，内立杆距建筑物外墙皮距离b=0.15m，脚手架步距h=1.80m（最下面一步为1.6m），铺设脚手板层数3层。拟定于8F、18F楼面搭设全封闭水平悬挑安全防护棚、出入口防护棚具体布置位置见附图。四、脚手架搭设方法：A、外脚手架：（一）、脚手架构配件的质量标准：1、钢管：钢管一般采用外径48mm，壁厚3.5mm的3号3、钢焊接钢管，其化学成份与机械性能符合国家标准碳素结构钢（GBT700）的要求，钢管应涂防锈漆。2、扣件：扣件应符合钢管脚手架扣件（GB158311995）的规定。扣件不能有裂纹、气孔、疏松、砂眼等铸造缺陷。扣件与钢管的贴合面要接触良好，扣件夹紧钢管时，开口处的最小距离要小于5mm。3、脚手板；脚手板采用竹脚手板或木脚手板，板长3-6m,宽不小于150mm。4、脚手架的用途及极限荷载值脚手架用途为防护脚手架兼外装修脚手架，外围满挂密目式安全网封闭。脚手架荷载：结构架为3KNm2。（二）、搭设顺序：预埋钢筋拉环，水平钢管于楼板压点的拉环一定要压在楼板下层钢筋下面，并要保证两侧30cm以上搭接长度，4、并将拉环钢筋与楼板钢筋点焊在一起。放置悬挑钢管，钢管下悬挑边缘位置垫50厚木枋，自角部起依次向两边竖立底立杆，底端与纵向扫地杆扣件固定后，装设横向扫地杆，并也与立杆固定，每边竖起3-4根杆后，随即装设第一步纵向平杆（与立杆扣接固定）和横向平杆（小横杆靠近立杆并与纵向平杆扣接固定）。校正立杆垂直和平杆水平使其符合要求后，按45-55N.m力拧紧扣件螺栓，形成构架的起始段，按上述要求依次向前延伸搭设，直至第一部架交圈完成。交圈后,再全面检查一遍构造质量，严格确保设计要求和构件质量，设置连墙件，按第一步架的作业程序和要求搭设第二步、第三步，随搭设过程及时装设连墙件和剪刀撑，装设作业层间横杆、铺设脚手5、架板和装设作业层栏杆、挡脚板及密目网全封闭。（三）、构造要求：1、立杆：1）、立杆接头必须采用对接扣件对接连接，上下对齐，立杆与大横杆必须用直角扣件扣紧，不得隔步设置或遗漏；内立杆离墙距离为0.15m，局部不能满足的位置通过延伸小横杆并于延伸部分铺设竹脚手板加以弥补。相邻立杆的接头位置应允许搭设偏差5cm,立杆垂直度允许搭设偏差10cm。2、扫地杆：1）、离地高度20CM设置纵横方向扫地杆，扫地杆采用对接接长，扫地杆在端头与立杆交接处伸出扣件长度不小于10 cm，连续设置在立杆内侧。3、大横杆：1）、大横杆用对接方法接长，接点距主接点的距离不应大于50CM，每侧外伸长度不应小于10CM，但不应6、大于20CM。 2）、一根横杆两端的高差，不能超过2 cm，纵向水平杆全长平整度不小于10cm。4、立杆、横杆接头的详细做法：1）、立柱上的对接扣件应交错布置，两个相邻立柱的接头不应设在同步跨内，两相邻立柱接头在高度方向错开的距离不应小于500mm，各接头中心距主节点的距离不应大于步距的13。2）、纵向水平杆对接接头应交错布置，不应设在同步、同跨内，相邻接头水平距离不应小于500cm，并应避免设在纵向水平杆的跨中（见下图）。5、小横杆：1）、每一主节点必须设置一根横向水平杆，并采用直角扣件扣紧在纵向水平杆上部，端头处伸出长度不小于10cm。该杆轴线偏离主节点的距离不应大于150cm，在双排架中7、，靠墙一侧的外伸长度不应大于50cm。在任何情况下均不得拆除作为基本构架结构杆件的小横杆，遇作业层时，应在相邻立杆之间加设一根，贴近立杆布置并搭于大横杆之上用直角扣件扣紧，以缩小脚手板的跨度，当作业层转入其它层时，中间处小横杆可以随脚手板一同拆除，但交点处小横杆不得拆除。6、剪刀撑：在脚手架外侧立面整个长度和高度上连续设置剪刀撑，每道剪刀撑跨越立柱的根数宜在57根之间，每道剪刀撑的宽度不应小于4跨，且不小于6米。斜杆与地面的倾角宜在45度60度之间，剪刀撑接长采用搭接接长，搭接长度不小于1m，采用叠交方式连接点不得少于3个；其斜杆除两端用旋转扣件与立杆或大横杆扣紧外，在其中应增加24个扣接点，8、并应与立杆和伸出的小横杆进行连接，所有接头应交错排列，不得设置在一个平面内。为增强脚手架横向平面的刚度，横向剪刀撑应设在同一节间，由底至顶层之字或字形连续布置。除转角外中间应每隔6跨设置一道，遇操作层可临时拆除，转入其它层时应及时补上。（详见附图1）7、脚手板： 操作层采用满铺竹笆脚手板，板与板之间紧靠并用铁丝与水平钢管绑扎牢固与架体固定好；铺板采用对接连接，应满铺、严密、牢固铺稳铺实，不得有超过50mm的间隙，对接时，接头下设两根小横杆或在中间加设一道纵向通长水平杆，严禁出现脚手板伸出小横杆以外大于300mm的“探头板”，满铺距墙小于10cm。在两侧设置180mm以上高挡脚板，操作层上部护身9、栏杆1.2m高，下部护栏杆距踢脚板0.6m处。8、连墙件：采用刚性连接方式(做法见下图，连墙件立杆与现浇楼板钢筋焊牢)，连墙件按两步三跨设置。必须从底部第一根纵向水平杆开始设置，设置尽量靠近主节点，偏离主节点的距离不应大于30cm。门窗洞口采用短向拉接，钢管长度过门窗洞口边缘250mm以上。连墙件和剪刀撑应及时设置，不得滞后超过两步，杆件端部伸出扣件之外的长度不得小于100mm。如连墙件位于门窗洞口位置，安装门窗需要拆除连墙件应设专人看守，安装完立刻恢复连墙件。9、密封网垂直封闭：（1）密目网质量要求：密目网要四证齐全，要有阻燃性能，其续燃、阻燃时间均不得大于4s。要符合GB16909的规定。10、每10cm10cm=100cm2的面积上有2000个以上网目。（2）密目网贯穿试验：做耐贯穿试验时，将网与地面成30夹角拉平，在其中心上方3m，用5Kg重的钢管（管径4851mm）垂直自由落下，不穿透即为合格产品。（3）密目网的绑扎方法：用系绳将密目网绑扎至立杆或大横杆上，使网与架体牢固的连接在一起。系绳的材质应符合GB16909的规定。10、兜网封闭：用大眼安全网（平网）将脚手架与建筑物之间封闭起来，每隔10m封闭一道。11、斜撑：离墙50cm每隔3m预埋12钢筋环，用于固定纵向水平钢管，钢管下垫50厚木枋，斜撑每隔1m设置一根，两端用扣件连接于悬挑钢管外端部及钢筋环固定的纵向水平钢管，中间11、部位设置纵向水平连接杆。（详见外架剖面图）B、出入口安全防护棚：出入口安全防护棚（共计2个）位置见外架及安全设施平面布置图。C、悬挑安全防护棚：1、本工程拟定于8F、18F分别搭设悬挑安全防护棚，采用悬挑式钢管扣件双层防护棚，具体做法见下图。2、安全防护： （1）栏杆和挡脚板应搭设在外排立杆的里侧。 （2）防护棚外侧用层板全封闭挡严。（3）安全网须满挂在外侧立杆的的里侧，用铁丝绑扎牢固，不留缝隙，四周应交圈。（4）钢筋卡环应埋在梁、板底部钢筋下。D、卸料平台：本工程主体施工阶段，模板及钢管等在不同楼层之间的周转，以及砌筑工程及装修工程中砂浆等材料的运输等采用卸料平台来进行。随着楼层的上升，楼层12、之间的卸料平台应错开排列成台阶型，具体搭设要求见下图。挡脚板高度不低于18cm，栏杆必须自上而下满挂密目安全网。卸料平台上应在显著位置标明容许荷载值，平台上的施工人员和物料的总重量，严禁超过设计的容许荷载（悬挑式卸料平台容许荷载500Kg），钢筋卡环应埋在梁、板底部钢筋下。F、脚手架验收：1、脚手架必须由持证人员搭设，随楼层的增高逐层对其进行检查及分段验收，高度9m验收一次，不符合要求的应迅速整改。2、脚手架分段验收应按JGJ59-99中“外脚手架检查评分表”所列项目和施工方案要求的内容进行检查，填写验收记录单，并有搭设人员、安全员、施工员、项目经理签证，方能交付使用。3、必须有量化的验收内容13、。五、质量要求：1、立杆的垂直偏差：搭设高度H25m时，同偏差不大于H200，且不大于100mm；横向偏差不大于H400，且不大于50mm。2、纵向水平杆水平偏差不大于总长度的1300，且不大于20mm；横向水平杆水平偏差不大于10mm。3、脚手架步距、立杆横距偏差不大于20mm，立杆纵距偏差不大于50mm。4、扣件坚固力宜在45-55Nm范围内。5、连墙点的数量、位置要正确，连接牢固，无松动现象。6、同一层各挑梁上表面之间的水平误差不大于20mm。且应视需要在其间设置整体拉结构件，以保护整体稳定。六、安全技术措施：（一）脚手架搭设安全技术措施：1、外脚手架不得搭设在距离架空线路的安全距离内，14、其安全距离要求见下表；脚手架的高度超过周围建筑物或在雷暴较多的地区施工时，应做好可靠的防雷接地处理，接地电阻应不大于4。表1 脚手架等外侧边缘距外电架空线路的最小水平安全距离外电线路电压1kV以下110kV35100kV154220kV330500kV最小水平安全距离46810152、在设置落地脚手架第一排连墙件前，应约每隔6跨设置一道抛撑，以确保外架稳定。3、外脚手架严禁48与51钢管混用，钢竹、钢木混搭，禁止扣件、绳索、铁丝、竹蔑混用。4、外脚手架搭设人员必须持证上岗，并正确使用安全帽、安全网、穿防滑鞋。5、严格控制施工荷载，脚手板上不得集中堆料，施工荷载不得大于2KN/M2，严禁脚手板存15、在探头板，铺设脚手板以及多层作业时，应尽量使施工荷载内、外传递平衡。6、周边脚手架的纵向平杆必须在角部交圈并与立杆连接固定，因而东西两面和南北两面的作业层可能会有交汇搭接所形成的小错台，铺板时应处理好交接处的构造，若需周边铺板高度一致时，角部应增设立杆和纵向水平杆（至少与3根立杆连接）。（二）脚手架拆除安全技术措施：1、拆架前，全面检查拟拆脚手架，根据检查结果，拟定出作业计划，报请批准，进行安全技术交底后才准工作。作业计划一般包括：拆架的步骤和方法、安全措施、堆料堆放地点、劳动组织安排等。2、拆架时应划分作业区，周围设防护围栏，竖立警戒标志，地面应设专人指挥，禁止非工作人员进入。3、拆架的高处16、作业人员应戴好安全帽，系好安全带，扎裹腿，穿软底防滑鞋。4、拆架程序遵守由上而下，先搭后拆、后搭先拆的原则。即先拆栏杆、脚手板、剪刀撑、斜撑，而后拆小横杆、大横杆、立杆等，并按一步一清的原则依次进行，严禁上下同时进行拆架作业。5、拆立杆时，要先抱住立杆在拆最后两个扣，拆除大横杆、斜撑、剪刀撑时，应先拆中间扣件，然后托住中间，再解端头扣。6、连墙杆（拉结点）应随拆除进度逐层拆除，拆抛撑时，应用临时撑支住，然后才能拆除。7、拆除时，要同一指挥，上下呼应，动作协调，当解开与另一人有关的结扣时，应先通知对方，以防坠落。8、拆架时严禁触及脚手架附近电源线，以防触电事故。9、在拆架时，不得中途换人，如必须17、换人时，应将拆除情况交代清楚后方可离开。10、拆下的材料要及时下运，严禁抛掷，运至地面的材料应按指定地点随拆随运，分类堆放，当天拆当天清，拆下的扣件要集中回收处理。（三）脚手架的使用规定：1、作业层每1m架面上施工荷载不得超过以下规定值，结构脚手架3KN/m2；装修脚手架2KN/m2。2、作业人员在架上的最大作业高度应以可进行正常操作为度，禁止在架板上加垫器物以增加操作高度。3、在作业中，禁止随意拆除脚手架的基本构架杆件、整体性杆件、连续坚固件和连墙体。确因操作要求需要临时拆除时，必须经主管人员同意，采取相应弥补措施，并在作业完毕后，及时予以恢复。4、工人在架上作业中，注意自我安全保护和他人的18、安全，避免发生碰撞，闪推和落物。严禁在架上戏闹和坐在栏杆上等不安全处休息。5、在作业中，应先行检查有无影响安全作业的问题存在，在排除和解决后才能恢复正常作业；发现有异常和危险情况时，应立即通知所有架上人员撤离。七、钢管悬挑式外架计算书（计算采PKPM软件计算）： 钢管脚手架的计算参照建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范（JGJ130-2001）。 计算的脚手架为双排脚手架，搭设高度为15.0米，立杆采用单立管。 搭设尺寸为：立杆的纵距1.50米，立杆的横距1.00米，立杆的步距1.80米。 用的钢管类型为483.5， 连墙件采用2步3跨，竖向间距3.60米，水平间距4.50米。 施工均布荷载为19、3.0kN/m2，同时施工2层，脚手板共铺设3层。 悬挑水平钢梁采用钢管483.5mm，其中建筑物外悬挑段长度1.50米，建筑物内锚固段长度1.50米。 悬挑水平钢梁采用支杆与建筑物拉结，最外面支杆距离建筑物1.10m，支杆采用钢管100.010.0mm。 一、小横杆的计算: 小横杆按照简支梁进行强度和挠度计算，小横杆在大横杆的上面。 按照小横杆上面的脚手板和活荷载作为均布荷载计算小横杆的最大弯矩和变形。 1.均布荷载值计算 小横杆的自重标准值 当直角扣件的拧紧力矩达40-65N.m时,试验表明:单扣件在12kN的荷载下会滑动,其抗滑承载力可取8.0kN； 双扣件在20kN的荷载下会滑动,其抗滑承载力可取12.0kN； 四、脚手架荷载标准值: 作用于脚手架的荷载包括静荷载、活荷载和风荷载。 静荷载标准值包括以下25、内容： (1)每米立杆承受的结构自重标准值(kN/m)；本例为0.1248 NG1 = 0.12515.000=1.872kN (2)脚手板的自重标准值(kN/m2)；本例采用竹笆片脚手板，标准值为0.15 NG2 = 0.15031.500(1.000+0.150)/2=0.388kN (3)栏杆与挡脚手板自重标准值(kN/m)；本例采用栏杆、竹笆片脚手板挡板，标准值为0.15 NG3 = 0.1501.5003/2=0.338kN (4)吊挂的安全设施荷载，包括安全网(kN/m2)；0.005 NG4 = 0.0051.50015.000=0.112kN 经计算得到，静荷载标准值 NG =26、 NG1+NG2+NG3+NG4 = 2.710kN。 活荷载为施工荷载标准值产生的轴向力总和，内、外立杆按一纵距内施工荷载总和的1/2取值。 经计算得到，活荷载标准值 NQ = 3.00021.5001.000/2=4.500kN 悬挑脚手架的水平钢梁按照带悬臂的连续梁计算。 悬臂部分脚手架荷载N的作用，里端B为与楼板的锚固点，A为墙支点。 本工程中，脚手架排距为1000mm，内侧脚手架距离墙体150mm，支拉斜杆的支点距离墙体 = 1100mm， 水平支撑梁的截面惯性矩I = 12.19cm4，截面抵抗矩W = 5.08cm3，截面积A = 4.89cm2。 受脚手架作用的联梁传递集中力 N=9.55kN 水平钢梁自重荷载
