Principles水质景观设计应注重改善湖水水质。特色喷泉用来加快湖水的流动、增加氧气，叠水和湖岸的湿地植物则起到过滤作用，减少水中的沉淀和污染物。当水道排水和冲洗时，水闸把湖体与河道系统隔开，保19、持湖中水质清洁。“低影响设计”雨水管理 Framework建筑景观设计中采用生态与技术相结合的节能“绿色”建筑，起到重要的文化和社会作用。硬景大小尺度的23、广场空间遍布公园，满足当地居民及周边区域游客不同人群的各类休闲活动用途。步道、小径系统为公园提供了便捷的交通。软景在公园中塑造丰富的地形变化，在制高点设置观赏湖景和周边景色的观景台。“避潮墩”在过去用来保护城市免受洪水灾害，公园地形即从中汲取灵感。落叶树、常绿遮阴树、花树和灌木用于提供树荫和季相变化。湖岸种植湿地植物，把景观和水体结合在一起，同时起到重要的生态作用。水体位于公园中央的大型开放水体提供了广阔的水景。湖水与岛上的循环水系相连，通过周边的河道与老孝河相连。湖岸水深较浅，游人可进行亲水活动，园内其他喷泉则把“水”主题延伸到周边的景观中去。ARCHITECTUREEnergy Strategy一、植物选择1、品种选择原则:1）服从景观设计需要；2）尽量采用本土植物或适应性强，低维护植物；3）尽量降低需生长客土植物的比例；2、种植规格选择原则：1）植物规格大小选择须从整体协调性考虑，强调植株完整形态，弱化干径大小。2）乔木规格以胸径12-15厘米的完整形态植株为主；点景树可采用胸径18-20cm的特选植株；特色树种可 适当降低规格以满足特殊需要；适当采用大规格灌木以满足及时性景观需要。3）规整特征的树阵，林带或林荫道的乔木在87、形态大小尽量保持一致。3、设计中的品种选择和组合策略:1）严格按照植物选择程序选择植物品种，杜绝不适应崇明本地气候和立地的植物，少用边缘适应性植物；2）合理组合植物品种结构，多用气候与立地双重适应性高的的植物，可能的话，多用本土植物，少用立地适应性不太高的植物，特别是尽量不用气候适应性不高的边缘植物。因为设计特殊需要使用立地适应性不太高的植物，其比例应低于20%。3）植物群落景观类型组合方面，尽可能周详考虑植物群落景观的后续演化，尽量以植物群落演化结果的植物群落结构作为植物群落景观类型设计基础，同时有意识地少用排它性很强不利于植物群落多样性演化的植物（如香樟）。4）设计中合理布局植物景观，按其88、在景观中的重要程度进行分级处理，实施不同的品种选择和植物种植养护策略。原则上，次要区域尽量采用本土植物或适应性强，低维护植物，并且在面积比例上占据绝对优势.崇明新城公园景观方案
