本工程吹扫试压范围:一,二,三,四,五,六单元以及外管廊管道。一单元可分为氨法脱硫工序、二硫化碳工序、液硫工序;二单元可分为丙烯醛合成装置和鼓风机房装置;三单元可分为甲硫醇装置、硫化氢压缩厂房装置、罐区及泵房装置;四单元可分为TPMA合成及精馏装置和罐区及泵房装置;五单元可分为海因合成及水解装置和储罐及泵房装置;六单元可分为干燥装置、结晶装置、离交装置以及浓密装置;管廊外管以及公用工程3、等。本工程管道主要包含:氰化钠管道、硫化氢管道、精TPMA管道、高压氰化钠管道、蒸汽管道、循环水管道、仪表空气管道、高压烧碱管道、压缩空气管道、蒸汽凝液管道、废液管道、氮气管道、蛋氨酸钠溶液管道、含CO2工艺蒸汽管道、W80热水管道、蛋氨酸泥浆管道、脱盐水管道、废双氧水管道、双氧水管道、硫酸钠溶液管道、硫酸钠废液管道、蛋氨酸母液管道、尾气管道等。试压重点:介质有毒有害、易燃易爆管线。三、管道系统试压、吹扫组织机构项目经理: 1.压力试验应以液体为试验介质。当管道的设计压力小于或等于0.6MPa时,也可采用气体为试验介质,但应采取有效的安全措施。当管道的设计压力大于0.6MPa,设计和建设单位认为液压试验不切实际时,可采用气压试验来代替液压试验(说明:本工程经设计和建设单位同意采用气压试验来代替液压试验)。2.脆性材料严禁使用气体进行压力试验。压力试验温度严禁接近金属材料的脆性转变温度。3.当进行压力试验时,应划定禁区,无关人员不得进入。4.试验过程中发现泄漏时,不得带压处理。消除缺陷后应重新5、进行试验。5.试验结束后,应及时拆除盲板、膨胀节临时约束装置。试验介质的排放应符合安全、环保要求。6.压力试验完毕,不得在管道上进行修补或增添物件。当在管道上进行修补或增添物件时,应重新进行压力试验。经设计或建设单位同意,对采取预防措施并能保证结构完好的小修补或增添物件,可不重新进行压力试验。7.压力试验合格后,应填写管道系统压力试验和泄漏性试验记录。4-2压力试验前具备下列条件: 1.试验范围内的管道安装工程除防腐、绝热外,已按设计图纸全部完成,安装质量符合有关规定。2.焊缝及其他待检部位尚未防腐和绝热。3.管道上的膨胀节已设置临时约束装置。4.试验用压力表已校验,并在有效期内,其精度不得低6、于1.6级,表的满刻度值应为被测最大压力的1.52倍,压力表不得少于2块。5.符合压力试验要求的液体或气体已备足。6.管道已按试验的要求进行加固。7.下列资料已经建设单位和有关部门复查: 1)管道元件的质量证明文件。2)管道元件的检验或试验记录。3)管道加工和安装记录。4)焊接检查记录、检验报告及热处理记录。5)管道轴测图、设计变更及材料代用文件。8.待试管道与无关系统已用盲板或其他措施隔离。9.待试管道上的安全阀、爆破片及仪表元件等已经拆下或已隔离。10.试验方案已经过批准,并已进行了技术和安全交底。4-3气压试验方法:1.管道系统试验压力应为设计压力的1.15倍。真空管道的试验压力应为0.7、2MPa。2试验介质应采用干燥洁净的空气、氮气或其它不易燃和无毒的气体。3.试验时应装有压力泄放装置,其设定压力不得高于试验压力的1.1倍。4.试验前,应用空气进行预试验,试验压力宜为0.2MPa。5.试验时,应缓慢升压,当压力升至试验压力的50%时,如未发现异状或泄漏,应继续按试验压力的10%逐级升压,每级稳压3min,直至试验压力。应在试验压力下稳压10min,再将压力降至设计压力,用发泡剂检验有无泄漏,停压时间应根据查漏工作需要而定。6. 试压技术措施a、本工程统一用气源进行充压试压,试验压力为工作压力的1.15倍。气源进行充压后,然后用空压机进行加压至试验压力进行试压。b、各系统均独立8、系统试压。c、两设备间短管,采用发泡剂检查焊缝及密封点是否泄漏。d、能与管道系统共同试压的设备尽量与管道系统一同试压。e、各管道系统检查包括大量和法兰螺纹密封面和密封点(包括设备、阀体本身的密封点和密封面)f、不能参与试压的设备及贮罐,其法兰口统一用盲板隔离。五、管道系统泄漏性试验方法1.压力试验合格后,应进行泄露性试验,泄露性试验压力应为设计压力,试验介质同压力试验一样,采用压缩空气。本工程对设计有明确要求进行泄漏性试验、输送极度和高度危害介质以及可燃介质的管道进行泄露性试验。2.泄漏试验应逐渐缓慢升压,当达到试验压力,并停压10min后,巡回检查填料函、法兰或螺栓连接处,放空阀,排气阀,排9、净阀等所有密封点无泄漏为合格。六、管道系统吹扫方法1、吹扫程序a、按管道吹扫试压布置图接好临时进气管线,对各个系统进行切换和气量控制,吹扫压力均为0.6MPa。b、在空压站未投入运行前用1台132KW大功率空压机直接对管线进行吹扫;空压站运行后直接使用生产压缩空气进行吹扫。c、先吹扫公用工程,后吹扫物料系统。吹扫顺序按先主管、支管、疏排管依次进行。2、管道系统吹扫技术措施a、所有管道均应进行吹扫,不能进行吹扫的,在安装前应采取人工清扫和安装清理,以确保管道内部清洁。b、吹扫前,应拆除流量计、调节阀、减压阀仪表件等。接临时短管进行吹扫,吹扫后对旁路进行吹扫,吹扫合格后复位。c、吹扫时,凡遇有阀门10、连接时,阀后的法兰都断开,将法兰口撬开间隙,作为吹扫排放点,阀门前加置盲板,不得将脏物吹入阀门内,吹扫干净后,把法兰口连接好,继续往下吹扫,最后在吹扫处用靶板,5分钟内靶板无脏物为合格。d、吹扫合格后,不得再在管道上开孔和施焊。 七、管道系统水冲洗施工方法 1、吹扫合格后所有拆卸部分复位后进行水冲洗。2、管道冲洗用自来水。不锈钢管道的水用氯离子小于25PPm的水。3、管道水冲洗压力为0.4Mpa。设计低压0.4Mpa管道以设计压力为准。4、管道水冲洗连续进行,排出的水色和透明度与入口处的水色和透明度目测一致为合格。5、冲洗合格后,及时将管内积水排净,并及时吹干。八、试压吹扫质量保证措施:1、试11、压吹扫前,技术人员必须向吹扫试压工作人员进行技术交底。2、试压吹扫方案经建设单位批准完毕。3、检查手段正确可靠,按规范要求进行。4、吹扫时,可在排放口处用白布做的靶扳检查5分钟,其上无铁锈、尘土或其他脏物为合格。九、管线试压、吹扫安全措施1、管道吹扫安全措施a、吹扫试压技术人员在施工前必须给施工人员进行技术交底,施工人员要清楚自己的工作,对不懂的问题要提出来,理解明白后,再进行施工。b、掌握好气源的来路及控制方法,清楚排放口的位置。c、排放口处是否隔离好,排气通道是否够大,在排放口处必须有专人看守,严禁闲杂人员在此停留。d、高空作业脚手架必须牢固可靠,夜间施工时,应有足够的照明,以防高空物体和12、人员坠落。施工人员应注意周围其它人员的安全。2、试压安全措施a、在试压操作时,上下左右要及时取得联系,并事先设定固定管号或用对讲机说明,确定无误后,方可进行操作。b、控制气人员与排放口检查人员要用对讲机联系好,听从负责人给停的指挥。c、试压用临时管的焊接要和焊工正式焊管一样,要有足够的强度,确保万无一失。d、试压用的盲板的厚度符合要求,并经安全技术部门认可。e、有必要时,对关键的控制阀进行挂牌标识,不准随意乱动。f、在试压过程中,检查法兰口时,不得将脸贴近法兰口,应从侧面观察。g、在试压过程中,如发现泄漏现象,不准带压补焊,泄压后方可处理。h、认真填写盲板拆装记录(或在图上表示)责任落实到人,13、有检查者,拆装者,技术员签字认可。i、注意现场文明施工,对拆下的螺栓应保管好,吹扫试压工作结束后,应将临时设施折除,废料清理干净。十、试压吹扫施工计划1、进度计划
