1页1、前言、前言1.1、工程概况、工程概况拟建的“奉贤区 2014 年度沟通水系工程(柘林镇部分)”分别位于迎龙村、新寺村、三桥村及周家宅,其中迎龙村、新寺村及周家宅各新建 3 座桥梁,三桥村共新建 5 座桥梁、1 座箱涵(或桥梁),拟建的桥梁均属农用小桥,设计拟采用简支梁结构、桩基础,拟建的三桥村王文忠东箱涵采用钢筋混凝土结构、浅基础,底板高程+1.00m 左右。我公司受建设单位委托,对各拟建桥梁场地进行3、岩土工程详细勘察工作;本工程由上海宝川水利设计有限公司承担设计工作。依据建(构)筑物性质、场地和地基土的复杂程度,按国家标准岩土工程勘察规范(GB50021-2001)2009 版及上海市工程建设规范岩土工程勘察规范(DGJ08-37-2012)有关条文,确定本工程勘察等级为乙级。1.2、勘察目的与任务、勘察目的与任务本次勘察属详细勘察阶段,目的是为拟建物的地基基础设计和施工方案的确定提供岩土工程勘察资料,并提出分析、评价和建议。具体任务如下:查明拟建场地勘探孔深度范围内的土体构成、分布规律及其工程特征。简述场地地形、地貌特征及场地环境。分析评价拟建物场地工程地质条件,对拟建的箱涵提供天然地基4、持力层、承载力及地基处理意见;对拟建的桥梁推荐合适的桩基持力层及设计参数。查明场地地下水埋藏情况、类型、水位及其变化,评价地下水对本工程的影响,并判定地下水、土对建筑材料的腐蚀性。查明拟建场地不良地质条件,并提出合适的处理方式。进行场地类别及建筑抗震有利、不利或危险地段的划分,明确抗震设防烈度、设计基本地震加速度及设计地震分组;判定场地地基土液化可能性及其液化等级。对场地稳定性及适宜性作出评价。评价工程施工对周围环境的影响。1.3、本报告执行现行主要规范、本报告执行现行主要规范、规程及标准、规程及标准&国家标准岩土工程勘察规范(GB50021-2001)2009版;&国家标准建筑地基基础设计规5、范(GB50007-2011);&国家标准建筑抗震设计规范(GB50011-2010);&国家标准工程测量规范(GB50026-2007);&国家标准土工试验方法标准(GB/T50123-1999);&国家标准水利水电工程地质勘察规范(GB50487-2008);&行业标准静力触探技术标准(CECS 6.4.2 及 6.4.5 条规定,本次勘察在各拟建桥梁场地跨河两岸布置 3 只勘探孔,其中钻探孔 2 只、静力触探孔 1 只,孔深40.0m。各勘探孔具体实施位置、类型及深度等详见建(构)筑物及勘探孔平面布置图(附图 1)。1.4.2、勘察工作方法、勘察工作方法(1)定孔:根据拟建物总平8、面图结合地形地物引放,勘察所用图纸系甲方提供的地形图(比例尺 1/1000)。(2)钻探取土:本次钻探设备采用 SH-30 型钻机,采用自由回转钻进方法,控制回次进尺。取土采用自由活塞敞口取土器,取原状土试样质量等级级。(3)标准贯入试验:采用自由落锤,锤重 63.5kg,落距 76cm,预击 15cm,然后记录每 10cm 和累计 30cm 的锤击数,并对粉性土、砂土采集扰动样。(4)静力触探试验:采用 MJ-型静探仪进行贯入,地锚作反力,LMC-C21型静探微机自动记录试验数据。勘察施工前对工作探头进行率定。(5)室内土工试验:布置常规物理力学性质试验,按国家标准土工试验方法标准(GB/T9、50123-1999)进行。1.4.3、完成工作量、完成工作量本次勘察野外工作时间于 2013 年 9 月 27 日结束,室内土工试验于 2013 年10 月 10 日结束,勘察资料整理于 2013 年 3页2、场地工程地质条件、场地工程地质条件2.1、地形地貌及周边环境、地形地貌及周边环境本工程拟建场地地貌单一,属潮坪类型,各拟建场地地形稍有起伏,勘探期间所测孔口高程在 3.494.66m 之间;各拟建场地周边分布现状道路、民宅或河道护岸,对本工程建设有一定的限制。2.2、场地地层构成与特征、场地地层构成与特征根据钻探、静力触探试验及土工试验资料,本次勘察 40.0m 深度范围内所揭露的土层为全新世 Q4的滨海河口、滨海浅海、滨海、沼泽及晚更新世 Q3的河口湖泽、河口滨海、滨海浅海相沉积物,根据地基土的成因、成分、结构,共分为 8 个主要工程地质层;其中第、层各12、分为 2 个亚层,第、层内含夹层、夹层粘质粉土层;各土层在各拟建场地内空间分布较稳定。各土层特性分述如下:层素填土,灰黄色,以灰黄色粉质粘土为主,含植物根茎等,表层夹碎石、碎砖等垃圾;土质不均且松散。1层粉质粘土,褐黄灰黄色,地质时代:Q43,成因类型:滨海河口,湿,软塑可塑,含铁锰质结核及氧化铁锈斑,局部夹薄层粉土;无摇振反应、切面稍有光泽、干强度中等、韧性中等;自上而下渐软;高等中等压缩性。该该层在迎龙村层在迎龙村 1、2号桥场地缺失。号桥场地缺失。层粉质粘土,暗绿灰绿色,地质时代:Q32,成因类型:河口湖泽,湿,可塑硬塑,含铁锰质结核及少量有机质;局部夹薄层粉土;无摇振反应、切面稍有光泽、干强度中等、韧性中等;中等压缩性。1层砂质粉土,草黄色,地质时代:Q32,成因类型:河口滨海,饱和,中密,含云母及氧化铁锈斑,夹薄层粘性土;摇振反应迅速、切面无光泽、干强度低、韧性低;中等压缩性。2层粉砂,灰黄灰色,地质时代:Q32,成因类型:河口滨海,饱和,密实,含云母、石英及长石等矿物质颗粒,局部夹薄层粘性土;中等压缩性。该层在迎龙村该层在迎16、龙村 深度内未揭穿该层。各土层埋藏特点等详见地层特性表(附表 1)及工程地质剖面图(附图2)。2.3、地基土的物理力学性质及地基承载力设计值、地基土的物理力学性质及地基承载力设计值2.3.1、地基土物理力学性质、地基土物理力学性质各地基土层,其物理力学17、性质指标在删除个别明显不合理指标后,按算术平均的方法进行分层数理统计,统计数据为最大值、最小值、平均值、变异系数、均方差等,统计结果见土层物理力学性质参数表(附表 2),并说明如下:参数表中给出的各项参数为平均值、最大值、最小值、变异系数等,设计时可根据具体情况,结合统计参数,酌情采用;表中固结快剪试验成果所提供的土的内摩擦角和粘聚力为峰值指标;静力触探比贯入阻力场地平均值为最小平均值。标准贯入击数未经杆长修正。2.3.2、地基承载力、地基承载力根据上海市工程建设规范地基基础设计规范(DGJ08-11-2010)中公式5.2.3-1、上海市工程建设规范岩土工程勘察规范(DGJ08-37-20118、2)中公式14.4.4-1 对地基承载力设计值 fd进行计算(计算假设条件:条基宽度为 1.5m、基础埋置深度为 1.0m、地下水位埋深为 0.5m),并结合地区勘察经验综合确定,各土层地基承载力详见表 2。地基土承载力一览表地基土承载力一览表表表 5页根据上海市工程建设规范岩土工程勘察规范(DGJ08-37-2012)第 12.1.1条,上海年平均水位埋深一般为 0.50.7 m,一般最低水位埋深为地表下 1.5m。设计时建议根据其最不利组合选择高低水位:建议高水位埋深选择 0.5m,低水位埋深选择 1.5m。2.4.2、地下水水质、地下水水质本工程场地附近无明显污染源,根据上海地区经验,按照上海市工程建设规范岩土工程勘察规范(DGJ08-37-2012)第 12.1.6 条进行评价:本工程拟建场地潜水、地基土对混凝土有微腐蚀性;当长期浸水时潜水对混凝土中的钢筋有22、微腐蚀性;当交替浸水时对混凝土中的钢筋具有弱腐蚀性;对钢结构有弱腐蚀性。2.5、场地地震效应、场地地震效应2.5.1、场地抗震设计基本条件、场地抗震设计基本条件根据国家标准建筑抗震设计规范(GB500112010)及上海市工程建设规范岩土工程勘察规范(DGJ08-37-2012)的有关条文判别:场地的抗震设防烈度为 7 度,设计基本地震加速度为 0.10g,所属的设计地震分组为第一组,地基土属软弱土,场地类别为类。2.5.2、场地地震液化判别、场地地震液化判别本次勘察各拟建场地 20.0m 以浅均未揭遇独立成层的饱和的砂质粉土及砂土,根据上海市工程建设规范岩土工程勘察规范(DGJ08-37-223、012)有关条文,本工程各拟建场地可不考虑地震液化问题。2.5.3、抗震有利、不利地段划分、抗震有利、不利地段划分根据国家标准建筑抗震设计规范(GB500112010)有关规定及上海市工程建设规范岩土工程勘察规范(DGJ08-37-2012)第 8.2.3 条条文说明,综合判定拟建场地属抗震一般地段。2.6、不良地质条件、不良地质条件经勘察,本工程拟建的迎龙村陈四港桃园浜桥、三桥村王文忠东 4#桥及周家宅蔡校忠东河 1 号桥场地局部分布的第层素填土较厚,对上述桥梁墩台基础开挖不利。3、地基土的分析与评价、地基土的分析与评价3.1、场地稳定性和适宜性评价、场地稳定性和适宜性评价根据拟建场地的工程24、地质条件,拟建场地属稳定场地,适宜本工程建设。3.2、桥梁工程、桥梁工程3.2.1、桩基持力层选择、桩基持力层选择根据设计,本工程拟建的桥梁采用简支梁结构、桩基础;结合拟建场地地基土的构成与特征:场地内第层粉质粘土层及以上各土层,由于埋藏浅或承载力低,均不适宜作为拟建桥梁的桩基持力层。第层粉质粘土,压缩模量平均为 7.11MPa,比贯入阻力平均 为2.95MPa,呈可塑硬塑状、中等压缩性;该层在迎龙村 5 组机口港 1 号桥、新寺村潘家港桥、三桥村王文忠东箱涵(或桥)、三桥村王文忠东 3#桥场地层面起伏或厚度较薄,不适宜作为上述桥梁的桩基持力层;该层在上述桥梁场地以外的其它拟建桥梁场地分布较稳25、定且具一定的厚度,可采用该层作为除上述桥梁外的其它拟建桥梁的桩基持力层。奉贤区2014年度沟通水系工程(柘林镇部分)岩土工程勘察报告工程编号:K118-2013-3第 6页第1层砂质粉土,压缩模量平均为 11.86MPa,比贯入阻力平均为7.52MPa,呈中密状、中等压缩性;可采用该层作为本工程各拟建桥梁的桩基持力层。3.2.2、桩的类型选择、桩的类型选择根据拟建桥梁场地周边环境,当采用桩基础时,可采用预制桩或钻孔灌注桩。3.2.3、单桩坚向承载力估算、单桩坚向承载力估算根据野外勘探及室内土工试验资料,对各土层力学性质综合分析,并参照上海市工程建设规范 左右,根据拟建场地的工程地质条件,基础埋深在 3.0m 左右,底板处于第3层粘质粉土中,该层呈松散稍密状,中等压缩性,工程力学性质尚可,设计可根据具体情况,采用如水泥搅拌桩等方式对地基土进行加固处理39、后可作为拟建箱涵的浅基础持力层。3.3.2、基、基坑坑工工程程本工程拟建的箱涵基础开挖深度在 3.00m 左右,根据上海市工程建设规范基坑工程设计规程(DG/TJ08-61-2010)规定,基坑安全等级为三级;2 9页质较好,边坡稳定性较好;第3层粘质粉土,呈松散稍密状,具较强的渗透性能,施工时易产生流砂、坍塌等现象;本工程基坑可采用钢板桩等方式进行基坑围护。3)基坑降水基坑降水由于本场地地下水埋藏较浅,由于基坑开挖所涉及的第3层粘质粉土层具较强的透水性,为方便基础施工,防止基坑开挖过程中局部产生流砂、管涌等不良工程事故,建议在基坑周边布设如集水井或轻型井点降水等降排水系统。4)基坑设计施工参数)基坑设计施工参数基坑开挖及支护结构影响深度范围内各土层的有关设计施工参数见下表 8 个主要工程地质层;其中第、层各分为 2 个亚层,第、层内含夹层、夹层粘质粉土层;各土层在各拟建场地内空间分布较稳定。4.3、本工程各拟建场地浅层土中的地下水属潜水类型,设计时高水位埋深建议选择 0.5m、低水位埋深建议选择 1.5m。本工程拟建场地潜水、地基土对混凝土有微腐蚀性;当长期浸水时潜水对混凝土中的钢筋有微腐蚀性;当交替浸水时对混凝土中的钢筋具有弱腐蚀性;对钢结构有弱腐蚀性。4.4、本工程拟建场地的抗震设防烈度为 7 度,设计基本地震加速度为 0.10g,所属的设计地震分组为第一43、组,地基土属软弱土,场地类别为类,属抗震一般地段、不液化场地。4.5、第层粉质粘土层、第1层砂质粉土层是本工程拟建桥梁良好的桩基持力层,设计部门可根据拟建桥梁的实际荷载、各场地的工程地质条件选择合适的桩基持力层及桩长、桩径等,并通过现场静载荷试验确定单桩竖向承载力。4.6、根据设计,本工程拟建的三桥村王文忠东箱涵底板高程在+1.00m 左右,根据拟建场地的工程地质条件,基础埋深在 3.0m 左右,底板处于第3层粘质粉土中,该层工程力学性质尚可,设计可根据具体情况,采用如水泥搅拌桩等方式对地基土进行加固处理后可作为拟建箱涵的浅基础持力层。本工程拟建的箱涵基础开挖深度在 3.00m
