15、Style和记洋行旧址位于南京下关区宝塔桥西街168号。是英国威廉韦思典、爱德蒙霍尔韦思典兄弟资本集团1912年创办的。原来的建筑，由姚新记营造厂承建，大多数保存至今。多为钢筋混凝土结构，其中4一6层建筑物有16座，占地面积135万平方米，建筑面积达146万平方米。英国总监工办公楼历经风雨沧桑，现已修缮一新。该建筑建于1915年，钢筋混凝土结构，建筑面积16776平方米，建筑造型具有英国折衷主义的特征，可能由西方人设计。和记洋行旧址于1992年被列为南京市文物保护单位。Hutchison&Company&Co.s site located at 168 west pagoda bridge r16、oad,Xiaguan District,Nanjing.The former buildings of Hutchison&Company&Co was constructed by Yao Kee Construction Co,mostly are reinforced concrete structures,including 16 buildings with height between 4-6 stories,covering 135,000sqm,the construction area reaching to 146,000sqm.The English directors17、 building showed wear and tear over time,but has been renovated;its built in 1915 with reinforced concrete structure,construction area 1677.6sqm.The aesthetic of the building carries characteristics of British eclecticism;this could be a sign of MASTERPLAN建筑物体块坚实，外设的楼梯、凉台使明暗虚实的对比达于极致，横线、竖线、斜线粗细变化，其组合颇具抽象美。办公楼除入口，屋顶两侧略作装饰外，体块简洁。冷库采用西方工业建筑样式，赋予视觉体量美。姚新记营造厂创办人，姚锦林（18751944）19、，字锡舟，上海川沙人。姚新记营造厂是中国建筑业最早期的中外合资建筑企业，也是一家集设计、施工于一体的企业，先后承建了不少民国时期的重要工程，也是南京中山陵的建造者之一。The ProspectPLP的设计理念是将各个设计灵感与思路整合一体。南京和记旧址场地上林立着一些独立的建筑，按照最初的设计，这些建筑都有它独特的功能，为食品加工中的一环服务。这个设计现在已经不适用全新的工厂运作方法，我们的方案旨在赋予场地新的生命，一系列被周边人文及自然环境；水域，桥，码头上的题字，工业体块，轮胎等启发的新的设计理念将会整合并激活整个项目基地，为南京打造一片动感的现代化商业区，作为人们一个新的聚集地，目的地。我们的方案将老建筑和新建筑有机结合，展现了和计黄埔厂承前启后,继往开来的文化与精神。将欢迎四面八方的顾客光顾这个新型现代化商业区，使其23、融入周边逐渐发展起来的城市肌理。场地与东面的公园连为一气，城市风貌与自然景观将共同将周边的人流吸引过来。将构建多层次、网络化、高品质的公共空间及休闲景观体系，包括繁华的主路，小路，临河以及工厂内部的公共区域。各个建筑之间有多样的连接道路，给造访者营造出丰富的空间体验。项目将在南京河畔打造新的城市地标，以其独有的魅力吸引着世界各地的游人，为其驻足！PLPs vision for the project is based on the celebration of ideas.The Nanjing Hutchison Factory is a site of many individual bu24、ildings,As originally designed,each of these buildings served a larger purpose in the chain of food processing.Today,however,the old idea that drove this factory is gone,Our proposal aims to reanimate the site.Inspired by the contextthe water,the bridge,the writing on the piers,the industrial grids,25、the wheelwe use these ideas to reinvigorate and unify the site into a new composition and a new ideaa vibrant new urban quarter for Nanjing,a meeting place for people night and day.We propose a variety of buildingssome old and some newso that the site both is a memory of the old Hutchinson factory a26、nd the place for buildings of the future.We invite people into the site from all sides,so that is fully knitted into the urban fabric gradually growing up around it.We tie the circulation within the site to the park to the east,so that together,this vibrant new 我们受到了项目基地38、与长江为临的地理优势启发，长江水自上而下缓缓流去；并和横跨长江的南京长江大桥毗邻，便利的水利交通让基地的交通运输更加顺畅；时间经常被形容为河流，在场地上，我顺着历史的长河，追溯到1915年的场地内的工厂和它的一系列辅助建筑运作的场景，而如今这些当时新颖的建筑被重新诠释，加入了现代都市商业的元素，并赋予新的生命力。位于东边的前工厂是下游建筑群，而新的建筑群位于上游，这两部分被中心的廊桥，MX建筑以及南边的娱乐商业地带相连。MX建筑蜿蜒的外形，将长江的底蕴，特色延伸到了项目地块上，建筑立面如同地面的绿地走廊直立而起，获得了江景以及东北面的大桥的视野。沿江边的这一条动线，正好把场地内的建筑又重新整合39、起来，就如当年的这些建筑被生产线联系起来一样。如果原工厂的线条是由于功能所需而僵硬的重复而连接起来的。则新建筑是动态的，在不同时段的光线下呈现出不一样的景致，摆脱了昔日单调的工业厂房的形式。新旧建筑被人行道相连，从西边上升到东边的下降，总体规划视觉的焦点是新的观景塔以及东边的花园廊桥。We were inspired by the river to the north,its flowing direction from upstream to downstream,inspired also by the bridge that spans the river,and the factory40、 that once utilised the river for transport.Time is often considered a river and here on our site we have a centenary of the 1915 factory buildings and its remnants being reimagined and adopted within a new vibrant life style retail concept.The factory buildings to the east to remain are downstream,41、the new design to the west is upstream,between these two parts is the central bridge building,the MX,and the linked entertainment retail zone to the south.MX in its deeply sweeping form brings the life and energy of the rivers activities deeply into the site.The building is lifted off the ground as 42、a linear carpet of green,while affording view through to the river and bridge to the north east.。The dynamic indentation of the plan movement appears to jostle the existing buildings downriver,while invigorating the freer plan of the kiosk shards to the new upstream buildings.If the old factories ar43、e rigid and repetitive,the new buildings are dynamic and appear changeable in shifting light,as if broken free from the former industrial grid iron.The old and new are linked together by the pedestrian routes which move from upstream in the west to downstream in the east,creating a dynamic masterpla44、n take
