The staff elevator can be used when job required and staff shall consciously be ch36、ecked by security guard.6) 除经理级人员外,不准使用客用卫生间、电梯、电话、餐厅等设施。Do not use washroom, elevator, telephone, restaurants and other guest-use facilities except manager.7) 员工必须严格按照本专业的技术标准及操作规范进行工作,严格遵守安全操作规程及安全管理制度,避免造成人身事故。Staff must strictly follow the technical standard and operating condition to work and o37、bey the safety operating procedure and safety managing system to avoid any accident.8) 员工应注意保持良好的工作环境卫生,不得随地吐痰,乱丢杂物、烟头。Maintain a good working circumstance and sanitation; no spitting, throwing trash and cigarettes.9) 对客工作场所禁止吸烟,严禁大声喧哗。No smoking in public area and no loud talking.10) 提倡文明礼貌,严禁粗言秽语,38、不得有不雅行为动作,不准与客人争辩或在公共场所与同事争论。Be civilized and polite, no swearing, rude behavior, contest with customers or argue with colleague in public area.11) 员工在接听电话时应使用文明礼貌用语,并报出本部门名称。Staff shall use civilized and polite language and notify the department name when answering the phone.12) 员工在接待外来宾客时要注意文明礼貌,热39、情接待。Be gentle, polite and friendly when serving customers.13) 禁止暗示客人要给小费。It is strictly forbidden to ask guests for tips.14) 员工应注意个人卫生,着装整洁;常修指甲、勤换衣服。Staff shall take great care of their personal hygiene, appearance and grooming.15) 工作时间内不得翻阅报纸和小说、睡觉、玩游戏;工作时间内不得吃零食;在本酒店范围及宿舍范围内不准赌博。Reading news pape40、rs and novels, sleeping, playing card is strictly forbidden during working hours; no snacks while on duty; No gambling in the hotel and dormitory area.16) 员工应认真执行本酒店财务规定,节约经费,及时办理报销手续等。Staff shall perform the accounting rules to save costs and handle reimbursement in time.17) 员工必须遵守有关物资领用的有关规定。爱护、珍惜41、和合理使用所提供的各类用品及设备,如有意或违反纪律而导致损坏公共物品,除按价值赔偿外,还将给予纪律处分。 Staff shall obey relevant regulations for getting materials. take good care and use the facilities and equipments with care, if any damage caused by disobeying the rules, the compensation is according to the value and the person will be punished.142、8) 员工应遵守酒店的安全防火规定,自觉清除火灾隐患,并有在火灾发生时进行扑救火灾、火灾后保护现场,协助有关人员调查情况等义务。Staff shall obey the fire security regulations, consciously clean up dangerous contents, assist to control when fire happen, protect the scene and assist relevant personnel to investigate.19) 员工在酒店范围内拾到的任何物品,应立即送交管家部,并办理有关的登记手续。如发现客人遗留的43、物品,应立即报告大堂副理并交管家部保存。If any item is found in the hotel area by the staff, the item shall be immediately sent to housekeeping department and register. If any guest item is found, inform the assistant manager immediately and hand it over to the housekeeping department.20) 员工如盗窃财物,不论该对象属于客人或同事,一律按该物品价值赔44、偿,并将立即被解除劳动合同。If any item is stolen by the staff, no matter the item is belong to the customers or colleague, compensating is according to the value of the item and contract termination is immediately performed.21) 各级管理人员不得利用职权给亲友以特殊优惠。Special discount for relatives is strictly forbidden for all sta45、ff.22) 员工在工作时间内应谢绝一切亲友探访。Staff shall refuse any relative visit during working hour.3、 仪容仪表 Grooming1) 仪容仪表要端庄大方,美观得体,不得穿着奇装异服。Staff shall pay more attention to the grooming and no bizarre dress.2) 头发要梳理整齐,“浏海”不得遮住眼睛,不准理奇异发型。女员工短发不得盖住肩头。长发应用深色素面发夹盘起。男员工头发鬓角不得盖住耳朵与领口,不准留胡须,鼻毛、耳毛要勤修剪。Hair shall be trim46、ness; the hair bang shall not cover eyes, no extreme hair style. Short hair shall not cover shoulders for female staff. Long hair must be tied up with dark color ribbon. The temple shall not cover ears and collars for male staff, no beard, and nose hair shall be regularly trimmed.3) 女员工应保持淡雅清妆,不准浓妆艳47、抹或使用味浓的化妆品。勤修指甲,禁止佩戴大的耳环、涂鲜红或深色的指甲油。 Elegant and discreet make-up is required for female staff. Nails shall be regularly trimmed. No extreme earrings and red or dark color nail polish.4) 可佩戴一枚小型戒指或款式朴素大方的手表(厨房员工除外)。项链应戴在衬衣内。女员工可戴不带耳坠的小型耳环一对,不准戴手镯或脚链。男员工不准戴耳环。All staff shall not wear jewelry other th48、an a wedding ring or a watch (kitchen staff are not allowed to wear rings while on duty). Necklace shall be worn inside the shirt. A pair of studs is allowed to wear for female staff. No bracelet or anklet while on duty. No earring for male staff.5) 所有员工都必须确保所穿的制服干净整洁(包括鞋子),并且都佩带了铭牌。All staff shall 49、ensure that the uniform (shoes are included) is clean and name badge is worn.4、 工作态度 Working Attitude1) 面带微笑,注重礼仪,真诚待客,讲求时效,密切合作,忠诚老实。Keep smiling; be gentle and sincere to customers. Work and cooperate efficiently and honestly with others.2) 员工应尊重领导,服从管理。按时完成任务,不准无故拖延、拒绝或终止工作。Staff shall respect an50、d obey the hotel management. Perform and finish assignment on time.3) 有不同意见应先执行后再向上级反映或投诉。Report or complain to immediate leadership after performance if you have any other opinion.4) 有问题应逐级请示汇报。如遇紧急情况,且直接主管不在场时,可越级请示或反映问题。Ask for instruction from the management if any problem. If any emergency happ51、en when your immediate supervisor is not around, report to the manager.第五章 劳动条例 Chapter 6 Labor Regulations1、 聘用 Recruitment1) 本酒店录用员工实行公开招聘、平等竞争、双向选择、择优录取的原则。Public recruitment, equal competition and selection, contest mobility are the recruitment principle of the hotel.2) 凡来酒店应聘者,必须严格按照酒店的既定招聘程序报名52、面试、体检、录用、培训、签订劳动合同、试用期考核等步骤循序进行,以确保员工质量。Every candidate must strictly follow the established procedure for the recruitment: interview, medical check, employment, and training, sign the employment contract, probation examination to ensure the quality of our staff.2、 体检 Medical Check1) 为了员工的身体健康,确保酒店53、卫生安全,所有面试合格的新进员工必须于入职前进行身体检查并核发健康证,健康合格者方可录用。健康证应在上班的第一天交给人力资源部。录用后,员工必须每年进行身体检查以使健康证处于有效期内。For your own safety and also to ensure the hotel sanitation, all new staff shall have medical check prior and the medical certificate shall be handed to HR department on the first date coming on position. Sta54、ff shall have medical check every year to ensure the valid period of the medical certificate once employed.2) 入职后患有慢性传染病或其它不适宜酒店工作的疾病者,将予以解除劳动合同。入职前患有不适宜酒店工作之疾病而隐瞒既往病史者,一经发现,立即解除劳动合同。If staff suffers from chronic disease or other disease which is not suitable working for the hotel after employed, hi55、s/her contract will be terminated. If staff hide any disease history which is not suitable working for the hotel, their contract will be terminated immediately once proved.3、 人事纪录 Personal Record1) 拟聘人员应提交个人相关的资料及填写职位申请表。员工必须如实地填写规定的表格并按本酒店要求提供需要查验的证明资料原件和存档复印件。Candidate shall hand in relevant perso56、nal material and fill in JOB APPLICATION FORM. Staff must fill in the form according to the fact and hand in relevant original certificates and copies.2) 人力资源部有权对应聘者和已经录用的员工历史情况进行调查。在录用后的任何时间内,如发现有隐瞒、填写不实之词等欺骗行为,立即予以解除劳动合同,且不予任何经济补偿。The HR department reserves the rights to investigate the history of57、 candidates and staff. If any cheating is found after the employment, the contract will be terminated immediately without compensation.3) 个人资料如有变动,应于5个工作日内书面通知人力资源部进行更新。若因员工没有及时报告个人资料的变更而造成的相应损失,酒店对此将不承担任何责任。If any change of personal material is needed, the staff shall inform HR department by writte58、n notice in 5 days to update it. The hotel is not liable if any loss coursed to the staff by the staff did not report for changes.4) 员工与酒店劳动关系存续期间不得与其它用人单位存在任何形式的劳动关系,亦不得从事兼职工作。否则,酒店有权随时解除劳动合同,并且不予任何经济补偿。Staff shall not have any labor relationship with other companies during employment contract peri59、od with the hotel. Or the hotel management is entitled to terminate the employment contract immediately without any compensation.4、 录用手续 Employment Procedure凡被本酒店录用的员工均需办理有关录用手续。员工应于正式上班前将身份证、毕业证、计划生育证等复印副本交人力资源部,用于办理正式录用手续。Employees of the hotel shall go through relevant employment procedure. Emplo60、yees shall hand in copies of ID, diploma, family planning certificate, etc to HR department for the employment procedure.5、 劳动合同 Employment Contract全体员工按照“平等自愿,协商一致”的原则与本酒店签署劳动合同,双方的权利和义务以劳动合同及附件规定。All employees shall sign the employment contract with the hotel according to the principle of equal, v61、oluntary and unanimous. The rights and responsibilities are according to the employment contract.6、 试用期 Probation1) 所有被录用的员工将因工作岗位需要,按劳动法规定与本酒店约定一定期限的试用期。试用期包含在合同期限之内,并且不超过劳动合同法规定的最高时限。试用期满,符合岗位用工标准者可继续在本酒店留用。All new employees are required to have regular probation period according to the LABOR LAW.62、 Employees will be turned to proper staff after probation.2) 在试用过程中,如发现工作能力差或身体条件达不到酒店要求者,酒店将作解除劳动合同处理。The hotel can terminate the employment contract if the employees do not meet the body condition requirement for the daily operation during probation.3) 员工试用期内提出辞职需提前七天通知所在部门,并经所在部门报酒店人力资源部及至总经理批准。提63、前天数不足七天的,则以扣除离职者实际相差天数的工资代替通知期。During probation period, shall an employee intend to terminate his/her contract, a resignation notice is required to be handed to the department 7 days in advance. The termination will be effective after the approval of the department head and HR department and the per64、mission of general manager. The employee must obey it. Personnel Action Form is taken as the part of the employment contract.2) 所有员工均有升职的机会。晋升将根据以下因素决定:部门经理评估、特别贡献、日常工作完成情况、有无空缺职位、在本酒店的服务年资。员工在升职后因工作不称职或严重67、失职者,酒店有权对其做出降职或免职的决定。Every employee has the opportunity to be promoted according to the factors below: evaluation from department head, special contribution, and performance of daily assignment and service period for the hotel. Special case may be considered with GMs written approval.11、 工作时间 Working Hour1) 根据我国颁布的劳动法规定,结合本酒店工作实际情况,本酒店员工实行每周5.5天工作制,每天8小时(用膳时间除外)。The working hour is 8 hours per day (excluding meal time), 5.5 days a week according to the Labor LAW and the hotel oper72、ational situation. 2) 因酒店行业的特殊性,酒店可根据营业情况依法要求员工适当超时工作,员工必须配合,超时工作(包括法定假日)将按规定给予补休或发加班工资。Staff shall work overtime in need of the overwork requested with the department business situation and the overtime payment (including public holidays) will be accounted to the salary amount or they will have com73、pensation leave.3) 员工原则上于周六、周日和国家规定的节假日当天休息。因工作需要不能安排在周日和节假日当天休息的,酒店将根据经营情况采取轮休制。Employees can have day off on every Sunday and public holidays in principle. If any overtime is requested of the department business situation, the hotel will arrange for the compensation leave.4) 营业部门必须轮班、倒班的工作岗位之具体工作时74、间由酒店视情况另行确定。Specific working hour with rotation shift and changing shift of operation departments will be determinate by the hotel management.12、 加班 Overtime Payment and Allowance1) 员工应根据部门业务需要加班,并填写经相关部门领导批示的加班申请表。Before overworking, the department shall complete the Overtime Application Form with 75、the approval of the concerned department head.2) 超时工作将按劳动法有关规定补休或补薪。Overworking hours will be compensated with compensation leave or salary compensation according to the LABOR LAW.3) 经理级及以上人员实行以完成工作任务为标准,不设超时工作加班的统计。No overtime policy for managers or above.4) 员工应提前24小时申请补休,并将自己的假期申请书及加班申请表一并交到人力资源部。76、The staff shall apply compensation leave 24 hours in advance. Work permit shall be worn during off duty period without uniform in the hotel area and while comin87、g on and off duty by walking passes the staff path. The department head and HR department are entitled to check at all times.2) 铭牌和员工证是员工在本酒店工作的身份证明,员工应妥善保管,如有损坏或遗失,须向人力资源部报失,办理缴费补领手续。如因使用时间过长而损坏者,可以旧换新。Name badge and work permit shall be well taken care of. Compensating is according to the value if any personal damage, 90、lost or got stolen.2) 员工上班时必须按规定着装。制服不得与其它服装混穿。衬衣必须扎在裙或裤内,不得卷袖或裤腿。戴制式帽子的员工,不得随意脱帽,男员工头发不得漏出帽外。Staff shall wear proper uniform while on duty. Uniform cannot be worn with other clothing. Shirt must be stay in skirt or trousers. Staff with hat uniform shall not take it off optionally and hair shall not91、 stay out of the hat for male staff.3) 未经批准,不得穿着或携带制服及工鞋离开酒店,下班后须将制服及工鞋存放于工衣柜内。Staff cannot take or wear uniform (shoes included) out of the hotel without permission. The uniform shall be placed in uniform lockers after working hour.4) 着制服时严禁在公共场所和客人面前吸烟。No smoking in public area and in front of gue92、sts while in uniform.16、 工衣柜 Uniform Locker1) 员工工衣柜由人力资源部按工作需要分配。Uniform lockers will be distributed by HR department according to the working requirement.2) 员工必须使用指定的工衣柜,不得擅自更换。人力资源部将于员工入职时发放工衣柜锁和钥匙。工衣柜钥匙由员工本人和人力资源部各持一把。Staff shall use his/her own locker and shall not change privately. Employees wi93、ll be distributed with lockers and keys when they come on duty. The keys of lockers will be kept by the staff and HR department.3) 工衣柜锁或钥匙如损坏或遗失,应主动向人力资源部报告,换锁后(费用自理),立即将备用钥匙交人力资源部保管。如私自更换柜锁不向人力资源部报告,一经发现,罚款50元。The staff shall report to HR department if any damage or lost of locker or key. Hand the 94、spare key to HR department after changing the lock (staff is responsible for any expense). If staff changes the lock without reporting to the HR department, 50 Yuan will be charged for penalty once proved.4) 保持工衣柜整洁,柜外不得放置、搭挂任何物品。除存放自己的制服及洗漱用品外,不得存放酒店任何物品。Keep the uniform locker clean and do not han95、g any item outside of the lockers. Any hotel item shall not be kept in the locker except the staff uniform and personal supplies.5) 出于安全和卫生需要,人力资源部有权随时检查员工工衣柜。The HR department is entitled to inspect the uniform lockers according to the safety and sanitation standard.6) 员工须在离职时将工衣柜钥匙归还给人力资源部,否则需赔偿2096、元。Staff shall return the locker key to HR department before demission, or 20 Yuan will be charged for penalty.17、 员工通道 Staff Path1) 员工出入本酒店必须自觉接受保安员检查。Staff shall consciously accept the inspection from security guards when they come out/in the hotel.2) 员工不得携带酒店物品离开。如特殊情况需要携带时必须由人力资源部签署放行条,持放行条通行。Sta97、ff shall not leave with any hotel items. Leave with release note signed by HR department if any uniform needs to be taken out of the hotel.合同解除或终止Chapter 7 Contract Resignation and Termination1、 合同期满即自行终止,双方如需续订,必须提前一个月协商,签署续期合同。The contract will be terminated in expiration. Arrange 1 month in advan98、ce if any renewal contract is needed.2、 合同期内,任何一方解除劳动合同,必须提前一个月以书面形式通知对方。提前天数不足一个月的,则以离职者实际相差天数的工资代替通知期补偿给对方。During contract period, if any contract termination is needed, the written notice has to be issued 1 month in advance. If it issued less than 1 month in advance, discrepant day salary will be99、 deducted instead of the notice period.3、 试用期内酒店和员工均有权提前7日通知对方解除劳动关系。The hotel and staff reserve the rights to inform each other to terminate the labor relation 7 days in advance during probation.4、 员工给酒店造成经济损失尚未处理完毕或因其它问题正在被审查期间,员工本人不得提出解除合同。Staff cannot terminate the contract during solution perio100、d of business loss caused by the staff or investigation period of other problems.5、 有下列情形之一的,本酒店有权无条件解除劳动合同,并不予任何经济补偿:The hotel is entitled to terminate the employment contract without any compensation if any situation happens below:(1) 员工所提供自身的情况、证明和证件被查明是不真实的; Any personal material provided by the101、 staff is unreal.(2) 员工在试用期间被证明不符合聘用条件的; Staff cannot meet the employment condition during probation.(3) 员工严重违反劳动纪律或者本酒店有关规章制度的; Staff disobeys the discipline or relevant rules and regulations of the hotel.(4) 员工严重失职、营私舞弊,对本酒店利益造成重大损害的; Big damage of the hotel profit caused by delinquency of the sta102、ff(5) 员工违法犯罪被依法追究刑事责任。 Staff with criminal behavior must be responsible for the criminal liability.6、 有下列情形之一的,员工可以无条件立即解除劳动合同,并不予任何经济补偿:Staff is entitled to terminate the employment contract unconditionally without compensation if any situation happens below:(1) 经国家有关部门确认,酒店违反劳动安全、严重危害员工身体健康的; The 103、hotel offends the labor safety and harms staffs own health after confirmed by relevant national department.(2) 酒店以暴力威胁或者非法限制人身自由的手段强迫劳动的; The hotel force staff to work with extreme instrument.(3) 违反合同条例。 Offend the employment contract.7、 有下列情形之一,双方协议解除劳动合同:提前一个月通知或支付一个月工资代替通知期。The hotel and employee104、s can arrange to terminate the employment contracts with situation below (notify 1 month in advance or deduct 1 month salary instead of the notice period):(1) 酒店濒临破产而进行法定整顿期间或者生产经营状况发生严重困难,经有关部门确认需裁减人员的;The hotel is on the verge of bankruptcy and under the consolidation period or has difficulty on t105、he operation after confirmation by concerned department.(2) 员工患病或非因工负伤,医疗期满后,不能从事原工作也不能从事由本酒店另行安排的其它适当工作的;When staff is under the influence of disease or has injury in non working hour, he/she is not able to be back on position or is not able to work on another position arranged by the hotel.(3) 员工不106、能胜任工作,经过培训或者调整工作岗位,仍不能胜任工作的。Staff is still not able to work after training or transfer.8、 发生因其它原因解除劳动关系或涉及相关责任的情况时,由双方协商或者依据劳动合同、政府有关规定处理。Contract termination caused by other reason shall be handled by both the hotel and staff or perform according to relevant labor contract and government rules and 107、regulations.9、 员工辞职须按以下程序办理:Resignation shall be followed as procedure below:(1) 员工辞职应以书面形式通知部门负责人。A written resignation notice is required to be handed to department head(2) 员工于试用期内提出辞职应提前7天通知本酒店其辞职决定及拟离职日期。Staff shall inform the hotel of the resignation decision 7 days in advance and decide the de108、mission date during probation period.(3) 员工在试用期后辞职应提前一个月通知,不够一个月的以实际相差天数的工资代替通知期补偿给酒店。员工没有提交辞职申请书,而擅自离岗连续三天者,按违反合同处理,酒店将予以除名并解除劳动合同,且不予任何经济补偿。During contract period, staff shall inform the hotel of the resignation decision 1 month in advance. If staff notices less than 1 month in advance, he/she sha109、ll compensate with the actual discrepancy salary. The hotel will terminate the employment contract with the staff without any compensation if Staff does not come on duty for 3 days without resignation notice (4) 辞职报告应由部门负责人加签本人意见送人力资源部及总经理批准后生效。The resignation notice will be effective after the appr110、oval of the department head with personal comment and permission of HR Department.(5) 员工递交辞职申请并得到批准后,应将酒店的有关物品、证件交回所属部门,主管级及以上人员并填写工作交接报告,由部门负责人审定后签字。Relevant hotel items and certificates shall be handed to the department after approval of the resignation notice and staff shall prepare for the work 111、handover report to hand to department head for approval.(6) 员工办完离职的所有手续后,人力资源部才会与其结算薪金及其它应收款项。The HR department will only settle the salary and other receivable fund after the staff has been through the resignation procedure.10、 离职员工的薪金及其它应收款项于办理完所有离职手续后获发。离职员工对薪金及其它应收款项的结算有任何疑问请向人力资源部查询。Salary and 112、other receivable fund will be issued after the staff completes the resignation procedure. The salary will be adjusted by change of duty, position, technology and performance.(7) 员工工资个人所得税由员工自行承担,酒店负责代扣代缴。Staff shall be responsible for the116、ir individual income tax, the hotel will deduct it form salary and pay the tax for staff.3、 劳动保险 Labor Insurance酒店及员工本人均必须参加政府规定的各项社会保险。具体办法依照劳动合同设定。The hotel and staff must take part in various social insurances refers to the LABOR LAW.4、 膳食 Staff Meal所有员工于上班日可根据工作需要凭员工餐卡免费享受三餐膳食(另有规定或约定的按照规定或约定执行)117、。员工用餐完毕应尽快离开餐厅,以免妨碍其他员工就餐。用餐时不得浪费食物,不得将食物带出餐厅,违者罚款50元。人力资源部有权随时进行检查。All staff can enjoy 3 meals that free of charge during working hour in a day. The hotel is entitled to inspect staff dormitory at all times.7、 员工更衣室 Staff Changing Room 员工上班时可在更衣室更换制服、淋浴、上洗手间,但不应在更衣室内闲聊、赌博或聚集。所有员工必须保持更衣室的干净整洁,不得在更衣室内睡觉、无事逗留139、进食、喝酒、晾衣服或吸烟等。员工更衣室仅限本酒店员工使用,不得将亲友带入更衣室。Staff can change their uniform, have shower and use the washroom in the changing room when they come on duty but no chatting and gambling. The changing room is for staff use only.8、 培训 Training为全面提高员工素质,更好地发展员工的潜能,提高员工的工作效率和绩效,帮助员工获取最大的工作满足感,酒店为员工安排了“新员工入职培训”、在岗后的“基本技能培训”、管理人员的“管理课程培训”、“培训技能培训”等其它有关的新知识、新技能培训等。赴境外或店外培训/进修的员工,需与酒店签订培训合同。 The hotel will arrange NEW STAFF ORIENTATION TRAING for ne141、w staff, BESIC TECHNOLOGY TRAINING after staff coming on position, MANAGEMENT TRAINING for management personnel, TRAINING TECHNOLOGY TRAINING and other new knowledge and training skills. Staff goes for oversea training or training in other places needs to sign a TRAINING CONTRACT with the hotel.9、 员142、工公告栏 Staff Notice-Board员工公告栏是酒店管理层向员工发布重要信息的主要渠道,主要包括体育活动、规章制度、酒店新闻、通知、公告、培训信息和防火安全内容等。每个员工应定期阅读员工公告栏,凡酒店已在员工公告栏中公布过的规章制度,员工不得在任何场合以未见到为由拒绝遵守。未获总经理的批准,员工不得在酒店内张贴通知、标语、信件等,亦不可派发传单、宣传册或其它宣传品。The staff notice-board is for the hotel management to issue important information for staff; it mainly includes143、 sport activities, news of the hotel, notice, announcement, training information and fire safety, etc. Every staff shall read the notice board regularly; staff shall not obey any rules and regulations noticed on the notice board in any situation. Staff is not allowed to stick any notice, signage and144、 letters or deliver leaflet, brochure or other promo on it.申诉程序 Grievance Procedure如员工对工作或酒店有任何良好建设性意见或对处分持有异议,可随时向酒店提出申诉,酒店保护员工的申诉权利。在未有答复前员工必须按原规定执行。程序如下:If staff has any different opinion on work or the hotel, they are welcome to give suggestions to our hotel, and the hotel will protect the right145、s of grievance for staff. Staff shall follow the procedures below before having any reply:1) 所有员工应遵循逐级向上反映情况的原则,可首先向直属主管提出申诉。非特别需要,一般不要越级申诉。All staff shall follow the principle of reporting, they shall bring up their suggestion to their immediate leader ship first except special situation.2) 若主管无法解决146、该问题,应将情况以书面报告形式转达给部门负责人,同时向人力资源部递交报告复印件。If the supervisor cannot handle the problem, he/she shall report to department head on written report and pass the copy of the report to HR department.3) 申诉或反映的情况一定要实事求是,不带个人感情色彩或凭主观臆断,更不能蓄意诬蔑他人,讲假话。Grievance or suggestion has to be based on the truth without 147、personal sensation or subjective opinion.4) 若员工认为申诉没有得到应有的重视或有关部门没有采取相应的行动,可向人力资源部寻求帮助,人力资源部会对有关部门提出建议。If staff thinks that they did not have any attention or the relevant departments did not take concerned action, they can report to the HR department. Strictly follow the hotel rules and regulations and150、 correct staffs wrong behaviors. 第九章 奖惩条例Chapter 9 Award and Punishment一、 奖励制度 Award System1、 为鼓励员工的工作积极性,酒店将定期评选先进员工并给予荣誉和物质奖励。To encourage the staff, the hotel will award staff by choosing the BEST EMPLYEE regularly.2、 每年年终定期对员工当年度的工作表现进行考核和评估。各部门负责人将根据员工的业务知识、专业技能、分析及解决问题的能力、对工作的热诚和自觉程度、工作效率、工作态度151、与同事间的合作性、出勤率、领导能力、管理能力等项目进行综合评估,并将考评结果报人力资源部和总经理。Examine and evaluate staffs performance at the end of the year. Each department head will evaluate staff on their operation knowledge, professional skill, ability of analyzing and solving problems, commitment and self-conscious to work, working effic152、iency, attitude, cooperation with colleague, attendance, leadership, etc and report the result to HR department and GM.3、 所有考评结果将交人力资源部存入人事档案。年终奖金的发放及升级等将以考评结果作为参考依据。All evaluation results will be filed in personal file by HR department. not concentrate on performance, slack at work and affect the working efficiency.(9) 接待顾客冷淡,遭到客人投诉并被查实的;Ignoring custo159、mers or having guests complaints.(10) 未经允许在工作场所内携带手提电话等通讯工具的;Take cell phone or other means of communication on work post without permission.(11) 未经同意擅自进入管理人员办公室的;Enter offices of management personnel without permission.(12) 不服从管理,顶撞上司,但事后能有所悔改;Disobey the management, contradict their immediate lead160、erships but repent after;(13) 损坏制服或未经特别批准穿着制服离开酒店的;Have uniform damaged or leaving the hotel with uniform on without permission.(14) 未经批准,私自使用客用电话、客用洗手间、公共休息设施和客用电梯的;Use guest-use telephone, guest-use washroom, public facilities and guest-use elevator in private without permission.(15) 未按规定使用酒店通道及员工161、出入口的;Do not use hotel entrance/exit and staff entrance/exit according to the regulations.(16) 浪费水电或其它资源,但并未引起严重后果的;Waste water and electricity power or other resource but did not cause any serious consequences.(17) 透露本人或打探他人工资待遇的;Discuss on your own salary or others.(18) 员工之间传播、议论属于酒店不公开信息的;Spread o162、r discuss secret information of the hotel with other staff.(19) 下班后无故在工作区域逗留的;Stay in working area after duty for no reason.(20) 有随地吐痰或乱扔废弃物或乱涂乱画等损害公共卫生行为的;Spitting or throwing trash in public area(21) 私自更改上下班时间、休息时间或与他人调换班次的;Changing duty rotation or off days, exchanging shift with others in privat163、e(22) 不及时向人力资源部报告个人资料的变更;Do not report the changes of personal material to HR department in time.(23) 当班接待亲友的。Patronizing with friends and relatives when on duty2、 书面警告 Warning Letter有下列或类似行为之一但情节较轻微的员工,初犯给予书面警告,重犯给予最后警告,再犯给予立即解除劳动合同。Staff with behaviors below will be given warning letter, ultimate 164、warning or employment contract termination immediately according to their behavior.(1) 上班时间睡觉,或擅离职守5分钟以上,造成不良影响的;Sleep while on duty or leaving the work post for more than 5 minutes and causes harmful effect.(2) 明显消极怠工、经规劝后仍未改进的; Slack at work and refuse to mend after admonition.(3) 泄露酒店商业秘密,但未造成直接损165、失的; Spread the hotel operational secret but did not cause direct loss.(4) 人为原因造成酒店财产丢失、短缺、损坏的; Property loss, shortness, damage by personal reason(5) 拒绝工作,或未按时、按质、按标准完成本岗位工作任务的; Refuse to work or do not perform the assignment according to the time, quality and standard.(6) 对客人和同事不礼貌,使用污言秽语的;Discourt166、eous to customers and colleague or swear.(7) 遗失酒店重要文件、物品使公司遭受损失的;Lose important files or articles of the hotel and loss caused.(8) 有意损坏、藏匿或浪费公司财物的;Destroy, hide or waste hotel property intentionally.(9) 随意挪用酒店物品、或私拿酒店小物品,贪小便宜,偷吃酒店食物;Moving hotel articles or taking hotel articles in private, stealing167、 food from the hotel.(10) 浪费食物,擅自将食物带出员工餐厅的;Waste food or take the food out of staff canteen.(11) 违反消防安全规定,造成酒店经济损失的;Disobey the fire safety rules and cause loss of the hotel(12) 违反员工餐厅、员工宿舍、员工衣柜、或更衣室等规定的;Disobey rules and regulations of staff canteen, staff dormitory, staff locker, or changing room168、.(13) 工作时间与同事发生争吵且不听劝解,或因私人之间或家庭矛盾给酒店造成严重损害或者恶劣影响的;Dispute with colleague and be implacable or cause serious damage or effect by private reason(14) 有意搬弄是非,制造部门之间、同事之间、上下级之间矛盾的;Making trouble between departments and colleague intentionally(15) 未经允许擅自撕毁或涂改酒店张贴的通知、规定或各种宣传材料; Destroy or change the hotel169、 notice, regulations or other promotion materials without permission.(16) 擅自撕毁或涂改酒店的各种表格或文件; Destroy or change hotel formats or files intentionally.(17) 当班下棋、打扑克或从事其它娱乐活动的; Play chess, cards or other entertainment activities while on duty.3、 最后警告 Ultimate Warning有下列或类似行为之一的员工,初犯给予最后警告,再犯则立即解除劳动合同。St170、aff with behaviors below will be given ultimate warning or employment contract termination immediately according to their behavior.(1) 工作时间擅离职守,造成较严重后果;Leaving work post intentionally while on duty and cause serious consequences.(2) 泄露酒店秘密,或玩忽职守给酒店造成一定损失;Spread hotel secret, irresponsible while on d171、uty and cause loss of the hotel.(3) 不按操作规程操作,或工作不负责任给酒店造成一定损失;Cause loss to the hotel by disobeying the operation procedure or irresponsible action.(4) 对管理人员及其他员工造谣、漫骂或者以实施暴力相威胁的;Obloquy or perform violence to threaten the hotel management and other staff.(5) 违反酒店规章制度,拒不接受批评,顶撞、违抗或拒绝执行上司的指令;Disobey 172、the hotel rules and regulations and refuse the mend after admonition, contradict or refuse to perform orders from their immediate leaderships.(6) 明知酒店设施有损坏或损失的情况而故意不报,或发现对酒店名誉、财产可能受到损害的问题不及时报告,严重违反酒店安全条例及规定,但未造成既成事实;Did not report by knowing the damage or damage situation of the hotel facilities, or173、 finding the reputation or property of the hotel might be damaged, disobey relevant safety rules and regulations but did not cause accomplished fact.(7) 工作时间内酗酒或上班前饮酒,酒精反应持续至上班后的;Drink or under the influence of alcohol while on duty.(8) 非因工作需要私自进入客房;Enter guest rooms in private without working requi174、rement.(9) 向客人索取小费;Solicit guests for tip.(10) 考勤记录失实,乱打卡,不打卡或委托他人打卡,或替他人打卡、签到的;Failing to punch in/out, alter the IC card intentionally, and ask others to punch in/out for you or punch in/out for others.(11) 开具虚假假条或其它证明,或为违纪员工提供虚假证明,开脱责任的;Issue fake leaving permit or other notes; provide fake notes175、 for staff disobeyed the discipline or exculpatory activities.(12) 在酒店范围内售卖或宣传任何物品;Sell or promote any articles in hotel.(13) 非法兑换外币。Exchange foreign currency illegally.4、 立即解除劳动合同 Revocation of Employment Contract有下列或类似行为之一的员工将被立即解除劳动合同,酒店保留追究其刑事责任的权利。Staff with behaviors below will be given employ176、ment contract termination immediately and they shall be responsible for their criminal liability.(1) 滥用职权,玩忽职守,严重失职,徇私舞弊,使本酒店利益蒙受重大损失的;Misuse of authority, neglect of duty, commit irregularities and cause heavy loss of the hotel profit.(2) 故意违反本酒店及部门规定者;Disobey rules and regulations of the hotel and177、 department intentionally.(3) 试用期间被证明不符合聘用条件的;Do not meet the standard during probation.(4) 工作表现不符合要求,工作态度差者;The performance does not meet the requirement with bad working attitude.(5) 连续旷工二天以上或月累计旷工三天以上者;Absent for 2 days continuously or accumulation of 3 days absence or over.(6) 在本酒店内打架肇事,无理取闹,扰乱秩178、序的;Fighting, making trouble or disarranging the system of the hotel.(7) 有偷窃行为,未经批准取走的任何财产(包括材料)、恶意破坏、窃取或挪用酒店或客人和其它员工财物的;Theft, break, move or misappropriation of Hotel, customers, guests, patrons or employees property(8) 伪造或修改酒店记录或文件,泄漏酒店的机密或极度关键的商业情报,或窃取、复制与本岗位无直接关系的公司资料,对酒店造成损害的;Alter hotel record179、s or files, spread hotel secret or commercial information, thieve or copy company information without direct connection of the position and cause loss to the hotel.(9) 吸食毒品或携带毒品进入本酒店的;Having drugs or bringing drugs into the hotel.(10) 散布不符合事实的言论或消息而有损本酒店的形象及声誉的;Spread false fact or information and b180、reaking the image and reputation of the hotel.(11) 违法犯罪,被依法处罚或追究刑事责任的;Crime, being punished or account on criminal responsibility according to the national law.(12) 斗殴或有意伤害他人,对酒店客人、管理人员或其他员工实施暴力行为的;Fighting or hurting others intentionally, perform violent activity to hotel guests, management or othe181、r staff.(13) 挑动他人怠工、离职、闹事或蓄意阻止他人工作的;Encourage others to dismiss, make trouble or prevent others from working.(14) 对犯罪行为视而不见,不制止,甚至包庇或隐瞒;Turn a blind eye to crime, no stop or even cover up or disguise(15) 参与或支持迷信、色情、赌博等活动;Participate in or support blind worship, eroticism and gambling, etc.(16) 私自向客人182、索取报酬,引起客人投诉的;Solicit guests for reward in private and cause guest complaint.(17) 对客人或同事不关心,处事不妥,引起客人或同事的极端不满,严重损害了酒店形象;Be unconcerned to guests or colleague, handle problem with wrong solution and cause complaint from guests or colleague, break the hotel image and reputation seriously.(18) 无论何时不尊重客人183、并与客人发生争吵,有侮辱或伤害客人的行为;Do not respect guests and argue with them, behavior of insulting or hurting guests.(19) 违反国家计划生育政策;Disobey the family plan policy.(20) 拾遗不报,转移或私自占有他人的财物;Having lost items without reporting, move or possess property from others in private.(21) 入职时未如实填报个人资料;或隐瞒患有不适宜酒店工作之既往病史;Did n184、ot report the personal information according to the facts or hide disease history which not suitable working in hotel.(22) 提出辞职但尚未到离职生效期,不能坚持正常工作,消极怠工、限制或干扰他人工作,逃避或拒绝必要的加班甚至煽动他人离职或闹事。Ask for demission but do not come on duty, disturb others from work, refuse necessary overtime work or encourage othe185、rs to leave before the effective date of the demission5、 其他未列入第1、2、3、4条的犯规事项,由员工所在部门根据情节轻重按照有关条款提出处理意见,经人力资源部审核后报总经理批准。Other illegalities will be handled by concerned departments with relevant rules and hand to HR department for approval and permission from GM.6、 处罚权限及程序 Punishment Rights and Proced186、ure(1) 口头警告由部门负责人执行,并交由人力资源部存档。The verbal warning will be performed by department head and files by HR department.(2) 书面警告由部门负责人调查证实后签发,送达当事员工本人签字确认,员工签字确认后交人力资源部执行及备案。The warning letter will be issued by department head and sent to the staff involved, the warning letter will be handed to HR departm187、ent to perform and record after signing from the staff.(3) 总监级以下的员工解除劳动合同由部门负责人提出,由人力资源部加具意见,然后递交总经理按照本规定有关条款审批后生效,人力资源部负责送达当事员工,并立即执行。Employment contracts termination below director grade will be brought up by department head, passed to HR department for comments and handed to GM for approval, The 188、HR department is responsible to send it back to the staff involved and perform immediately.(4) 总监级以上的员工解除聘用合同由总经理提出,报酒店管理公司或酒店董事长批准后生效。Employment contracts termination above director grade will be brought up by GM and report to the hotel managing company or hotel board chairman; it will be effective189、 after approval.(5) 各类经济罚款的名单及金额每月由人力资源部在员工本人工资中扣除。Name lists and amount of penalty will be informed by HR department at the end of the working day of each month to the financial department to deduct.7、 处罚的实施 Punishment Performance(1) 所有处罚必须根据酒店的有关规定实施,处罚资料均存入个人档案。All punishment will be perform acco190、rding to the hotel regulations and filed into personal record.(2) 所有处罚实施前均与被处罚者见面并要求被处罚者签名。如被处罚者无理拒签,处罚仍可生效。如被处罚者不服,应在七天内向人力资源部提出申述。The staff involved will be asked to sign before executing the punishment. The punishment will be effective even if the staff refuse to sign. If the staff does not accep191、t the punishment, he/she shall lodge his/her complaint to HR department in 7 days.(3) 凡被解除劳动合同的员工,在酒店实施处罚后立即按规定办理离职手续。Any staff being subjected to terminate the employment contract shall transact the demission procedure after the punishment execution.(4) 口头警告有效期三个月,书面警告有效期六个月,并于当月扣罚50 100元;最后警告有效期十二192、个月,并于当月扣罚100元 200元。如无再犯,原处罚到期后则自动撤消。The effective period for verbal warning is 3 months, 6 months for warning letter and deducts 50-100 Yuan in the month, 12 months for ultimate warning and deducts 100-200 Yuan in the month. The punishment will be automatically repealed if no recommitment.第十章 安全制度Ch193、apter 10 Safety System1、 安全要求 Safety Requirement(1) 严格遵守酒店有关安全的规定,自觉保护酒店和他人的生命安全。Strictly obey relevant safety regulations of the hotel and consciously protect the safety of the hotel and others.(2) 新员工必须参加安全及消防培训,学会各种安全设施或器材的使用方法,清楚各种紧急情况下的安全消防应急措施。New staff must attend safety and fire control trai194、ning to learn the usage of each safety facilities and equipments and perform safety fire control emergency measure at all emergency situations.(3) 酒店的各种安全措施要定人负责,定期检查,发现问题应及时维修或更换。Arrange special person to be responsible for all safety equipments, inspect regularly, repair or change immediately once195、 any problem is found.(4) 做好预防工作。员工应对所负责的区域进行认真检查。如发现不安全事故苗头应立即报告保安部处理,以便及时消除隐患,防患于未然。Well prepared for prevention. Staff shall be responsible for assigned area and check carefully. Report to Security department immediately to handle once any danger is found so that we can remove hazard contents imm196、ediately.(5) 制止孩童玩水、火、电或翻爬栏杆等,以避免发生意外。Stop children from playing water, fire, electricity or climbing fence to avoid any accident.(6) 不得将亲友或无关人员带入工作场所,不准在值班室或宿舍留宿他人。Do not bring relatives or friends into working area; do not accommodate others in duty room or dormitory.(7) 发现形迹可疑人员或有不法行为的人或事,应及时报告保安197、部。必要时采取措施防止事态发展。Report to security department immediately if any suspicious person or item is found, Take special action to avoid any bad development when necessary(8) 员工在工作时间意外受伤需立即通知部门主管及人力资源部。为安全起见,员工如发现有不安全之设备或措施会引起意外,应立即通知部门主管,及早解决。Staff has accident while on duty need to inform department supe198、rvisor and HR department immediately. For the safety, staff shall inform department supervisor rapidly if any equipment failure is found.2、 如发生火警必须采取如下措施:Take actions below if fire happens:中华人民共和国消防法第五章第四十九条明确指出:“公共场所发生火灾时,该公共场所的现场工作人员不履行组织、引导在场人员疏散的义务,造成人员伤亡,尚不构成犯罪的,处十五日以下拘留”。酒店要求每位员工都要熟记消防中心电话及各种报199、警手段,熟悉走火通道及出口位置,熟悉消防器具的使用方法。在救火过程中听从灭火现场指挥部指挥,自觉履行组织、引导在场人员疏散的义务。According to the 49th article of chapter 5 of the Republic of China Fire Control LAW: When fire happens in public area, if the onsite public working personnel do not organize and lead the multitude to evacuate so that any casualty is c200、aused and not requisites in constitution of crime will be detained for under 15 days. The hotel requests every staff to remember the number of firefighting centre and ways of calling the police, be familiar with the evacuation path and location of exits and usage of extinguishers. During fire contro201、l, staff shall follow the direction, perform and lead the multitude to evacuate.(1) 保持镇静、且勿惊慌。Stay calm.(2) 按动附近火警铃。Press the closest fire alarm.(3) 通知总机,说明火情、地点、本人姓名和工作部门、已采取何措施等。Inform the telephone operator; explain the situation, location, your name and department and actions you took(4) 关掉一切电源、202、燃油、气源,勿开门窗。Switch off all electric power, gas, and do not open doors and windows.(5) 呼唤邻近同事援助,检查现场有无被困人员,并迅速转移伤员。Ask for help from colleague, check if any person is being trapped and transfer injured people.(6) 协助指挥疏导人员离开火警现场。Assist to evacuate people to leave from fire.(7) 在安全的情况下,利用就近的灭火器材灭火。Use t203、he closest extinguisher to control fire under safe situation,(8) 切勿搭乘电梯,而应使用走火楼梯。Do not take the elevator; you shall use the evacuating stairs.(9) 如火势蔓延,必须迅速疏导客人撤离火警现场,在确保客人撤离后方可离开现场。 Evacuate guests to leave the fire if the fire spread, leave after ensuring guests are left.3、 如发生触电,必须采取如下措施:Take ac204、tions below if electric shock happens:(1) 勿接近触电者,首先关掉电源,大声呼唤他人协助。Do not approach the victim, switch off the electricity and shout for assistant.(2) 将触电者抬到通风地方。Take the victim to a airiness place.(3) 通知保安、部门负责人、人力资源部。Inform the security, department head and HR department.(4) 若触电发生时无法关闭电源,应立即加设危险标记,警告205、其余人员勿近触电区域。If you cannot switch off the electricity, put a signage of danger and warn other people not to come close to the area.4、 意外Accident(1) 如遇重要设备、人身意外事故发生,应立即通知大堂副理和值班工程师及有关部门处理,同时通知电话总机转报总经理及有关人员。If any equipment or accident happens, inform the assistant manager and duty engineer and concern206、ed departments to handle it, inform the telephone operator to report to GM and relevant personnel.(2) 如遇受伤者,应立即送往医疗室或马上通知医生到现场救治。If there is any injury, send him/her to the infirmary immediately or inform the doctor to come over.(3) 加设标志,警告其他人勿近危险区,并严格保护现场。 Put a signage of danger to warn others not207、 to come close to the area and protect the site.5、 紧急情况Emergency(1) 在紧急情况下,全体员工必须服从总经理指挥,通力合作,发扬见义勇为、敢于献身的精神,全力保护国家、酒店财产及人员生命安全,保障酒店正常运作。Under emergency situation, staff must obey the direction from GM, cooperate and consciously protect the property of the country and the hotel and safety of people 208、to ensure the operation of the hotel.(2) 在紧急情况下,酒店将视情况要求员工加班,并提供膳食及住宿。The hotel will provide meals and accommodation for staff if necessary under emergency situation.第十一章 环境保护及节能措施Chapter 11 Environmental protection & Energy-efficiency measures所有员工必须注意保护环境,如:All employees must pay attention to prote209、cting the environment, as follows,1)不随地吐痰 No spitting 2)不在公共场所吸烟 No smoking in public places3)使用安全、低污染的清洁药剂 Use safe & low- polluted cleaning products 4)在洗衣房尽量不使用塑料袋和硬纸盒 Try to avoid using plastic bags and carton boxes in laundry 2、所有员工还必须注意节能,如:All employees must also pay attention to energy saving210、, as follows,1)使用有效节能电灯 Use effective energy-saving lamps2)离开房间随手关灯 Turn off the lights conveniently when you leave the room3)关闭一切不使用的电器设备Turn off all electrical equipments when not using them.4)节约用水,关紧水龙头 Save water & closed the tap 5)不浪费纸张、纸制品 Do not waste paper or paper products6)不浪费食品 Do not was211、te food7)上下两层楼应尽量使用楼梯而非电梯Take stairs between the upper and lower floors instead of the elevators.第十二章 结束语Chapter 12 Peroration 员工离职时,应将本手册交回人力资源部。遗失者赔偿50元。 Staff has to return this handbook to the HR department when they leave the hotel, or 50 Yuan will be charged if any loss. 酒店有根据国家及地方的政策法令等变化随时修订212、员工手册的权力。 The hotel reserves the rights to alter the STAFF HANDBOOK at all times according to the changes of national and local policy. 酒店将就本手册涉及的部分内容制订实施细则或者方案。 The hotel will prepare detail standards according to this handbook. 本守册修改及解释权属xx酒店人力资源部。 The HR department reserves the right to alter and explain this handbook. 员工收到本手册时应在签收单上签字。Staff must sign on the receiving note when they receive this handbook. 本手册自2013年10月1日起执行。This handbook will be administered start from Oct 1st 2013.
