1、第十节 总图工程施工方案Section 10 Civil engineering Construction plan一、总体施工顺序General construction procedure总体施工顺序主要遵循先地下、后地上，能同时则同时施工的原则进行。以管道工程作为施工顺序控制重点，路基工程依条件、气候等因素适时安排，依次施工。总体施工顺序如下图：基底、基础处理施工测量放线下管、接管、固定管槽开挖回填路基施工路面、路缘石施工检查井施工闭水试验其他附属工程施工竣工验收The general order of the construction shall be conducted in the2、 principle of underground works first, aboveground works second, both at the same time if possible. Piping works will be the key point of the construction procedure. Roadbed works will be arranged subject to conditions and weather and done one by one. The general order of the construction is as foll3、ows:Base & foundation treatment Measurement and setting out Cutting, connecting and fixing of pipe Trench excavationBackfilling and roadbed construction Pavement and curbstone constructionManhole constructionWaterproofing experiment Other ancillary works Completion & acceptance check二、管道及道路施工Piping 4、and road construction1、原地面清理Clearance of original ground采用平地机、推土机等机械进行原地面清理，表土用装载机、自卸车运至弃土场堆放。Machineries like road grader and bulldozer shall be employed to clear the original ground. Surface soil will be transported to a waste area with loaders, dumpers.2、管道施工Piping construction（1）根据测量放线位置，采用挖掘机开挖5、管槽，开挖土方堆放于管槽两侧（回填备用），槽底用人工清理至设计高程；管道入槽用吊车吊入。Based on the measurement and setting out point, pipe trench will be excavated with excavators with the earthworks on the two sides of trench (ready for backfilling). The bottom of the trench will be cleared manually to the designed elevation. Pipes shall b6、e put into trench with crane. （2）检查井采用人工砌筑，在管道施工时穿插进行。检查井先施做基础，管道就位后再将管道含入砌筑。Manholes brickwork shall be laid manually and done in turn along with piping construction. Footing of manholes shall be finished first before bricklaying after pipes are put in place.（3）管道回填用人工机动夯(蛙式打夯机)夯实。Pipe backfilling 7、will be compacted with manual motor driven rammer (frog rammer).3、路基施工Roadbed construction管道施工完成后，采用机械施工路基，分段依次进行。After the completion of piping construction, roadbed will be built with machinery section by section.4、路面结构层施工Structural course construction of pavement（1）穿插在道路施工后进行，路面结构层二灰砂砾混合料采用集中厂拌法拌8、和，沥青路面基层、沥青面层混合料均采用摊铺机摊铺；防腐蚀路面用滚涂锟或喷涂枪涂抹。Structural course construction will be conducted upon the completion of road construction. Mixed fly ash/cement ash and gravel for structural course of payment will be plant-mixed collectively. Mixed aggregates of base course of asphalt payment and asphalt su9、rface will be paved with spreaders. Anti-corrosion pavement will be coated with roller or spraying gun. （2）路缘石采用人工砌筑，与路面结构层交叉进行施工。Curbstones will be laid manually and done in turn along with the structural course of pavement.5、人行道预制砼块铺筑施工Pavement construction of prefabricated concrete blocks to pede10、strian sidewalk（1）彩色方砖用人工铺砌，人行道水泥混凝土基层验收合格后，方可进行预制砼块铺筑。铺筑完成后，用粗砂进行填缝，然后在预制砼块面泼水，使灌缝料下沉，再灌料补足。Colored square blocks will be paved manually. The paving of prefabricated concrete blocks can not be started until cement concrete base course is accepted qualified. After paving, joint shall be filled with 11、coarse sand and the prefabricated concrete blocks shall be watered to sink filling material until joint with full filling material.（2）检查井周围及弯道等不规则部位，采用机械切砖铺砌。Irregular parts around manholes and curved roads shall be paved with machinery-cut bricks.6、花岗岩石板铺贴Granite paving（1）分割石材及控制线石材铺贴Cutting and pa12、ving of stones as per control-line根据设计图纸铺设分格石材，要求位置准确无误，再在分格内拉十字控制线，纵横各铺贴一行，作为大面铺贴的标筋用。依据试拼时的编号以十字控制线的交点开始密缝铺贴。Dividing stones shall be paved in accurate position according to the drawing. Cross control lines in divided area may be set next. One line of longitudinal and one line of transverse granit13、e will be paved as the guide for large mass of paving.
