1、多房囊性肾癌的CT、MRI表现与诊断研究湖南省郴州市第三人民医院湖南省郴州市 423000【摘 要】目的分析多房囊性肾癌的 CT、MRI 表现与诊断研究。方法选择 2014 年 9月至 2016 年 2 月在我院进行就诊的 60 例多房囊性肾癌患者，对 60 例患者 的 CT、MRI 相关资料进行统计分析。结果 60 例多房囊性肾癌患者共有 60 个病 灶，60 例患者肿块边界多为光滑特征，呈现多房囊性病灶，囊壁的分隔厚薄并 不均匀。伴附壁结节的患者 29 例，囊壁钙化、后囊壁增强、分壁与壁结节强化 的患者 21 例，10例患者早期检查为良性肿瘤，后期经过附壁结节、囊壁钙化等 方面结合，确诊为2、多房囊性肾癌。结论多房囊性肾癌采用 CT、MRI 检测能够提 高临床诊断的准确度，对正确治疗及诊断多房囊性肾癌有重要意义。【关键词】多房囊性肾癌；CT；MRI；临床诊断Multilocular cystic renal cell carci noma CT, MRI features and diag no Stic researchAbstract Objective Analysis.Methods from September 2014 to February 2016 in ourhospital 60 cases of multilocular cystic renal cell c3、arci noma treatment of patients, 60patie nts with CT, MRI releva nt in formatio n for statistical analysis.Results 60 cases ofmultilocular cystic renal cell carci noma in patie nts with a total of 60 lesi ons in 60patients, mostly smooth mass boundary characteristics, showing multiple cystic lesions,partition wall thickness is not uniform.Patients with mural nodules in 29 cases, calcifiedwall, aft
