1、第一章编制说明 11编制目的 本作业指导书编制的目的是为了在施工挤压机基础底板时，能够有章可循，保证特殊结构的混凝土施工质量，为整个工程的质量目标的实现奠定基础。本方案适用于挤压机基础底板混凝土施工。12编制依据1 挤压机基础施工图2. 混凝土结构施工质量验收规范 GB502042002第二章工程概况本工程为北重360工程挤压机基础底板混凝土浇筑工程，挤压机底板平面尺寸如下图：底板平面尺寸为55650mX 52910m，由三部分组成：液压系统泵房1、挤压机间、液压系统泵房2。混凝土强度等级C40，抗渗等级P8。底板混凝土总量6000m3左右。第三章. 施工部署3.1施工总体部署 挤压机底板混凝2、土浇筑采用一台混凝土拖式泵配合两台42m汽车泵一台48m汽车泵进行浇筑。为了保证底板混凝土施工质量，各段需要连续浇筑施工。3.2施工平面布置在施工现场东西两侧布置汽车泵，现场北侧布置一台拖式泵。3.3人员安排 现场管理人员及作业人员分成两班，每班12小时，各专业班长及施工人员跟班作业，负责检查，同时做好各方协调工作。 所有相关人员在打灰期间必须保证信息畅通，24小时保持开机状态。 本工程配合比为： 水泥:粉煤灰:矿粉:砂子:石子:水为:280:165:45:765:1065:165本配合比中水泥为蒙西P.0425普通硅酸盐水泥，砂子为粗沙，石子为5mm31.5mm的碎石，粉煤灰为二级粉煤灰，矿粉为S75级矿渣粉。 外加剂为YNB-4液体泵送剂(缓凝剂)，缓凝时间10小时。3.6后勤安排 现场设专人（书记）做好后勤工作，做好现场人员的饮水、吃饭等工作，保证施工顺利进行。第四章. 施工方法4.1准备工作1.钢筋的隐检工作已经完成，并已核实预埋件、先8、管、孔洞的位置、数量及固定情况无误。2模板的预检工作已经完成，模板标高、位置、尺寸准确符合设计要求，支架稳定，支撑和模板固定可靠，模板拼缝严密，符合规范要求。3确认商品搅拌站备料及准备情况。4 混凝土浇筑前组织施工人员进行作业指导书的学习，由技术组讲述作业指导书，设专人负责，做到人人心中有数。5浇筑混凝土用架子、走道及工作平台，安全稳固，能够满足浇筑要求。6. 提前签订混凝土订量单，由技术组提供具体供应时间、标号、所需车辆数量及其间隔时间，其它要求如坍落度等。7测温元件安装就位8分层浇筑标识杆安装就位9设备检查合格10施工用电检查合格42浇筑说明挤压机底板混凝土浇筑采用一台混凝土拖式泵配合两台9、混凝土汽车泵进行浇筑。为了保证底板混凝土施工质量，各段需要连续浇筑施工，以达到自防水抗渗混凝土要求。 混凝土施工从东侧开始，按设计好的分层顺序进行浇筑。 混凝土浇筑前，根据混凝土分层厚度，在基础内部设置分层立竿，立竿采用钢筋制作，放置混凝土放灰处，间距10m。 混凝土拖式泵设置在基坑北侧进行施工，汽车泵布置在基坑东西两侧进行施工。 混凝土浇筑到第9层前，现场配备一台48m汽车泵、一台42m汽车泵站在基坑东侧、一台拖式泵放在基坑北侧进行混凝土浇筑作业；混凝土浇筑到第9层后， 42m汽车泵转到基坑西侧，同时新增一台42m杆汽车泵站在基坑西侧进行混凝土浇筑作业。注：本计算表按搅拌站最小供应量150m10、3h，拖式泵30m3h，汽车泵60m3h进行计算。4.3施工要求1.清理：在混凝土浇筑前先将模板内杂物清理干净。2.现场配备混凝土坍落度检测装置，有当班质量负责人组织对进场的商品混凝土进行检测，不合格产品坚决退货。3. 混凝土浇筑和振捣一般要求A.混凝土采取分层连续浇筑，必须尽量缩短间歇时间，并在下一层混凝土初凝前将上一层混凝土浇筑完毕。B.浇筑混凝土时为防止混凝土分层离析，混凝土浇筑时不得直接冲击模板。C.浇筑混凝土时设专人看模，经常观察模板、支架、钢筋、预埋件和预留孔洞的情况。当发生变形移位时立即停止浇筑，并在已浇筑的混凝土凝结前修整完D.使用50插入式振捣棒要快插慢拔，插点呈梅花型布置，11、按顺序进行，不得遗漏。移动间距不大于振捣棒作用半径的15倍(50棒应为525cm，取50em)。振捣上一层混凝土插入下一层混凝土5cm以消除两层间的接缝。振捣时间以凝土表面出现浮浆及不出现气泡、下沉为宜。 4砼面层的处理： 在浇筑每个台阶最顶面一层砼时，合理安排责任心强的人，用刮杆严格依标高找平，并将砼表面振捣密实。 把灰浆全部清除，保证其均匀并且厚度不得大于10mm，在混凝土初凝前进行第二次抹平，主要是为了闭合混凝土表面的收缩裂缝，避免影响观感。4.4混凝土养护1打完混凝土抹压后立即满铺一层塑料薄膜、二层棉被进行保温进行保温保湿养护。2.基础底板侧面在混凝土终凝后，拆除外侧支撑，在模板外侧覆12、盖两层棉被进行保温保湿养护。3.养护期间按测温要求进行测温，当测温温差达到20时，再增加一层棉被，增加保温效果；如仍继续上升，可考虑在基础表面搭设距基础表面500l皿的塑料薄膜大棚，进行太阳能蒸汽养护。4.后续工作施工时不得随意揭开养护棉被，需要放线时，。在中午时揭开棉被进行。4.5试块制作及管理现场由值班质量员负责取样，进行试块制作。每200m3混凝土制作28d标养试块一组，同条件养护试块一组。每500m3制作一组抗渗试块。4.6泵送混凝土要求 1泵送混凝土时，混凝土泵的支腿完全伸出，并插好安全销。 2混凝土泵启动后，先泵送适量水以湿润混凝土泵的料斗、网片及输送管的内壁等直接与混凝土接触部位13、。3.混凝土的供应，必须保证输送混凝土的泵能连续工作。4.输送管线直，转弯缓，接头严密。5.泵送混凝土前，先泵送混凝土内除粗骨料外的其他成分相同配合比的水泥砂浆。6.开始泵送时，混凝土泵处于慢速、匀速并随时可反泵的状态。泵送速度，先慢后快，逐步加速。同时，观察混凝土泵的压力和各系统的工作情况，待各系统运转顺利后，方可以正常速度进行泵送。7.混凝土泵送连续进行，如必须中断时，其中断时间超过8小时必须留置施工缝。8.泵送混凝土时，活塞保持最大行程运转。混凝土泵送过程中，不得把拆下的输运管内的混凝土撒落在未浇筑的地方。9.当输送管被堵塞时，采取下列方法排除：4.6.9.1重复进行反泵和正泵，逐步收出14、混凝土至料斗中，重新搅拌后泵送。4.6.9.2用木棍敲击等方法，查明堵塞部位，将混凝土击粉后，重复进行反泵和正泵，排除堵塞； 4.6.9.3当上述两种方法无效时，在混凝土卸压后，拆除堵塞部位的输送管，排除混凝土堵塞物后方可接管。重新泵送前，先排除管内空气后，方可拧紧接头。10混凝土泵送即将结束前，正确计算尚需用的混凝土数量，并及时告知 混凝土搅拌站。11泵送过程中，废弃的和泵送终止时多余的混凝土，按预先确定的处理 方法和场所，及时进行妥善处理。12泵送完毕时，将混凝土泵和输送管清洗干净。13排除堵塞，重新泵送或清洗混凝土泵时，布料设备的出口朝安全方向，以防堵塞物或废浆告诉飞出伤人。14在泵送过15、程种，受料斗内具有足够的混凝土，以防吸入空气产生阻塞。4.7质量控制及要求1.混凝土所用的水泥选用蒙西水泥厂生产的P0425普通水泥，砂子选用当地产的中粗沙，含泥量不大于1，粗骨料选用连续级配5mm315mm，针片状颗粒含量小于5，含泥量小于02。2.粉煤灰选用II级粉煤灰，外加剂必须符合国家规范要求。3降低混凝土的入模温度，混凝土采用低温的地下水进行搅拌。4 混凝土的养护和施工缝处理必须符合施工规范规定及本指导书的要求。5 混凝土强度的试块取样、制作、养护和试验要符合规定。6 混凝土振捣密实、不得有蜂窝、孔洞、露筋、缝隙、夹渣等缺陷。7. 钢筋、模板负责人跟班作业，发现问题及时解决，同时设专16、人看钢筋、模板。8 浇筑时要有专门的铺灰人员指挥浇筑，切忌“天女散花”，分配好清理人员和抹面人员。 9 记好混凝土浇筑连续监控记录。10开盘前必须做好开盘鉴定，并且随机抽查混凝土配合比，情况。11有插筋的部位混凝土浇筑在下层混凝土接近初凝时进行第五章. 混凝土的温度控制5.1混凝土测温1.侧稳点布置（编号）2 测温方法 采用常规预埋测温热电阻进行测温。 第一个星期每隔两小时测温一次； 第二个星期每隔四六个小时测温一次； 第三个星期每隔12小时测温一次； 第四个星期每天测温一次。(布设方法详见附图所示) 固定人员观测和整理结果； 固定使用检测合格的温度计； 按规定的日期、方法等进行测温； 在混凝17、土浇筑过程中，当最底层测温管被砼覆盖后，立即组织人员按规定时司进行测温、做好记录，并及时向技术人员反馈。 52温度控制措施 1 混凝土浇筑完成后，在基础外侧搭设塑料薄膜防护棚。 2 混凝土浇筑完成后，在混凝土表面覆盖一层塑料薄膜，然后覆盖棉被，再覆盖一层塑料薄膜的方式进行养护、保温，同时配合测温。当混凝土内外温差超过20时，对混凝土加盖一层棉被，如继续升温，可继续加盖，直至达到加盖三层棉被。女口仍不能控制，可在混凝土表面搭设一层塑料薄膜防护棚，利用太阳能对表面进行加温。第六章安全措施 6.1进入施工现场要正确系戴安全帽，高空作业正确系安全带。 62现场严禁吸烟，夜间施工设置足够的照明。 63严18、禁上下抛掷物品，溜槽、基础四周搭设双道护栏。 64泵车后台及泵臂下严禁站人，按要求操作，泵管支撑牢固；车在现场就位处设置车挡，限速20kmh。 65振捣和拉线人员必须穿胶鞋戴绝缘手套，以防触电。 66泵送系统受压力时，不得开启任何输送管道和液压管道。液压系统的安全阀不得任意调整，蓄能器只能充入氮气。6.7在混凝土泵出口的水平管道上安装止逆阀，防止泵送突然中断而产生混凝土反向冲击。68作业后，必须将料斗内和管道内地混凝土全部输出，然后对泵机、料斗、管道进行清洗。69将两侧活塞运转到清洗室，并涂上润滑油。610作业后，各部位操纵开关、调整手柄、手轮、旋塞等复回零位。液压系统卸荷。611混凝土振捣器19、使用安全要求。 振捣器保持清洁，不得有混凝土黏结在电动机外壳上妨碍散热。发现温度过高时，停歇降温后方可使用。5作业转移时，电动机的电源线保持有足够的长度和松度，严禁用电源线拖拉振捣器。6电源线路要悬空移动，注意避免电源线与地面和钢筋相摩擦20、及车辆的碾压。经常检查电源线的完好情况，发现破损立即进行处理。7人员必须穿戴绝缘胶鞋和绝缘手套。8作业后，必须切断电源，做好清晰、保养工作。振捣器要放在干燥处，并有防潮措施。 6.12凝土泵送设备使用安全要求1 泵送设备放置离基坑边缘保持一定距离。2 水平泵送的管道敷设线路接近直线，少弯曲，管道及管道支撑必须牢固可靠，且能承受输送过程所产生的水平推力；管道接头处密封可靠。3严禁将垂直管道直接装接在泵的输出口上，在垂直管架设的前端装接长度不小于10m的水平管，水平管进泵处装逆止阀。4 砂石粒径、水泥标号及配合比按原厂规定满足泵机可泵性的要求。5天气寒冷时使用草帘子等遮盖管道。6 泵车的停车制动和21、锁紧制动同时使用，轮胎楔紧，水源供应正常和水箱储满清水，斜斗内无杂物，各润滑点润滑正常。7泵送设备的各部螺栓紧固，管道接头紧固密封，防护装置齐全可靠。8各部位操纵开关、调整手柄、手轮、控制杆、旋塞等均在正确位置。液压系统正常无泄露。9准备好清洗管、清洗用品、接球器及有关装置。作业前，配比的水泥砂浆润滑管道。无关人员必须离开管道。必须先用同配比的水泥砂浆润滑管道。无关人员必须离开管道。10随时监视各种仪表和指示灯，发现不正常及时调整或处理，如出现输送管道堵塞时，进行逆向运转(反轴)使混凝土返回料斗，必要时拆管排除堵塞。 本工程采用商品混凝土，可能出现供应不上的情况，我们采取如下措施：7.2.2.1启动现场备用搅拌站；7.2.2.2对混凝土进行二次振捣，延长混凝土初凝时间；7.2.2.3如时间超过混凝土的初凝时间时，及时通知监理单位及业主，在征得监理及业主同意的情况下，采取在新浇筑混凝土表面插25钢筋(插入混凝500mm，外露500mm，成梅花布置)的办法处理施工缝。 3降水应急预案7.2.3.1在混凝土浇筑前，根气象台联系，错开雨天。 7.2.3.2混凝土浇筑前准备1000m左右的彩条步，2台泥浆泵，如在浇筑过程中突然降雨，可在基础表面覆盖24、彩条布，积水用泥浆泵排出。 4养护应急预案7.2.4.1混凝土浇筑完成后，在混凝土表面覆盖一层塑料薄膜，然后覆盖棉被，再覆盖一层塑料薄膜的方式进行养护、保温，同时配合测温。7.2.4.2当混凝土内外温差超过20时，对混凝土加盖一层棉被，如继续升温，可继续加盖，直至达到加盖三层棉被。如仍不能控制，可在混凝土表面搭设一层塑料薄膜防护棚，利用太阳能对表面进行加温。5安全应急预案现场24小时配备安全救护车，随时应对出现的各种安全事故（英文版
