1、立敦电子彩钢厂房防水维修（PVC卷材）施工方案 成都宇华建筑工程有限公司 2011年8月19日经现场勘察，贵公司彩钢瓦屋面漏水属于原有防水密封胶老化起裂、脱缝。以及年久未进行维修养护，屋顶排水天沟腐蚀锈穿，因此出现众多漏水部位。综合上诉原因特制定以下施工方案:1、首先将彩钢屋面渣物进行全面清理转运。2、屋顶排水天沟渣物及淤泥全面清理转运。3、对清理后的排水天沟涂刷环氧富锌防锈漆进行防锈处理。4、对所有的彩钢瓦接缝老化的防水胶使用专用工具进行全面割除。5、清理后的彩钢及排水天沟接缝处使用“美国道康灵”中性防水密封胶全面密封。6、接缝处理完毕后在整个屋顶彩钢瓦上满铺PVC防水卷材。PVC防水卷材施2、工工艺如下：一、编制依据 （一）GB 50345-2004屋面工程技术规范 （二）GB 50207-2002屋面工程质量验收规范二、施工准备（一）材料选用“圣海”牌聚氯乙烯（PVC）防水卷材，规格型号 执行标准 GB 12592-2003。 L类及W类物理性能指标序号项目I型II型1拉力（N/CM） 1001602断裂伸长率/% 1502003热处理尺寸变化率/% 1.51.04低温弯折性-20无裂纹-25无裂纹5抗穿孔性不渗水6不透水性不透水7人工气候加速老化拉力变化率/%2520断裂伸长率变化率/%低温弯折性-15无裂纹-20无裂纹（二）产品分类 产品类型：复合抗紫外线型1.5mm厚。(主3、要应用于屋面防水层的大面和天沟使用)。（三）系统配件机械固定专用垫片（热度）PVC防水卷材专用胶粘剂抗拔钉金属压条三、施工工艺流程PVC铲除隔气层铺设保温层翻面（设计确定）安装隔离层（无纺布）铺设防水层铺设和机械固定热风焊接细部和收口处理检查、验收四、施工1、清理基面，表面的油污、杂物等其它建筑垃圾全部清扫干净。基面符合施工条件后，弹线定位。2、将防水卷材空铺就位,防水卷材的预留搭接宽度为100mm。3、为了减少焊接缝,防水卷材根据现场情况采取横铺。4、防水卷材搭接一般为上板压下板,使外部的水顺接槎向下流，不会在焊缝处积聚，形成渗水隐患。5、周边防水卷材收口处用双排固定件固定，固定点距檐口104、0mm，固定点的间距为200mm，最后用200mm宽的PVC焊条热风焊接在压条上面加以覆盖。屋面横向每10m设固定件固定，最后用200mm宽的PVC焊条热风焊接在压条上面加以覆盖。铺设PVC卷材时，纵向每隔2米用固定件固定，间距为200mm，搭接处采用热风焊接。PVC卷材遇立面处用胶水满粘，并用铝合金压条固定，射钉间距为200mm，最后满涂聚氨酯密封膏。6、PVC防水卷材按上述方法铺设完毕后，可以进行焊接工作。焊接防水卷材:将防水卷材的搭接处擦拭干净，采用热风焊接机焊接防水卷材搭接缝。根据材料选定温度和速度,焊接时焊接边缘应有浆液溢出，呈亮色，不可出现烧焦现象。防水卷材铺设时拉伸宜松不宜紧。75、防水卷材破损后的修补：用手动热风焊枪将修补用的防水卷材焊接在被修部位及外延50mm处即可。8、手工焊缝的施工及加强：手工焊缝时，焊嘴与焊接方向呈45-50度角，压辊与焊嘴平行并保持大约5mm的距离。焊接边缘应有溶浆溢出，呈亮色，不应出现烧焦现象。焊接时从一端开始，边焊接边排除空气。焊接后及时用手压辊按顺序滚压一遍，接缝处不允许有气泡、皱折存在。拐角等部位均需要用PVC焊条进行加强处理。9、雨篦子处的PVC施工方法：先按照雨水口的尺寸把PVC裁剪成条状，并用焊枪焊接成雨水口的形状，长度约伸入雨水口20cm，然后放入雨水口，上端用热风焊枪焊接在PVC卷材上，局部用PVC条进行加强处理。机械固定系6、统改性PVC防水卷材热风焊接背衬（隔离层）卷材固定件保温板隔汽层（涂料/改性沥青/PE膜）轻钢屋面PVC轻钢结构屋面节点示意图 成都宇华建筑工程有限公司 2011年8月19日g an employment tribunal claimEmployment tribunals sort out disagreements between employers and employees.You may need to make a claim to an employment tribunal if: you dont agree with the disciplinary action your7、 employer has taken against you your employer dismisses you and you think that you have been dismissed unfairly.For more information about dismissal and unfair dismissal, seeDismissal.You can make a claim to an employment tribunal, even if you haventappealedagainst the disciplinary action your emplo8、yer has taken against you.
