企业自筹质量等级：合格该工程位于秦皇岛市北戴河区联峰北路以北拟建北三路以西北戴河区政府东侧。 44#楼功能为研发楼，地下两层，地上6层，地下负二层为地下车库负一层为餐饮。建筑占地面积约为7500，总建筑高度为23.20米，总长141.50米，总宽74.20米，总建筑面积为32000，主体为现浇钢筋混凝土框架剪力墙结构。基础采用大体积整体筏板基础。筏板底标高为-9.6米，筏板厚为 mm，建筑设计使用年限为 年，工程设计等级为 级；建筑分类为 类，地上、地下耐火等级均为 级。（二）、工程地质概况1、地质情况根据岩土工程勘察报告，依地层岩性结构自上而下大致可分为3个工程地质层，现分层描述4、如下：第层土为杂填土:灰褐色,松散稍密,厚度0.51.0m第层土为粘土:黄褐色红褐色,厚度35m。第层土为强风化混合花岗岩:黄褐色厚度56m2、地下水情况根据提供的该工程岩土工程勘察报告，本工程地下水类型主要为风化岩孔隙裂隙潜水，平均稳定水位埋深约为6.0米，绝对标高约为13-15米。主要赋存在基岩的全、强风化带的空隙-裂隙中以及伟晶岩脉发育地段，由于裂隙发育和岩脉分布的不均匀性，地下水常成脉状、片状分布，不均匀性较强，地下水位标高变化也大，局部还具有一定的承压性。补给来源为大气降水、地下径流。根据秦皇岛市水文地质观测资料，剥蚀残丘、台地的地下水的年变幅约在1.5米之内。本工程所取水样的水质分5、析报告，场地地基土对混凝土无腐蚀性，对钢结构有弱腐蚀，在干湿交替的情况下对混凝土中的钢筋有弱腐蚀性，长期浸水无腐蚀性，根据秦皇岛市地区经验，土的腐蚀性特点与地下水是一致的。（三）、工程特性指标根据该工程岩土工程勘察报告第5.2节，根据野外钻探、原位测试及室内土工试验综合分析，场地内各岩土层的承载力fak和压缩模量ES可按下表采用。表2-1地基承载力特征值一览表土层编号土层名称承载力标准值fak（kpa）重力密度（KN/m）压缩模量ES 持力层为强风化混合花岗岩，地基承载力特征值fak=500kpa（未经深宽修正），超挖部分回填C15毛石混凝土，承载力必须达到fak=500kpa。（五）、周围建筑环境根据建设单位提供的有关资料、岩土工程勘察报告以及施工人员现场调查，施工现场周边20米范围内无大的建筑物和堆载，现场土质为7、原土层，无回填土迹象，地下无电线电缆、水管等设施埋设。（六）、本工程基本目标工期目标：严格按照建设单位要求的工期完成本工程深基坑施工任务。质量目标：确保工程质量合格，达到设计图纸、现行有关技术规范、规程及施工验收规范标准。安全目标：施工过程中无伤亡事故，排水与支护系统安全可靠，后续工程顺利施工。文明施工：各工序施工应达到工完场清，不影响文明工地的目标实现。消防保卫：遵守施工现场消防、保卫管理规定，不发生火灾，不出现偷盗、丢失及施工成品破坏现象。（七）、工程内容概述1、本次工程需完成的工作内容：1）实施基坑的开挖与回填；2）基坑坡顶设置地表围堰，雨季防止雨水流入基坑；3）对44#楼深基坑进行动态8、监测工作，本项由专业监测公司进行监测。2、需建设单位协助完成的工作内容：1）施工现场“三通一平”工作，清理地上地下障碍物；2）施工现场最近位置提供至少两个测量放线控制点。三、方案设计概述（一）、基坑开挖深度根据施工图和现场总平面图，4#-7#楼均属高层，各基坑开挖深度情况见下表。表3-1基坑开挖深度一览表建筑物名称0.000绝对标高（m）底板顶设计标高（m）底板厚度（m）设计地表标高（m）现状地面平均标高（m）基坑底绝对标高（m）基坑开挖平均深度（m）44#楼20.65-9.601.2020.2019.759.7510.00备注:备注：楼场地现地面均有起伏变化，所以，取现状地表标高平均值来计算9、基坑开挖深度。基础底板垫层为0.10m。（二）、基坑侧壁安全等级根据本工程基坑开挖深度、工程地质条件、水文地质条件、周围建筑物环境及损坏后可能造成的破坏后果的严重性等因素，本工程基坑侧壁安全等级按建筑基坑支护技术规程（JGJ120-99），建筑边坡技术规范（B50330-2002）、建筑地基基础工程施工质量验收规范（GB50202-2002）及高层建筑岩土工程勘察规范（JGJ72-2004、J366-2004）综合确定情况见下表。表3-2基坑侧壁安全等级确定情况表基坑部位边坡高度H（m）边坡类型周围建筑环境地下水情况破坏后果基坑侧壁安全等级44#10.60土质和岩质边坡基坑周围无建筑物水位在基10、坑地面以下不严重二级四、基坑设计与施工（一）、坡率法设计与计算1、根据本场地工程地质条件、周围建筑物环境特征及施工现场的具体情况，本工程基坑开挖以现地表标高为参照系，44#楼基坑深度按10.0米考虑。根据前述，44#基坑均为土质和岩质边坡，地质条件相对较好，放坡坡率取1：0.75。各土层抗剪强度指标见表2-1，强风化混合花岗岩的边坡岩体类型为类，结构面抗剪强度指标按建筑边坡工程技术规范（GB50330-2002）表4.5.1取值，即：=18，C=45kpa。全风化混合花岗岩取=15， C=35kpa（本地区经验值）。为计算基坑边坡的稳定性，考虑边坡上临时荷载，荷载类型为均布条形荷载，荷载考虑取11、值20kpa。2、基坑坡率法稳定分析按瑞典条分法进行计算，边坡稳定安全系数为0.75。经采用与现行有关规范相配套软件（理正深基坑5.3版）进行反复验算分析优化，当地面超载20kpa或局部无超载时，基坑边坡整体稳定。根据地质剖图所示钻孔资料进行稳定分析，计算结果见下表。表4-1坡率法整体稳定安全系数一览表44#楼天然放坡计算结果道号整体稳定半径圆心坐标圆心坐标 安全系数R(m)Xc(m)Yc(m)14.3263.7857.1559.95123.4034.9506.56710.43032.7056.8215.31710.46142.2669.6413.06412.24151.83212.4121.22012.410（二）、土方开挖鉴于本场地相对空旷，基坑相对独立的特点，可先清除地表填土及地下障碍物等，然后分三步开挖到位。基坑开挖至基底设计标高后，挑出排水明沟并挖出集水井，以备地下水及雨水的排除。协调好各施工队伍衔接关系，全面完成总包方的施工技术要求，控制施工质量与安全。1、土方开挖程序1.1、土方开挖的总体顺序和方法本工程土方开挖较深，基坑的土13、方采用分层分步机械开挖，分层厚度由各基坑开挖深度确定，且基坑机械开挖和基坑护壁交叉同步进行，基坑开挖时应注意保护底板下的原状结构，机械开挖深度控制在基坑底标高以上300mm处,其余由人工清除。基槽挖好后组织勘察、设计单位共同验槽,验槽合格后立即浇筑混凝土垫层。1.2、 机械开挖的方法主要机具：挖土机械有：两台300挖掘机、一台50装载机、多台自卸汽车等。一般机具有：铁锹（尖、平头两种）、手推车、小白线或20号铅丝和钢卷尺以及坡度尺等。1.3、作业条件：（1）土方开挖前，应根据施工方案的要求，将施工区域内的地下、地上障碍物清除和处理完毕。（2）建筑物或构筑物的位置或场地的定位控制线（桩）、标准水14、平桩及开槽的灰线尺寸，必须经过检验合格；并办完预检手续。（3）夜间施工时，应有足够的照明设施；在危险地段应设置明显标志，并要合理安排开挖顺序，防止错挖或超挖。（4）施工机械进入现场所经过的道路、桥梁和卸车设施等，应事先经过检查，必要时要进行加固或加宽等准备工作。（5）施工区域运行路线的布置，根据作业区域工程的大小、机械性能、运距和地形起伏等情况加以确定。（6）熟悉图纸，做好技术交底。1.4、工艺流程：施工准备测放桩位测量放线确定开挖的顺序和坡度分层分步开挖挑出排水明沟和集水坑修边和捡底（1）根据提供的有关资料及现场调查，基坑开挖范围内无大的建筑物和堆载，根据地质勘查报告和现场实际调查，做出边坡15、稳定性验算分析后，土方开挖采用自然放坡，坡度为1：0.75。根据施工过程中基坑的即时情况随时做好基坑支撑准备。开挖基坑土方时，先由西向东开挖到轴，分三层开挖，挖完后再由北向南开挖到35轴也分三层开挖最后在南侧施工大门附近拉坡道用三台300挖掘机传递试将土方挖出。土方自卸汽车运至场外，挖至基坑底部设计标高上300mm停止开挖，人工修边捡底。（2）在开挖过程中，随时检查槽壁和边坡的状态。深度大于1.5m时，根据土质变化情况，做好基坑支撑准备，以防坍陷。（3）在机械施工挖不到的土方，配合人工随时进行挖掘，并用手推车把土运到机械挖到的地方，以便及时用机械挖走。（4）修帮和清底。在距槽底设计标高300m16、m槽帮处，抄出水平线，钉上小木撅，然后用人工将暂留土层挖走。同时由两端轴线（中心线）引桩拉通线（用小线或铅丝），检查距槽边尺寸，确定槽宽标准，以此修整槽边。最后清除槽底土方。（5）槽底修理铲平后，进行质量检查验收。1.5、人工捡底的方法基坑形成后根据已建立的建筑物轴线控制网和高程控制桩，将轴线标高引测于坑内，并在坑内建立临时轴线控制网，测放出基础垫层外框线，作为人工捡底的依据，人工捡底应采用锹镐进行开挖，开挖过程中应注意基底标高，防止超挖，人工开挖前应邀建设单位、监理单位、质监等部门进行验槽。1.6、土方的运输和堆放土方运至建设单位指定的处堆放。堆放场地内，将土方按土的类型分类堆放.（三）、集17、水井明排设计与施工1、基坑内排水系统在楼基坑内各边坡脚处设置明排沟，明排沟距坡脚0.3m，应比槽底低0.5m，宽0.4m左右，填满碎石做成盲沟，在基坑拐角处设置集水井，靠基坑底南侧中间部位增设1个集水井北侧增设两个集水井内放入直径380mm无莎混凝土滤水管，管外填砾料。明排沟结构及集水井结构详见下图：2、坡顶排水系统每个独立基坑坡顶沿基坑周边设置最少两个带有沉淀池的集水池（3m1.5m1.5m），基坑内排水系统就近排放到临近的集水池内，经沉淀池沉淀澄清后，将清水按业主指定的排放地点进行排放。详见基坑降水排水系统布置简图。见下图。在基坑坡顶四周设置围堰，围堰高宽为300500mm，用黏性土堆筑并18、拍实，距坡顶约2.0米处。围堰作用是防止雨水流入基坑。根据现场实际情况，出土坡道设置在每个基坑的东侧。（四）、边坡施工与维护根据建设单位提供的有关资料、岩土工程勘察报告以及施工人员现场调查，施工现场范围内无大的建筑物和堆载，现场土质为原土层，无回填土迹象，地下无电线电缆、水管等设施埋设，根据建设单位要求，经过边坡稳定性分析计算，本工程土方开挖采用自然放坡形式，坡度为1：0.75。在开挖第一层与第二层之间高度设置退台，退台宽一米。土方开挖过程中，即开始对边坡进行维护。组织人员跟踪施工，机械挖出边坡后，立即用铁锹修平边坡，对不稳定的悬块或虚土及时铲除。在开挖过程中，随时检查槽壁和边坡的状态。深度大19、于1.5m时，根据土质变化情况，做好基坑支撑准备，以防坍陷。基坑临边搭设不低于1.5米的防护栏杆，保证施工中工作人员的安全。在基坑四角设专用爬梯确保施工人员上下安全。边坡稳定性分析计算详细情况见附表2。（五）、基坑回填程序1、主要机具：1.1、装运土方机械有：300挖掘机、50装载机、自卸汽车等。1.2、碾压机械有：平碾、羊足碾和振动碾等。1.3、一般机具有：电动打夯机、手推车、铁锹、钢尺等。2、作业条件：2.1、施工前应根据工程特点、填方土料种类、密实度要求、施工条件等，合理地确定填方土料含水量控制范围、虚铺厚度和压实遍数等参数。2.2、填土前应对填方基底和已完工程进行检查和中间验收，合格后20、要作好隐蔽检查和验收手续。2.3、施工前，应做好水平高程标志布置。2.4、确定好土方机械、车辆的行走路线，应事先经过检查，必要时要进行加固加宽等准备工作。3、工艺流程：基坑底地坪上清理检验土质分层铺土分层碾压密实检验密实度修整找平验收3.1、填土时应先清除基底的树根、积水、淤泥和有机杂物。3.2、检验土质。回填土采用中粗砂,检验回填土料的种类、粒径，有无杂物，是否符合规定，以及土料的含水量是否在控制范围内；如含水量偏高，可采用翻松、晾晒或均匀掺入干土等措施；如遇填料含水量偏低，可采用预先洒水润湿等措施。3.3、填土应分层铺摊。回填土时应素土分层予以夯实,机械夯实每层厚度不超过500mm,人工夯21、实每层厚度不超过200mm压实系数0.94。3.4、碾压时，轮（夯）迹应相互搭接，防止漏压或漏夯。长宽比较大时，填土应分段进行。每层接缝处应作成斜坡形，碾迹重叠。重叠0.5l.0m左右，上下层错缝距离不应小于1m。3.5、填方超出基底表面时，应保证边缘部位的压实质量。填土后，如设计不要求边坡修整，宜将填方边缘宽填0.5m；如设计要求边坡修平拍实，宽填可为0.2m。3.6、在机械施工碾压不到的填土部位，应配合人工推土填充，用蛙式或柴油打夯机分层夯打密实。3.7、回填土方每层压实后，应按规范规定进行环刀取样，测出干土的质量密度，达到要求后，再进行上一层的铺土。3.8、填方全部完成后，表面应进行拉线22、找平，凡超过标准高程的地方，及时依线铲平；凡低于标准高程的地方，应补土找平夯实。五、基坑工程现场监测（一）、监测目的在基坑开挖及地下工程施工过程中，对基坑岩土性状、支护结构变位和周围环境条件变化，进行各种观测及分析工作，并将观测结构及时反馈，以指导设计与施工。(二)、监测内容本次现场观测主要包括以下内容：1、维护结构（边坡）顶部的水平与竖向位移；2、地表裂缝（1.0H范围内）；3、自然环境（雨水、气温、风力等）；4、地下水位的变化。（三）、测点布置1、基准点的布设观测基准点，应设在基坑工程影响范围以外，一般距基坑周边应不小于5H（H为基坑开挖深度），也不宜小于30-50米，且数量不应少于2点。23、根据现场条件，初步拟在厂区东、西两侧40米处个埋设2个互相通视良好的基准点。以打入地下1.5米深直径大于28的钢筋，同时用混凝土将其保护好，每次观测前进行相互校核，确定未被移动后才施测。2、沉降观测点的布设根据周围建筑物的实际情况，在基坑四周设置4个观测点，以打入地下1.5米深直径大于28的钢筋，同时用混凝土将其保护好。（四）、观测方法1、观测仪器的选用沉降观测所用仪器使用DS1型自动安平精密水准仪、铟瓦合金标尺，按光学测微法观测，二级沉降观测。支护结构位移观测采用DJ23型经纬仪，二级位移观测。2、执行的规范和规程1）工程测量规范（GB50026-2007）；2）建筑变形测量规程（JGJ/T24、8-2007）;3）建筑地基基地工程施工质量验收规范（GB50202-2002）；4）建筑基坑工程监测技术规范（GB50497-2009）。3、观测精度根据本工程沉降观测与变形观测等级，其观测精度见表5-1、表5-2与表5-3所示。表5-1水准观测的限差（mm）等级基辅分划（黑红面）读数之差基辅分（黑红面）所测高差之差往返较差及闭合或环线闭合差单程双测站所测高差较差检测已测测段高差之差二级0.50.71.0n0.7n1.5n注：表中n为测站数表5-2水准观测的视线长度、前后视距差和视线高度（m）等级视线长度前后视距差前后视距累计差视线高度二级502.03.00.2表5-3方向观测法限差（）仪器25、类别两次照准目标读数差半测回归零差一测回内2C互差同一方向值各测回互差DJ268138注：当照准方向的垂直角超过3，该方向的2C互差可按同一观测时间段内相邻测回进行比较，其差值仍按表中规定。4、监测项目监控值监测项目监控值见表5-4所示。表5-4基坑变形的监控值（cm）基坑类别维护结构墙顶位移监控值维护结构墙体最大位移监控值地面最大沉降监控值二级基坑6865、建筑基坑工程周边环境监测报警值周边环境监测报警值见表5-5所示。表5-5建筑基坑工程周边环境监测报警值 项目监测对象累计值（mm）变化速率（mm/d）临近建（构）筑物位移10-601-3（五）、监测结果处理要求和监测结果反馈制度1、通过对26、监测取得的数据及时分析，可以及时了解基坑边坡的沉降变形状况，以便及时采取恰当的补救和控制措施。同时要求现场变形观测的数据必须准确、可靠、及时。要求变形观测人员严格按照预定设计方案精心测量、认真负责，保证观测质量。2、观测数据应及时分析整理，沉降、位移等观测项目尚应绘制随时间变化的关系曲线，对变形的发展趋势作出评价。当观测数据达到报警值时必须立即通报有关单位和人员。3、监测记录和监测报告应采用监测记录表格，并应由监测、记录、校核人员签字。4、在监测工作完成后，由监测人员提交完整的基坑工程现场监测报告。六、施工组织机构为实现本工程施工的优质、高速、安全、文明、低耗的目标，本工程采用项目法施工管理体27、制。（一）、施工管理体制的设置原则1、形成一定权威性的统一指挥系统，协调各方面的关系，确保工程按要求顺利完成。2、根据本工程规模、技术复杂程度等因素建立管理组织。3、采用项目管理体制的同时，经济合同手段辅助以部分行政手段，明确各方面责、权、利。（二）、组建项目经理部本工程拟实行项目法施工管理，委派我公司实践经验丰富和管理水平高的同志担任项目部主要负责人，选聘技术、管理水平较高的技术人员、管理人员、专业工长组建项目部。项目管理层由项目经理、项目副经理、工程部技术部、质安部、材料部等成员组成，在建设单位、监理单位和公司的指导下，负责对本工程的工期、质量安全、成本等实施计划、组织、协调、控制和决策，28、对各生产施工要素实施全过程的动态管理。项目经理部对过程项目进行计划管理，计划管理主要体现在工程项目综合进度计划和经济计划。进度计划包括：施工总进度计划，分部分项工程进度计划，施工进度控制计划，设备供应进度计划，竣工验收进度计划。经济计划包括：劳动力计划，施工机具计划，工程项目降低成本措施及降低成本计划，资金使用计划，利润计划等。作业层人员的配备：施工人员均挑选有丰富施工经验和劳动技能的正式工和合同工组成作业班组，挑选技术过硬、思想素质好的正式职工带班。为保证项目部管理层指令畅通有效，工作安排采用“施工任务书”的形式。要求签发人和执行人签字，项目经理层做为执行的监督者。施工任务书的工作内容完成后29、由签发人封闭并签字，如未能封闭必须找出原因并对执行人进行处罚。工程部：现场机械设备的维护、保养，运行记录，水电施工现场指挥，直接管理和指挥班组施工生产。技术部：方案制定，资料整理，材料送检。质检部：质量检查、质量预控、质量验收。安全部：安全检查、文明施工、生活卫生检查、现场保卫和食堂管理。材料部：材料采购、装卸、保管、发放。本工程管理组织机构如下图：项目部经理项目副经理工程部技术部质检部安全部材料部本基坑工程主要计划有：深基坑专项施工进度计划，劳动力计划，设备机具计划。计划见附表2。七、安全生产保证体系与文明施工完善安全管理体制，建立健全的安全管理制度、安全管理机构和安全生产责任制是安全管理的30、重要内容，是实现安全生产目标管理的组织保证。（一）、施工安全管理目标和安全防范要点1、本项目安全目标确定为“六无”即：（1）无工伤死亡事故；（2）无拆迁工程事故和设备安装工程重伤以上（含重伤）事故；（3）无基坑坍塌事故；（4）无重大机电设备事故、重大交通事故及火灾事故；（5）无因施工造成地表沉陷及由此导致交通中断、通讯中断、漏水、漏气等重大事故；（6）无10人以上集体中毒事故。2、根据本项目工程特点，安全防范重点有以下八个方面(1)防高处坠落事故； (2)防基坑坍塌事故：(3)防起重伤害事故； (4)防触电雷击事故；(5)防机械伤害事故： (6)防行车交通事故；(7)防火灾事故； (8)防台风31、洪灾事故；（二）、施工安全保证体系及安全生产责任制1、建立完善施工安全保证体系项目经理部成立以项目经理、副经理、总工程师为首的安全领导小组，组织领导安全施工管理工作，定期进行安全检查、召开安全分析会议，分析安全保证计划的执行情况，及时发现问题，研究改进措施，积极推动项目经理部全面安全管理工作的深入开展。2、建立健全安全自检制度项目经理部建立二级安全管理体系，项目经理部设质量安全部，配2名专职安全检查工程师，施工班组设专职安检员、兼职安检员，在施工过程中自下而上分别实施检查任务。同时认真接受建设单位安全监督和监理单位的监理，接受社会安全监督部门的监督。
