风度柏林采用现浇混凝土复合无网聚苯板一次性成型的外墙外保温形式，聚苯板厚度为5cm，聚苯板外抹2cm厚聚苯颗粒保温浆料找平，然后抹抗裂砂浆铺网格布，刮柔性耐水腻子，刷涂料。二、工程材料1、聚苯板，为阻燃型聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板，厚5cm,首层板高为层高加25mm为3.175m，其他层板高为层高2.85m，宽1.2m，聚苯板在施工前应预先加工好1cm深的纵向燕尾槽(如图)。并且聚苯板正2、反两面必须滚刷界面砂浆，界面砂浆的配比见本节施工配合比。2-21-12、ZL建筑用界面处理剂主要技术指标及存运要求： 浸水7dMPaMPa0.50.4柔韧性(直径50mm)-无裂纹530条件下贮存，贮存期6个月。防晒。按非危险品办理运输。9、水泥：强度等6、级42.5普通硅酸盐水泥，水泥性能存运符合硅酸盐水泥、普通硅酸盐水泥（GB175-99）的要求10、中砂：应符合普通混凝土砂质量标准及检验方法（JGJ-92），含泥量少于3%。5、施工配合比a、界面砂浆：水泥：中砂：ZL水泥砂浆界面剂=1：1：1（重量比）b、保温浆料：ZL聚苯颗粒：ZL保温胶粉料：水=1（袋）：1（袋）：3840Kgc、抗裂砂浆：ZL抗裂剂：水泥：中砂=1：1：3（重量比）三、施工工艺流程聚苯板加工-墙体钢筋绑扎、垫垫块-外侧聚苯保温板或岩棉就位并临时固定-内侧大模板就位固定-插放穿墙螺栓及套管-安装外墙大模板-调整-支撑加固、螺栓拧紧-浇注混凝土-拆模-清理EPS板表面污物7、-吊垂直套方弹控制线-做饼、冲筋-抹保温胶粉料-抹抗裂砂浆铺压玻纤网格布-涂刷硅橡胶高弹底漆-面层装饰施工四、支模板施工工艺1、在EPS外墙模板系统支模时，首先将EPS板就位于外墙钢筋的外侧，专用聚苯板卡子穿透聚苯板，就位时可用绑扎丝把卡子与墙体钢筋适当绑扎固定，板与板之间的企口缝在安装前涂刷聚苯板粘接胶，随即安装，再用专用卡子机械连接两板，要求两板尽可能紧密。卡子的布置如下图：（L1-2a）/2aL1长边尺寸L2短边尺寸 A 200MM 聚苯板卡子 卡子距边缘距离 2、将外墙内侧向的大模板准确就位，调整好垂直度，立模的精度要符合标准要求，并固定牢靠，使该模板成为基准模板。3、插穿墙拉杆及塑料8、套管和管堵，并在穿墙拉杆的端部，套上一节镀锌铁皮圆筒。此时暂不穿透墙体。4、将外墙外侧组合模板就位，此时二次插穿墙拉杆利用园铁皮筒，将EPS板切出一个园孔，使穿墙拉杆完全穿透墙体模板。5、穿墙拉杆穿透墙体后，将端头套的镀锌铁皮圆筒摘掉，然后，完成相应的调整和紧固。6、墙体模板立好后，须在EPS板的上端扣上一个槽形的镀锌铁皮罩，防止浇注混凝土时污染EPS板上口。7、在常温条件下墙体混凝土浇注完成，间隔12小时后即可拆除墙体内、外侧面的大模板。EPS板上端镀锌钢板保护罩，仍保持不动，做楼板的外模，省去了浇注混凝土导墙的工序。8、楼板混凝土浇筑完毕后，EPS板留下来成为永久的保温层五、无网板浇注施工9、要点1、聚苯板加工聚苯板的尺寸1.2m*设计保温厚度*层高，板的长、宽、对角线尺寸误差不应大于2mm,厚度、企口误差不大于1mm。板的双面涂刷聚苯板专用界面处理砂浆，砂浆的配合比板平面：聚苯板界面处理剂：水泥1：1槽面： 聚苯板界面处理剂：水泥：细砂1：0.8：0.7注意不要漏刷，对破坏部位应及时补刷2、绑扎垫块外墙钢筋验收合格后，绑扎按混凝土保护层厚度要求制作好的水泥砂浆垫块。每平米不少于4个3、安装聚苯板3.1先根据建筑物平面图及其形状排列聚苯板，并且根据其特殊节点的形状预先将聚苯板裁好，将聚苯板的接缝处涂刷上粘接胶（有污染的部分必须先清理干净），然后将聚苯板粘接上，粘接完成的聚苯板尽量不10、要再移动，在板的专用竖缝处用塑料夹子将两块苯板连接到一起，基本拉住聚苯板。3.2聚苯板安装完毕后，把专用塑料卡子固定绑扎固定在钢筋上，绑扎时注意聚苯板底部应绑扎紧一些，使底部内收35MM，以保证拆模后聚苯板底部与上口平齐3.3首层的聚苯板必须严格控制在统一水平上，保证以后上面聚苯板的缝隙严密和垂直。3.4在板缝处粘贴胶带4、固定外墙内侧模板5、穿穿墙螺栓按照大模板穿墙螺栓的间距，用电烙铁给聚笨板开孔，使模板与聚苯板的孔洞吻合，孔洞不宜太大以免漏浆6、固定外侧大模板固定好外侧大模板，紧固螺栓，调整垂直、平整。7、浇筑混凝土及拆模墙体模板立好后，须在聚苯板的上端扣上一个槽形的镀锌铁皮罩，防止浇注混11、凝土时污染聚苯板板上口。在常温条件下墙体混凝土浇注完成，间隔12小时后即可拆除墙体内、外侧面的大模板。六、聚苯板浇筑注意事项1、在外墙外侧安装聚苯板时，将企口缝对齐，墙宽不合模数的用小块保温板补齐，门窗洞口处保温板不开洞，待墙体拆模后再开洞。门窗洞口及外墙阳角处聚苯板外侧燕尾槽的缝隙，仍用切割燕尾槽时多余楔形聚苯板条塞堵，深度1030MM。2、聚苯板竖向接缝时注意避开模板缝隙处。3、外墙外模板无须脱模剂,以免污染保温板影响外观观感.4、在浇筑混凝土时, 注意振捣棒在插，拔过程中，不要损坏保温层.5、在整理下层甩出的钢筋时,要特别注意下层保温板边槽口,以免受损6、墙体混凝土浇灌完毕后,如槽口处有12、砂浆存在应立即清理.7、穿墙螺栓孔,应以干硬性砂浆捻实填补(厚度小于墙厚).随即用保温浆料填补至保温层表面.8、聚苯板在开孔或裁小块时，注意防止碎块掉进墙体内。七、ZL胶粉聚苯颗粒保温材料施工工艺说明（一）施工准备1、搭设搅拌棚，所有材料必须在搅拌棚内机械搅拌，防止聚苯颗粒飞散，影响现场文明施工。2、聚苯颗粒应有好的保护防止包装的破坏。3、对在楼及搅拌棚周围露天存放的砂石料，用苫布或细目安全网覆盖。4、对门框在小推车的高度内，包裹铁皮，防止门框破坏。5、窗框下框处应有扣板保护，扣板可用1cm厚木板钉成 形状，扣板的顶板比框高2cm左右。 （二）保温施工作业前提1、外墙面的垂直度和平整度应符合现13、行国家施工及验收规范要求；2、外窗框已安装完毕，并经验收合格。3、外墙面上的雨水管卡、预埋铁件等应提前安装完毕，并预留外保温厚度；4、施工用脚手架、吊篮的搭设应牢固，必须经安装检验合格后，方可施工。横竖杆距墙面、墙角的间距需适度，且应满足保温层厚度和施工操作要求；5、主体结构的各种接缝应提前做好处理；6、作业时环境温度不应低于50C，风力不应大于5级，风速不宜大于10m/s。7、严禁雨天施工，雨期施工应做好防雨措施；（三）保温及其配套材料进入现场复检要求材料进入现场应检测的内容：1、材料的合格证、检测报告是否齐全，是否与所送材料配套。2、抽检材料单位的重量体积与合格证标明是否在合理误差范围内。14、3、检查包装有无破损。4、检查材料是否在有效期内。（四）基层处理墙面应清理干净，表面凸起物大于或等于10mm时应剔除（五）吊垂直、套方、弹控制线，做灰饼用保温浆料做灰饼，也可用废聚苯板裁成55cm粘贴，但应用水泥或其他干缩变形量小的粘结材料粘结。（六）抹保温浆料1、保温浆料的配制：先将36-40kg水倒入砂浆搅拌机中，然后倒入一袋25kg胶粉料搅拌3-5min，再倒入一袋200L聚苯颗粒继续搅拌3min，搅拌均匀后倒出；浆料应在4h内用完；搅拌需设专人专职进行保温浆料及抗裂砂浆的搅拌，保证搅拌时间和加水量的准确。在施工现场搅拌质量可以通过观察其可操作性、抗滑坠性、膏料状态以及其湿表观密度是否控15、制在350420kg/m3之间等方法判断。抹灰时，其平整度偏差不应大于4mm，不抹太厚，以找平为主，抹灰厚度应略高于灰饼的厚度，而后用杠尺刮平，用抹子局部修补平整；待抹完保温面层30min后，用抹子再赶抹墙面，用托线尺检测后达到验收标准。2、保温层施工的几个注意事项：2.1搅拌棚的搭设：搅拌棚的地点应选择背风向；搅拌棚靠近垂直运输机械；搅拌棚三侧封闭，一侧作为进出料通道，应有顶棚，地面应平整坚实；远离砂石料场，处于砂石料场的下风向；2.2在施工保温前应清理干净楼周围，以利于落地灰的回收，落地灰应在4小时内重新搅拌使用2.3门窗边框与墙体连接应预留出保温层的厚度，缝隙应分层填塞密实，并做好了门窗16、框表面的保护。窗户经验收合格后方可进行保温抹灰施工，保温抹灰厚度包裹住窗框宜为10mm，注意保温面层到窗框内侧的距离一致；2.4在保温施工完后，根据设计要求弹出滴水槽控制线，用壁纸刀沿线划开设定的凹槽；槽深1.5cm左右，用抗裂砂浆填满凹槽，将滴水槽嵌入凹槽与抗裂砂浆粘结牢固，收去两侧沿口浮浆，滴水槽应镶嵌牢固、水平。（七）抗裂层施工1、待保温施工完57天且保温层施工质量验收以后，即可进行抗裂层施工。抗裂砂浆的配制：强度等级为42.5的普通硅酸盐水泥:中砂:ZL抗裂剂按1:3:1的重量比用强制型砂浆搅拌机或手提式搅拌器搅拌均匀，配制抗裂砂浆的加料顺序为：先加入抗裂剂再加入中砂搅拌均匀后，再加入17、水泥继续搅拌3min。抗裂砂浆拌和时不得任意加水，并应在2h内用完。2、抹抗裂砂浆铺贴网格布：将耐碱网格布裁好，在保温层上抹抗裂砂浆，厚度控制在3mm（网格搭接处可加厚度至5mm），然后用铁抹子将耐碱网格布压入抗裂砂浆内，网眼砂浆饱满度应为100%；耐碱网格布搭接宽度不应小于50mm，耐碱网格布的边缘严禁干搭接，必须嵌在抗裂砂浆中。阴角处耐碱网格布要压茬搭接，其宽度不应小于50mm；阳角处应压茬搭接其宽度不应小于200mm；搭接处的网眼砂浆饱满都应为100%，同时要抹平、找直，保持阴阳角处的方正和垂直度。3、首层墙面应铺贴双层网格布，第一层铺贴时网格布之间采用对接方法，两层网格布之间的抗裂砂浆18、应饱满，第二层同大面铺法，首层的阳角双层网格布之间铺设专用金属护角，在第一层网格布铺好后，放好金属护角，用抹子拍压出抗裂砂浆，护角高度一般为2m，抹第二遍抗裂砂浆包裹住护角。4、在阴阳角处应加铺一层加强型耐碱网格布，其宽度约为400mm，压入水泥抗裂砂浆中，随后铺贴大面耐碱网格布。在铺贴前，应把在转角处的耐碱网格布，预先折出一道棱角，在抹抗裂砂浆时易成线；在抹完抗裂砂浆20-30min后，把抹子用抗裂剂洗刷干净，在角处夹好靠尺，用做出一边，按同样的办法做另一边。5、在窗洞口等处应沿45方向增贴一道网格布。 6、抗裂层施工的几个注意事项：6.1在抗裂层施工前应在窗框与保温层之间放一预制长条薄板，19、其尺寸为厚3mm、宽5mm，待抗裂层施工完后取出，留做窗户注胶用。6.2对于一些在抗裂层施工时未处理好的孔洞，在孔洞的周边应留出30左右的位置，不抹水泥抗裂砂浆，耐碱网格布沿对角线裁开，形成四个三角片。在修补孔洞时，用保温砂浆填平孔洞，使孔洞周围200mm见方的保温略低于其他保温35mm。保温层干燥后，抹抗裂砂浆，并将原预留耐碱网格布压入水泥抗裂砂浆中，在孔洞周围另加贴一200mm见方的耐碱网格布压平。6.3抗裂防护层的平整度控制首先要求保温隔热层的平整度达到标准，达不到平整质量标准要求应事先用保温浆料找平；窗角、阴阳角等部位的加强网格布应先用ZL水泥抗裂砂浆贴好，接着连续施工大面，掌握先施工20、细部，后施工整体，整片的耐碱网格布压住分散的加强型耐碱网格布的原则；在耐碱网格布搭接时，应将底层耐碱网格布压入抗裂砂浆，后随即压入面层耐碱网格布。施工作业面上应准备一些未拌和的抗裂剂，在耐碱网格布无法压入抗裂砂浆时，可在墙面上抛洒一些抗裂剂，使其湿润，并使抗裂砂浆不粘抹子，应随抹随用扫帚粘刷抗裂剂。（八）涂刷高分子乳液弹性底层涂料在抗裂层施工完2h后即可涂刷高分子乳液弹性底层涂料。（九）刮柔性耐水腻子修补待基层干燥后，对一些重点部位刮柔性耐水腻子找补，这些部位包括：平整度不够的墙面、阴角、阳角、色带以及需要做平涂的部位。八、质量验收1、墙体混凝土浇注完，EPS板侧的组合模板拆除后，对EPS板的21、安装质量进行实测实量，其允许误差见下表。
