工程概况金地塞拉维花园（A909-0138地块）位于深圳市宝安观澜社区，西面为梅观2、高速辅道，东、南、北面均为规划路，北临横坑水库，交通便利。本工程总建筑面积136477.50平米，建筑物高度不超过29.7m，主要由低坡住宅、高坡住宅、五层叠拼住宅、八层复式住宅、八层平层住宅、幼儿园及商铺组成，包含24栋住宅和1栋幼儿园，其中7栋8层住宅、7栋5层住宅和10栋3层别墅，2个一层地下室（局部2层）作为停车库使用。3层、5层住宅及幼儿园、地下室结构类型为框架结构体系，8层住宅结构类型为剪力墙结构体系，抗震烈度按7度设防。本工程天面大部分采用斜坡屋面，坡度最小45，最大64。斜坡最长7.85m，屋面板厚仅150mm，采用C30混凝土，施工难度大。2 工程特点及难点斜屋面的施工难点主3、要体现在混凝土的浇筑和钢筋的配料绑扎。经类似工程实践，为保证屋面形状和厚度，必须采用类似剪力墙的双层夹模板施工工艺。考虑到斜屋面斜板长达7.85m，需分层浇筑，因此，斜屋面的上部模板采取部分封闭，预留混凝土浇筑槽，以利于混凝土的下料及振捣，在混凝土浇筑过程中分层适时封闭。3 斜屋面施工工艺原理本施工方法是在按要求安装好坡屋面底层模板后，再沿环屋面处按要求安装好面模并预留适当宽度适中的浇筑槽，然后依据坡屋面的走向沿坡底至坡顶的方向布置竖向龙骨和横向钢管，竖向龙骨与底层模板间通过限位止水螺栓进行夹固、定位，以此来控制结构的厚度及安装面层模板的依据。中间预留的浇筑槽面模按放样结果事先分级预制，安装时4、将事先预制的面层模板摆放进竖向龙骨之间，通过铁钉将面层模板与竖向龙骨钉牢即可。泥水工绕坡屋面四周从预留浇筑槽浇筑已安装好一级模板的混凝土，木工绕坡屋面四周封闭浇筑槽，每封闭完一层浇筑槽后即可从第二级浇筑槽浇筑下一层混凝土。采用逐层浇筑、逐层封闭的方法、相互依次循环进行，直至浇筑结束。4 施工部署因本工程斜屋面结构层局部存在双梁和斜梁，为保证顶层斜屋面的施工质量，每栋拟分4次进行混凝土的浇筑：1、支设钢管满堂架、屋面平层标高以下墙柱和水平梁钢筋绑扎、模板支设后进行第1次混凝土的浇筑，同时预留斜梁插筋；2、斜屋面钢管满堂架搭设、水平梁标高以上墙柱钢筋绑扎、模板支设后进行第2次混凝土的浇筑，墙柱混凝5、土浇至折梁底标高以下50mm；3、斜屋面双面支模完成后，预留屋面外挑各种构件插筋和固定装饰页岩砖的插筋，再进行斜屋面砼的浇筑；并及时跟进养护；4、斜屋面上层模板拆除后，清理各种插筋和混凝土交接面，进行屋面构件的施工。5、本工程有几栋斜屋面纵向长度较大，如无法保证一次性浇筑完成，需分2次进行施工，施工缝留置在中间跨1/3坡高部位，采用快易收口网进行封堵。6、在屋面外防水施工阶段，重点对施工缝部位进行加强处理，加铺一层500mm宽的柔性卷材后再进行大面卷材的铺贴。5 施工准备5.1 材料要求梁板模板采用胶合板，规格为915mm1830mm18mm，竖向龙骨采用50mm100mm方木双拼，面层模板侧6、压骨采用300mm长的50mm100mm方木。止水螺栓规格可采用12，止水片规格采用50mm80mm ，配蝴蝶扣或螺母，形成固定支撑体系。支撑采用48钢管，其间距、排距经计算后确定，并按规定布置好水平撑及拉撑。针对坡屋面板厚较小，钢筋较密的特点，粗骨料宜采用5mm20mm碎卵石，易于浇筑密实。砂宜采用中砂，并符合有关规范规定。5.2 机具设备模板预制安装设备：锯木机、电刨机、锤子、扳手、墨斗（弹线器）。钢筋加工、安装设备：切割机、电焊机、弯曲机、扎钩、铁丝。混凝土浇筑设备：铁铲、小锤、插入式振动器。运输及起吊设备：塔吊、汽车泵、混凝土吊斗等。6 工艺流程及操作要点6.1 工艺流程6.2 模板工7、程施工6.2.1 斜屋面满堂架支撑体系（1）斜屋面满堂架支撑体系采用48mm3.0mm钢管搭设，模板使用915183018mm胶合板；板底50100mm背枋间距250mm；梁底上排枋间距为300mm，下排为48钢管支撑；梁旁板底外侧设压脚板，梁侧板支撑间距不大于500mm。（2）满堂架立杆排距8001000mm1000mm，立杆底部用木板做垫块，纵横向水平杆沿高每1.5m设一道，底部设纵横扫地杆。（3）纵横向每隔68m设一道竖向剪刀撑，剪刀撑底部到地。6.2.2 斜屋面测量放线（1）结合电子版图纸，在电脑上计算出屋脊线和变坡交叉线在楼层上的投影位置，在楼层轴线定位放线的同时，测放出以上投影线；8、（2）满堂架搭设完，进行斜屋面底模底支撑斜钢管定位时，采用吊线的方式，先根据以上投影线定出屋脊线和变坡交叉线，再根据屋面坡度走向预铺其他部位的支撑钢管和板底木枋；（3）标高的控制：首先引测楼层标高至外侧的无顶部支撑的立杆上，再定出屋脊线和变坡交叉线部位板底支撑斜钢管最高和最低点的标高，其他位置的标高根据坡度走向进行测放。6.2.3 分层厚度的确定已封模板的宽度与预留浇筑槽宽度之和成为混凝土分层浇筑的厚度（见图1，第一层除外），控制在15201830mm（915mm+915mm，即二块胶合模板规格）。其中浇筑槽宽度最大为一块胶合模板宽度，已封模板宽度控制在915mm（一块标准模板规格），这样既能9、较好地处理混凝土的下料难度、振捣难度、模板后封闭的稳定性以及确保每层混凝土的施工不出现冷缝等矛盾，又有效地节省了材料。6.2.4 浇筑槽位置的确定按分层厚度的确定原则可大体确定浇筑槽的位置，但还应考虑如下几方面：（1）水平框架梁、水平次梁等的水平方向混凝土梁上口均应设置混凝土浇筑槽。否则梁内混凝土无法振捣密实。（2）按图1留设后封模位置，否则振捣棒很难正确插入梁内或板内振捣，从而引起混凝土不密实。（3）浇筑槽由上向下排列，同时天沟等复杂处也应留设浇筑槽。6.2.5 竖向龙骨、止水螺杆设置竖向龙骨采用50mm100mm方木双拼，布置间距依据预制的面层模板模数级而定，竖向龙骨双拼间的空隙用小木条夹10、钉（见图2及1-1剖面图）。竖向龙骨与底层模板间固定采用对拉螺栓高度限位加焊止水片，限位止水螺栓采用12，布置控制在600mm800mm左右，浇筑槽内原则上不设限位止水螺杆。这种做法不但能保证结构厚度，还能延长渗水路线，增加对渗透水的阻力。止水片与螺栓应满焊严密。安装完毕经技术复核后方可进行下道工序施工。6.2.6 后封模板封模施工（1）封模流程：清理浇筑口周边混凝土向浇筑口内放入预制好的封口模板 对齐复核，用铁钉将侧骨与斜坡面竖向龙骨钉牢由上至下插入锁紧钢管浇筑上一层混凝土最后一层混凝土浇筑完毕。（2）注意事项：压紧后封模板用的钢管应在支设整体模板时预先放入，以免后期无法放入。后封面层模板经11、放样予以事先预制好，不足处经现场放样后确定，这样一方面便于模板安装、周转，节约材料；另一方面也有利于混凝土浇筑及在施工中检查混凝土浇筑是否密实，可适当的减少混凝土上、下层搭接时间，减少冷缝产生。后封面层模板预制时两侧边加钉300mm长的50mm100mm侧压骨，宽度应小于浇筑槽10mm（两端各5mm），以便于面层模板安放。安装时将面层模板的上边缘与竖向龙骨的下边缘对齐，通过铁钉将面层模板的侧压骨与竖向龙骨钉牢（见图2及2-2剖面图）。6.2.7 钢筋工程施工本工程斜屋面板厚150mm，板钢筋保护层20mm，板筋为10150双层双向，两层钢筋内间距为70mm，再加上马镫、板撑及限位止水螺杆等的影12、响，混凝土的下料阻力很大，特采取如下措施：（1）错筋绑扎：在满足设计与规范要求的前提下，增加了板筋之间的净距，使混凝土易于流动。（2）梁柱节点处及梁交汇处钢筋绑扎：a.钢筋放样前应熟悉施工图，放样时必须考虑钢筋的叠放位置和穿插顺序以确定加工尺寸；b.主、次梁筋在下，梁、柱交汇节点处注意钢筋绑扎对位、弯折脚的朝向，应留出混凝土下料及振捣棒下棒的位置，以便下料及插捣。（3）为了避免在浇捣混凝土过程中板面钢筋下陷，保证板筋的有效高度，在双层钢筋网之间应增设有效的支撑马凳筋，支撑马凳筋为12，间距不大于600mm600mm，同一方向上的支撑不少于2道，且距板筋末端不大于150mm。支撑马凳筋（4）钢筋13、相互间应绑扎牢固，以防止浇捣混凝土时，因碰撞、振动使绑扣松散，钢筋移位，造成露筋。（5）马凳筋与上、下层钢筋接触点采用点焊，同时在其周边23道范围内的上、下层钢筋网也采取点焊，以加强钢筋网整体稳定性。（6）绑扎钢筋时，应按设计规定留足保护层。留设保护层，应以相同配合比的水泥砂浆制成垫块，将钢筋垫起，严禁以钢筋垫钢筋或将钢筋用铁钉、铁丝直接固定在模板上。6.3 混凝土工程施工由于现场场地原因，部分楼栋不能用天泵浇筑，部分楼栋塔吊够不着。综合考虑工作效率及安全性，本工程斜屋面混凝土浇筑优先采用天泵，斜屋面顶部有平台的考虑用布料机，其余的用塔吊配合。在檐口搭设宽850mm的操作架，并同时作为安全防护14、架。在屋面径向设置4条600mm宽的斜道，上钉防滑条，按施工操作进程随时移动。浇筑混凝土时，以斜屋檐为起点，绕屋面一周循环浇筑，浇筑完一层后即可封闭上一层预留面层模板，逐级逐段封闭面层模板，然后逐级浇筑混凝土，相互依次循环进行，直至浇筑结束。对于结构尺寸较大的，周长较大的坡屋面，应在施工前根据每层混凝土浇筑的速度，计算好浇筑时间。如有必要时，可适当考虑添加缓凝剂，避免混凝土搭接前产生冷缝。为保证混凝土浇筑密实度和表面观感，采取以下措施：（1）采用小型振捣棒（32），使得振捣棒在600915mm宽的浇筑槽内自由插入，并在150mm厚的板内（钢筋间的净距离为70mm）振捣混凝土，同时能避免棒径过大15、，振弯钢筋。浇筑过程中采用小锤敲击检查是否已浇筑密实。（2）委托商品混凝土供应单位进行混凝土的试配和优化设计，重点是混凝土的收缩和抗渗问题。混凝土强度等级为C30，混凝土用碎石粒径选用520mm，坍落度控制在140160mm。（3）在面层模板上钻20mm500mm的排气孔，防止水化热的影响。（4）待混凝土初凝后，及时拆除面层夹模板，拆模时应小心，严禁乱撬，以免造成止水螺栓松动。拆模后由抹灰工以刮尺、铁板收面，加浆压面。（5）混凝土养护应在初凝后立即进行，采取前期盖湿麻袋，后期淋水养护14d，从而有效地防止混凝土收缩产生的裂缝。（6）浇筑混凝土时在模板面上口临时设置50cm高的挡板，避免浇筑时骨16、料滑落。7 外架围护塔楼外立面钢管脚手架在屋面檐口部位向上延伸搭设一步架，作为屋面面结构施工外围的操作兼防护架：1）脚手架立杆横距850mm、立杆纵距1500mm；2）操作层设防护栏杆、踢脚板、并满铺钢笆，脚手架外侧满挂密目安全网；3）因屋面局部线条太宽导致落地外架立杆无法避开线条时，为保证屋面施工有足够的操作空间，拟局部采用外挑外架，具体如下图：8 劳动力组织及安全措施施工前木工工长应对木工班组进行详细的技术安全交底，特别是面层模板的分级模数应交底清楚，以免安装时出现错误。由于木工班组大量的工作量事先已完成，安装面层模板工作相对较简单，因此，在浇筑混凝土时木工由23人组成，即可满足施工需要。17、浇筑混凝土时，在一名泥水工长的统一指挥下，一般可由12个泥水组，每组45人，组成一个泥水操作班组进行施工。木工、泥水工在分级施工中，其工序交接应待同一方向上的工作面结束后进行，应避免在同一方向上的工作面同时进行模板安装与浇筑混凝土。操作班组就位前，应针对本分项工程施工操作特点，进行安全交底，施工中应加强安全巡检，着重检查配件牢固情况，特别应做好外架的封闭及防护工作。模板安装、拆除严格按照操作规程进行操作，禁止酒后上岗。模板支撑拆下后，应及时进行清理，并分类予以堆放整齐。9
