会议中设计方对深化方案进行了汇报，并进行了深入的探讨。归纳如下：1、首层A栋裙楼周边的1#车道，2#车道，此位置周边的交通需要重新梳理，酒店门口位置的水景体量要缩小或做成其他标志性景观；2、首层东北角的雕塑水景取消不做；3、首层 1#车库入口的雨棚不做，要考虑从大堂内看出来的效果，此位置的方案需重新考虑。4、首层西面的雕塑不做，旱喷8、保留，喷水的高度需高低不同有变化。5、首层西面的红线外景观需与市政报批相结合，增加绿化量，减少铺装面积。6、四层采光井采用方案一，周边两个风井的高度尽量降低。7、中心区域的廊架采用方案一，简单线条偏现代；8、C、D 栋之间的廊架取消9、A 栋东面的廊架取消；10、所有休息平台位置的女儿墙需做软化处理，不要让人感觉太硬。11、游泳池的墙面、天花、地面需重新优化设计，需要让人感觉欢快愉悦的色调，儿童游泳池的喷水雕塑样式重新考虑方案；12、架空层的墙面装饰材料需重新考虑；13、宠物区位置范围缩小14、儿童游乐区要考虑安全因素；15、C、D 栋出口位置正对的木平台休息区域缩小，增加绿化，不要太硬；169、建议架空层的设计 B 栋高档，C、D metro Studio 2014.10.22通过对现场苗木的考察以及对现方案设计的理解，以下苗木不适合移栽：1.现状木棉树树形不好，会影响后期景观效果，不建议移栽。2.小叶榄仁胸径 25cm 及以上的分枝点太高，不适宜种植在项目里。3.构树过于野，不显档次，也不建议用在小区里。苗木移栽说明：1.加拿利海枣成活率很低，移栽会风险很大。霸王棕成活率相对阔叶树种也会较低。2.秋枫、火焰木、阴香胸径达到 25cm 及以上，成活率也会相对较低，在移栽过程中会剪叶断枝，保留其骨架，及时效果可能会不太理想。3.小规格的小叶紫薇、163、秋枫可以移栽到四层屋顶花园。小规格小叶榄仁可考虑移栽到商业街。4.移栽苗木必须为专业人士移栽，并且要养护得当。注：红色跟蓝色字体表示的均为可移栽苗木，红色为移栽过程中，较容易成活的苗木，蓝色为移栽过程中不太容易成活的苗木。苗木存活率分析SeedLinG SurvivaL
