湿陷性黄土地区室外给水排水管道工程构筑物（04S531）二、工程概况1、简介本工程:富县开元路、秋家沟和茶坊段污水管网工程为新建工程，本工程位于陕西省延安市富县县城，污水管网总长度为4959m,污水管道管径为DN4003、mmDN800mm,该工程完工后，能够满足沿线的污水排放需要。建设单位：富县城市管理局设计单位：延安市腾胜市政建设设计有限公司（1）工程地点：富县县城（2）工程内容：1.新污水管道铺设安装。2.管道开挖及相应土建工程。3.废弃污水管道拆除，新污水管道敷设安装。 4.井室砌筑。5.污水截流井。6河堤拆除及恢复。（3）工期要求：60天（4）质量等级：优良2工程特点：本工程污水管网共分为三段：A段：东北起于川口桥附近，西南止于富北大桥北侧350m处（铁桥下），与现有污水检查井衔接，总长2579m。B段：西北起于秋家沟小区，东南止于309国道与富北中路交叉口西侧100米处小桥下与原检查衔接总长840米4、。 C段：北起于开元路桥南侧80米处河道内，南止于富城大桥南侧260米处，接入下游原污水管网，总长1540m,现场施工场地在河内流水湍急，材料进场难，排水管道设计埋深于地表以下该区域污泥、软基等因素。因此施工难度较大。3主要设计工程项目及工程量（1）II级钢筋混凝土管DN800mm铺设安装2579m;II级钢筋混凝土管DN600mm铺设安装1540m ;II级钢筋混凝土管DN400mm铺设安装858m;HDPE缠绕结构壁管DN300mm安装173m;HDPE缠绕结构壁管DN400mm安装8m;缠绕结构壁管DN500mm安装120m; 缠绕结构壁管DN700mm安装282m，（2）砌筑矩形混凝土5、非标检查井1100*110085座；砌筑矩形三通砖砌检查井1650*16504座；圆形砖砌检查井1250mm10座；截流井1000*10008座。四、地质情况1、地形、地貌管线线路较长，沿途地貌单元主要为洛河河道或河漫滩，局部地段为洛河一级阶地及山坡坡脚。地形总体呈北高南低的趋势，勘探点地貌高程介于908.44929.85m之间。2、气象、水文富县属于大陆性气候带，陕北黄土高原暖温带半干旱气候，四季冷暖干湿分明，夏短冬长。由于地形影响，东西气温差异大，具体气候见下表： 由于本工程施工工期紧，工地又处于闹市区，人流量较大因此 拟将本工程分段依次施工，首先对河道进行该水道分流，同时在修9、施工便道，然后依次进行开挖,拆除旧有管道安装新管道，同时进行管道工程，施工分段进行检查井、回填及收尾工程施工。六、进度计划保证措施1、为保证工程如期完工交付使用，我单位在工程组织上派对污水管网工程有丰富经验的项目部及施工班组进行施工管理及现场作业。2、施工程序上，采用分段流水网络计划法组织施工以充分展开工作面，提高劳动效率，施工中严密组织，合理调配、充分利用机具、设备。3我单位在人员、材料、设备上全面支持投入充足的劳动力及机械设备。4、各工序转换时下道工序施工人员提前进入施工现场。对上一道工序的各种技术指标完成情况进行了解，并对施工中可能出现的问题提前采取措施。5、施工现场设置管理人员值班，及10、时解决施工中出现的各种问题。七主要机械设备计划序号机械设备名称型号规格单位数量备
