embodies.展望:作为对云南区域性纪念性地标建筑的大胆设想,建筑设计体现了一种积极进取且富于对比的“构造”表达。而此种表达方式也将昆明的城市天际线转为一种令人振奋的垂直景观。灵感概念:正是由于大自然的鬼斧神工的伟力,而将地球表面塑造成许多不同而令人难忘的景观。与之相对应的是昆明市迅猛增长的经济力量,对城市的天际线的垂直景观进行的改造。昆明市郊的石林作为自然构造伟力所塑造的形象代表,向世界展示了其独特而令人振奋的自然奇观。展望概述Vision L A Z A-C R O W N E海航广场.皇冠假日酒店P L A Z A H O T E L1 9、4 1 3 0 .0 0 1Design Narrative:Site:Composed as an ICONIC landmark positioned at the prominent intersection of Xiba Road and Huancheng W Road,the projects hasbeen oriented to maximize its presence and visibility in relationship its immediate site and surrounding context.A public park which sitsat th10、e triangulated intersection of Xiba Road and Huancheng W Road helps to buffer the project from the congestion of the highly trav-eled intersection.The overall building mass of the project has been organized into a low-rise podium mass and a high-rise tower mass.The projects low-rise podium mass has 11、been organized on a north/south axis,while the high-rise tower mass has been oriented on aneast/west axis.The contrasting orientation of podium to tower building mass was developed to break down the scale and proportionof the overall project,thus allowing the tower to rise gracefully out of its base12、 and to be viewed as a“slender”mass reaching towardsthe sky thus offering the city and region with a well proportioned and aesthetically pleasing icon.Low-Rise Podium:The project maximizes its opportunity to create a strong presence in relation to both Xiba Road and Huancheng W Road with a boldvehic13、ular plaza gesture,which slices diagonally across the triangulated nose of the site offering the project a grand sense of entry tothe facility from both major roads.The hotel entry primarily fronts Xiba Road and is framed by a distinct entry canopy designed aswater feature that frames over and down 14、the edge of the vehicular plaza.The canopy of water is designed to sheet flow over a trans-lucent glass panel system as a means of elevating the guests arrival experience from below.To further engage the project with its site and to help energize the streetscape,restaurant and retail space have been15、 planned at theground level along the western edge of the property.This public space has been enhanced with the opportunity to engage indoor andoutdoor space with the introduction of a large pedestrian plaza and greenbelt that runs along the length of the western edge of thesite.This landscape eleme16、nt is intended to become an attraction to the community and streetscape thus helping to mitigate sound andbuffer traffic congestion along Huancheng W Road.The greenbelt also offers the community a memorable attraction during the holi-day season as the canopy of trees can be illuminated with the twin17、kle of lights.Two additional public levels sit above the ground level and are designed to overlook and engage with the outdoor green space thatruns parallel to Huancheng W Road.This space has been conceptualized as a transparent jewel box maximizing visibility from inside tooutside of the space.A lo18、ng linear infinity edged indoor/outdoor pool situated at level 3 becomes the source of water that spills out-ward onto the main entry canopy over the entrance to the hotel.This infinity edge pool shall become an illuminated band of light thatthreads itself across the low-rise podium offering the pro19、ject an interesting layer of sparkle and reflection at night.High-Rise Tower:To compliment the manner in which the low-rise podium mass has been articulated,the high-rise tower rotates the podiums dynamicplay of“horizontal”tectonic planes and volumes into a“vertical”orientation as the tower extends 20、and reaches to the sky.The high-risetower mass is anchored to the glassy podium mass with a low-rise guestroom wing that runs parallel with the Huancheng W Road.Thislow-rise guestroom wing extends the massive character of the southern face of the high-rise tower skin across its faade.The skin of the21、low-rise guestroom wing is penetrated with pockets of vegetated green-walls and outdoor space symbolic of the green pockets thatare found atop the rock outcroppings of the nearby stone forest.Overall,the high-rise tower has been articulated as a contrasting building mass expression of solid and void22、 geometry.The solid massof the tower has been expressed with an opaque surface of aluminum skin that is perforated with a punched window system for visibil-ity.The solid nature of the tower symbolizes the idea of“stability”and“strength”as found in solid elements of nature,such as stone orrock.The vo23、id element of the tower is articulated in glass to symbolize“transparency”and“fluid”like qualities found in nature,such aswater.The dramatic sense of contrast between solid and void heightens the visual interest of the project and creates a holistic sense ofaesthetic“balance”.The aggressive tectonic24、 expression of glass volumes which push and pull through tower mass are expressive andsymbolic of the forces in nature that create distinct and memorable landscapes across the world.The tectonic symbolism embodied inthe design of the project is intended to elevate the imagination of the design and t25、o inspire a project to become an iconic and memora-ble landmark to the Yunnan region.The eye-catching glass jewel box which pushes out beyond the boundary of the tower mass punctu-ates the project with a dynamic awe 1设计说明:场地:作为由西坝路和环城西路主要交叉口所形成的一个地标性项目场地,身处其中的建筑必然被定位为最大化展示自我并与周边环境展开对话的宏伟里程碑。而位于西坝路与环城西路交叉口的三角形街心公园有助于缓冲建筑与拥堵的交通路口之间的关系。该项目的建筑体量被有组织的分解为一个多层和一个高层体块。建筑多层和裙房部分体量沿南北轴线展开,高层部分沿东西向展开。沿不同轴线演化出来的建筑体量消解了自身的尺度和对场地的比例,从而使27、建筑高层部分的纤细体块优雅地从建筑裙房和多层体块中脱颖而出,直冲云霄,为城市和整片区域提供了一个比例和谐,优美动人的崭新地标。低层裙房:该项目设计最大限度地把握住场地优势,沿西坝路和环城西路充分展示了建筑及车辆入口广场的形象。车辆广场斜切场地的西北角部,为两条相交道路同时提供了宏伟的主入口。酒店入口主要面对西坝路,并由雨篷作为水景元素,成为一个独特的玻璃框架覆盖并界定了车辆入口广场。水面雨篷和水幕瀑布被设计成为一个半透明的玻璃板系统以提升宾客到访的空间感受。为了一进步使项目融入场地并振兴街道繁荣,餐饮和零售空间被设置在裙房一层沿场地西侧展开。这个部分的公共空间因为毗邻场地西侧设置的步行广场和景28、观绿化带而有了更多参与室内外活动的机会,从而提升自身空间质量。此景观要素的设定是为了吸引市民和改善街景,从而降低马路噪音并缓冲隔离环城西路的拥堵。在节日期间,沿街绿化带中点缀灯饰的树冠绿荫还能为场地提供令人难忘的照明夜景另外两个的公共层座落在地上一层之上,被设计成可以俯视和共享环城西路绿化广场的室内部分。这一空间被构想成为一个晶莹剔透的百宝盒,最大限度地将室内视野拓展至室外。线性狭长而无室内外阻隔的游泳池位于裙房三层,成为酒店入口雨篷和水幕瀑布的来源。在夜晚,这一狭长无阻隔的水池将成为环绕裙房部分的蓝色光带为整个项目带来迷人的光辉。高层塔楼:为了配合建筑多层体量的表达方式,高层塔楼转换了底层裙29、房水平建构的动态表达,进而形成了竖向的体量伸展,直冲云霄。高层塔楼的体块插入底层玻璃裙房中,并与沿环城西路展开的多层建筑部分相连。西侧多层建筑客房立面延续了高层塔楼南立面风格。建筑墙体上挖出许多凹入空间,衬以绿色植物幕墙和室外阳台空间象征了昆明市郊石林中的绿色孔洞。总体而言,高层塔楼作为“实”与“虚”对比变化的几何形体的空间表达,明确诠释了建筑的自我形象。高层塔楼的坚实体积感由磨砂玻璃和金属表皮表达出来,其上还可以看到凹进的窗洞系统。塔楼实体的特质象征了“稳定”与“力量”的概念,正如大自然中的基本元素 “岩石”一般。而塔楼“虚”的特质是通过玻璃的“透明”和“流动”的象征语汇得以表达,正如大自然30、中的另一基本元素 “水”。“实”与“虚”戏剧性的反差感提高了该项目的视觉趣味,同时创造了一种神圣与和谐的感觉。塔楼上玻璃体块充满激情的建构表达,将形体凹进或推出,极具视觉感染力,象征了在世界各地创造众多奇景的自然伟力。如醒目的玻璃百宝箱一般的玻璃体块在塔楼顶层上被抽出,凸显了充满动感且令人惊艳的空中餐厅,其漂浮在空中俯瞰整个城市全景。建构的象征性在项目中的体现,旨在促进建筑设计的想象力,并将该项目升华为整个云南地区的纪念性地标建筑。设计说明Design
