Greenland3、 Shandong IFC Tower stands above other towers and buildings of varying heights at the center of a new central business district.The tall tower marks the spot where a higher-density and Supertall Project is located on Parcel A1 in the Jinan Central Business District.The project maximizes the above-grade FAR with a combination of office,hotel,ballroom,and retail programs.Below grade,17、the project extends three full levels and a partial fourth level below the supertall tower.The first level below grade consists of retail spaces that are connected to the adjacent metro project consists of three main programs:office,hotel and retail.In the supertall tower,office spaces occupy approximately the lower two-thirds of the tower,with suite office floors in the upper portions.The suite office areas are designed21、 to be convertible into apartments depending on market needs,and thus is accessed by an independent bank of elevators and sky lobby.The five-star Ritz Carlton Hotel occupies the top and crown portion of the supertall tower and offers guests unparalleled views of the mountains,the park,and the surrou22、nding city.The retail podium consists of six floors and is accessed from all sides of the site.Rooftop terraces on the podium overlook the park and neighborhood.The 100-meter office tower is programmed as having an exhibition retail space at the Greenland Shandong IFC Towers form is inspired by the geology of Jinan and its neighboring mountain.The stepping rocks of the mountain is where ra28、inwater is collected and percolates into the wind vortex shedding in the upper portions of the tower,as29、 well as creating smaller floorplates to accommodate the hotel functions at the top.From the bottom to the top,the Tower is composed of three programs:office,suite office or apartments,and a five-star hotel.Structurally,the Tower is composed of composite steel and concrete.The Tower transitions from30、 a 10-meter column bay in the office and suite office areas into a 5-meter column bay in the hotel,where the additional stepping and hotel room sizes require a denser arrangement of columns to reduce cantilevers and MATERIALS现外墙设计以国标中60%的窗墙比的外墙性能要求为目标,进行外墙设计。The performance of exterior walls is designed based on 60%window-wall ratio as required by current Chinese code.则,外墙的综合热工性能指标边界条件为:U值 2.0;SHGC 0.40。Therefore,the critical32、 values for overall thermal performance of exterior walls are:U 2.0;SHGC 0.40.玻璃部分性能按整体推算,需要更高。建议:U值=1.63;SHGC=0.27。Glass area requires for a better performance as calculated as a whole.Proposed:U=1.63;SHGC=0.27。而,外墙玻璃的其他相关设计指标为:透光率51%;室外反射21%;室内反射19%,低铁,浅银灰白玻璃。Other related indexes related to exter33、ior wall design are:light transmittance 51%,outdoor geometry of the tower follows a rational system of stepped setbacks that correspond to ideal depths for hotel and office programs.A consistent five-meter construction grid is used to define the width casement window opening inwards at the corner,where it is the least visually obstructive.At the center reveals on the north,south,east,and west faces,a similar operable46、 panel is provided on the zones of the tower vary in design depending on programmatic needs.In the suite office zone,the terraces are not accessible by tenants and thus the terraces are designed as a roof condition.In the hotel zone,terraces can be accessed by hotel guests,so a high glass balustrade is prov49、ided.On the north and south facades,where the terraces are setback only 0.5 meter,the setbacks are designed as suite offices,and the hotel.Each lobby has a dedicated entry.The main office lobby and suite of101、fices are connected but can be separated if the suite offices become apartments.The office lobby and hotel lobbies connect to the adjacent retail mall on the east,passing by parking elevators that arrive from the follows the concept of the stepped layers of the tower massing.Using varying panels of polished and honed stone the effect of“water flowing on the mountain”is achieved on the main wall of the 103、towers core.The suite office lobby,while separated from the main office lobby,uses a similar design concept and materiality such that from the exterior,the two lobbies appear as part of one architectural expression.The suite office lobby utilizes more wood-like elements to create a more residential-104、like feeling,whereas the main office lobby utilizes darker stone to create a 100M Office Tower is located on the southeast corner of the site,diagonally opposi282、te from the 420M Supertall Tower.The 100M Office Tower is also inspired by the stepping slabs of rock on the mountainside.Formally,the Tower steps down toward the park,acknowledging the views to the open space while allowing a terrace at the roof top.Structurally,the 100M Office Tower is designed on283、 a 10-meter column bay to allow for flexibility in office planning.On the east and west facades,the exterior design of the building is designed with a horizontal module that is complementary to the
