分析论证,建议经济合理的基础类型,选择合理的桩端持力层。(7)提供基坑支护设计方案与施工建议。1.3 1.3 勘察工作布置勘察工作布置 本次勘察为详细勘察,钻孔主要沿建筑边线及角点布置,钻孔间距约 1030m,共布置 101 个钻孔。其中控制孔 35 个,一般孔 66 个,取样孔 35 个,原位测试孔 55 个。钻孔要求进入中风化岩 35m。勘探孔位具体见附图 1“勘探点平面布置图”。1.41.4 勘察方法及完成的工作量勘察方法及完成的工作量 勘察过程采用全孔段取芯法,用泥浆、钢管护壁回转钻进;原位测试为标准贯入试验,采用 63.5kg 自动脱钩落锤进行锤击;软土样采用薄壁取土器,一般粘性7、土样取土器类型为厚壁敞口半合式取土器,取样方法为快速静力连续压入法结合重锤少击法,或干钻法,土试样质量等级为I级及级。野外采取的土样及时密封,防止湿度变化,运输过程中避免振动;土样进行常规物理力学性质试验,水样进行水质化验分析。勘察实际完成的工作量详见表 2本次勘察采用xx坐标系和xx高程系统。由 2 版)。场地工程地质条件场地工程地质条件 2.12.1 地形地貌地形地貌 拟建场地位于xx,香雪城及飞晟文汇广场北侧。场地现为绿化空地,地势稍平坦,为冲积平原地貌,地面标高 33.19m35.41m。4 2.2 2.2 岩土岩土体分布体分布特征及性质特征及性质 根据本次勘察钻孔的土工试验成果和工程地质编录资料,以及参考邻近的工程地质勘察资料,将勘探深度内土10、体按其特征及其物理力学性质从上至下划分为第四系人工堆积层(Qml),第四系冲积层(Qal),第四系残积层(Qel)与花岗岩(),现分述如下:(1 1)第四系人工堆积层()第四系人工堆积层(Qml)素填土(层序号1):黄褐色,松散,干燥-稍湿,主要成份为粘性土及砂,含少量碎石。本次勘察共有100个孔揭露本层,其中:层厚1.206.70m,平均厚度4.05m;顶板埋深0.000.00m,平均埋深0.00m;顶板标高20.6426.37m,平均标高22.74m。实测标贯试验N1.07.0击,平均击数4.9击(标贯次数53)。此层取土样13件作室内土工实验,主要物理力学指标详见“土工试验物理力学性质指11、标统计成果表”。(2 2)第四系)第四系冲冲积层(积层(Qal)淤泥(层序号2-1):黑色,黑灰色,流塑,饱和,含腐殖质,稍有嗅味,干强度中等,韧性中等。本次勘察共有14个孔揭露本层,其中:层厚1.003.60m,平均厚度2.36m;顶板埋深3.906.60m,平均埋深4.81m;顶板标高16.7919.13m,平均标高17.74m。实测标贯试验N1.02.0击,平均击数1.3击(标贯次数8)。本次揭见该层的孔为:ZK18A、ZK36、ZK37、ZK41、ZK42、ZK49A、ZK59、ZK63A、ZK67、ZK68A、BZK1、BZK2、BZK3、BZK6。此层取土样7件作室内土工实验,主要12、物理力学指标详见“土工试验物理力学性质指标统计成果表”。粉质粘土(层序号2-2):黄色,灰色,可塑,湿,主要成份为粉粘粒,手捏略 5 有砂感,干强度中等,韧性中等。本次勘察共有69个孔揭露本层,其中:层厚0.9010.20m,平均厚度4.37m;顶板埋深0.008.70m,平均埋深3.94m;顶板标高14.6922.67m,平均标高18.90m。实测标贯试验N8.012.0击,平均击数9.9击(标贯次数35)。此层取土样20件作室内土工实验,主要物理力学指标详见“土工试验物理力学性质指标统计成果表”。中砂(层序号2-3):浅黄色,稍密-中密,饱和,石英颗粒为主,级配不良,分选性一般。本次勘察共13、有82个孔揭露本层,其中:层厚1.0010.20m,平均厚度4.28m;顶板埋深3.1014.50m,平均埋深6.75m;顶板标高8.8921.27m,平均标高15.91m。实测标贯试验N12.019.0击,平均击数14.2击(标贯次数53)。此层取土样25件作室内土工实验,主要物理力学指标详见“土工试验物理力学性质指标统计成果表”。淤泥质土(层序号2-4):深灰色,流塑-软塑,饱和,含腐殖质,干强度中等,韧性中等。本次勘察共有37个孔揭露本层,其中:层厚0.809.90m,平均厚度4.89m;顶板埋深3.6017.30m,平均埋深10.46m;顶板标高3.6220.12m,平均标高12.3014、m。实测标贯试验N1.03.0击,平均击数2.1击(标贯次数16)。此层取土样10件作室内土工实验,主要物理力学指标详见“土工试验物理力学性质指标统计成果表”。粉质粘土(层序号2-5):黄色,可塑,湿,主要成份为粉粘粒,手捏略有砂感,干强度中等,韧性中等。本次勘察共有78个孔揭露本层,其中:层厚1.1012.70m,平均厚度5.69m;顶板埋深5.1019.30m,平均埋深11.48m;顶板标高3.6318.94m,平均标高11.27m。实测标贯试验N9.014.0击,平均击数11.5击(标贯次数54)。6 此层取土样26件作室内土工实验,主要物理力学指标详见“土工试验物理力学性质指标统计成果15、表”。粗砂(层序号2-6):灰黄色,中密-密实,饱和,石英颗粒为主,含少量圆砾,级配不良,分选性一般。本次勘察共有78个孔揭露本层,其中:层厚1.5011.80m,平均厚度5.07m;顶板埋深6.7024.00m,平均埋深16.29m;顶板标高-2.3115.22m,平均标高6.34m。实测标贯试验N16.033.0击,平均击数23.2击(标贯次数51)。此层取扰动样23件作室内土工实验,主要物理力学指标详见“土工试验物理力学性质指标统计成果表”。(3 3)第四系残积层()第四系残积层(Qel)砂质粘性土(层序号3):黄褐色,硬塑为主,由花岗岩分化残积而形成,长石及暗色矿物已风化成土,含砂约116、0%-15%,遇水易软化崩解。本次勘察共有101个孔揭露本层,其中:层厚0.7023.60m,平均厚度9.38m;顶板埋深13.8029.50m,平均埋深20.90m;顶板标高-8.538.57m,平均标高1.83m。实测标贯试验N13.032.0击,平均击数22.1击(标贯次数90)。此层取土样21件作室内土工实验,主要物理力学指标详见“土工试验物理力学性质指标统计成果表”。(4 4)花岗花岗岩(岩()全风化花岗岩(层序号4-1):黄褐色,灰白色,岩芯呈土柱状,已风化成坚硬土状,原岩结构基本破坏,但尚可辨认,岩质极软,遇水易散软化。属极软岩,岩体完整程度为极破碎,岩体基本质量等级为级。本次勘17、察共有101个孔揭露本层,其中:层厚1.1016.50m,平均厚度7.17m;顶板埋深16.5045.30m,平均埋深30.28m;7 顶板标高-22.336.87m,平均标高-7.55m。实测标贯试验N45.057.0击,平均击数50.9击(标贯次数67)。此层取土样13件作室内土工实验,主要物理力学指标详见“土工试验物理力学性质指标统计成果表”。强风化花岗岩(层序号4-2):灰黄色,褐黄色,岩芯呈土状,岩石风化强烈,原岩结构大部分破坏,手捏易散,遇水易崩解。属极软岩,岩体完整程度为极破碎,岩体基本质量等级为级。本次勘察共有101个孔揭露本层,其中:层厚2.1037.00m,平均厚度13.618、2m;顶板埋深24.2055.30m,平均埋深37.45m;顶板标高-32.24-0.83m,平均标高-14.72m。实测标贯试验N73.099.0击,平均击数84.2击(标贯次数83)。中风化花岗岩(层序号4-3):灰褐色,灰白色,岩芯呈短柱状、块状。裂隙稍发育,岩质较硬,钻进困难,锤击声脆。属较硬岩,岩体完整程度为较完整,岩体基本质量等级为IV级。本次勘察所有钻孔均在本层终孔,揭示层厚3.007.80m,平均厚度3.92m;顶板埋深31.0073.50m,平均埋深51.07m;顶板标高-51.56-8.66m,平均标高-28.34m。此次勘察中取岩样36组做饱和单轴抗压强度测试,其抗压强度19、为18.778.2Mpa,平均值为55.85MPa,变异系数为0.241,标准值为51.9MPa,建议该岩石饱和抗压强度取45.0Mpa,各岩样详见“岩石饱和单轴抗压强度测试报告”。2.3 2.3 水文地质条件水文地质条件 场地地下水位埋深:2.50m6.90m,地下水位标高:17.14m19.83m。地下水主要为赋存在冲积层中砂及粗砂中的孔隙水及基岩裂隙中的裂隙水。1 层素填土透水性 8 中等,含有少量上层滞水。粉质粘土、淤泥质土及砂质粘性土成份以粘性土为主,为相对隔水层,透水性弱,富水性弱。中砂及粗砂层透水性强,分布厚度大,富水性强。强风岩及中风化岩裂隙发育,但多为粘粒充填,连通性一般,透20、水性弱,富水性弱。总体上场地下水含量较丰富。补给途径主要为大气降水。根据查阅以往资料集结合勘察期间对水文方面的观测,拟建场地下水水位随雨季的变化而变化,幅度在 1.00 至2.00m 5.66m/d,影响半径 242.6m。总体上场地含水层透水性较强,富水性强。本次试验为单孔简易抽水试验,所得渗透系数有一定误差。若采取降水措施,建议作进一步研究,取得相关水文地质参数。场地地下水地层渗透性为 A 类,场地环境类型为II类。根据22、在 ZK5、ZK28 两孔采集地下水水样及地表土土样进行水质简分析和土的易溶盐分析,分析结果见表 2。腐蚀性分析结果表 表 4 样号 分析项目 单位 50021-2001)(2009年版)判别,腐蚀性评价为:本场地环境类型地下水和土对混凝土结构具有微腐蚀性,在强透水层中渗透性地下水和土对混凝土结构具有微腐蚀性;在长期浸水环境下地下水和土对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋具有微腐蚀性,在干湿交替环境下地下水和土对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋具有微腐蚀性。综合判定地下水和地表土对混凝土结构具有微腐蚀性,对混凝土结构中的钢筋具有微腐蚀性。10 3 3 地震效应、不良地质作用及特殊性岩土评价地震效应、不良地质作用及特殊24、性岩土评价 3.1 地震效应 3.1.13.1.1 抗震设防烈度与抗震设防标准:根据中国地震动峰值加速度区划图和建筑抗震设计规范2016 版附录 A划分,拟建场地位于抗震设防烈度 7 度区,地震动基本加速度为 0.10g,设计地震分组为第一组。类建筑场地的地震动峰值加速度为 0.125g。拟建物抗震设防类别为丙类,设计地震作用及抗震措施应符合 7 度抗震设防标准的要求。3.1.23.1.2 岩土抗震稳定性 拟建场地位于抗震设防烈度 7 度区,场地地面下 20m 深度范围内分布有饱和中砂及粗砂层,故应进行饱和砂土液化判别,具体详见饱和砂土液化判别计算表。计算判别结果为:拟建场地中砂及粗砂层为不液25、化土层。3.1.33.1.3 建筑场地类别与建筑设计特征周期:根据本次勘察在 9 个钻孔内进行的土层剪切波速测试成果(详见附件),土层的等效剪切波速 Vse=122.0-185.1m/s,场地土为软弱土中软土,场地覆盖层厚度约 3050m,按国标 GB50011-2010 表 4.1.6 划分标准,拟建场地 5#、6#、8#、9#属类场,1#4#、7#属类建筑场地。场地属抗震不利地段。剪 切 波测 试 结 果 综 合 表 表 根据本次勘察钻探施工、周边地质条件踏勘调查,结合有关区域地质背景资料分析表明:场地未发现岩溶、泥石流、崩塌、滑坡、土洞、采空区及大的活动断裂等不良地质作用。亦未发现埋藏的河道、沟浜、墓穴、防空洞等对工程不利的埋藏物的情况。场地对桩基施工不利埋藏物为孤石,孤石为中风化花岗岩。本次勘察有 8 个钻孔揭露到孤石。具体情况见下表:孤石发育情况一览表 表 6 序号 孔号 孤石 顶部 底部 顶部 底部 备注 3.3.1 3.3.1 人工填土人工填土 分布于场地大部分地段,主要为第四系人工填土,其成份主要为耕植粘性土,松散,成份不均匀,在设计与施工时应注意人工填土对地面稳定性的影响。3.3.3.3.2 2 风化岩风化30、岩及残积土及残积土 场区内地段分布的风化岩、残积土为花岗岩的风化残积物,主要土性为粘性土,具有明显的胀缩性等工程地质特征,在干旱条件下易于土体内形成大量裂隙,使地表水易于侵入,降低土的抗剪强度,残积土、全、强风化岩最不利的工程特性是遇水会软化崩解或暴露于空气中会风化,强度骤降,引起地基承载力下降。工程建设时应避免其长期被水浸泡或长期直接暴露于空气中。4 场地稳定性与适应性评价场地稳定性与适应性评价 1、根据本次勘察钻探施工、周边地质条件踏勘调查,结合有关区域地质背景资料分析,该场地位于地质构造稳定区内,在钻孔控制范围内未见构造断裂破碎等痕迹,基岩稳定性良好。2、场地为抗震不利地段,场地土类型为31、软弱土-中软土,建筑场地类别为II类及 13 III类,抗震设防烈度为 7 度、设计地震动加速度值为 0.10g 及 0.125g、设计地震分组为第一组。3、场地未发现岩溶、泥石流、滑坡、崩塌、土洞、采空区等不良地质灾害。4、场地地下水及地表土对混凝土结构具有微腐蚀性,对钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋具有微腐蚀性。总体评价:场地基本稳定,总体评价:场地基本稳定,采取适当的抗震措施后采取适当的抗震措施后,采用桩基础穿越上部松软土采用桩基础穿越上部松软土层后,层后,适宜于建筑。适宜于建筑。5 工程地质评价工程地质评价 5.1 2-4):力学性质差,均匀性差。6、粉质粘土(层序号 2-5):可塑,力学性质一般,均匀性一般。7、粗砂(层序号 2-6):力学性较好,均匀性较好。4、砂质粘性土(层序号 3):可塑-硬塑状,力学性质好,均匀性好。5、全、强、中风化花岗岩(层序号 4-1、4-2、4-3):强度较高,力学性质较好,14 均匀性好33、,分布于整个场地,分布厚度较大,可作为桩基的桩端持力层。场地地表素填土层,成分极不均匀,层厚变化大。冲积层内各个土层分布不均匀,存在缺失,均匀性差。下卧残积层、基岩风化层在平面上均有分布,层面起伏变化较大,均匀性一般。场地土体单元在平面上及竖向各土体单元之间力学性质差异也普遍存在,随着各土层的埋深加大,力学性质也趋于增强。从该区域整体看来,场地地基土分布不均匀,为非均匀性地基。5.2 5.2 基础选型建议基础选型建议 根据该场地所揭露的地层情况,对基础选型作如下建议:拟建建筑高 820 层,承载力及变形要求较高,基坑开挖后,出露的土层为淤泥质土、粉质粘土及中砂,无法满足拟建物天然地基的承载力要34、求,应采用桩基础。场地分布有密实的粗砂层,最大厚度 11.8m,若采用管桩,沉桩阻力大,穿越困难。建议采用钻(冲)孔灌注桩,以 4-2 层强风化花岗岩及 4-3 5.5.4 4 地下水对桩基施工的影响及桩基成桩可行性分析地下水对桩基施工的39、影响及桩基成桩可行性分析 地下水对预制桩施工影响主要表现为:全、强风化岩遇水易软化,从而降低桩基 17 的承载力,故应对预制桩进行封桩处理。场地分布有厚度较大的密实粗砂层,预制桩沉桩时,桩身阻力较大,沉桩困难。若采用预制桩,建议辅以引桩措施,并在厚度较大的粗砂层区域试桩,确定其适用性。采用混凝土预制桩具有速度快、对环境污染小、质量有保证等优点,缺点是挤土沉桩易造成桩身接头拉断、桩体位移、桩身上浮等,同时也易破坏邻近的建筑物、管线和道路等设施,建议安排合理的压桩施工顺序,并采取减小孔压和减轻挤土效应的措施,比如施打应力释放孔、引孔沉桩、控制沉桩速率等。地下水对灌注桩施工有一定影响。在地下水冲刷下40、,填土层、粗砂层透水性较强,易塌孔。建议采用护筒结合泥浆护壁进行施工。场地基岩面变化起伏大,建议采用一桩一孔超前钻指导灌注桩成桩。5.5.5 5 桩基施工条件及其对环境的影响桩基施工条件及其对环境的影响 场地初步整平后,地势较平坦开阔,且与附近城市公路相通,总体上场地桩基施工条件较好,便于大型机器施工。预制桩施工时应注意挤土效应对邻近的现有建筑物的影响,若采用锤击桩时还需注意噪声对周围居民生活区的影响。灌注桩施工时,应做好围蔽措施,泥浆封装外运,以免对周围环境造成影响。6 基坑工程分析评价 6 6.1.1 基坑安全等级基坑安全等级 拟建场地位现为绿化空地,地势较平坦,场地东、西、南三侧与现有城41、市道路相邻,地下管道、光缆、电缆分布错宗复杂。北侧现有建筑物距离约 10-15m,地下有地铁线路运营。基坑开挖深度约 812m。基坑环境等级为一级,支护结构安全等级为一级。6 6.2.2 基坑开挖方案基坑开挖方案 各侧基坑边线均与现有建筑、道路相邻,无放坡空间,需进行垂直开挖,建议采 18 用“灌注桩加内支撑”的支护形式,止水帷幕可采用三轴搅拌桩水泥土。6 6.3.3、基坑排水方案、基坑排水方案 据简易水文观测,勘察施工期间场地地下水稳定水位埋深较浅。本场地地下水含量丰富,本场地地下水量较丰富,为防止渗流现象发生,建议开挖前于基坑四周进行止水帷幕,以隔绝基坑内、外第四系孔隙水的水力联系,止水帷42、幕可采用三轴搅拌桩水泥土墙。做了止水帷幕后基坑内地下水不大,可以采用集水坑集中后抽排。止水帷幕施工完毕建议采用抽水试验进行检验。相关基坑支护设计应根据要求进行专项设计,设计参数建议值见下表 22.0m。若设计采取控制地下水位措施,保证地下水位控制在地下一定深度时可适当降低抗浮设计水位。若建筑物自重抗浮无法满足设计要求,地下室设计时应考虑设置抗拔锚杆45、或采用抗拔桩进行抗浮设计。7 结论与建议结论与建议 1、拟建物岩土工程勘察等级为乙级,建筑抗震设防类别为丙类。2、拟建场地抗震设防烈度为 7 度,建筑场地类别为II类及III类,建筑的设计特征周期(Tg)为 0.35s 及 0.45s。设计地震作用及抗震措施应符合 7 度抗震设防标准的要求。3、拟建场地属区域构造基本稳定区,可忽略发震断裂错动对地面建筑物的影响,未发现有活动断裂通过,亦未见有岩溶、空洞、采空区、危岩和崩塌、滑坡、泥石流等不良地质作用。按有关规范采取相应的抗震措施后,适宜兴建本工程。4、据地下水质分析及地表土易溶盐分析综合判定,场地土及地下水对砼结构及 20 钢结构具微腐蚀性,对46、砼结构中的钢筋具微腐蚀性。建议按相关规范采取防腐措施。5、拟建建筑物建议采用桩基础,桩型采用灌注桩基础,以 4-2 层强风化花岗及4-3 层中风化花岗岩作为桩端持力层。6、如采用预制桩,桩基全面施工前应选择有代表性地段进行试桩,以掌握有关施工控制参数及单节桩桩长配比。桩基施工桩长应以压桩力(静压式)或贯入度(打入式)为主,设计桩端标高为辅进行双控。如采用灌注建议进行一桩一孔的超前钻。7、基坑开挖可采用“灌注桩加内支撑”的支护形式,止水帷幕可采用三轴搅拌桩水泥土墙。8、由于场地内管线分布错宗复杂,部分钻孔在业主授权下稍有移动,具体钻孔包括
